本步骤S22具体为：根据公众账号,从公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子中筛选最新或最热门的帖子。
步骤S23、将筛选的公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子反馈至客户端，以使关联用户在客户端浏览到所关注的公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子。
本实施例中，当关联用户已关注的公众账号为两个或两个以上时，则服务器根据关联用户关注的公众账号的个数N，分N次,每次筛选1个公众账号对应的论坛中的所有帖子，当筛选完关联用户所有已关注的公众账号对应的论坛的帖子，则按照设定的规则对所有筛选的帖子进行组合排序处理，然后再反馈至客户端，以使关联用户浏览查看。以关联用户A已关注公众账号X和Y为例对关联用户浏览论坛流程进行进一步的描述。参见图3，图3为本发明的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理方法另一实施例的流程示意图，本实施例的具体流程如下：
步骤S31、接收客户端发送的论坛浏览请求和关联用户A的信息，根据论坛浏览请求和关联用户A的信息，查询到关联用户A按时间先后顺序所关注的公众账号依次为公众账号X、公众账号Y。
步骤S32、根据公众账号X，从公众账号X对应的论坛中的帖子中筛选最新或最热门的帖子。
步骤S33、根据公众账号Y，从公众账号Y对应的论坛中的帖子中筛选最新或最热门的帖子。
步骤S34、对所筛选的帖子进行组合排序处理，并将组合排序处理后的帖子反馈至客户端，以使关联用户A在客户端浏览到所关注的公众账号X对应的论坛中的最新或最热门的帖子、以及公众账号Y对应的论坛中的最新或最 热门的帖子。
另外，上述基于RCS公众平台的业务处理方法实施例还包括如下处理：根据公众账号用户输入的论坛访问指令，允许公众账号用户访问对应公众账号的论坛，以实现对对应公众账号的论坛维护管理。
本发明实施例进一步提供一种基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置。参照图4，图4为本发明的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置一实施例的结构示意图。在一实施例中，该基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置100包括：论坛模块110、公众门户模块120。其中，论坛模块110，设置为接收客户端发送的公众账号和帖子，将帖子添加至公众账号对应的论坛数据中。公众门户模块120，设置为根据论坛数据，对自身数据库中公众账号对应的论坛数据进行更新，使公众账号用户能够及时查看到关联用户在公众账号对应的论坛中发的帖子。
本实施例中的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置属于服务器中一部分，当关联用户想在某一公众账号对应的论坛中发帖子，可以向客户端输入所选公众账号，此时客户端会为关联用户提供一个帖子输入框，关联用户即可在该帖子输入框内输入帖子内容，客户端接收关联用户输入的帖子后，将关联用户输入的所选公众账号和帖子一同发送给论坛模块110。论坛模块110接收到公众账号和帖子后，首先查找公众账号对应的论坛，然后将接收到的帖子按照接收的时间戳添加排列到公众账号对应的论坛数据中。其中帖子为新帖或回复帖。
上述实施例所提供的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置，通过论坛模块110接收客户端发送的公众账号和帖子，将帖子添加至公众账号对应的论坛数据中，并将论坛数据同步给公众门户模块120；公众门户模块120根据论坛数据，对服务器数据库中公众账号对应的论坛数据进行更新，使公众账号用户能够及时查看到关联用户在公众账号对应的论坛中发的帖子的方式，关联用户可以在所关注的公众账号对应的论坛中发布新帖或发布回复帖，从而能够实现与关注公众账号的其他关联用户互动和交流，关联用户参与度高，业务体验效果好，相比传统互联网企业提供的公众平台，竞争力强，有实力留住现有公众账号用户和关联用户，甚至抢夺传统互联网企业的公众账号用户和 关联用户。
参见图5，图5为本发明的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置另一实施例的结构示意图。本实施例所提供的装置在上述实施例提供的装置基础上还包括关联用户交互模块130。在本实施例中关联用户交互模块130，设置为接收客户端发送的论坛浏览请求和关联用户信息；根据论坛浏览请求和关联用户信息，查询关联用户所关注的公众账号；论坛模块110，设置为根据公众账号，筛选公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子；关联用户交互模块130还设置为，将筛选的公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子反馈至客户端，以使关联用户在客户端浏览到所关注的公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子。
本实施例中当关联用户想浏览自己所关注的公众账号的论坛可以向客户端输入论坛浏览请求，客户端接收关联用户输入的论坛浏览请求后，会将论坛浏览请求和关联用户信息一同发送给关联用户交互模块130。关联用户交互模块130接收到论坛浏览请求和关联用户信息后，首先会查询关联用户已关注那些公众账号，然后为关联用户已关注的每个公众账号生成一个相应的论坛浏览请求，再将每个论坛浏览请求发送给论坛模块110。
本实施例中论坛模块110，具体还设置为根据公众账号对应的论坛浏览请求从公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子中筛选最新或最热门的帖子，并将所筛选的帖子反馈至关联用户交互模块130。
本发明实施例中，当关联用户已关注的公众账号为两个或两个以上时，则关联用户交互模块130根据关联用户关注的公众账号的个数N，为每个公众账号对应的论坛浏览请求，分N次,每次向论坛模块110发送1个公众账号的论坛浏览请求，向论坛模块110请求该公众账号对应的论坛的帖子，当接收完关联用户所有已关注的公众账号对应的论坛的帖子，则按照设定的规则对所有接收的帖子进行组合排序处理，然后再反馈至客户端，以使关联用户通过客户端浏览查看。以关联用户A已关注公众账号X和Y为例，对关联用户浏览论坛流程进行进一步的描述。参见图6，图6为本发明的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置中关联用户浏览论坛的流程示意图。关联用户浏览论坛的具体流程如下：
步骤S41、关联用户交互模块130接收客户端发送的论坛浏览请求和关联用户A的信息，根据论坛浏览请求和关联用户A的信息，查询到关联用户A 按时间先后顺序所关注的公众账号依次为公众账号X、公众账号Y，则生成公众账号X对应的论坛浏览请求、以及公众账号Y对应的论坛浏览请求，向论坛模块110发送公众账号X对应的论坛浏览请求。
步骤S42、论坛模块110根据公众账号X对应的论坛浏览请求从公众账号X对应的论坛中的帖子中筛选最新或最热门的帖子，并将所筛选的帖子反馈至关联用户交互模块130。
步骤S43、关联用户交互模块130向论坛模块110发送公众账号Y对应的论坛浏览请求。
步骤S44、论坛模块110根据公众账号Y对应的论坛浏览请求从公众账号Y对应的论坛中的帖子中筛选最新或最热门的帖子，并将所筛选的帖子反馈至关联用户交互模块130。
步骤S45、关联用户交互模块130对所接收的帖子进行组合排序处理，并将组合排序处理后的帖子反馈至客户端，以使关联用户A在客户端浏览到所关注的公众账号X对应的论坛中的最新或最热门的帖子、以及公众账号Y对应的论坛中的最新或最热门的帖子。
另外，上述基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置100实施例中，公众门户模块120，设置为根据公众账号用户输入的论坛访问指令，允许公众账号用户访问对应公众账号的论坛，以实现对对应公众账号的论坛维护管理。
本发明实施例中涉及的公众账号用户为申请并使用公众账号的企业或个人，关联用户为关注公众账号并浏览公众账号下发的各类信息的终端用户。

工业实用性
本发明实施例所提供的技术方案，可以应用于基于RCS公众平台的业务处理过程中，关联用户可以在所关注的公众账号对应的论坛中发布新帖或发布回复帖，从而能够实现与关注所述公众账号的其他关联用户互动和交流，关联用户参与度高，业务体验效果好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于RCS公众平台的业务处理方法，包括以下步骤：
    接收客户端发送的公众账号和帖子，将所述帖子添加至所述公众账号对应的论坛数据中；
    根据所述论坛数据，对自身数据库中所述公众账号对应的论坛数据进行更新，使公众账号用户能够及时查看到关联用户在所述公众账号对应的论坛中发的所述帖子。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理方法，其中，所述帖子为新帖或回复帖。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理方法，其中，还包括：
    接收客户端发送的论坛浏览请求和关联用户信息，根据所述论坛浏览请求和关联用户信息，查询所述关联用户所关注的公众账号；
    根据所述公众账号，筛选所述公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子；
    将筛选的所述公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子反馈至客户端，以使关联用户在客户端浏览到所关注的公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理方法，其中，所述根据所述公众账号，筛选所述公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子包括：
    根据所述公众账号，从所述公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子中筛选最新或最热门的帖子。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理方法，其中，还包括：
    根据公众账号用户输入的论坛访问指令，允许所述公众账号用户访问对应公众账号的论坛，以实现对对应公众账号的论坛维护管理。
  6. 一种基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置，包括论坛模块和公众门户模块：
    所述论坛模块，设置为接收客户端发送的公众账号和帖子，将所述帖子添加至所述公众账号对应的论坛数据中；
    所述公众门户模块，设置为根据所述论坛数据，对自身数据库中所述公众账号对应的论坛数据进行更新，使公众账号用户能够及时查看到关联用户在所述公众账号对应的论坛中发的所述帖子。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置，其中，所述帖子为新帖或回复帖。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置，其中，还包括：
    关联用户交互模块，设置为接收客户端发送的论坛浏览请求和关联用户信息；根据所述论坛浏览请求和关联用户信息，查询所述关联用户所关注的公众账号；
    所述论坛模块，设置为根据所述公众账号，筛选所述公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子；
    所述关联用户交互模块还设置为，将筛选的所述公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子反馈至客户端，以使关联用户在客户端浏览到所关注的公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置，其中，所述论坛模块，还设置为根据所述公众账号，从所述公众账号对应的论坛中的帖子中筛选最新或最热门的帖子。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的基于RCS公众平台的业务处理装置，其中，所述公众门户模块还设置为，根据公众账号用户输入的论坛访问指令，允许所述公众账号用户访问对应公众账号的论坛，以实现对对应公众账号的论坛维护管理。
