Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition fermentée d'une plante de la famille du chrysanthème capable de favoriser l'effet pharmaceutique d'une plante de la famille du chrysanthème par le biais d'un processus de fermentation, ce qui permet de réduire l'hépatotoxicité provoquée par l'alcool, conduisant à une récupération rapide de tissus hépatiques lésés, une composition fermentée de plante de la famille du chrysanthème préparée par ce procédé et une composition pharmaceutique et un aliment fonctionnel naturel permettant de favoriser la neutralisation de l'hépatotoxicité contenant la composition fermentée de plante de la famille du chrysanthème.
