比較対象商品の特定処理(例2)では、システム制御部4は、比較対象商品の特定処理(a)と同様に、共通商品コードが発行対象商品と同一の商品であって店舗商品コードが発行対象商品と異なる比較対象商品を特定し、当該特定した比較対象商品の店舗商品コード、共通商品コード、及び価格等の情報をRAMの所定領域に記憶する。次いで、システム制御部4は、共通商品コードが発行対象商品と関連する商品であって店舗商品コードが発行対象商品と異なる商品を、比較対象商品として商品情報データベース24から特定し、当該特定した比較対象商品の店舗商品コード、共通商品コード、及び価格等の情報をRAMの所定領域に記憶する。例えば、システム制御部4は、発行対象商品の共通商品コードに対応付けられて関連商品データベース25に登録されている発行対象商品に関連する関連商品の共通商品コードを取得し、取得した共通商品コードを用いて商品情報データベース24から比較対象商品を特定する。図6(B)は、ステップS56で特定された発行対象商品の店舗商品コード、共通商品コード、店舗コード、及び価格と、比較対象商品の特定処理(例2)で特定された比較対象商品の店舗商品コード、共通商品コード、店舗コード、及び価格の一覧を示す図である。図6(B)の例において、比較対象商品の共通商品コードN-510,RW-77,S1100,N-660,K1220Z,S1300,及びRW-35は、それぞれ、発行対象商品の共通商品コード「C-123」と関連するコードである。
比較対象商品の特定処理(例3)では、システム制御部4は、共通商品コードが発行対象商品と同一の商品であって店舗商品コードが発行対象商品と異なる商品と、共通商品コードが発行対象商品と関連する商品であって店舗商品コードが発行対象商品と異なる商品とを比較対象商品の候補として特定し、当該特定した比較対象商品の候補の店舗商品コード、共通商品コード、及び価格等の情報をRAMの所定領域に記憶する。次いで、システム制御部4(履歴情報取得部41d)は、ステップS52で特定された対象ユーザの履歴情報(当該対象ユーザのユーザIDに対応付けられた履歴情報)をユーザ情報データベース23から取得し、取得した履歴情報に含まれる検索履歴、閲覧履歴、またはブックマーク登録履歴から商品を特定する。そして、システム制御部4は、上記特定された比較対象商品の候補の中で、履歴情報から特定された商品を、比較対象商品として特定し、当該特定した比較対象商品の店舗商品コードに対応付けてログフラグ“1”を記憶する。ログフラグは、対象ユーザにより閲覧等されたか否かを示す。なお、システム制御部4は、上記特定された比較対象商品の候補の中で、履歴情報(つまり、検索履歴または閲覧履歴)から特定される検索回数または閲覧回数が所定回数(閾値)以上の商品を比較対象商品として特定してもよい。また、システム制御部4は、上記特定された比較対象商品の候補の中で、発行対象商品の検索時刻(または閲覧時刻)と、共通商品コードが発行対象商品と同一または関連する商品の検索時刻(または閲覧時刻)とを比較し、当該時刻間の時間差が所定差(閾値)未満(または以下)である商品を、比較対象商品として特定してもよい。図7(A)は、ステップS56で特定された発行対象商品の店舗商品コード、共通商品コード、店舗コード、及び価格と、比較対象商品の特定処理(例3)で特定された比較対象商品の店舗商品コード、共通商品コード、店舗コード、価格、及びログフラグの一覧を示す図である。図7(A)の例において、ログフラグ“1”が対応付けられた店舗商品コードの商品が、比較対象商品である。
比較対象商品の特定処理(例4)では、システム制御部4は、比較対象商品の特定処理(c)と同様に、上記特定された比較対象商品の候補の中で、履歴情報から特定された商品を、比較対象商品として特定し、当該特定した比較対象商品の店舗商品コードに対応付けてログフラグを記憶する。次いで、システム制御部4(想定閲覧商品特定部41g)は、後述する想定閲覧商品特定処理を実行することで想定閲覧商品を特定する。そして、システム制御部4は、上記特定された比較対象商品の候補の中で、想定閲覧商品特定処理により特定された想定閲覧商品を、比較対象商品として特定し、当該特定した比較対象商品の店舗商品コードに対応付けて想定ログフラグを記憶する。図7(B)は、ステップS56で特定された発行対象商品の店舗商品コード、共通商品コード、店舗コード、及び価格と、比較対象商品の特定処理(例4)で特定された比較対象商品の店舗商品コード、共通商品コード、店舗コード、価格、ログフラグ、及び想定ログフラグの一覧を示す図である。図7(B)の例では、履歴情報に含まれていない商品についても想定ログフラグ“1”が対応付けられて記憶されている。
次に、図10を参照して、情報提供サーバSAのシステム制御部4により実行される電子クーポンの発行処理(Push型)について説明する。図10は、システム制御部4により実行される電子クーポンの発行処理(Push型)の一例を示すフローチャートである。例えば、システム制御部4は、例えば、所定時間間隔で、電子クーポンの発行処理の開始条件を満たすかどうかを判定しており、電子クーポンの発行処理の開始条件を満たすと判定した場合、図10に示す処理を開始する。ここで、上記開始条件の例として、以下の(I)~(VI)に示す条件が挙げられる。
(I)タイマーにより設定された時刻が到来したこと
(II)商品情報データベース24に登録されている商品の広告予算額(例えば全部または一部の商品の累計)が所定期間内において所定額変動(特に、増加)したこと
(III)商品情報データベース24に登録されている商品の在庫数(例えば全部または一部の商品の累計)が所定期間内において所定数変動(特に、増加)したこと
(IV)商品情報データベース24に登録されている商品の被検索数(例えば全部または一部の商品の累計)が所定期間内において所定数増加したこと
(V)商品情報データベース24に登録されている商品の被閲覧数(例えば全部または一部の商品の累計)が所定期間内において所定数増加したこと
(VI)商品情報データベース24に登録されている商品の所定期間における売上額(例えば全部または一部の商品の累計)が比較対象となる他の所定期間における売上額と比較して所定額減少したこと
(VII)商品情報データベース24に登録されている商品の所定期間における売上額(例えば全部または一部の商品の累計)の増加率が比較対象となる他の所定期間における売上額の増加率と比較して所定値以上減少したこと

Claims (11)
- 情報の提供対象となるユーザを特定する対象ユーザ特定手段と、
前記対象ユーザ特定手段により特定されたユーザを含む複数のユーザそれぞれの履歴情報に基づいて特定された情報要素毎の想定閲覧順位を示す想定閲覧情報であって、前記対象ユーザ特定手段により特定されたユーザの履歴情報に含まれる複数の情報要素に対応する前記想定閲覧情報を取得する想定閲覧情報取得手段と、
前記対象ユーザ特定手段により特定されたユーザの履歴情報に含まれる前記情報要素で、且つ前記想定閲覧情報取得手段により取得された想定閲覧情報に含まれる前記情報要素のうち、前記想定閲覧順位が最下位の情報要素より上位の情報要素を前記想定閲覧情報から特定する情報要素特定手段と、
前記対象ユーザ特定手段により特定されたユーザの履歴情報に含まれる情報要素と、前記情報要素特定手段により特定された情報要素とに基づいて、前記対象ユーザ特定手段により特定されたユーザへ提供する情報を生成する生成手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする情報処理装置。 - 複数のユーザそれぞれの履歴情報から、それぞれの前記情報要素の検索時刻以降の閲覧時刻を前記ユーザ毎に特定する時刻特定手段と、
前記時刻特定手段により特定された、前記情報要素毎且つ前記ユーザ毎の前記閲覧時刻に基づいて、前記複数のユーザ全体としての前記情報要素毎の想定閲覧順位を特定する第1想定閲覧順位特定手段と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記時刻特定手段は、それぞれの前記情報要素の検索時刻及び当該検索時刻以降の閲覧時刻を特定し、
前記時刻特定手段により特定された検索時刻から前記閲覧時刻までの経過時間を前記情報要素毎、且つ前記ユーザ毎に算出し、当該算出した経過時間に基づいて、前記複数のユーザ全体としての前記情報要素毎の経過時間を算出する経過時間算出手段と、
を更に備え、
前記第1想定閲覧順位特定手段は、前記経過時間算出手段により算出された前記情報要素毎の経過時間に基づいて当該経過時間が所定の時間範囲にある前記情報要素を一つのグループとしてまとめて同一の想定閲覧順位として特定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記時刻特定手段は、それぞれの前記情報要素の検索時刻及び当該検索時刻以降の閲覧時刻を特定し、
前記時刻特定手段により特定された検索時刻から前記閲覧時刻までの経過時間を前記情報要素毎、且つ前記ユーザ毎に算出し、当該算出した経過時間に基づいて、前記複数のユーザ全体としての前記情報要素毎の経過時間を算出する経過時間算出手段と、
を更に備え、
前記第1想定閲覧順位特定手段は、前記経過時間算出手段により算出された前記情報要素毎の経過時間に基づいて相対的に当該経過時間の時間差が小さい前記情報要素を一つの商品グループとしてまとめて同一の想定閲覧順位として特定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の情報処理装置。 - 複数のユーザを所定の分類条件に基づいて複数のセグメントに分類する分類手段と、
前記分類手段により分類された複数のセグメント毎に、当該セグメントに属する複数のユーザそれぞれの履歴情報に基づいて前記情報要素毎の想定閲覧順位を特定する第2想定閲覧順位特定手段と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記想定閲覧情報取得手段は、前記対象ユーザ特定手段により特定されたユーザの履歴情報に含まれる複数の情報要素の組合せを含む前記想定閲覧情報を取得することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記想定閲覧情報取得手段は、前記情報要素の組合せを含む前記想定閲覧情報が複数ある場合、複数の前記想定閲覧情報のうち、前記情報要素の組合せに含まれる情報要素の前記想定閲覧情報における前記想定閲覧順位の差が相対的に小さい前記想定閲覧情報を取得することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記想定閲覧情報取得手段は、前記情報要素の組合せを含む前記想定閲覧情報が複数ある場合、複数の前記想定閲覧情報のうち、前記情報要素の組合せに含まれる情報要素の前記履歴情報における閲覧順序と、前記情報要素の組合せに含まれる情報要素の前記想定閲覧情報における想定閲覧順序とが一致する前記想定閲覧情報を取得することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記第1想定閲覧順位特定手段は、前記時刻特定手段により特定された前記ユーザ毎の前記閲覧時刻に基づいて、前記情報要素毎の閲覧順位を前記ユーザ毎に特定し、所定割合以上のユーザに対応する前記閲覧順位が所定順位幅に含まれる前記情報要素に限り前記想定閲覧順位を特定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の情報処理装置。
- コンピュータにより実行される情報処理方法であって、
情報の提供対象となるユーザを特定するステップと、
前記特定されたユーザを含む複数のユーザそれぞれの履歴情報に基づいて特定された情報要素毎の想定閲覧順位を示す想定閲覧情報であって、前記特定されたユーザの履歴情報に含まれる複数の情報要素に対応する前記想定閲覧情報を取得するステップと、
前記特定されたユーザの履歴情報に含まれる前記情報要素で、且つ前記により取得された想定閲覧情報に含まれる前記情報要素のうち、前記想定閲覧順位が最下位の情報要素より上位の情報要素を前記想定閲覧情報から特定するステップと、
前記特定されたユーザの履歴情報に含まれる情報要素と、前記特定された情報要素とに基づいて、前記特定されたユーザへ提供する情報を生成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする情報処理方法。 - コンピュータを、
情報の提供対象となるユーザを特定する対象ユーザ特定手段と、
前記対象ユーザ特定手段により特定されたユーザを含む複数のユーザそれぞれの履歴情報に基づいて特定された情報要素毎の想定閲覧順位を示す想定閲覧情報であって、前記対象ユーザ特定手段により特定されたユーザの履歴情報に含まれる複数の情報要素に対応する前記想定閲覧情報を取得する想定閲覧情報取得手段と、
前記対象ユーザ特定手段により特定されたユーザの履歴情報に含まれる前記情報要素で、且つ前記想定閲覧情報取得手段により取得された想定閲覧情報に含まれる前記情報要素のうち、前記想定閲覧順位が最下位の情報要素より上位の情報要素を前記想定閲覧情報から特定する情報要素特定手段と、
前記対象ユーザ特定手段により特定されたユーザの履歴情報に含まれる情報要素と、前記情報要素特定手段により特定された情報要素とに基づいて、前記対象ユーザ特定手段により特定されたユーザへ提供する情報を生成する生成手段として機能させることを特徴とする情報処理プログラム。
