- 如权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于:所述固定部上设有固定环,所述固定部与所述固定环之间设有第二热固胶层,所述固定部与所述固定环通过所述第二热固胶层热固粘接在一起。
- 如权利要求2所述的振膜,其特征在于:所述第一热固胶层与所述第二热固胶层均为热固胶垫。
- 如权利要求3所述的振膜,其特征在于:所述热固胶垫为环氧树脂材料或聚酰亚胺树脂材料的热固胶垫。
- 如权利要求2所述的振膜,其特征在于:所述固定环为金属材料的固定环。
- 如权利要求5所述的振膜,其特征在于:所述固定环为钢或铜材料的固定环。
- 一种如权利要求1所述的振膜组装工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:a、准备一振膜成型膜座,将Dome补强件放置在振膜成型膜座上;b、在所述Dome补强件上设置第一热固胶层;c、在所述Dome补强件的上方放置振膜料带;d、通过高温高压,使所述Dome补强件与所述振膜料带通过所述第一热固胶层热固粘接在一起;e、用冲裁模刀冲裁所述振膜的外形,成型振膜,所述振膜料带形成振膜本体。
- 如权利要求7所述的振膜组装工艺,其特征在于:在步骤a中,还包括步骤a1:将固定环放置在振膜成型膜座上;在步骤b中,还包括步骤b1:在所述固定环上设置第二热固胶层;在步骤d中,通过高温高压,使所述Dome补强件与所述振膜料带通过所述第一热固胶层热固粘接,使所述固定环与所述振膜料带通过所述第二热固胶层热固粘接,所述固定环、所述振膜料带以及所述Dome补强件热固粘接为一 体结构,成型振膜。
- 如权利要求8所述的振膜组装工艺,其特征在于:所述第一热固胶层与所述第二热固胶层均采用热固胶垫。
