请参阅图4,稳压阀7的工作原理为:旋转调节螺丝75,将调节弹簧76的压力调节到设定值,设P1为稳压阀7的进口压力,P2为稳压阀7的内部压力,P3为稳压阀7的出口压力,当P1、P2在各自的面S1、S2上形成的合力与调节弹簧76的弹力达到平衡时,那么鼓膜73的下端凸台将阻断液体继续向上流动。当P2的压力稍有降低,那么在调节弹簧76的弹力的作用下鼓膜73的下端凸台将下移,P2的压力得到补偿,当P1、P2在各自的面S1、S2上形成的合力与调节弹簧76的弹力再次达到平衡时,鼓膜73的下端凸台将阻断液体继续向上流动,进而使得P2的压力处在一个动态平衡状态,最终保证了出口压力P3的恒定。
本发明的一次性使用输注泵的特点:
1)储液囊3外有一硬质的保护性外壳2,外壳2形状为圆形,方便装置装入口袋或者放置到其他地方;
2)为了方便本装置的携带,外壳2上装有挂带1,可以把本装置挂在脖子上;
3)储液囊3与稳压阀7相配合,使输出压力控制稳定可靠,精度高。当上游压力或流量变动时稳压阀7自动调节,稳定了下游压力。使得下游压力变化连续、平稳,受进口压力影响小;
4)流量调节器8满足了不同病人对药液流量的需求,;
5)无针加药四通阀22,大大降低了药液的残留量,一方面降低了药液的使用量,另一方面减轻病人的经济负担。
综上所述,本发明的一次性使用输注泵可以广泛的应用与急救特别是一些突发 情况对于伤员的救助,以及改善了现在的传统输液的环境。
本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种一次性使用输注泵,其特征在于,包括外壳、储液囊、导管、管路夹子、药液过滤器、稳压阀、流量调节器和公鲁尔接头,其中:
    所述外壳上设置有挂带,所述挂带上设置有压扣;
    所述储液囊设置在所述外壳内,所述储液囊的囊壁为渐变壁厚;
    所述外壳上开设有注液口,该注液口内安装有无针加药四通阀,所述无针加药四通阀通过锁紧夹与所述储液囊相连,所述注液口上设置有密封盖;
    所述导管的进口端与所述无针加药四
    通阀相连,所述导管的出口端与所述公鲁尔接头相连;
    所述管路夹子夹接在所述导管上;
    所述药液过滤器安装在所述导管上,并位于所述管路夹子和所述公鲁尔接头之间;
    所述稳压阀安装在所述导管上,并位于所述药液过滤器和所述公鲁尔接头之间;
    所述流量调节器安装在所述导管上,并位于所述稳压阀和所述公鲁尔接头之间;
    所述公鲁尔接头上设置有内螺护帽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性使用输注泵,其特征在于,所述稳压阀包括阀体、阀体上盖、鼓膜、阀体密封件、调节螺丝和调节弹簧,其中:
    所述阀体的进口端通过所述导管与所述药液过滤器相连,所述阀体的出口端通过所述导管与所述流量调节器相连;
    所述阀体上盖盖合在所述阀体上,所述阀体上盖的中部开设一上下贯通的螺丝安装口;
    所述鼓膜安装在所述阀体的中部;
    所述阀体密封件设置在所述鼓膜与所述阀体之间;
    所述调节螺丝安装在所述阀体上盖的螺丝安装口内;
    所述调节弹簧的顶端与所述调节螺丝的底端接触设置,所述调节弹簧的底端与所述鼓膜的上表面接触设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性使用输注泵,其特征在于,所述密封盖可 掀开地安装在所述外壳上,所述密封盖的内表面上设置有密封环,所述密封盖通过该密封环与所述注液口密封连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性使用输注泵,其特征在于,所述储液囊由硅胶管制成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性使用输注泵,其特征在于,所述导管采用PU管。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性使用输注泵,其特征在于,所述外壳包括上盖、下盖和紧固环,所述上盖盖合在所述下盖上,所述上盖与所述下盖的连接处的外周边通过所述紧固环固定,所述挂带与所述紧固环相连。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性使用输注泵,其特征在于,所述药液过滤器采用带排气型药液过滤器。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性使用输注泵,其特征在于,所述鼓膜的材质为硅胶。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性使用输注泵,其特征在于,所述无针加药四通阀包括上半部分和下半部分,所述上半部分具有一个无针加药口,所述下半部分为单向阀体。
