Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine, notamment de la traumatologie, de l'orthopédie et de la neurochirurgie, et peut être utilisée pour introduire des matériaux osseux-plastiques lors du remplacement de défauts osseux survenant après une fracture des vertèbres. Le dispositif d'introduction de matériau osseux-plastique est démontable et comprend un entonnoir, un guide et un poussoir. Le guide comprend dans sa partie supérieure un filet afin de visser l'entonnoir, et une poignée qui, à l'aide d'un insert et d'une vis, vient se fixer au guide de manière à pouvoir se déplacer vers sa partie arrière. Le poussoir est disposé sur le guide et dépasse de 5 mm au-delà du bord inférieur du guide. Le guide comprend dans sa partie inférieure une section filetée, le pas du filetage allant de 2,5 à 3 mm. Le dispositif assure une fixation fiable de la position de l'instrument dans la blessure vu que le retrait du dispositif peut uniquement se faire en le "dévissant". On évite ainsi tout glissement et traumatisme des vertèbres grâce à la formation d'un alésage dans le canal interne des vertèbres, ce qui permet par la suite d'introduire des vis transpédiculaires selon un procédé faiblement invasif sans efforts ni complications supplémentaires. Le dispositif de l'invention est fait de matériaux contemporains de qualité hautement résistants et hypoallergéniques en recourant aux techniques contemporaines.
