具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明提供的一种显示屏组件100,显示屏组件100包括显示屏10、边框20和透明保护板30,显示屏10包括一显示面10a,显示面10a具有显示区11和非显示区12,图1中,灰色区域为显示区11,黑色区域为非显示区12。非显示区12围绕显示区11,边框20的内侧设有边框凸缘21,边框凸缘21对应遮蔽非显示区12,凸缘固定于显示面上,透明保护板的周缘固定连接边框,透明保护板靠近显示屏一面至少覆盖显示面
通过边框凸缘21对应遮蔽非显示区12,从而省略在透明保护板20的内侧边缘涂设油墨层,即使得显示屏组件100的外观仅能看到边框30和显示屏10的显示区11,减少了显示屏组件100的视觉层次,实现显示屏组件100的边框无黑色油墨边缘,增加显示屏组件100的视觉效果。可以理解的是,显示屏组件100用于终端设备上,该终端设备可以是手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、电子阅读器、电子相册、显示器等。
显示面10a设置于显示屏10靠近透明保护板20一侧。显示区11为显示屏10可以有效显示出图像信息的区域,非显示区12为显示屏10不能显示出图像信息的区域,通常非显示区12用作电路连接,或设置背光灯等。显示屏10在断电情况下,显示区11呈现黑色。显示屏10可以是LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶平面显示器)液晶屏,也可以是LCM(LCD Module,液晶显示模组)组件。显示屏10尤其可以是广泛应用的触控屏,例如显示屏10可以是触控层嵌入到液晶像素中的in-cell触控屏,也可以是触控层设置于液晶像素上的on-cell触控屏,还可以是触控层全贴合于盖板的全贴合触控屏。
本实施方式中,边框20采用塑胶材料制成,边框20除了可以承载显示屏20和透明保护板30之外,在显示屏10为触控显示屏时,边框20可以是弱极性物质,边框20除了展现良好的绝缘效果时,还可以是达到传递指纹感应电场的作用。边框20呈矩形环状,边框20包括相对设置的内侧面20a和外侧面 20b。内侧面20a用以固定透明保护盖30的周缘,外侧面20b用以固定于终端设备上,或者是作为边框20的外观面部分。具体的,边框20还包括固定于内侧面20a和外侧面20b之间的顶面20c和底面20d。顶面20c相对底面20d设置,顶面20c和外侧面20a构成边框20的外观面(未标示)。外观面可以是光滑面,也可以是折弯面,也可以是在顶面20c和外侧面20a之间设置棱角。边框凸缘21设置于内侧面20a上,边框凸缘21的凸出方向平行于显示面10a。边框凸缘21可以是通过粘胶直接固定于非显示区12,边框凸缘21也可以是间接固定于非显示区12,即边框凸缘21固定连接透明保护板30,透明保护板30固定连接于显示区11。
本实施方式中,透明保护板30为透光玻璃,透明保护板30的横截面平行于显示屏10的显示面10a。透明保护板30为矩形板件。透明保护板30包括相对设置的上表面31和下表面32。上表面31朝向使用者,作为透明保护板30的外观面,下表面32背离使用者,下表面32至少覆盖显示面10a,上表面31和下表面32均平行于显示面10a。透明保护板30增强对显示屏10的透光性,增强显示屏组件100的视觉效果。利用透明保护板30靠近显示屏10一面至少覆盖显示面10a,实现透明保护板30对显示屏30的完全保护,一方面可以实现多种显示屏10的适配,例如可以适配具有弯曲显示面的显示屏,还可以是适配软性可折弯显示屏;另一方面实现显示屏组件100的结构简单,减少生产劳动力。透明保护板30还包括固定于上表面31和下表面32之间的侧壁33。侧壁33与边框20固定连接,侧壁33与边框20的内侧相互抵靠,从而增加边框20和透明保护板30的横向抗压性。另外,透明保护板30为透明的硬质板件,玻璃板30与边框10良好结合的同时,对终端内部零件起到良好的保护作用,并且实现良好的透光作用。
进一步地,请继续参阅图1,提供第一实施例,透明保护板30远离显示屏10一面与显示区11相对应。
本实施例中,边框凸缘21包括对应贴合于非显示区12的遮蔽面211,以及相对遮蔽面211设置的可视面212。遮蔽面211可以是通过粘胶固定连接透明保护板30,也可以是通过螺钉固定连接透明保护板30,还可以是与透明保护板30间隔设置。可视面212邻近顶面20c,可视面212与顶面20c共同形 成光滑外观面,从而使得边框20的外观面光滑,增加边框20的手持舒适度,以及增加边框20的外观视觉效果。边框凸缘21还包括固定于遮蔽面211和可视面212之间的连接面213,连接面213固定连接透明保护板30的周缘。连接面213可以是通过粘胶固定连接透明保护板30,连接面213也可以是通过一体成型的方式固定连接透明保护板30。
本实施例中,透明保护板30的周缘设有保护板凹槽30a,保护板凹槽30a的开口朝向边框凸缘21,保护板凹槽30a内插有边框凸缘21,保护板凹槽30a与边框凸缘21相匹配。具体的,保护板凹槽30a邻近上表面31,并在上表面31出开设开口(未标示),保护板凹槽30a包括靠近显示屏10的承载面301。承载面301与遮蔽面211相贴合,凹槽30a对边框凸缘21起到承载稳固作用,使得显示屏组件100结构简单、稳固、方便生产。凹槽30a可以是通过透明保护板30的周缘进行铣床加工成型,也可以是利用两块透光板复合后成型。上表面31与可视面212相平齐,从而使得显示屏组件的外观表面光滑,且达到无缝效果,增强显示屏组件100的视觉效果。下表面32对应贴合于显示区11。下表面32为平整面。显示面10a上涂设有光学胶层(未标示),光学胶层粘接于下表面32和显示面10a之间。光学胶层对应覆盖显示区11和非显示区12。利用光学胶层实现透明保护板30固定连接显示屏20,一方面增强显示屏组件100的稳固结构,另一方面利用透明保护板30直接贴合于显示屏10,达到显示屏10与透明保护板30之间无间隙,从而使得显示面10a上无灰尘,无杂质,增强显示屏组件100的显示效果。
请参阅图2,提供第二实施例,与第一实施例大致相同,不同的是,上表面31a与可视面212a形成台阶,即边框凸缘21a部分插入保护板凹槽30b。具体的,上表面31a相对可视面212a靠近遮蔽面211,可视面212a露出于保护板凹槽30b。从而使得显示屏组件100的边框20和透明保护板30的区域划分明显,增加显示屏组件100的视觉层次感,且达到简洁效果。而且利用透明保护板30内凹于边框20的结构,使得透明保护板30得到保护,防止透明保护板30刮花,增加显示屏组件100的使用寿命。
请参阅图3,提供第三实施例,与第一实施例大致相同,不同的是,保护板凹槽30c包括相对承载面301c设置的掩盖面302c。可视面212c收容于保护 板凹槽30c,掩盖面302c掩盖可视面212c。具体的,保护板凹槽30c位于上表面31b和下表面32b之间,可视面212c收容于保护板凹槽30c内,并贴合于掩盖面302c。上表面31b与顶面20c相平齐,从而显示屏组件100在保证外观面光滑平整的同时,还可以保证透明保护板30与边框20的结构稳固,同时达到增大透明保护板30的外观面积,使得显示屏组件100的视觉效果更好。
进一步地,请参阅图1,在第一实施例中,透明保护板30和边框10一体成型。具体的,通过压辊成型,获得透明保护板30的玻璃原材料板件,经过切割工艺获得透明保护板30。将透明保护板30放置于注塑模具的模腔内,进而经过注塑成型工艺,使得边框20一体注塑于透明保护板30上。从而使得连接面213与侧壁33更好的贴合,可视面212和上表面31在同一模腔内,可视面212和上表面31所形成的表面更加光滑,同时边框20与玻璃板30的结构更稳固。在其他实施方式中,若边框采用金属材质,还可以是将玻璃板放置于成型模具的模腔内,向成型模具内注射液态金属,从而使得边框与玻璃板件一体成型。
进一步地,在第一实施例中,透明保护板30的厚度为0.3~2.0mm。透明保护板30在保证显示屏组件100足够的强度的同时还可以使得显示屏组件100的厚度更薄,满足现在对终端设备极薄的要求。
进一步地,请参阅图4,提供第四实施例,透明保护板230远离显示屏210一面与透明保护板230靠近显示屏210一面相对应。边框凸缘221层叠于上表面231上。
本实施例中,边框凸缘221的可视面2212与上表面231形成台阶,遮蔽面2211贴合于上表面231的周缘,并对应遮蔽非显示区12。显示面10a在下表面232的正投影区域小于下表面232。从而透明保护板230对显示屏210的保护面积更大,且显示屏组件200的外观视觉效果层次感更强,区域划分更明显,透明保护板230得到更好的保护,且使得显示屏组件100(见图1)的防水防尘效果更好。
进一步地,请参阅图5,提供第五实施例,与第四实施例大致相同,不同的是,边框凸缘321靠近透明保护板330一侧设有凹陷321a,透明保护板330对应凹陷31a设有凸起331a,凸起331a收容于凹陷321a内。具体的,多个凹 陷321a设置于遮蔽面3211上,多个凸起331a对应设置于上表面331的周缘。凹陷321a可以是矩形凹槽,也可以是半球形凹槽,还可以是锥形凹槽。凸起331a与凹陷321a的外形相匹配。在边框凸缘321层叠于上表面331上时,凸起331a收容于凹陷321a内,从而一方面使得透明保护板330与边框320的结构更稳固,增强显示屏组件300的结构性能,另一方面还可以是实现透明保护板330在边框320上的定位。在其他实施例中,还可以是透明保护板330的侧壁33(见图1)上设置凹陷,边框凸缘321的连接面上设置凸起,从而实现透明保护板330与边框320的结合。
本发明还提供一种终端(未图示),终端包括项显示屏组件100,终端还包括后盖(未图示)以及控制组件(未图示),后盖设有一收容腔(未图示),收容腔的开口端位于后盖的外观面上,显示屏组件100封盖开口端,显示屏10和控制组件收容于收容腔内,控制组件电连接显示屏10,以控制显示屏10。可以理解的是终端为终端设备可以是手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、电子阅读器、电子相册、显示器等。
本发明的显示屏组件和终端,通过在边框的内侧设有边框凸缘,边框凸缘对应遮蔽非显示区,从而省略在透明保护板的内侧边缘涂设油墨层,即使得显示屏组件的外观仅能看到壳体边框和显示屏的显示区,减少了显示屏组件的视觉层次,实现显示屏组件的边框无黑色油墨边缘,增加显示屏组件的视觉效果。以上是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述显示屏组件包括显示屏、边框和透明保护板,所述显示屏包括一显示面,所述显示面具有显示区和非显示区,所述非显示区围绕所述显示区,所述边框的内侧设有边框凸缘,所述边框凸缘对应遮蔽所述非显示区,所述边框凸缘固定于所述显示面上,所述透明保护板的周缘固定连接所述边框,所述透明保护板靠近所述显示屏一面至少覆盖所述显示面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述透明保护板远离所述显示屏一面与所述显示区相对应。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述透明保护板包括靠近所述显示面的下表面,所述下表面贴合于所述显示面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述显示面上设有光学胶层,所述光学胶层连接于所述下表面和所述显示面之间,并对应覆盖所述显示区和所述非显示区。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述透明保护板远离所述显示屏一面与所述透明保护板靠近所述显示屏一面相对应。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述边框凸缘靠近所述透明保护板一侧设有凹陷,所述透明保护板对应所述凹陷设有凸起,所述凸起收容于所述凹陷内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述透明保护板为玻璃。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述透明保护板和所述边框一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于,所述透明保护板的厚度为0.3mm~2.0mm。
  10. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括权利要求1~9任意一项所述的显示屏组件,所述终端还包括后盖以及控制组件,所述后盖设有一收容腔,所 述收容腔的开口端位于所述后盖的外观面上,所述显示屏组件封盖所述开口端,所述显示屏和所述控制组件收容于所述收容腔内,所述控制组件电连接所述显示屏,以控制所述显示屏。
