本实施例提供的多群组重组方法,完成重组了N个MCPTT群组,因此,该N个MCPTT群组中的用户属于由该N个MCPTT群组重组建立的临时群组,从而属于同一由该N个MCPTT群组重组建立的临时群组内的各个用户使用的UE可以相互通信。
可选地,该第二群组管理功能实体还接收该第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组信息,该群组重组信息包括:由N个MCPTT群组重组建立的临时群组的标识。然后向该第二UE发送该群组重组信息;该第二UE为第二MCPTT用户使用的UE,该第二MCPTT用户为该N个MCPTT群组中该第二群组管理功能实体管理的至少一个MCPTT群组中的任一MCPTT用户。具体实现过程程可以参见本发明方法实施例三中有关第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
可选地,在执行S702之后,还包括:该第二群组管理功能实体接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组解散通知信息,该群组重组解散通知信息包括该临时群组的标识;以及向该第二UE发送该群组重组解散通知信息。可选地,第二群组管理功能实体在接收到第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组解散通知信息之后,可以根据该群组重组解散通知信息,删除其存储的该群组重组信息。具体实现过程可以参见本发明方法实施例五中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。从而实现解散由该N个MCPTT群组重组建立的临时群组。
需要说明的是,第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体表示的是该群组管理功能实体管理该第二MCPTT用户所属的该MCPTT群组。

    第一群组管理功能实体接收第一用户设备UE发送的群组重组建立消息,所述群组重组建立消息包括:N个紧急任务即按即说MCPTT群组的标识,所述群组重组建立消息用于请求所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述N个MCPTT群组的标识,建立第一MCPTT用户发起的由所述N个MCPTT群组重组的临时群组;所述第一群组管理功能实体为所述第一MCPTT用户的归属网络中的群组管理功能实体;所述第一MCPTT用户属于所述N个MCPTT群组中的至少一个MCPTT群组;
    所述第一群组管理功能实体配置所述临时群组的信息,所述临时群组的信息包括:由所述N个MCPTT群组重组的临时群组的标识、所述N个MCPTT群组的标识。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一群组管理功能实体配置所述临时群组的信息之后,还包括:
    所述第一群组管理功能实体向所述第一UE发送群组重组完成消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述临时群组的信息还包括以下至少一种:所述N个MCPTT群组中至少一个MCPTT群组的MCPTT用户的信息、所述临时群组的优先级、所述临时群组的安全级别。

    所述第一群组管理功能实体接收所述第二群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组响应消息;
    所述第一群组管理功能实体配置所述临时群组的信息,包括:所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述群组重组响应消息,配置所述临时群组的信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述群组重组响应消息还包括所述第一MCPTT群组中所述第二群组管理功能实体管理的至少一个MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一群组管理功能实体配置所述临时群组的信息之后,还包括:
    所述第一群组管理功能实体向第二UE发送群组重组信息,所述群组重组信息包括所述临时群组的标识,所述第二UE为第二MCPTT用户使用的UE,所述第二MCPTT用户为所述N个MCPTT群组中的任一MCPTT用户。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组不为所述第一群组管理功能实体管理的MCPTT群组时,所述第一群组管理功能实体向第二UE发送群组重组信息包括:
    所述第一群组管理功能实体向所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组信息,以使所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体向所述第二UE发送所述群组重组信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述第一群组管理功能实体接收所述第一UE发送的群组重组解散消息,所述群组重组解散消息包括所述临时群组的标识,所述群组重组解散消息用于请求所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述临时群组的标识解散所述临时群组;
    所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述群组重组解散消息,向所述第二UE发送群组重组解散通知信息;
    其中,所述群组重组解散通知信息包括所述临时群组的标识;所述群组重组解散通知信息用于指示所述第二UE根据所述临时群组的标识,删除所述群组重组信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组不为所述第一群组管理功能实体管理的MCPTT群组时,所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述群组重组解散消息,向所述第二UE 发送群组重组解散通知信息,包括:
    所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述群组重组解散消息,向所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组解散通知信息,以使所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体向所述第二UE发送所述群组重组解散通知信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一群组管理功能实体接收所述第一UE发送的群组重组解散消息之后,还包括:
    所述第一群组管理功能实体删除所述临时群组的信息。
  12. 一种多群组重组方法,其特征在于,包括:

    所述第一UE向所述第一群组管理功能实体发送群组重组解散消息,所述群组重组解散消息包括所述临时群组的标识;所述群组重组解散消息用于请求所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述临时群组的标识解散所述临时群组;
    所述第一UE接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组解散通知信息,所述群组重组解散通知信息包括所述临时群组的标识;
    所述第一UE根据所述群组重组解散通知信息中的所述临时群组的标识,删除所述群组重组信息。
  16. 一种多群组重组方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第二群组管理功能实体接收第一群组管理功能实体转发的第一用户设备UE发送的群组重组建立消息,所述群组重组建立消息包括:N个紧急任务即按即说MCPTT群组的标识,所述群组重组建立消息用于请求所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述N个MCPTT群组的标识建立第一MCPTT用户发起的由所述N个MCPTT群组重组的临时群组,所述第二群组管理功能实体管理所述N个MCPTT群组中至少一个MCPTT群组;所述第一群组管理功能实体为所述第一MCPTT用户的归属网络中的群组管理功能实体;所述第一MCPTT用户属于所述N个MCPTT群组中的至少一个MCPTT群组;
    所述第二群组管理功能实体向所述第一群组管理功能实体发送群组重组响应消息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述群组重组响应消息还包括所述N个MCPTT群组中所述第二群组管理功能实体管理的至少一个MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户的信息。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二群组管理功能实体向所述第一群组管理功能实体发送群组重组响应消息之后,还包括:
    所述第二群组管理功能实体接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组信息,所述群组重组信息包括所述临时群组的标识;
    所述第二群组管理功能实体向第二UE发送所述群组重组信息,所述第二UE为第二MCPTT用户使用的UE,所述第二MCPTT用户为所述N个MCPTT群组中所述第二群组管理功能实体管理的至少一个MCPTT群组中的任一MCPTT用户。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述第二群组管理功能实体接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组解散通知信息,所述群组重组解散通知信息包括所述临时群组的标识; 所述群组重组解散通知信息用于指示根据所述临时群组的标识,删除所述群组重组信息;
    所述第二群组管理功能实体向所述第二UE发送所述群组重组解散通知信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二群组管理功能实体接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组解散通知信息之后,还包括:
    所述第二群组管理功能实体删除所述群组重组信息。
  21. 一种群组管理功能实体,作为第一群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,包括:
    收发单元,用于接收第一用户设备UE发送的群组重组建立消息,所述群组重组建立消息包括:N个紧急任务即按即说MCPTT群组的标识,所述群组重组建立消息用于请求所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述N个MCPTT群组的标识,建立第一MCPTT用户发起的由所述N个MCPTT群组重组的临时群组;所述第一群组管理功能实体为所述第一MCPTT用户的归属网络中的群组管理功能实体;所述第一MCPTT用户属于所述N个MCPTT群组中的至少一个MCPTT群组;
    处理单元,用于配置所述临时群组的信息,所述临时群组的信息包括:由所述N个MCPTT群组重组的临时群组的标识、所述N个MCPTT群组的标识。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述收发单元,还用于在所述处理单元配置所述临时群组的信息之后,向所述第一UE发送群组重组完成消息。
  23. 根据权利要求21或22所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述临时群组的信息还包括以下至少一种:所述N个MCPTT群组中至少一个MCPTT群组的MCPTT用户的信息、所述临时群组的优先级、所述临时群组的安全级别。
  24. 根据权利要求21-23任意一项所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述N个MCPTT群组为所述第一群组管理功能实体管理的MCPTT群组。
  25. 根据权利要求21-23任意一项所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述N个MCPTT群组中的第一MCPTT群组不为所述第一群组管理功能实体管理的MCPTT群组,所述第一MCPTT群组为所述N个MCPTT群组中的至少一个MCPTT群组;
    所述收发单元,还用于在所述处理单元体配置所述临时群组的信息之前,向第二群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组建立消息;所述第二群组管理功能实体为管理所述第一MCPTT群组中至少一个MCPTT群组的任一群组管理功能实体;以及接收所述第二群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组响应消息;
    所述处理单元在配置所述临时群组的信息时,具体用于:根据所述群组重组响应消息,配置所述临时群组的信息。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述群组重组响应消息还包括所述第一MCPTT群组中所述第二群组管理功能实体管理的至少一个MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户的信息。
  27. 根据权利要求21-26任意一项所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述收发单元还用于在所述处理单元配置所述临时群组的信息之后,向第二UE发送群组重组信息,所述群组重组信息包括所述临时群组的标识,所述第二UE为第二MCPTT用户使用的UE,所述第二MCPTT用户为所述N个MCPTT群组中的任一MCPTT用户。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,当所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组不为所述第一群组管理功能实体管理的MCPTT群组时,所述收发单元在向第二UE发送群组重组信息时,具体用于:向所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组信息,以使所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体向所述第二UE发送所述群组重组信息。
  29. 根据权利要求26或27所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述收发单元还用于,接收所述第一UE发送的群组重组解散消息,所述群组重组解散消息包括所述临时群组的标识,所述群组重组解散消息用于请求所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述临时群组的标识解散所述临时群组;以及根据所述群组重组解散消息,向所述第二UE发送群组重组解散通知信息;
    其中,所述群组重组解散通知信息包括所述临时群组的标识;所述群组 重组解散通知信息用于指示所述第二UE根据所述临时群组的标识,删除所述群组重组信息。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,当所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组不为所述第一群组管理功能实体管理的MCPTT群组时,所述收发单元在根据所述群组重组解散消息,向所述第二UE发送群组重组解散通知信息时,具体用于:根据所述群组重组解散消息,向所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组解散通知信息,以使所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体向所述第二UE发送所述群组重组解散通知信息。
  31. 根据权利要求29或30所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于在所述收发单元接收所述第一UE发送的群组重组解散消息之后,删除所述临时群组的信息。
  32. 一种用户设备UE,作为第一UE,其特征在于,包括:
    处理单元,用于生成群组重组建立消息,所述群组重组建立消息包括:N个紧急任务即按即说MCPTT群组的标识,所述群组重组建立消息用于请求第一群组管理功能实体根据所述N个MCPTT群组的标识,建立第一MCPTT用户发起的由所述N个MCPTT群组重组的临时群组,所述N为大于或等于2的整数;所述第一MCPTT用户属于所述N个MCPTT群组中的至少一个MCPTT群组;所述第一群组管理功能实体为所述第一MCPTT用户的归属网络中的群组功能管理实体;
    收发单元,用于向所述第一群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组建立消息。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的UE,其特征在于,所述收发单元还用于在向所述第一群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组建立消息之后,接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组完成消息。
  34. 根据权利要求32或33所述的UE,其特征在于,所述收发单元还用于在向所述第一群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组建立消息之后,接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组信息,所述群组重组信息包括所述临时群组的标识。
  35. 根据权利要求32-34任意一项所述的UE,其特征在于,所述收发单 元还用于在向所述第一群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组建立消息之后,向所述第一群组管理功能实体发送群组重组解散消息,所述群组重组解散消息包括所述临时群组的标识;所述群组重组解散消息用于请求所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述临时群组的标识解散所述临时群组;以及接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组解散通知信息,所述群组重组解散通知信息包括所述临时群组的标识;
    所述处理单元还用于根据所述群组重组解散通知信息中的所述临时群组的标识,删除所述群组重组信息。
  36. 一种群组管理功能实体,作为第二群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第一群组管理功能实体转发的第一用户设备UE发送的群组重组建立消息,所述群组重组建立消息包括:N个紧急任务即按即说MCPTT群组的标识,所述群组重组建立消息用于请求所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述N个MCPTT群组的标识建立第一MCPTT用户发起的由所述N个MCPTT群组重组的临时群组,所述第二群组管理功能实体管理所述N个MCPTT群组中至少一个MCPTT群组;所述第一群组管理功能实体为所述第一MCPTT用户的归属网络中的群组管理功能实体;所述第一MCPTT用户属于所述N个MCPTT群组中的至少一个MCPTT群组;
    发送单元,用于向所述第一群组管理功能实体发送群组重组响应消息。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述群组重组响应消息还包括所述N个MCPTT群组中所述第二群组管理功能实体管理的至少一个MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户的信息。
  38. 根据权利要求36或37所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述接收单元还用于在所述发送单元向所述第一群组管理功能实体发送群组重组响应消息之后,接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组信息,所述群组重组信息包括所述临时群组的标识;
    所述发送单元,还用于向第二UE发送所述群组重组信息,所述第二UE为第二MCPTT用户使用的UE,所述第二MCPTT用户为所述N个MCPTT群组中所述第二群组管理功能实体管理的至少一个MCPTT群组中的任一MCPTT用户。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述接收单元还用于接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组解散通知信息,所述群组重组解散通知信息包括所述临时群组的标识;所述群组重组解散通知信息用于指示根据所述临时群组的标识,删除所述群组重组信息;
    所述发送单元还用于向所述第二UE发送所述群组重组解散通知信息。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,还包括:
    处理单元,用于在所述接收单元接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组解散通知信息之后,删除所述群组重组信息。
  41. 一种群组管理功能实体,作为第一群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,包括:
    收发器,用于接收第一用户设备UE发送的群组重组建立消息,所述群组重组建立消息包括:N个紧急任务即按即说MCPTT群组的标识,所述群组重组建立消息用于请求所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述N个MCPTT群组的标识,建立第一MCPTT用户发起的由所述N个MCPTT群组重组的临时群组;所述第一群组管理功能实体为所述第一MCPTT用户的归属网络中的群组管理功能实体;所述第一MCPTT用户属于所述N个MCPTT群组中的至少一个MCPTT群组;
    处理器,用于配置所述临时群组的信息,所述临时群组的信息包括:由所述N个MCPTT群组重组的临时群组的标识、所述N个MCPTT群组的标识。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述收发器,还用于在所述处理器配置所述临时群组的信息之后,向所述第一UE发送群组重组完成消息。
  43. 根据权利要求41或42所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述临时群组的信息还包括以下至少一种:所述N个MCPTT群组中至少一个MCPTT群组的MCPTT用户的信息、所述临时群组的优先级、所述临时群组的安全级别。
  44. 根据权利要求41-43任意一项所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述N个MCPTT群组为所述第一群组管理功能实体管理的MCPTT群组。
  45. 根据权利要求41-43任意一项所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述N个MCPTT群组中的第一MCPTT群组不为所述第一群组管理功能实体管理的MCPTT群组,所述第一MCPTT群组为所述N个MCPTT群组中的至少一个MCPTT群组;
    所述收发器,还用于在所述处理器体配置所述临时群组的信息之前,向第二群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组建立消息;所述第二群组管理功能实体为管理所述第一MCPTT群组中至少一个MCPTT群组的任一群组管理功能实体;以及接收所述第二群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组响应消息;
    所述处理器在配置所述临时群组的信息时,具体用于:根据所述群组重组响应消息,配置所述临时群组的信息。
  46. 根据权利要求45所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述群组重组响应消息还包括所述第一MCPTT群组中所述第二群组管理功能实体管理的至少一个MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户的信息。
  47. 根据权利要求41-46任意一项所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述收发器还用于在所述处理器配置所述临时群组的信息之后,向第二UE发送群组重组信息,所述群组重组信息包括所述临时群组的标识,所述第二UE为第二MCPTT用户使用的UE,所述第二MCPTT用户为所述N个MCPTT群组中的任一MCPTT用户。
  48. 根据权利要求47所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,当所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组不为所述第一群组管理功能实体管理的MCPTT群组时,所述收发器在向第二UE发送群组重组信息时,具体用于:向所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组信息,以使所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体向所述第二UE发送所述群组重组信息。
  49. 根据权利要求46或47所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述收发器还用于,接收所述第一UE发送的群组重组解散消息,所述群组重组解散消息包括所述临时群组的标识,所述群组重组解散消息用于请求所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述临时群组的标识解散所述临时群组;以及根据所述群组重组解散消息,向所述第二UE发送群组重组解散通知信息;
    其中,所述群组重组解散通知信息包括所述临时群组的标识;所述群组 重组解散通知信息用于指示所述第二UE根据所述临时群组的标识,删除所述群组重组信息。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,当所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组不为所述第一群组管理功能实体管理的MCPTT群组时,所述收发器在根据所述群组重组解散消息,向所述第二UE发送群组重组解散通知信息时,具体用于:根据所述群组重组解散消息,向所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组解散通知信息,以使所述第二MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT群组的群组管理功能实体向所述第二UE发送所述群组重组解散通知信息。
  51. 根据权利要求49或50所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于在所述收发器接收所述第一UE发送的群组重组解散消息之后,删除所述临时群组的信息。
  52. 一种用户设备UE,作为第一UE,其特征在于,包括:

  55. 根据权利要求52-54任意一项所述的UE,其特征在于,所述收发器还用于在向所述第一群组管理功能实体发送所述群组重组建立消息之后,向 所述第一群组管理功能实体发送群组重组解散消息,所述群组重组解散消息包括所述临时群组的标识;所述群组重组解散消息用于请求所述第一群组管理功能实体根据所述临时群组的标识解散所述临时群组;以及接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组解散通知信息,所述群组重组解散通知信息包括所述临时群组的标识;
    所述处理器还用于根据所述群组重组解散通知信息中的所述临时群组的标识,删除所述群组重组信息。
  56. 一种群组管理功能实体,作为第二群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,包括:

    所述发送器,还用于向第二UE发送所述群组重组信息,所述第二UE为第二MCPTT用户使用的UE,所述第二MCPTT用户为所述N个MCPTT群组中所述第二群组管理功能实体管理的至少一个MCPTT群组中的任一MCPTT用户。
  59. 根据权利要求58所述的群组管理功能实体,其特征在于,所述接收 器还用于接收所述第一群组管理功能实体发送的群组重组解散通知信息,所述群组重组解散通知信息包括所述临时群组的标识;所述群组重组解散通知信息用于指示根据所述临时群组的标识,删除所述群组重组信息;
