Description

一种电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟领域,特别涉及一种电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接结构。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和人们健康意识的提高,电子烟已经成为了大众比较环保理想的吸烟代替品。电子烟一般有雾化器和电池杆这二大部分,雾化器是储备烟油和将烟油雾化的部分,电池杆是给雾化器的发热件供电的部分,这二者缺一不可。雾化器的构造就是一个加热元器件,通过电池供电发热,使其旁边的烟油挥发,形成烟雾,从而让人吸的时候达到“吞云吐雾”的效果。
现有的雾化器与电池杆的连接一般是采用螺纹的连接方式结合通电。螺纹连接方式需要旋转拧合连接或者旋转拧开分离,操作不方便;而且螺纹使零件的加工精度及表面处理要求较高,经常因加工精度的问题造成螺纹连接时不顺畅或产生异响,螺纹连接拧合得太紧时还会造成雾化器上的雾化座及雾化芯滞留在电池杆螺纹上造成雾化座与雾化管分离,然后大量漏油的情况,螺纹连接还会经常出现因为旋转连接的原因,雾化器上雾化芯组件的正极接触顶针与电池杆正极顶针平面摩擦时造成雾化芯组件上的绝缘橡胶套破损或发热体的通电引脚移位,然后短路的现象。
实用新型内容
针对以上问题,本实用新型专利目的在于设计了一种电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接结构,雾化器与电池杆使用DC方式连接,使操作连接或分离时极简单快捷,不会出现大量漏油和发生短路的情况,使用方便,安全。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接结构,包括雾化器连接构件(100)和电池杆连接构件(200);其中,
所述雾化器连接构件(100)包括雾化器(4),所述雾化器(4)内连接有绝缘套(3),所述绝缘套(3)中镶嵌有正极顶针(1),所述正极顶针(1)内安装有正极弹性圆环(2);
所述电池杆连接构件(200)包括电池杆(9),所述电池杆(9)内连接有固定件(8),所述固定件(8)连接有绝缘座(7),所述绝缘座(7)固定连接正极PIN针(6),所述绝缘座(7)还连接有负极弹性圆环(5)。
进一步,本实用新型所述绝缘座(7)和正极PIN针(6)为注塑成型的一体结构。
进一步,本实用新型所述正极弹性圆环(2)的外形尺寸比绝缘套(3)的绝缘导向孔(34)的尺寸大。
进一步,本实用新型所述负极弹性圆环(5)的外形尺寸比电池杆(9)的负极导向孔(91)的尺寸大。
本实用新型提供的电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接结构其雾化器与 电池杆使用DC方式进行连接,使操作连接或分离时极简单快捷;不会出现雾化器的雾化座及雾化芯滞留在电池杆螺纹上造成雾化座与雾化管分离,然后大量漏油的情况;不会出现因雾化器与电池杆连接的原因发生短路的情况。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
本实用新型提出了一种电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接结构,包括雾化器连接构件100和电池杆连接构件200,请参阅图1是本实用新型电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接结构的结构图,图2是本实用新型的电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接结构的拆分图。
雾化器连接构件100组成包括:雾化器4的负极内腔41内过盈配合固定有绝缘套3,绝缘套3的绝缘凸台33穿过负极内孔43,而绝缘套3的第一限位平面32由第二限位平面42贴合限制防止向外活动;绝缘套3的绝缘内孔31中镶嵌着正极顶针1,正极顶针1的正极容置部11开口朝向与绝缘套3的绝缘导向孔34的方向一致;正极顶针1的正极容置部11内装有一个外形尺寸比绝缘套3的绝缘导向孔34大的正极弹性圆环2。
电池杆连接构件200结构组成包括:电池杆9的绝缘座固定孔93的内侧面与绝缘座7的固定侧面71过盈配合固定了一个带绝缘座7的正极PIN针6,并且由电池杆上的第四限位平面94限制了绝缘座7的第三限位平面72向外活动;中间带避空孔82的固定件8外形与电池杆的固定孔95的内侧面过盈配合,并且中间带避空孔82的固定 件8第二固定平面81与绝缘座7的第三限位平面72帖合,从而把带绝缘座7的正极PIN针6牢固地固定在电池杆上不能活动;而正极PIN针6的正极接线口62则与电池正极或者PCB板的正极连接;电池杆的整体与电池的负极连接;电池杆的负极空置部92内装有一个外形尺寸比电池杆负极导向孔91大的负极弹性圆环5。
本实用新型工作原理如下:当雾化器4与电池杆9要连接使用时,雾化器负极面44经电池杆的负极导向孔91插入负极弹性圆环5的内孔,由于雾化器负极面44的外形尺寸比负极弹性圆环5的负极圆弧变窄接触面51大,所以当雾化器负极面44插入时,由于受到膨胀力的作用,带有负极弹性缺口52的负极弹性圆环5的外形会膨胀变大,然后与电池杆负极容置部92的内侧面接触,组成雾化器与电池杆连接的负极电路。正极PIN针6经绝缘套3的绝缘导向孔34插入正极弹性圆环2的内孔,由于正极PIN针6的外形尺寸比正极弹性圆环2的正极圆弧变窄接触面21大,所以正极PIN针6插入时,由于受到膨胀力的作用,带有正极弹性缺口22的正极弹性圆环2的外形会膨胀变大,然后与正极顶针1的正极容置部11的内侧面接触,组成雾化器与电池杆连接的正极电路。最后经雾化芯组件与雾化器上的正负极分别连接工作。

    所述雾化器连接构件(100)包括雾化器(4),所述雾化器(4)内连接有绝缘套(3),所述绝缘套(3)中镶嵌有正极顶针(1),所述正极顶针(1)内安装有正极弹性圆环(2);
    所述电池杆连接构件(200)包括电池杆(9),所述电池杆(9)内连接有固定件(8),所述固定件(8)连接有绝缘座(7),所述绝缘座(7)固定连接正极PIN针(6),所述绝缘座(7)还连接有负极弹性圆环(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接结构,其特征在于,所述绝缘座(7)和正极PIN针(6)为注塑成型的一体结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接结构,其特征在于,所述正极弹性圆环(2)的外形尺寸比绝缘套(3)的绝缘导向孔(34)的尺寸大。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接结构,其特征在于,所述负极弹性圆环(5)的外形尺寸比电池杆(9)的负极导向孔(91)的尺寸大。
