Description

一种防水镀膜方法、设备及终端 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及镀膜工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水镀膜方法、设备及终端。
背景技术
随着手机等终端性能的飞速提升和来自市场不断刷新的需求,用户对终端进行生活防水的要求越来越高。例如:如果不对手机做特殊处理,手机的耳机孔、通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)孔、侧键和卡托都容易进水,手机进水容易引发手机故障。手机厂商通常会在手机内进水路径上设置防水标签,防水标签遇水会变红,通常可通过检测手机内的防水标签是否变红来确定手机是否进水。
目前,为提高手机的防水性能,做手机整机真空镀膜的需求越来越多。但是整机镀膜会导致手机内部的防水标签也镀上防水膜,防水标签镀上防水膜之后,手机进水后由于防水膜的作用导致防水标签不容易变色,整机镀膜之后防水标签变红至少需要20分钟,甚至1个小时,这样可能会造成手机少量进水后防水标签失效,这样手机因进水引发故障送到服务网点,服务网点就无法准确识别故障原因。因此,有必要提出一种方法解决上述问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供了一种防水镀膜方法、设备及终端,能够避免因整机镀膜而导致的终端进水难以识别的问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种防水镀膜方法,包括:
在防水标签上添加保护层;
将添加了所述保护层的防水标签贴在终端的进水路径上;
对所述终端进行整机镀膜处理;
将所述防水标签所处的位置加热到预设温度,以使得所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行分解或溶胀从而破坏所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。

具体实现中,所添加的保护层可由无机盐结晶水合物材料(例如:十二水硫酸铝钾,KAl(SO4)2·12H2O,俗称明矾)构成。当然保护层也可由其他材料构成,只要构成的保护层在预设温度下可发生分解,破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜即可。
具体实现中,所添加的保护层还可由温敏性水凝胶构成。当然保护层也可由其他材料构成,只要构成的保护层在预设温度下物理结构或化学性质可发生变化,溶胀特性可发生改变,破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜即可。
102、将添加了保护层的防水标签贴在终端的进水路径上;

具体实现中,可对防水标签所处的位置进行局部加热。如果保护层由无机盐结晶水合物材料构成,预设温度可为40至70摄氏度,即将防水标签所处的位置加热到40至70摄氏度时,由无机盐结晶水合物材料构成的保护层就会发生分解,从而破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜,可选的,所述预设温度可以是41摄氏度,42摄氏度,52.5摄氏度……如果保护层由温敏性水凝胶构成,预设温度可为40至60摄氏度,即将防水标签所处的位置加热到40至60摄氏度时,由温敏性水凝胶构成的保护层就会发生溶胀,从而破坏防水标签上所镀的 防水膜,可选的,所述预设温度可以是46摄氏度,55摄氏度,57.9摄氏度……在终端工作的过程中,由于防水标签上的防水膜已被破坏,如果终端内进水,则防水标签很快就会变红。
实验表明,采用本发明所提供的镀膜方法对终端进行整机镀膜之后,如果终端内进水,则防水标签在一分钟内就会变红。而如果采用现有的镀膜方法对终端进行整机镀膜之后,如果终端内进水,则防水标签变红所需要的时间在二十分钟以上。因而,本发明能够避免因整机镀膜而导致的终端进水难以识别的问题。
另外,本发明还提供了一种终端,该终端为采用上述镀膜方法形成的终端。即在对该终端进行整机镀膜处理的过程中,该终端的防水标签上添加有保护层,在对该终端进行整机镀膜处理之后,由于防水标签所处的位置被加热到预设温度,导致保护层在预设温度下进行分解或溶胀从而破坏了防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
其中,保护层可由无机盐结晶水合物材料构成,预设温度可为40至70摄氏度,这种情况下,保护层在预设温度下进行分解从而破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
保护层也可由温敏性水凝胶构成,预设温度也可为40至60摄氏度,这种情况下,保护层在预设温度下进行溶胀从而破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
本发明还提供了一种防水镀膜设备,请参阅图2,本实施例的防水镀膜设备200包括:

具体实现中,添加单元201所添加的保护层可由无机盐结晶水合物材料构成。当然所添加的保护层也可由其他材料构成,只要构成的保护层在预设温度下可进行分解,破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜即可。
或者,具体实现中,添加单元201所添加的保护层可由温敏性水凝胶构成。当然所添加的保护层也可由其他材料构成,只要构成的保护层在预设温度下可 进行溶胀,破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜即可。
在添加单元201在防水标签上添加保护层之后,粘贴单元202将添加了保护层的防水标签贴在终端的进水路径上。镀膜单元203将贴了防水标签的终端置入真空环境中进行整机镀膜处理。所述整机镀膜包括在所述防水标签上镀防水膜。
在镀膜单元203对终端进行整机镀膜处理之后,加热单元204可将防水标签所处的位置加热到预设温度,以使得保护层在预设温度下进行分解或溶胀从而破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
具体实现中,加热单元204可对防水标签所处的位置进行局部加热。如果保护层由无机盐结晶水合物材料构成,预设温度可为40至70摄氏度,即加热单元204将防水标签所处的位置加热到40至70摄氏度时,由无机盐结晶水合物材料构成的保护层就会发生分解,从而破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜。如果保护层由温敏性水凝胶构成,预设温度可为40至60摄氏度,即加热单元204将防水标签所处的位置加热到40至60摄氏度时,由温敏性水凝胶构成的保护层就会发生溶胀,从而破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜。在终端工作的过程中,由于防水标签上的防水膜已被破坏,如果终端内进水,则防水标签很快就会变红。
本实施例中,首先由添加单元在防水标签上添加保护层,黏贴单元将添加了保护层的防水标签贴在终端的进水路径上,然后镀膜单元对终端进行整机镀膜处理,最后将防水标签所处的位置加热到预设温度,以使得保护层在预设温度下进行分解或溶胀从而破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜。当终端进水后,由于防水标签上的防水膜已被破坏,防水标签很快就会变色,从而很容易识别终端是否进水。
请参阅图3,本实施例的防水镀膜设备包括处理器301及存储器302,存储器302用于存储一组程序指令;处理器301用于调用存储器302中存储的程序指令,执行如下操作:
在防水标签上添加保护层;
将添加了保护层的防水标签贴在终端的进水路径上;
对终端进行整机镀膜处理;所述整机镀膜包括在所述防水标签上镀防水膜。
将防水标签所处的位置加热到预设温度,以使得保护层在预设温度下进行分解或溶胀从而破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
可选地,保护层由无机盐结晶水合物材料构成,预设温度为40至70摄氏度,保护层在预设温度下进行分解从而破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
可选地,保护层由温敏性水凝胶构成,预设温度为40至60摄氏度,保护层在预设温度下进行溶胀从而破坏防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述 的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种防水镀膜方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在防水标签上添加保护层;
    将添加了所述保护层的防水标签贴在终端的进水路径上;
    对所述终端进行整机镀膜处理;
    将所述防水标签所处的位置加热到预设温度,以使得所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行分解或溶胀从而破坏所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防水镀膜方法,其特征在于,所述保护层由无机盐结晶水合物材料构成,所述预设温度为40至70摄氏度,所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行分解从而破坏所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的防水镀膜方法,其特征在于,所述保护层由温敏性水凝胶构成,所述预设温度为40至60摄氏度,所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行溶胀从而破坏所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
  4. 一种终端,其特征在于,在对所述终端进行整机镀膜处理的过程中,所述终端的防水标签上添加有保护层,在对所述终端进行整机镀膜处理之后,由于所述防水标签所处的位置被加热到预设温度,导致所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行分解或溶胀从而破坏了所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的终端,其特征在于,所述保护层由无机盐结晶水合物材料构成,所述预设温度为40至70摄氏度,所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行分解从而破坏了所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的终端,其特征在于,所述保护层由温敏性水凝胶构成,所述预设温度为40至60摄氏度,所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行溶胀从而破坏了所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
  7. 一种防水镀膜设备,其特征在于,包括:
    添加单元,用于在防水标签上添加保护层;
    粘贴单元,用于将添加了所述保护层的防水标签贴在终端的进水路径上;
    镀膜单元,用于对所述终端进行整机镀膜处理;
    加热单元,用于将所述防水标签所处的位置加热到预设温度,以使得所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行分解或溶胀从而破坏所述防水标签上所镀的防 水膜。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的防水镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述保护层由无机盐结晶水合物材料构成,所述预设温度为40至70摄氏度,所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行分解从而破坏所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的防水镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述保护层由温敏性水凝胶构成,所述预设温度为40至60摄氏度,所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行溶胀从而破坏所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
  10. 一种防水镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述防水镀膜设备包括处理器和存储器,其中:
    所述存储器用于存储一组程序指令;
    所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序指令,执行如下操作:
    在防水标签上添加保护层;
    将添加了所述保护层的防水标签贴在终端的进水路径上;
    对所述终端进行整机镀膜处理;
    将所述防水标签所处的位置加热到预设温度,以使得所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行分解或溶胀从而破坏所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的防水镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述保护层由无机盐结晶水合物材料构成,所述预设温度为40至70摄氏度,所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行分解从而破坏所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的防水镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述保护层由温敏性水凝胶构成,所述预设温度为40至60摄氏度,所述保护层在所述预设温度下进行溶胀从而破坏所述防水标签上所镀的防水膜。
