Abstract

完全に尿漏れを防止でき、且つ介護にも負担のかからない着脱が容易な装着型パッドを提供する。内部に吸水材（１２）を備え、外側が水を通さない袋（１１）となっていて、該袋の入口に開口（１３）を備え、該開口の周囲に鍔部（１４）を備えた袋型パッド（１０）と、体に密着する素材からなり、着用者の股間前部が位置する部分に、上部に切断部（２２）を備えたＯリング（２１）と、該切断部に接続した開閉具（２３ａ、２３ｂ）を備えたパッド固定パンツ（２０）と、からなり、鍔部（１４）の外径はＯリング（２１）の内径よりも大きい。これにより、脱着が極めて簡単で、鍔部（１４）が尿道出口（３２）の周辺にしっかり固定され、外れ難く、寝たきりの着用者の介護等の手間が著しく軽減される。

Description

完全に漏れを防ぐ装着型パッド
　本発明は、介護用品に係り、特に尿の漏れを防ぐパッド等の介護用品に関する。
　現在、尿の漏れを防ぐ介護用品は、パンツ型、パッド型等がある。大小便に係わらず、パンツ型或いはパッド型で対応するとしても、特に寝たきりの状態では、股間全体が濡れることは不快であり、介護も大変である。また、日常生活をする場合でも、横から漏れる場合があり、多少の臭いも気になり苦痛である。
　従来から、上記介護用品について、種々の提案がなされている（例えば、特開２０１２－３００３２号公報、特開２０１４－１８０５２５号公報参照）。しかしながら、前者に記載のものは、腹上に尿取り袋を置くもので、仰向けに寝たきりの場合は良いが、そうでなければ、例えば寝返りを打つ場合などに外れやすく着用が難しいと思われる。後者に記載のものも、同様に、日常生活をする場合には外れやすく着用が難しいと思われる。
　本発明は、上述の事情に基づいてなされたもので、日常生活する人も寝たきりの人も対象で、完全に尿漏れを防止でき、且つ介護にも負担のかからない着脱が容易な装着型パッドを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の装着型パッドは、内部に吸水材を備え、外側が水を通さない袋となっていて、該袋の入口に開口を備え、該開口の周囲に鍔部を備えた袋型パッドと、体に密着する素材からなり、着用者の股間前部が位置する部分に、上部に切断部を備えたＯリングと、該切断部に接続した開閉具を備えたパッド固定パンツと、からなり、鍔部の外径はＯリングの内径よりも大きいことを特徴とする。
　また、上記記載の装着型パッドを用い、パッド固定パンツのＯリングと開閉具を開き、袋型パッドの鍔部を着用者の尿道出口周辺に密着し、前記パンツのＯリングと開閉具を閉じる、ことを特徴とする。これにより、例えば寝返りを打っても外れることなく、且つ完全に尿漏れを防止でき、且つ介護にも負担のかからない着脱が容易な装着型パッドを提供することができる。
本発明の一実施例の装着型パッドの着用時の断面図である。 パッド固定パンツに装着型パッドを着用した段階の正面図である。 パッド固定パンツのＯリングと開閉具を開き、装着型パッドを着用する段階の正面図である。 本発明の他の実施例の装着型パッドの着用時の断面図である。
　以下、本発明の実施形態について、図１乃至図４を参照して説明する。なお、各図中、同一または相当する部材または要素には、同一の符号を付して説明する。
　図１は、本発明の装着型パッドを股間に着用した状態を示す。この装着型パッド１０は、内部に吸水材１１を備え、外側が水を透さない袋１２となっていて、該袋１２の入口に開口１３を備え、該開口の周囲に鍔部１４を備えた袋型パッドである。吸水材１１は高分子ポリマー等からなる市販の尿取りパッドの適用が可能である。
　鍔部１４は、リング状の円板であり、人体に直接接触するので、適度の柔らかさを有すると共に、可燃物ゴミ処理が可能な紙等の素材からなることが好ましい。袋１２は開口１３の外側がリング状の鍔部１４の内周側に接続固定される。袋１２も同様に可燃物ゴミ処理が可能な紙等の素材からなることが好ましい。
　図２および図３は、パッド固定パンツを示す。このパンツ２０は体に密着する伸縮性を有する素材からなる。この素材は、体に密着しやすく、着用者の股間前部が適度に締めあげられる様な感覚になることが好ましい。すなわち、パンツ２０は伸び縮みし易いゴム入りの布で出来ていて、汗などを吸収し易い材料が好ましい。また、伸縮性を有する繊維のみからなるものでもよく、寝返りを打っても、上記装着型パッドが外れないことが必要である。
　パンツ２０には、装着者の股間前部にＯリング２１で囲まれた開口があり、該Ｏリング２１は上部に切断部２２を備え、ゴム等の素材からなり開けるようになっている（図３参照）。Ｏリング２１の切断部２２の上部はファースナーまたは重ね合わせるだけで布を止めることができるテープ等の開閉具２３ａ、２３ｂに接続されている。ここで、鍔部１４の外径はＯリング２１の内径よりも大きい。
　図３に示すように、開閉具２３ａ、２３ｂとＯリング２１を開き、装着型パッド１０の鍔部１４を装着者の股間前部３１の尿道出口３２を取り囲むように、その周辺に密着させる。そして、開閉具２３ａ、２３ｂとＯリング２１を閉じると、鍔部１４の外径はＯリング２１の内径よりも大きいので、図１および図２に示すように、尿道出口３２が鍔部１４の内周の開口１３に位置し、鍔部１４が尿道出口３２周辺の股間前部３１に密着し、鍔部１４がＯリング２２により押さえられる。よって、体に密着する素材からなるパンツ２１の締め付け力により袋１１の鍔部１４が尿道出口３２を取り囲む股間前部３１に密着した構造が得られる。
　従って、尿道出口３２から出た尿は袋１１に収容され、袋１１から出ないので、これにより尿漏れが完全に防止される。そして、パンツ２０は体に密着する素材からなるので、寝たきりの着用者が寝返りをしても、鍔部１４が尿道出口３２の周辺から外れることがない。なお、日常生活者が着用する場合は、袋１１を内部に保持する市販のパンツを着用しパッドを保持するようにする。パンツとパッドは位置ずれが無いようにテープ等で固定することが好ましい。
　装着型パッド１０の交換に際しては、図３に示すように、開閉具２３ａ、２３ｂとＯリング２１を開き、使用済みの装着型パッド１０を取り外し、新規の装着型パッド１０の鍔部１４を着用者の尿道出口３２周辺に密着し、開閉具２３ａ、２３ｂとＯリング２１を閉じることによって行える。これにより、脱着が極めて簡単で、鍔部１４が尿道出口３２の周辺にしっかり固定され、外れ難く、寝たきりの着用者の介護等の手間が著しく軽減される。
　女性用には、図４に示すように、リング状の鍔部１４の開口部１３に尿道に挿しこめるチュウブ１５を備えても良い。チュウブ１５の一端を尿道に挿入し、チュウブ１５の他端を袋型パッド１０内に開放することで、尿の漏れをより確実に防止できる。
　これまで本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述の実施形態に限定されず、その技術的思想の範囲内において種々異なる形態にて実施されてよいことは言うまでもない。
　本発明は、尿漏れ防止用介護用品に好適に利用可能である。

Claims (3)

  1. 　内部に吸水材を備え、外側が水を通さない袋となっていて、該袋の入口に開口を備え、該開口の周囲に鍔部を備えた袋型パッドと、
    　体に密着する素材からなり、着用者の股間前部が位置する部分に、上部に切断部を備えたＯリングと、該切断部に接続した開閉具を備えたパッド固定パンツと、からなり、
    　前記鍔部の外径は前記Ｏリングの内径よりも大きいことを特徴とする装着型パッド。
  2. 　前記鍔部の内周に、一端を尿道に挿入し、他端を前記袋型パッドの内部に解放したチュウブをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の装着型パッド。
  3. 　請求項１に記載の装着型パッドを用い、前記パンツの前記Ｏリングと前記開閉具を開き、前記袋型パッドの鍔部を着用者の尿道出口周辺に密着し、前記パンツの前記Ｏリングと前記開閉具を閉じる、ことを特徴とする装着型パッドの使用方法。
