背景技术
多媒体广播/多播业务(Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service,简称:MBMS)中,一个用户设备(User Equipment,简称:UE)通过另一个用户设备提供的中继服务接入网络的通信方式,称为基于中继的通信。其中需要中继服务的用户设备称为远程设备(Remote UE),提供中继服务的用户设备称为中继设备(Relay UE)。例如,远程设备是一个不在网络覆盖区域内的公共安全(Public Safety)用户设备,中继设备是一个在网络覆盖区域内的公共安全用户设备。这样,虽然远程设备不在网络覆盖区域内,通过中继设备所提供的中继服务仍旧可以接收MBMS的业务数据。具体的,远程设备向中继设备请求中继服务以获取一个MBMS的业务数据,中继设备接收到请求后,对远程设备所请求获取的MBMS的业务数据进行监听,若监听到该MBMS的业务数据,则将业务数据发送给远程设备。
现有的基于中继的通信中,中继设备可能并不能够为远程设备提供中继服务。例如,中继设备所在小区可能并不提供远程设备所需的MBMS。这种情况下,中继设备所在小区内不存在该MBMS的业务数据,则中继设备不可能监听到该MBMS的业务数据,然而,中继设备仍然进行监听,远程设备仍然等待从中继设备接收MBMS的业务数据,但是远程设备经过等待后仍旧不能从中继设备接收到所需MBMS的业务数据,这就导致通信资源的浪费,以及对远程设备的服务效率低下的问题。可见现有技术中基于中继的通信方式中,由于远程设备盲目选择中继设备,导致通信资源的浪费、对远程设备的服务效率低下、浪费设备电能等问题,严重影响了用户对服务的满意度。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种请求中继服务的通信方法、设备及系统, 能够克服选择中继设备的盲目性,从而提高对远程设备的服务效率,改善用户对服务的满意度。

本发明实施例提供的请求中继服务的通信方法、设备及系统,通过由第一用户设备或者第二用户设备对第一MBMS SAI集和第二MBMS SAI集进行比较判断,当所述第一MBMS SAI集包括所述第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI时,确定第二用户设备能够作为中继设备,为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。
其中,所述第一MBMS SAI集为第一多媒体广播/多播业务MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,所述第二MBMS SAI集为所述第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集。所述第一MBMS SAI集包括所述第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI,说明第二用户设备的驻留小区属于(belonged to)第一MBMS的MBMS服务区,或者说第二用户设备的驻留小区在第一MBMS的MBMS服务区覆盖范围之内,即第二用户设备的驻留小区提供第一MBMS。
在确定第二用户设备能够作为中继设备之后,再向第二用户设备请求中继服务,由此克服了选择中继设备的盲目性,使得第一用户设备能够选择合适的中继设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务,从而提高了对第一用户设备的服务效率,改善用户对服务的满意度。

一个用户设备(User Equipment,简称:UE)通过另一个用户设备提供的中继服务接入网络的通信方式,称为基于中继的通信。本发明的实施例以MBMS的应用场景为例,对本发明的实施例所提供的请求中继服务的通信方法进行说明。当然,本发明的实施例所提供的请求中继服务的通信方法,还能够应用于eMBMS(Enhanced Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service,增强型多媒体广播/多播业务)或者其它应用场景中,本发明对请求中继服务的通信方法的具体应用场景不做限定。
MBMS支持广播业务和组播业务,既可以将多媒体视频信息直接向所有用户设备广播,也可以发送给一组特定的用户设备。例如对于免费的MBMS,可以通过广播形式发送给用户设备,所有用户设备均可以接收到。对于收费的MBMS,则以组播形式只对付费用户设备发送业务数据。
MBMS可以提供多种多媒体业务,例如目前较为常见的手机电视业务,使得用户通过手机就能够方便地观看新闻、比赛等电视节目。本发明的实施中以第一用户设备请求中继服务以获取第一MBMS的业务数据为例,对请求中继服务的通信方法进行说明。
参照图1,将本发明的实施例所提供的请求中继服务的方法,应用于第一用户设备,具体包括以下步骤:
101、获取第一MBMS SAI集。
MBMS SAI(Service Area Identities,服务区标识)用于标识MBMS的服务区。第一MBMS SAI集为第一MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,用于标识第一MBMS的MBMS服务区。其中,第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器(Group Communication Application Server)向第一用户设备提供的MBMS,包括第一用户设备所订阅的MBMS、以及组通信应用服务器向第一用户设备主动推送的MBMS等,具体包括各种免费、收费以及供用户试用的MBMS等等。
第一MBMS SAI集可以包括一个或者一个以上MBMS SAI,即第一MBMS可以有一个或者一个以上的MBMS服务区。第一MBMS SAI集中的每一个MBMS SAI所标识的MBMS服务区,均能够为用户提供第一MBMS。
102、接收第二用户设备发送的第二MBMS SAI集。
第二MBMS SAI集为第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集。第二MBMS SAI集可以包括一个或者一个以上MBMS SAI,表示第二用户设备的驻留小区属于一个或者一个以上MBMS服务区,即第二用户设备的驻留小区在一个或者一个以上MBMS服务区的覆盖范围之内。
103、当第一MBMS SAI集包括第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI时,向第二用户设备发送第一请求消息。
某些情况下,例如,当第一用户设备在不在网络覆盖区域内时,第一用户设备不能直接获取到第一MBMS的业务数据时,可以通过向其它用户设备请求中继服务以获取第一MBMS的业务数据。
本实施例中,第一用户设备根据第一MBMS SAI集和从第二用户设备接收的第二MBMS SAI集来确定第二用户设备能否作为中继设备,为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。
具体判断方式为:确定第一MBMS SAI集是否包括第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI,或者说确定第二MBMS SAI集是否包括第一MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI。
若是,则说明第一MBMS SAI集和第二MBMS SAI集存在交集,表示第二用户设备的驻留小区属于(belonged to)第一MBMS的MBMS服务区,或者说第二用户设备的驻留小区在第一MBMS的MBMS服务区覆盖范围之内,则第二用户设备能够作为中继设备。
在确定第二用户设备能够提供中继服务后,第一用户设备向第二用户设备发送第一请求消息。其中,第一请求消息用于请求第二用户设备为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。
本发明的实施例所提供的请求中继服务的通信方法,第一用户设备获取第一MBMS SAI集及第二MBMS SAI集,确定第二用户设备的驻留小区在第一MBMS的MBMS服务区覆盖范围之内时,请求第二用户设备为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。由此克服了第一用户设备选择中继设备的盲目性,使得第一用户设备能够选择合适的中继设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务,从而提高了对第一用户设备的服务效率, 改善用户对服务的满意度。
结合图1所对应的实施例,本发明的实施例提供另一种请求中继服务的通信方法,应用于第二用户设备,参照图2,具体包括以下步骤:
201、将第二MBMS SAI集发送至第一用户设备。
其中,第二MBMS SAI集为第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集。
本实施例中,对于第二用户设备是否能够提供对第一MBMS的中继服务,需要由第一用户设备根据第一MBMS SAI集和第二MBMS SAI集进行判断确定。因此,第二用户设备将第二MBMS SAI集发送至第一用户设备,以便于第一用户设备确定是否向第二用户设备请求中继服务。其中,第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器向第一用户设备提供的MBMS,第一MBMS SAI用于标识第一MBMS的MBMS服务区。
202、接收第一用户设备发送的第一请求消息,第一请求消息用于请求第二用户设备为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。
当第二用户设备接收到第一用户设备发送的第一请求消息时,表示第一用户设备已经确定第二用户设备能够对第一MBMS提供中继服务,并向第二用户设备请求中继服务。
本发明的实施例所提供的请求中继服务的通信方法,第二用户设备通过将第二MBMS SAI集发送至第一用户设备,从而使得第一用户设备在确定第二用户设备能够为中继设备之后,再向第二用户设备请求对第一MBMS的中继服务。由此克服了第一用户设备选择中继设备的盲目性,使得第一用户设备能够选择合适的中继设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务,从而提高了对第一用户设备的服务效率,改善用户对服务的满意度。
基于图1及图2所对应的实施例,本发明的实施例提供再一种请求中继服务的通信方法,参照图3,具体包括以下步骤:
301、第一用户设备获取第一MBMS SAI集。
其中,第一MBMS SAI集为第一MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,用于标识第一MBMS的MBMS服务区。第一MBMS可以为组通信应用服务器向第一用户设备提供的任何MBMS。
可选的,第一用户设备通过访问组通信应用服务器,从组通信应用服务器获取第一用户设备的用户服务描述(User Service Description,简称:USD),并从第一用户设备的USD中获取第一MBMS SAI集。其中,第一用户设备的USD包括对组通信应用服务器向第一用户设备提供的MBMS的描述信息。
具体的,通信应用服务器向第一用户设备提供的MBMS包括一个或者一个以上MBMS,第一用户设备的USD中,不同MBMS通过不同的临时移动组标识(Temporary Mobile Group Identity,简称:TMGI)进行标识,即一个MBMS对应一个TMGI。进一步地,一个TMGI对应一个或者一个以上的SAI,一个SAI标识一个MBMS服务区。第一用户设备获取USD后,以USD中与第一TMGI所对应的SAI为第一MBMS SAI集,其中第一TMGI为标识第一MBMS的TMGI。
上述第一用户设备访问组通信应用服务器获取USD的过程中,第一用户设备可以直接通过访问组通信应用服务器,从组通信应用服务器获取第一用户设备的USD,也可以通过第二用户设备访问组通信应用服务器,从组通信应用服务器获取第一用户设备的USD。例如,当第一用户设备在网络覆盖区域内时,直接访问组通信应用服务器获取USD并保存。当第一用户设备不在网络覆盖区域内时,则可以通过第二用户设备接入网络,通过第二用户设备访问组通信应用服务器。
302、第二用户设备获取第二MBMS SAI集,并将第二MBMS SAI集发送至第一用户设备。
其中,第二MBMS SAI集为第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集。
第二用户设备可以从第二用户设备的驻留小区的SIB(System Information Block Type,系统信息块)15中获取第二MBMS SAI。
SIB15中包括了第二用户设备的驻留小区由当前频点的MBMS SAI所组成的列表(List of MBMS SAIs for the Current Frequeny),该列表中的每一个SAI,标识了第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的一个MBMS服务区。第二用户设备接收并解析SIB15后,以该列表中的SAI作为第二MBMS  SAI集。
第二用户设备获取第二MBMS SAI集后,广播第二MBMS SAI集。第一用户设备通过接收第二用户设备的广播,接收到第二MBMS SAI集。
或者,第一用户设备通过向第二用户设备发送请求以获取第二MBMS SAI集。具体的,第一用户设备向第二用户设备发送第二请求消息,第二请求消息用于请求获取第二MBMS SAI集。第二用户设备收到第二请求消息后,从第二用户设备的驻留小区的系统信息块SIB15中获取第二MBMS SAI集,并向第一用户设备发送第二MBMS SAI集。
303、当第一MBMS SAI集包括第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI时,第一用户设备向第二用户设备发送第一请求消息。
其中,第一请求消息用于请求第二用户设备为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。
第一MBMS SAI集包括第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI,即第一MBMS SAI集和第二MBMS SAI集存在交集,表示第二用户设备的驻留小区属于第一MBMS的MBMS服务区,即第二用户设备的驻留小区提供第一MBMS,则第二用户设备能够作为中继设备,为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。
第一MBMS SAI集不包括第二MBMS SAI集中的任何一个SAI,即第一MBMS SAI集和第二MBMS SAI集不存在交集,则说明第二用户设备不能作为中继设备,此时停止执行后续步骤。
确定第二用户设备能够作为中继设备之后,第一用户设备向第二用户设备发送第一请求消息,请求第二用户设备为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。可选的,第一请求消息可以是TMGI监听请求消息(TMGI Monitoring Request),TMGI监听请求消息包括第一TMGI。其中,第一TMGI用于标识第一MBMS。
304、第二用户设备对第一MBMS的业务数据进行监听。
第二用户设备接收到第一请求消息后,即触发对第一MBMS的业务数据的监听。具体的,当第二用户设备在多播控制信道(Multicast Control Channel,简称:MCCH)上检测到第一TMGI时,从MBMS信道(MBMS  Traffic Channel,简称:MTCH)接收第一MBMS的业务数据。
针对一个提供第一MBMS的小区,即在第一MBMS的MBMS服务区覆盖范围内的一个小区,只有当MTCH上有第一MBMS的业务数据时,才能从MCCH上检测到第一TMGI,如果MTCH上没有第一MBMS的业务数据,则MCCH上也检测不到第一TMGI。因此不能仅通过是否能在MCCH上检测到第一TMGI来确定一个小区是否提供第一MBMS。
本发明的实施例通过第一MBMS SAI集和第二MBMS SAI集来确定第二用户设备的驻留小区是否提供第一MBMS,从而能够更加准确地确定第二用户设备是否能够作为中继设备为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。
305、第二用户设备向第一用户设备发送第一响应消息。
结合步骤303,第二用户设备接收到第一请求消息之后,向第一用户设备发送第一响应消息,第一响应消息用于指示第一用户设备从第二用户设备接收第一MBMS的业务数据。具体的,第一响应消息可以是TMGI监听响应消息(TMGI Monitoring Response),TMGI监听响应消息包括媒体访问控制(Media Access Control,简称:MAC)地址,作为向第一用户设备发送第一MBMS的业务数据的层二标识(1ayer-2group ID_traffic)。同时,TMGI监听响应消息还包括监听时长(TMGI_monitoring_refresh timer),监听时长为第二用户设备对第一MBMS的业务数据进行监听的时长。当第二用户设备的监听时间超过监听时长时,第二用户设备停止监听。
306、当第二用户设备监听到第一MBMS的业务数据时,将第一MBMS的业务数据发送至第一用户设备。
具体的,当第二用户设备监听到第一MBMS的业务数据时,使用TMGI监听响应消息所携带的MAC地址将第一MBMS的业务数据发送至第一用户设备。由于第一用户设备已经通过TMGI监听响应消息获取该MAC地址,因此可以根据该MAC地址识别第二用户设备所发送的第一MBMS的业务数据。
通过第二用户设备提供的对第一MBMS的中继服务,使得第一用户设备能够通过第二用户设备接收到第一MBMS的业务数据。在第一用户 设备向第二用户设备发送第一请求消息之前,由于已经确定第二用户设备的驻留小区在第一MBMS的MBMS服务区内,即确定第二用户设备能够提供中继服务,因此避免了现有技术中因为盲目选择中继设备而导致的第一用户设备迟迟不能接收到第一MBMS的业务数据的问题,以及因为持续监听和等待所造成的通信资源浪费的问题。
307、第二用户设备向第一用户设备循环发送第四消息。
结合步骤304,当第二用户设备对第一MBMS的业务数据进行监听时,向第一用户设备循环发送第四消息,其中,第四消息包括第一TMGI。第四消息用于指示第二用户设备正在对第一MBMS的业务数据进行监听。可选的,第二用户设备通过广播的形式循环发送第四消息,以便于第一用户设备接收第四消息。
步骤305、步骤306以及步骤307均在步骤304之后,且这三个步骤之间没有先后顺序。
308、第一用户设备释放单播数据通道。
结合步骤307,当第一用户设备接收到第四消息之后,则确定能够通过第二用户设备接收到第一MBMS的业务数据。此时,第一用户设备释放单播数据通道。其中,单播数据通道为第一MBMS的应用服务器向第一用户设备发送第一MBMS的业务数据所使用的单播数据通道。通过MBMS的广播/多播数据通道代替单播数据通道,有利于节约通信资源,提高通信效率。
309、当第一用户设备在预设时长内没有接收到第二用户设备发送的第四消息时,第一用户设备向第一MBMS的应用服务器请求建立单播数据通道,并不再从第二用户设备接收第一MBMS的业务数据。
如果第一用户设备在预设时长内没有接收到第四消息,则表示第一用户设备不能通过第二用户设备接收到第一MBMS的业务数据,此时第一用户设备可以请求建立单播数据通道。单播数据通道建立后,第一用户设备就能够通过单播数据通道接收第一MBMS的业务数据,从而不再从第二用户设备接收第一MBMS的业务数据。
310、在经过监听时长之后,第一用户设备重新向第二用户设备发送 第一请求消息。
结合步骤305,当第二用户设备的监听时间超过监听时长时,第二用户设备停止监听。因此第一用户设备接收到第二用户设备发送的第一响应消息之后,在经过监听时长之后,如果仍旧需要第二用户设备提供中继服务,则重新向第二用户设备发送第一请求消息,以请求第二用户设备继续对第一MBMS的业务数据进行监听。
本发明的实施例所提供的请求中继服务的通信方法中,通过第一用户设备获取第一MBMS SAI集,第二用户设备获取第二MBMS SAI集并将第二MBMS SAI集发送至第一用户设备,由第一用户设备确定第二用户设备能够作为中继设备,为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。若能,则第一用户设备向第二用户设备发送第一请求消息,并进一步通过第二用户设备接收第一MBMS的业务数据。若不能,则无需向第二用户设备请求中继服务。由此克服了第一用户设备选择中继设备的盲目性,使得第一用户设备能够选择合适的中继设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务,从而提高了对第一用户设备的服务效率,改善用户对服务的满意度。
本发明的另一实施例提供另一种请求中继服务的通信方法,应用于第二用户设备,参照图4,具体包括以下步骤:
401、接收第一用户设备发送的第三请求消息,第三请求消息包括第一MBMS SAI集。
其中,第一MBMS SAI集为第一MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,用于标识第一MBMS的MBMS服务区,第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器向第一用户设备提供的MBMS。
第一MBMS SAI集可以包括一个或者一个以上MBMS SAI,第一MBMS SAI集中的每一个SAI所标识的MBMS服务区内,均能够为用户提供第一MBMS。
402、获取第二MBMS SAI集。
其中,第二MBMS SAI集为第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集。
具体的,第二用户设备可以从第二用户设备的驻留小区的SIB(System Information Block Type,系统信息块)15中获取第二MBMS SAI。

本发明的实施例所提供的请求中继服务的通信方法,第二用户设备通过接收第一用户设备发送的包括第一MBMS SAI集的第三请求消息,从第二用户设备的驻留小区的系统信息块SIB15中获取第二MBMS SAI集,当第一MBMS SAI集包括第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI时,通过第二响应消息通知第一用户设备,第二用户设备能够为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。由此克服了第一用户设备选择中继设备的盲目性,使得第一用户设备能够选择合适的中继设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务,从而提高了对第一用户设备的服务效率,改善用户对服务的满意度。

601、第一用户设备获取第一MBMS SAI集。

第二响应消息用于指示,第二用户设备能够为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。
第一MBMS SAI集包括第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI,即第一MBMS SAI集与第二MBMS SAI集存在交集,说明第二用户设备的驻留小区提供第一MBMS,第二用户设备能够为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。此时,第二用户设备将第二响应消息发送至第一用户设备。
如果第一MBMS SAI集与第二MBMS SAI集没有交集,则说明第二用户设备的驻留小区不提供第一MBMS,第二用户设备不能为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。此时第二用户设备不向第一用户设备发送第二响应消息。例如,第二用户设备对第三请求消息不做响应,或者发送拒绝提供中继服务的消息。
可选的,在一种具体的应用场景中,第一用户设备的USD包括对组通信应用服务器向第一用户设备提供的多个MBMS的描述信息,第一用户设备将USD所包括的多个MBMS所对应的SAI作为第一MBMS SAI 集发送至第二用户设备。当第一MBMS SAI集包括第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI时,第二用户设备向第一用户设备发送第二响应消息,其中,第二响应消息包括第一MBMS SAI集与第二MBMS SAI集的交集部分,该交集部分所包括的SAI,标识了包括第一MBMS的在内的至少一个MBMS的服务区。也就是说,第二用户设备能够为第一用户设备提供对包括第一MBMS在内的多个MBMS的中继服务。
605、第一用户设备向第二用户设备发送第一请求消息。
其中,第一请求消息用于请求第二用户设备为第一用户设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务。
可选的,结合步骤604,当第二用户设备能够为第一用户设备提供对包括第一MBMS在内的多个MBMS的中继服务时,第二响应消息包括第一MBMS SAI集与第二MBMS SAI集的交集部分。
此时,第一用户设备在接收到第二响应消息之后,确定第二用户设备能够为第一用户设备提供对包括第一MBMS在内的至少一个MBMS的中继服务,并向第二用户设备请求对至少一个MBMS的中继服务。
第一用户设备的USD中,不同MBMS各自对应至少一个SAI,其中不同MBMS通过不同的TMGI标识。第一用户设备接收到第二响应消息后进行判断,如果一个MBMS所对应的SAI,包含于第一MBMS SAI集与第二MBMS SAI集的交集部分,则说明第二用户设备能够为该MBMS提供中继服务。第一用户设备可以向第二用户设备发送至少一条TMGI监听请求消息(TMGI Monitoring Request),分别包括标识不同MBMS的不同TMGI,向第二用户设备请求对至少一个MBMS的中继服务。
606、第二用户设备向第一用户设备发送第一响应消息。
其中,第一响应消息用于指示第一用户设备从第二用户设备接收第一MBMS的业务数据。
第二用户设备向第一用户设备提供中继服务,向第一用户设备发送第一MBMS业务数据的具体过程,可以参考图3所对应的实施例,此处不再赘述。
结合步骤602-步骤606,第一用户设备通过第三请求消息将第一 MBMS SAI集发送至第二用户设备,并在接收到第二响应消息之后,通过向第二用户设备发送第一请求消息,请求第二用户设备提供中继服务。
在一种具体的应用场景中,第三请求消息还包括第一TMGI,其中第一TMGI用于标识第一MBMS。第二用户设备接收到第三请求消息之后,如果第一MBMS SAI集包括第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI,则确定为第一用户设备提供中继服务。同时,由于第三请求消息中已经包括了第一TMGI,因此第二用户设备可以即刻开始对第一MBMS的业务数据进行监听。
第二用户设备触发监听后,向第一用户设备发送第二响应消息,指示第一用户设备从第二用户设备接收第一MBMS的业务数据。其中第二响应消息包括MAC地址,当第二用户设备监听到第一MBMS的业务数据时,使用第二响应消息所携带的MAC地址将第一MBMS的业务数据发送至第一用户设备。
第二用户设备在确定为第一用户设备提供中继服务后,即根据第一TMGI触发监听,指示第一用户设备接收第一MBMS的业务数据,从而减少了信令交互,进一步提高了对第一用户设备的服务效率。

在确定第二用户设备能够作为中继设备之后,再向第二用户设备请求中继服务,由此克服了选择中继设备的盲目性,使得第一用户设备能够选择合适的中继设备提供对第一MBMS的中继服务,从而提高了对第一用户设备的服务效率,改善用户对服务的满意度。

    获取第一多媒体广播/多播业务服务区标识MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS SAI集为第一多媒体广播/多播业务MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS;
    接收第二用户设备发送的第二MBMS SAI集,所述第二MBMS SAI集为所述第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集;
    当所述第一MBMS SAI集包括所述第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI时,向所述第二用户设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一MBMS的第一MBMS SAI集,包括:
    所述第一用户设备从所述组通信应用服务器获取所述第一用户设备的用户服务描述USD,所述第一用户设备的USD包括对所述组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS的描述信息;
    以所述第一用户设备的USD中,与第一临时移动组标识TMGI所对应的SAI集为所述第一MBMS SAI集;其中,所述第一TMGI用于标识所述第一MBMS。

    从所述第二用户设备接收第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。
  6. 一种请求中继服务的通信方法,应用于第二用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    将第二多媒体广播/多播业务服务区标识MBMS SAI集发送至第一用户设备,以便于所述第一用户设备根据所述第二MBMS SAI集和第一MBMS SAI集确定所述第二用户设备能否为所述第一用户设备提供对第一多媒体广播/多播业务MBMS的中继服务;其中,所述第二MBMS SAI集为所述第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集;所述第一MBMS SAI集为所述第一MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS;
    接收所述第一用户设备发送的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将第二MBMS SAI集发送至第一用户设备之前,所述方法还包括:

  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述第一用户设备发送的第一请求消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    向所述第一用户设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。
  10. 一种请求中继服务的通信方法,应用于第二用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一用户设备发送的第三请求消息,所述第三请求消息包括第一多媒体广播/多播业务服务区标识MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS SAI集为第一多媒体广播/多播业务MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS;
    获取第二MBMS SAI集,所述第二MBMS SAI集为所述第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集;
    当所述第一MBMS SAI集包括所述第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI时,向所述第一用户设备发送第二响应消息,所述第二响应消息用于指示,所述第二用户设备能够为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第二MBMS SAI集,包括:
    从所述第二用户设备的驻留小区的系统信息块SIB 15中获取所述第二MBMS SAI集。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第二响应消息包括所述第一MBMS SAI集与所述第二MBMS SAI集的交集部分。
  13. 根据权利要求10或12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述第一用户设备发送第二响应消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第一用户设备发送的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务;
    向所述第一用户设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第三请求消息还包括第一TMGI,所述第一TMGI用于标识所述第一MBMS;
    所述第二响应消息还用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。
  15. 一种请求中继服务的通信方法,应用于第一用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    获取第一多媒体广播/多播业务服务区标识MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS SAI集为第一多媒体广播/多播业务MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS;
    向第二用户设备发送第三请求消息,所述第三请求消息包括所述第一MBMS SAI集;
    接收所述第二用户设备发送的第二响应消息,所述第二响应消息用于指示,所述第二用户设备能够为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一服务区标识MBMS SAI集,包括:
    所述第一用户设备从所述组通信应用服务器获取所述第一用户设备的用户服务描述USD,所述第一用户设备的USD包括对所述组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS的描述信息;
    以所述第一用户设备的USD中,与第一临时移动组标识TMGI所对应的SAI集为所述第一MBMS SAI集;其中,所述第一TMGI用于标识所述第一MBMS。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第二响应消息包括所述第一MBMS SAI集与第二MBMS SAI集的交集部分;其中,所述第二MBMS SAI集为所述第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述第二用户设备发送的第二响应消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    向所述第二用户设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务;
    接收所述第二用户设备发送的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息用于 指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。
  19. 一种用户设备,用作第一用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取第一多媒体广播/多播业务服务区标识MBMS SAI集,并将所述第一MBMS SAI集发送至控制单元;其中,所述第一MBMS SAI集为第一多媒体广播/多播业务MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS;
    接收单元,用于接收第二用户设备发送的第二MBMS SAI集,并将所述第二MBMS SAI集发送至所述控制单元;其中,所述第二MBMS SAI集为所述第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集;
    发送单元,用于当所述控制单元确定所述第一MBMS SAI集包括所述第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI时,向所述第二用户设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元,具体用于所述第一用户设备从所述组通信应用服务器获取所述第一用户设备的用户服务描述USD,所述第一用户设备的USD包括对所述组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS的描述信息;以所述第一用户设备的USD中,与第一临时移动组标识TMGI所对应的SAI集为所述第一MBMS SAI集;其中,所述第一TMGI用于标识所述第一MBMS。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述第一请求消息为TMGI监听请求消息,所述TMGI监听请求消息包括所述第一TMGI。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述第二用户设备发送第二请求消息,所述第二请求消息用于请求获取所述第二MBMS SAI集。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元,还用于从所述第二用户设备接收第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。
  24. 一种用户设备,用作第二用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    发送单元,用于将第二多媒体广播/多播业务服务区标识MBMS SAI集发送至第一用户设备,以便于所述第一用户设备根据所述第二MBMS SAI集和第一MBMS SAI集确定所述第二用户设备能否为所述第一用户设备提供对第一多媒体广播/多播业务MBMS的中继服务;其中,所述第二MBMS SAI集为所述第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集;所述第一MBMS SAI集为所述第一MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS;
    接收单元,用于接收所述第一用户设备发送的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第二用户设备的驻留小区的系统信息块SIB 15;
    所述用户设备还包括获取单元,用于从所述接收单元接收的所述第二用户设备的驻留小区的系统信息块SIB 15中获取所述第二MBMS SAI集。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元,还用于接收接收所述第一用户设备发送的第二请求消息,所述第二请求消息用于请求获取所述第二MBMS SAI集。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述第一用户设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。
  28. 一种用户设备,用作第二用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第一用户设备发送的第三请求消息,并将所述第三请求消息发送至控制单元;其中,所述第三请求消息包括第一多媒体广 播/多播业务服务区标识MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS SAI集为第一多媒体广播/多播业务MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS;
    获取单元,用于获取第二MBMS SAI集,并将所述第二MBMS SAI集发送至所述控制单元;其中,所述第二MBMS SAI集为所述第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集;
    发送单元,用于当所述控制单元确定所述第一MBMS SAI集包括所述第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI时,向所述第一用户设备发送第二响应消息,所述第二响应消息用于指示,所述第二用户设备能够为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第二用户设备的驻留小区的系统信息块SIB 15;
    所述获取单元,具体用于从所述接收单元接收的所述第二用户设备的驻留小区的系统信息块SIB 15中获取所述第二MBMS SAI集。
  30. 根据权利要求28所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述第二响应消息包括所述第一MBMS SAI集与所述第二MBMS SAI集的交集部分。
  31. 根据权利要求28或30所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第一用户设备发送的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务;
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述第一用户设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。

    所述第三请求消息还包括第一TMGI,所述第一TMGI用于标识所述第一MBMS;

    获取单元,用于获取第一多媒体广播/多播业务服务区标识MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS SAI集为第一多媒体广播/多播业务MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS;
    发送单元,用于向第二用户设备发送第三请求消息,所述第三请求消息包括所述获取单元所获取的所述第一MBMS SAI集;
    接收单元,用于接收所述第二用户设备发送的第二响应消息,所述第二响应消息用于指示,所述第二用户设备能够为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元,具体用于所述第一用户设备从所述组通信应用服务器获取所述第一用户设备的用户服务描述USD,所述第一用户设备的USD包括对所述组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS的描述信息;以所述第一用户设备的USD中,与第一临时移动组标识TMGI所对应的SAI集为所述第一MBMS SAI集;其中,所述第一TMGI用于标识所述第一MBMS。
  35. 根据权利要求33所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述第二响应消息包括所述第一MBMS SAI集与第二MBMS SAI集的交集部分;其中,所述第二MBMS SAI集为所述第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述第二用户设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第二用户设备发送的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。
  37. 一种用户设备,用作第一用户设备,其特征在于,包括处理器、存储器、发送器、接收器及总线,所述处理器、所述存储器、所述发送器、所述接收器及所述存储器通过所述总线相互连接;
    其中,所述处理器,用于获取第一多媒体广播/多播业务服务区标识MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS SAI集为第一多媒体广播/多播业务MBMS的MBMS服务区的MBMS SAI集,所述第一MBMS为组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS;
    所述接收器,用于接收第二用户设备发送的第二MBMS SAI集,所述第二MBMS SAI集为所述第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集;
    所述发送器,用于当所述处理器确定所述第一MBMS SAI集包括所述第二MBMS SAI集中的至少一个SAI时,向所述第二用户设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于所述第一用户设备从所述组通信应用服务器获取所述第一用户设备的用户服务描述USD,所述第一用户设备的USD包括对所述组通信应用服务器向所述第一用户设备提供的MBMS的描述信息;以所述第一用户设备的USD中,与第一临时移动组标识TMGI所对应的SAI集为所述第一MBMS SAI集;其中,所述第一TMGI用于标识所述第一MBMS。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述第一请求消息为TMGI监听请求消息,所述TMGI监听请求消息包括所述第一TMGI。
  40. 根据权利要求37所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述发送器,还用于向所述第二用户设备发送第二请求消息,所述第二请求消息用于请求获取所述第二MBMS SAI集。
  41. 根据权利要求37所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收器,还用于从所述第二用户设备接收第一响应消息,所述 第一响应消息用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。
  42. 一种用户设备,用作第二用户设备,其特征在于,包括处理器、存储器、发送器、接收器及总线,所述处理器、所述存储器、所述发送器、所述接收器及所述存储器通过所述总线相互连接;

    所述接收器,用于接收所述第一用户设备发送的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务。
  43. 根据权利要求42所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收器,还用于接收所述第二用户设备的驻留小区的系统信息块SIB 15;
    所述处理器,用于从所述接收单元接收的所述第二用户设备的驻留小区的系统信息块SIB 15中获取所述第二MBMS SAI集。
  44. 根据权利要求42所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收器,还用于接收接收所述第一用户设备发送的第二请求消息,所述第二请求消息用于请求获取所述第二MBMS SAI集。
  45. 根据权利要求42所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述发送器,还用于向所述第一用户设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。

    所述第二响应消息包括所述第一MBMS SAI集与所述第二MBMS SAI集的交集部分。
  49. 根据权利要求46或48所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收器,还用于接收所述第一用户设备发送的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务;
    所述发送器,还用于向所述第一用户设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。

    所述第三请求消息还包括第一TMGI,所述第一TMGI用于标识所述第一MBMS;

    所述第二响应消息包括所述第一MBMS SAI集与第二MBMS SAI集的交集部分;其中,所述第二MBMS SAI集为所述第二用户设备的驻留小区所属的MBMS SAI集。

    所述发送器,还用于向所述第二用户设备发送第一请求消息,所述第 一请求消息用于请求所述第二用户设备为所述第一用户设备提供对所述第一MBMS的中继服务;
    所述接收器,还用于接收所述第二用户设备发送的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息用于指示所述第一用户设备从所述第二用户设备接收所述第一MBMS的业务数据。
  55. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括:
    第一用户设备和第二用户设备;
    其中,所述第一用户设备为权利要求19-23任一项所述的用户设备,所述第二用户设备为24-27任一项所述的用户设备;或者,
    所述第一用户设备为权利要求33-36任一项所述的用户设备,所述第二用户设备为28-32任一项所述的用户设备;或者,
    所述第一用户设备为权利要求37-41任一项所述的用户设备,所述第二用户设备为42-45任一项所述的用户设备;或者,
