图3为本发明实施例提供的移动终端的防盗系统的使用示意图。以下参照图3,对本发明实施例提供的移动终端的防盗系统加以说明。
于本实施例中,移动终端例如为安装有电子标签检测软件103的智能手机101。然而,本申请对此并不限定。移动终端可以为满足下述条件的任一种便携式电子装置:具有独立的操作系统(如谷歌的Android系统、苹果的iOS系统)及独立的运行空间,可以由用户自行安装软件、游戏、导航等第三方服务商提供的程序,可通过移动通信网络实现无线网络接入,可以安装并运行电子标签检测软件103。
于本实施例中,电子标签104为NFC标签,移动终端例如为拥有NFC功能的触摸屏智能手机101。由于电子标签采用通用的NFC标签,具有价格 便宜,采购方便等特点。另外,NFC标签为无源器件,不需要如背景技术描述的外置防盗装置那样安装电池,电子标签不消耗电力,具有清洁环保的特点。
如图3所示,电子标签104可被用户直接放置在被保护区域102(如裤子口袋,腰包口袋)中。然而,本申请对此并不限定。被保护区域102还可以是上衣口袋、拎包口袋、背包口袋等用户可以放置智能手机101的地方。于此,电子标签104可以直接放在裤子口袋、包口袋里,也可以放在被保护区域102的内侧袋中(内侧袋可以是封口的,也可以是不封口的),另外,也可以不拆开电子标签104出厂时的包装袋,直接把含电子标签104的包装袋放在被保护区域102(如裤子口袋、包口袋)中。即,电子标签104(NFC标签)可与智能手机101直接接触,亦可不直接接触。换言之,电子标签104与智能手机101放置的相对位置需要满足在电子标签检测软件103对电子标签104的可识别范围内。电子标签104通过电子标签检测软件103与智能手机101绑定。电子标签检测软件103首次识别电子标签104时记录电子标签104的标识(ID),之后固定检测该标识的电子标签104。
于此,电子标签104出厂时放置在包装袋中,包装袋上贴有二维码,或者电子标签104上绘示有二维码。用户可使用智能手机101上安装的微信等软件对二维码进行扫描,之后,电子标签检测软件103的下载网址链接会出现在扫描结果界面上。用户点击该网址链接后,通过浏览器软件可自动下载电子标签检测软件103的安装包。下载完毕后,用户可在智能手机101上安装电子标签检测软件103。如此,用户无需将电子标签检测软件103先下载到电脑,再传输到智能手机101进行安装,简化了流程,方便使用。
如图3所示,当智能手机101被用户放置在被保护区域102时,由于电子标签104也被用户放置在被保护区域102,电子标签检测软件103通过读电子标签104监控智能手机101与电子标签104的相对位置。如果电子标签检测软件103读到电子标签104,则智能手机101保持原状;如果电子标签检测软件103读不到电子标签104(即,电子标签104与智能手机101之间的相对位置超过了电子标签检测软件103对电子标签104的可识别范围),且超过预设时间(如3秒)智能手机101没有正确解锁,则智能手机101及时 发出报警音,引起用户注意,从而达到手机防盗的目的。其中,用户在预设时间内用预先设定的任意方式解锁智能手机,智能手机不发报警音,从而避免引起不必要的麻烦。另外,预设时间可根据实际情况进行设定,本申请对此并不限定。
如图4所示,本发明实施例还提供一种移动终端,包括检测模块41,设置为:检测对应的电子标签;报警模块42,设置为:当检测模块41未检测到对应的电子标签后,进行报警。
于实施例中,电子标签为NFC标签。
于实施例中,移动终端还包括:扫描处理模块43,设置为:在检测模块检测对应的电子标签之前,扫描电子标签上标示的电子标签检测软件下载地址的二维码,至该下载地址下载并安装电子标签检测软件。
于实施例中,报警模块42,是设置为:当电子标签与移动终端之间的相对位置超过了电子标签检测软件对电子标签的可识别范围时,进行报警。
于实施例中,移动终端还包括:判断模块44,设置为:在检测模块未检测到对应的电子标签之后,报警模块进行报警之前,判断本移动终端在预设时间内是否正确解锁,如果未正确解锁,则通知报警模块42进行报警。
关于所述移动终端的操作流程,同上述防盗方法及系统所述,故于此不再赘述。
综上所述,采用本发明实施例提供的移动终端、移动终端的防盗方法及系统,解决了相关技术需要外置特殊电路模块的问题,而且防盗及时,用户体验佳。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
在本发明实施例提供的方案中,移动终端检测对应的电子标签;当移动终端未检测到对应的电子标签后,移动终端进行报警。本发明实施例不仅能在移动终端丢失时及时报警,而且,无需特殊外置电路模块,成本低廉,用户体验较佳。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种移动终端的防盗方法,包括:
    移动终端检测对应的电子标签;
    当移动终端未检测到对应的电子标签后,移动终端进行报警。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防盗方法,其中:所述电子标签为近距离无线通信技术NFC标签。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的防盗方法,其中,所述移动终端检测对应的电子标签之前,还包括:移动终端扫描电子标签上标示的电子标签检测软件下载地址的二维码,至该下载地址下载并安装电子标签检测软件;
    所述移动终端检测对应的电子标签包括:
    所述移动终端通过电子标签检测软件检测对应的电子标签。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的防盗方法,其中,所述当移动终端未检测到对应的电子标签后,移动终端进行报警,包括:当电子标签与移动终端之间的相对位置超过了移动终端的电子标签检测软件对电子标签的可识别范围时,移动终端进行报警。
  5. 如权利要求1或4所述的防盗方法,其中,所述移动终端未检测到对应的电子标签之后,所述移动终端进行报警之前,还包括:所述移动终端判断本移动终端在预设时间内是否正确解锁,如果未正确解锁,则执行所述进行报警的步骤。
  6. 一种移动终端,包括:
    检测模块,设置为:检测对应的电子标签;
    报警模块,设置为:当所述检测模块未检测到对应的电子标签后,进行报警。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的移动终端,其中:所述电子标签为NFC标签。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的移动终端,还包括:扫描处理模块,设置为:在所述检测模块检测对应的电子标签之前,扫描电子标签上标示的电子标签检测软件下载地址的二维码,至该下载地址下载并安装电子标签检测软件。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的移动终端,其中,所述报警模块,是设置为:当电子标签与移动终端之间的相对位置超过了电子标签检测软件对电子标签的可识别范围时,进行报警。
  10. 如权利要求6或9所述的移动终端,还包括:判断模块,设置为:在所述检测模块未检测到对应的电子标签之后,所述报警模块进行报警之前,判断本移动终端在预设时间内是否正确解锁,如果未正确解锁,则通知所述报警模块进行报警。
  11. 一种移动终端的防盗系统,包括:
    电子标签;
    移动终端,设置为:检测对应的电子标签,当未检测到对应的电子标签后,进行报警。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的防盗系统,其中:所述移动终端,还设置为:扫描电子标签上标示的电子标签检测软件下载地址的二维码,至该下载地址下载并安装电子标签检测软件,通过电子标签检测软件检测对应的电子标签。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的防盗系统,其中:所述移动终端,是设置为:当电子标签与移动终端之间的相对位置超过了移动终端的电子标签检测软件对电子标签的可识别范围时,进行报警。
  14. 如权利要求11或13所述的防盗系统,其中:所述移动终端,还设置为:在未检测到对应的电子标签之后,进行报警之前,判断本移动终端在预设时间内是否正确解锁,如果未正确解锁,则进行报警。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-5任一项的方法。
