一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,特别涉及一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜。
背景技术
目前,传统汽车后视镜系统大多数由平面镜的车内后视镜和球面镜的车外左右车门镜组成的,是重要的汽车主动安全装置,驾驶员坐在驾驶室座位上直接从这个系统获取车内外信息的。但这个系统存在很多缺点,例如空间盲区,视觉误差,死角,视野宽度不足等等,这些缺点都是影响行车安全的隐患。
随着汽车产品市场观念的不断更新和变化,市场对轿车后视镜安全性、操作方便性、经久耐用性及美观性等方面提出了更高的要求。 另外,市场中现存的智能后视镜缺点明显,笨重,光学性能如亮度,对比度太低,且智能显示区域不点亮时与非视区色差明显。
发明内容
本发明提出一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜,能保证光学性能的前提下,达到美观,轻薄,并提高显示视觉效果,保证驾驶者驾驶车辆的安全性及舒适性。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜,包括:相互固定的玻璃盖板、铁架以及依次贴设于所述玻璃盖板、铁架之间的触摸屏、 TFT 显示面板及背光模组,所述玻璃盖板上开设有与所述触摸屏对应的显示区域,所述玻璃盖板的外表面贴设有镀层及设于所述镀层上的防指纹膜,所述玻璃盖板上设有感光孔,所述铁架设有与所述感光孔对应的凹孔或凹槽。
进一步地,在上述的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜中,所述玻璃盖板上还设有向上按键及向下按键,所述向上按键及向下按键的底部贴上扩散膜。
进一步地,在上述的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜中,所述感光孔为矩形,圆形,椭圆形或不规则图形。
进一步地,在上述的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜中,所述触摸屏的正面通过液态光学胶粘贴于所述玻璃盖板的内表面上。
进一步地,在上述的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜中,,所述触摸屏的背面通过固态光学胶粘贴于所述 TFT 显示面板的出光面。
进一步地,在上述的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜中,所述 TFT 显示面板的入光面通过黑色粘纸与背光模组粘贴固定。

本发明一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜通过光学胶来进行全贴合,达到符合可靠性要求的极轻薄化,同时,本发明一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜采用镀膜层叠结构,提高了显示视觉效果,也保证了驾驶者驾驶车辆的安全性及舒适性。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图 1 及图 2 ,本发明的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜包括相互固定的玻璃盖板 1 、铁架 2 以及依次贴设于所述玻璃盖板 1 、铁架 2 之间的触摸屏( TP ) 3 、 TFT 显示面板 4 及背光模组 5 ,所述玻璃盖板 1 上开设有与所述触摸屏 3 对应的显示区域 6 ,所述玻璃盖板 1 的外表面贴设有镀层 7 及设于所述镀层 7 上的防指纹膜 8 ,所述玻璃盖板 1 上设有感光孔 9 ,所述铁架 2 设有与所述感光孔 9 对应的凹孔或凹槽(图未示)。本实施例中,所述镀层 7 由 SiN4 、 Nb2O5 、 SiO2 中的一种或几种组成。
其中,所述玻璃盖板 1 上还设有向上按键 10 及向下按键 11 ,所述向上按键 10 及向下按键 11 的底部贴上扩散膜(图未示),这样就保证按键透过光均匀柔和;所述感光孔 9 用于光耦元件探测外围光线,对显示亮度进行优化调整。显示区域 6 及触摸屏 3 的镜面满足反射率 50%+-10% 要求,使可视性一体化达到最佳。
请参阅图 3 ,所述感光孔 9 可为矩形,圆形,椭圆形,不规则图形等,所述铁架 2 可设有若干凹孔或凹槽 21 ,对应感光孔 9 的孔径大小和形状,需要说明的是,所述感光孔 9 及铁架 2 的凹孔或凹槽的形状可以根据实际需要进行调整变化,并不受局限,也就是说本发明所提供的感光孔以及铁架的凹孔或凹槽可以为各种形状,甚至于不进行开槽,根据不同需求设计不同形状。另外,所述凹孔或凹槽 21 对应导光板厚度较薄的一侧,以此减小重心偏移,另外,不影响 FPC 双面粘贴于铁架 2 上。
本实施例中,所述玻璃盖板 1 的镜面优选为半透玻璃材料,其反射率介于 40%-60% 之间,且厚度在保证可靠性要求的情况下达到了 0.7mm ;所述触摸屏 3 的 ITO (氧化铟锡)导电玻璃的厚度为 0.2mm 。
本实例中,所述触摸屏 3 的正面通过液态光学胶( OCA ) 12 粘贴于所述玻璃盖板 1 的内表面上,所述玻璃盖板 1 内表面还涂覆有油墨层(图未示)。
所述触摸屏 3 的背面通过固态光学胶( OCA ) 13 粘贴于所述 TFT 显示面板 4 的出光面,可以满足光学性能要求情况下,将厚度进一步减薄;所述 TFT 显示面板 4 的入光面通过黑色粘纸与背光模组 5 粘贴固定。所述背光模组 5 包括胶架及固定于胶架中的承载玻璃、导光板及光学膜(包括反射膜、扩散膜等),本实施例中,所述导光板为楔形导光板,可减重和保持重心,提高背光模组的出光效果。通过所述铁架 2 掏孔以及通过加外贴黑色粘纸,起到了对背光模组 5 遮光防尘的作用。
本发明的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜可以根据实际情况需要对后视镜面进行形状的设计,也可以通过铁架和胶架,以及导光板形状重量的设计,保证光学性能的前提下,达到美观,轻薄(模组重量可以轻至 110g 左右),而且具有高亮度背光和全视角 IPS 屏,最好的智能显示视觉效果。另外,本发明的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜的散热性能良好,在高温 70 度工作性能仍然良好。
需要说明的是,本发明的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜的 TFT 显示面板 4 连接于装载于车尾的高清摄像头,用于显示所述高清摄像头拍摄的车辆后方场景的图像视频,这样,通过本发明的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜可将车辆后方场景清晰无阻地呈现给驾驶者,使得驾驶者对各种交通状况一览无余,拓宽视野,同时消除盲点死角,从而为其创造更为舒适安全的驾驶体验。另外,本发明的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜还可以集成车载蓝牙电话,视频影音,地图导航,行车故障检测及预警,倒车实时影像,行车记录仪等等功能。
相比于现有技术,本发明通过光学胶来进行全贴合,达到符合可靠性要求的极轻薄化,且通过优化油墨配比,采用新型镀膜层叠结构,实现了后视镜面和智能显示区域视觉效果一体化。
因此,本发明一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜通过光学胶来进行全贴合,达到符合可靠性要求的极轻薄化,同时,本发明一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜采用镀膜层叠结构,提高了显示视觉效果,也保证了驾驶者驾驶车辆的安全性及舒适性。

  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜,其特征在于,所述玻璃盖板上还设有向上按键及向下按键,所述向上按键及向下按键的底部贴上扩散膜。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的一种新型镀膜结构的智能后视镜,其特征在于,所述感光孔为矩形,圆形,椭圆形或不规则图形。
