本发明属于互联网领域，提供了显示商标同音词时的产品信息推送方法以及商标查询系统，所述方法包括：读取用户输入的文字；根据用户输入的文字查询近似商标，同时查询该文字在用户所选择的商标注册国的同音词；向用户同时推送所述近似商标、所述同音词的查询结果以及产品信息。通过该发明，可以让用户在查询近似商标的同时，知悉商标在其所要注册的国家的同音词，避免因为同音词不好而影响品牌效果的同时，将用户体验到的产品特性与产品信息相结合，从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。
Description
本发明属于互联网领域，尤其是涉及一种显示商标同音词时的产品信息推送方法以及商标查询系统。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《查询商标时显示相关同音词的方法以及商标查询系统》），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施例提供了一种显示商标同音词时的产品信息推送方法，目的在于解决当前商标系统只能查询近似或相同的在线商标，却无法查询商标在拟定注册国的同音词之问题，更好地保护技术创造者的权益。
本发明是这样实现的：一种查询商标时显示相关同音词的方法，包括以下步骤：
读取用户输入的文字；
根据用户输入的文字查询近似商标，同时查询该文字在用户所选择的商标注册国的同音词；
向用户同时推送所述近似商标、所述同音词的查询结果以及产品信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种商标查询系统，包括：
读取单元，用于读取用户输入的文字；
查询单元，与所述读取单元连接，用于根据用户输入的文字查询近似商标，同时查询该文字在用户所选择的商标注册国的同音词；
信息推送单元，与所述查询单元连接，用于向用户同时推送所述近似商标、所述同音词的查询结果以及产品信息。
进一步地，所述商标查询系统还包括：数据存储单元，其输入端与所述查询单元连接，输出端与所述信息推送单元连接，用于存储在先申请的商标以及存储相关国家的单词同音词。
进一步地，所述商标查询系统还包括：更新单元，其输入端与所述数据存储单元连接，用于检索互联网上相关数据的更新情况，并定期更新所述数据存储单元。
通过该发明，可以让用户在查询近似商标的同时，知悉商标在其所要注册的国家的同音词，避免因为同音词不好而影响品牌效果的同时，将用户体验到的产品特性与产品信息相结合，从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种显示商标同音词时的产品信息推送方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中，读取用户输入的文字。
在步骤S102中，根据用户输入的文字查询近似商标，同时查询该文字在用户所选择的商标注册国的同音词。所述查询的来源可以根据互联网上各个国家的在线词典查询，如：牛津词典http://www.oed.com/等，也可以根据系统自带的数据库查询。
在步骤S103中，向用户同时推送所述近似商标、所述同音词的查询结果以及产品信息。
所述产品信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述产品信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述产品信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述产品信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
通过该发明，可以让用户在查询近似商标的同时，知悉商标在其所要注册的国家的同音词，避免因为同音词不好而影响品牌效果的同时，将用户体验到的产品特性与产品信息相结合，从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种商标查询系统的结构示意图，该系统包括：
读取单元201，用于读取用户输入的文字；
查询单元202，与所述读取单元101连接，用于根据用户输入的文字查询近似商标，同时查询该文字在用户所选择的商标注册国的同音词；
信息推送单元203，与所述查询单元202连接，用于向用户同时推送所述近似商标、所述同音词的查询结果以及产品信息。
其工作原理是：读取单元201读取用户输入的文字，查询单元202根据用户输入的文字查询近似商标，同时查询该文字在用户所选择的商标注册国的同音词；信息推送单元203在查询完毕后，用于向用户同时推送所述近似商标、所述同音词的查询结果以及产品信息。
此外，若数据库为系统自带的数据库时，所述商标查询系统还包括一个数据储存单元，所述数控存储单元其输入端与所述查询单元连接，输出端与所述信息推送单元连接，用于存储在先申请的商标以及存储相关国家的单词同音词。。
此外，若数据库为可以通过互联网更新的数据库时，所述商标查询系统还包括一个更新单元，用于检索互联网上相关数据的更新情况，并定期更新所述数据存储单元，该更新单元与数据存储单元连接。
通过该发明，可以让用户在查询近似商标的同时，知悉商标在其所要注册的国家的同音词，避免因为同音词不好而影响品牌效果的同时，将用户体验到的产品特性与产品信息相结合，从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

- 一种显示商标同音词时的产品信息推送方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：读取用户输入的文字；根据用户输入的文字查询近似商标，同时查询该文字在用户所选择的商标注册国的同音词；向用户同时推送所述近似商标、所述同音词的查询结果以及产品信息。
- 一种商标查询系统，其特征在于，所述商标查询系统包括：读取单元，用于读取用户输入的文字；查询单元，与所述读取单元连接，用于根据用户输入的文字查询近似商标，同时查询该文字在用户所选择的商标注册国的同音词；信息推送单元，与所述查询单元连接，用于向用户同时推送所述近似商标、所述同音词的查询结果以及产品信息。
- 如权利要求2所述的商标查询系统，其特征在于，所述商标查询系统还包括：数据存储单元，其输入端与所述查询单元连接，输出端与所述信息推送单元连接，用于存储在先申请的商标以及存储相关国家的单词同音词。
- 如权利要求3所述的商标查询系统，其特征在于，所述商标查询系统还包括：更新单元，其输入端与所述数据存储单元连接，用于检索互联网上相关数据的更新情况，并定期更新所述数据存储单元。
