Description

一种折叠床
本申请要求于2015年4月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为201520220286.4、发明名称为“一种折叠床”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本实用新型涉及户外用具技术领域,特别涉及一种折叠床。
背景技术
折叠床是通过各种折叠方式实现折叠收放的简易床,使用的时候将折叠床展开,不使用时将折叠床收起来、占用空间很小同时方便携带。但现有的折叠床多为座杆和脚杆分段折叠形式,座杆、脚杆尺寸固定不能折叠。实际使用中,由于座杆和脚杆的尺寸限制,其折叠后体积仍然较大,另一方面这种折叠床的翻转收折组装十分繁琐,收折并不方便。
发明内容
为解决现有折叠床折叠组装繁琐、折叠后占用尺寸较大是问题,本实用新型提供了一种新的折叠床。
本实用新型一种折叠床,包括床面;还包括侧撑杆和底部支撑杆件;所述侧撑杆和所述床面连接;所述底部支撑件包括第一底部支撑杆、第二底部支撑杆和支撑条;所述第一底部支撑杆和所述第二底部支撑杆通过第一铰接轴铰接;所述支撑条铰接于所述第一底部支撑杆、具有第一卡接槽;所述第二底部支撑杆上具有与所述第一卡接槽配合的凸起;所述第一底部支撑杆和所述第二底部支撑杆的自由端均具有与所述侧撑杆配合的第二卡接槽。
因直接通过第一铰接轴连接第一底部支撑杆、第二底部支撑杆并通过支撑条实现两个底部支撑部件在打开时位置的固定,可将传统的底部支撑杆件设置成为可折叠的形式,减少了折叠后底部支撑杆件的尺寸。
优选的,所述第一卡接槽开口指向所述第一底部支撑杆与所述支撑条 的连接的铰接点;在所述第一卡接槽内侧还具有导向所述凸起脱离所述第一卡接槽的导向面。
如此设置,通过同一方向的转动,就可实现侧支撑杆锁合和打开。使得第一卡接槽开口指向铰接点、设置导向面,方便解锁。
优选的,所述第二底部支撑杆具有接杆和与所述接杆连接的短支撑杆;所述接杆和所述第一底部支撑杆铰接;所述短支撑杆在轴向方向从所述接杆滑动拆卸并旋转180°后仍可连接所述接杆。
设置接杆和短支撑杆如此的连接方式,能够使得折叠后改变短支撑杆的指向方向、与第一底部支撑杆的指向方向相同,进一步减小折叠后的尺寸。
优选的,还包括按手;所述按手通过第一铰接轴与所述第一底部支撑杆铰接。
设置按手,可增加人操作时对底部支撑部件的作用面积,使操作更为方便。
优选的,所述短支撑杆套接所述接杆。
优选的,还包括弹性绳;所述弹性绳连接所述接杆和所述短支撑杆。
优选的,所述按手在远离所述床面侧还具有合页。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好的理解本实用新型的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
图1为实施例折叠床打开时整体示意图,可看出本实施例中折叠床包括床面1、侧撑杆2和底部支撑杆件3。图2为实施例折叠床中底部支撑杆件3爆炸示意图,可看出,底部支撑杆件3具有第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32,第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32通过第一铰接轴铰接,两者之间可相互转动。在第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32的自由端均具有指向外侧的第二卡接槽34,侧撑杆2可卡接在第二卡槽上。折叠床打开状态下,由于床面1卡接在侧撑杆2上,在第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32带动侧撑杆2向两侧运动时,床面1被拉紧。
在本实施例中,第一底部支撑杆31上还具有支撑条33,第二底部支撑杆32上具有间隔铆钉321,支撑条33上具有可卡接间隔铆钉321的第一卡接槽331。在第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32打开合适的角度并使得床面1撑紧时,支撑条33可保证第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32之间位置固定。图3为实施例折叠床中底部支撑杆件3未锁合状态示意图,图4为实施例折叠床中底部支撑杆件3锁合状态示意图,图5为图4中A区域放大示意图,三张图可显示出支撑条33如何实现第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32间的固定。在图3中状态,第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32两者的主体部分基本在一条直线上,支撑条 33中与第一底部支撑杆31铰接的铰接点到第一卡接槽331的距离小于铰接点到间隔铆钉321的距离,按照箭头方向下压,使得第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32在第一铰接轴处分别向下转动,铰接点到第一卡接槽331间的距离减小,当到达图4示位置时,间隔铆钉321卡接在第一卡接槽331处,第一卡接槽331与间隔铆钉321的配合关系如图5。此时床面1绷紧,将整个折叠床放置呈图1。当在床面1上施加压力时,床面1向下运动带动两个侧撑杆2靠近,而侧撑杆2使第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32有沿图3中箭头所指反方向转动趋势,使得两个底部支撑杆的底部区域在同一条直线上,进而间隔铆钉321到铰接点的距离有增大趋势,而此时支撑条33上的第一卡接槽331与间隔铆钉321卡紧,使得整个折叠床处于稳定状态。
在本实施例中,第一卡接槽331的开口指向第一底部支撑杆31和支撑条33连接的铰接点,在第一卡接槽331内侧还具有导向面332。图6为实施例折叠床中底部支撑杆件3解锁过程示意图,图7为图6中B区域放大示意图,图8为实施例折叠床中底部支撑杆件3解锁完成示意图。由于在正常撑开状态,第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32靠近床面侧的夹角小于180°,当沿着图6箭头指向施加压力时,第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32仍然具有向下运动的趋势,而间隔铆钉321沿着导向面332从第一卡接槽331中脱离,具体细节如图7。可以想到,当支撑条33位于第一铰接轴和床面1之间时,通过以上结构也可实现锁合功能;但此时解锁的实现需要沿着反向于图6中箭头指向方向。
如图2示,本实施例中的第二底部支撑杆32具有接杆322和与接杆322连接短支撑杆323,接杆322与第一底部支撑杆31铰接。短支撑杆323可在轴向方向沿接杆322滑动并从接杆322上拆卸下;当绕轴线旋转180°后短支撑杆323仍可插接在接杆322上。这一具体步骤如图9和图10。图9为第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32相对旋转至占用空间最小的程度,可看出由于两个底部支撑杆的自由端的指向相反,占用空间仍较多 且携带不方便。此时,将短支撑杆323从接杆322上拔下、旋转180°后重新安装可变成如图10所示,可看出这样整个装置的占用空间进一步减小。在本实施例中接杆322套接在了短支撑杆323内,可以想象,在其他实施例中也可采用滑动槽滑动连接的方式实现二者的可拆卸连接。同时,应当注意,间隔铆钉321应安装在短支撑杆323上,才能保证本实用新型折叠床功能的实现。
在本实施例中,在第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32连接的第一铰接轴处还具有按手35,按手35通过第一铰接轴和第二底部支撑杆32铰接。按手35的外侧面,即图3和图6指向的表面具有按手面,当安装拆卸底部支撑杆件3时,通过按压按手面即可,增加了受力面积、方便操作使用。为进一步增加按手35的受力面,在按手35上还具有合页,收折状态下合页关闭,使用状态下合页打开。当然,可以想到,按手35在本实施例中的作用主要为提高操作的方便性,在其他实施例中可不设置。由于以上锁合、解锁均在一个方向即可实现,按压按手面就可完成两个操作,十分方便。
因接杆322直径小于短支撑杆323和第一底部支撑杆31的直径,接杆322并不方便固定在按手35上,本实施例中在按手35和接杆322之间还具有接头杆36,接头杆36的截面形状和短支撑杆323以及第一底部支撑杆31的形状相同,方便按手35和接杆322连接的同时也将相应的缝隙填充,防止异物进入。
本实施例中,按手35和第二底部支撑杆32位置相对固定设置,第一底部支撑杆31安装在按手35的外侧。这样可防止在实际应用中三者相对转动。为实现第二底部支撑杆32与按手35的固定,按手35内侧可设置相应的卡接第二底部支撑杆32的卡接轨道。
由于在实际携带中和拆卸应用中可能使短支撑杆323丢失,为此在本实施例中还设置了弹性绳,弹性绳将段支撑杆和接杆322连接,弹性绳安装在了第二底部支撑杆32内侧;通过图2可看出,在接杆322上还具有方 便穿接弹性绳的沟槽。
通过图2可看出,本实施例中第一底部支撑杆31和第二底部支撑杆32通过螺栓37形成的第一铰接轴铰接,支撑条33通过铆钉安装在第一底部支撑杆31上。
可以想象,本实施例折叠床的侧撑杆2和床面1在侧撑杆2延伸方向也为可折叠结构,收折状态下占用空间较小;使用时先打开床面1和侧撑杆2、安装至少两个底部支撑杆件3就可起到支撑功能。还应当注意,本实施例中,大部分杆件均采用本领域常用的空心管件,在其他实施例中也可采用诸如纤维杆等实心杆件。另本实施例中采用间隔铆钉321与第一卡接槽331配合,在其他实施例中也可采用其他固定安装在第二底部支撑杆上的凸起部件。

  1. 一种折叠床,包括床面(1);其特征在于:还包括侧撑杆(2)和底部支撑杆件(3);所述侧撑杆(2)和所述床面(1)连接;所述底部支撑件包括第一底部支撑杆(31)、第二底部支撑杆(32)和支撑条(33);所述第一底部支撑杆(31)和所述第二底部支撑杆(32)通过第一铰接轴铰接;所述支撑条(33)铰接于所述第一底部支撑杆(31)、具有第一卡接槽(331);所述第二底部支撑杆(32)上具有与所述第一卡接槽(331)配合的凸起;所述第一底部支撑杆(31)和所述第二底部支撑杆(32)的自由端均具有与所述侧撑杆(2)配合的第二卡接槽(34)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠床,其特征在于:所述第一卡接槽(331)开口指向所述第一底部支撑杆(31)与所述支撑条(33)的连接的铰接点;在所述第一卡接槽(331)内侧还具有导向所述凸起脱离所述第一卡接槽(331)的导向面(332)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的折叠床,其特征在于:所述第二底部支撑杆(32)具有接杆(322)和与所述接杆(322)连接的短支撑杆(323);所述接杆(322)和所述第一底部支撑杆(31)铰接;所述短支撑杆(323)在轴向方向从所述接杆(322)滑动拆卸并旋转180°后仍可连接所述接杆(322)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠床,其特征在于:还包括按手(35);所述按手(35)通过第一铰接轴与所述第一底部支撑杆(31)铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠床,其特征在于:所述短支撑杆(323)套接所述接杆(322)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠床,其特征在于:还包括弹性绳;所述弹性绳连接所述接杆(322)和所述短支撑杆(323)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠床,其特征在于:所述按手(35)在远离所述床面(1)侧还具有合页。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠床,其特征在于:还包括接头杆(36); 所述接头杆(36)套接在所述接杆(322)上,通过所述第一铰接轴与所述接杆(322)固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠床,其特征在于:所述第一底部支撑部件(31)安装于所述按手(35)的外侧;所述接头杆(36)、所述短支撑杆(323)安装于所述按手(35)的内侧;所述按手内侧具有卡接所述接头杆(36)和所述短支撑杆(323)的轨道。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的折叠床,其特征在于:所述凸起为间隔铆钉(321)。
