在水盒21内设置有水位传感器(图中未示),水位传感器连接至干衣机的控制器,被配置为检测水盒21中水位值。
在水盒21的侧壁或底壁上设置有阀门25,当需要向蒸汽发生器供水时则阀门25开启,不需要供水时阀门25关闭。阀门25可以为电磁阀。
实施例二:
本实施例提供一种干衣机用冷凝水收集蒸发装置,其结构与实施例一基本相同。该装置包括被配置为收集冷凝水的水盒单元、被配置为产生蒸汽的蒸汽发生器、以及连接在水盒单元和蒸汽发生器之间的第一水源管。
不同之处在于:水盒单元的结构不限,可以包括水盒和水盒容纳腔、水盒容纳腔连接在第一水源管的一端上,也可以只包括水盒、水盒直接通过第一水源管连接至蒸汽发生器。
蒸汽发生器除了设置有连接至水盒容纳腔的第一水源管,还设置有连接至外部水源的第二水源管。当水盒单元中的水量过低时蒸汽发生器可以关断第一水源管、开通第二水源管,利用外部水源所供的水产生蒸汽,保证产生蒸汽的过程不发生中断。
实施例三:
本实施例提供一种干衣机。如图3和图4所示,该干衣机包括箱体1,在箱体1上设置有容纳水盒21的水盒容纳腔22。水盒容纳腔22连接在第一水源管4的一端上,第一水源管4的另一端连接至蒸汽发生器3。蒸汽发生器3产生的蒸汽通过喷气管喷入滚筒11中,以为衣物除皱、除味。
在水盒21内设置有水位传感器(图中未示),水位传感器连接至干衣机的控制器。
该干衣机的控制方法:开启干衣程序后,第一风机12带动滚筒11中的空 气进行循环,经加热器16加热的空气进入滚筒11中干燥衣物。从湿衣物中穿过的空气变成湿热空气,湿热空气从门体17下方经过滤网流出滚筒11。
流出滚筒11的湿热空气经过冷凝器14,此时第二风机15从外部吸入的冷空气也经过冷凝器14,从而对湿热空气进行冷凝。湿热空气的水汽冷凝、流入储水槽13中,随后冷凝水被水泵(图中未示)抽入位于干衣机上方的水盒21中。而循环空气变成低温干燥空气,经加热器16加热后再进行下一次的循环。
当需要对滚筒11中的衣物进行除味或除皱处理时,水盒21下壁的电磁阀打开,水盒21中的冷凝水进入水盒容纳腔22中;流入水盒容纳腔22的冷凝水经由第一水源管4进入到设置在干衣机底部的蒸汽发生器3中。蒸汽发生器3开始工作,产生高温水蒸汽。高温水蒸汽通过喷气管的喷嘴装置喷入到加热后的循环风(循环空气)中,循环风携带蒸汽通入到滚筒11内,作用于衣物,从而实现对衣物的除味或除皱。
当水盒21中的水位低于低水位设定值H1时蒸汽发生器3停止工作,控制器给出需要补水的提示信息,通过补水孔向水盒21中补水。当补水至水盒中的水位高于等于低水位设定值H1时蒸汽发生器3重新开始产生蒸汽。当水盒21中的水位等于或高于高水位设定值H2时控制器给出提示信息,通知用户停止补水。如果在补水过程中喷蒸汽已达到设定时间T或用户提前终止喷蒸汽程序、蒸汽发生器3停止工作,则立刻停止补水操作。
在不处于产生蒸汽的时期水位传感器也需要检测水盒21中的水位,当该水位等于或高于高水位设定值H2时控制器给出提示信息、并停止干衣机当前的工作,等待用户将水盒21抽出、将冷凝水倒出。
实施例四:
本实施例提供一种干衣机,其结构以及控制方法与实施例三基本相同。该控制方法是使用水盒单元收集冷凝水,当需要对干衣机内部衣物喷蒸汽时导通第一水源管,使冷凝水从水盒单元流入蒸汽发生器,产生蒸汽。
不同之处在于:蒸汽发生器除了设置有连接至水盒容纳腔的第一水源管,还设置有连接至外部水源的第二水源管。当水盒单元中的冷凝水过少时关断第一水源管、开通第二水源管,蒸汽发生器持续产生蒸汽,同时通过补水孔向水盒中补水,待补水达到要求后再开通第一水源管、关断第二水源管,恢复使用水盒单元中的水产生蒸汽。
工业实用性
本申请公开了一种干衣机用冷凝水收集蒸发装置、干衣机及其控制方法。所述装置包括被配置为收集冷凝水的水盒单元、被配置为产生蒸汽的蒸汽发生器、以及连接在水盒单元和蒸汽发生器之间的第一水源管。所述干衣机设置有上述的冷凝水收集蒸发装置。基于上述干衣机的控制方法使用水盒单元收集冷凝水,当需要对干衣机内部衣物喷蒸汽时导通第一水源管,使冷凝水从水盒单元流入蒸汽发生器,产生蒸汽。所述干衣机用冷凝水收集蒸发装置、干衣机及其控制方法结构更简单、合理,成本低,控制流程更简洁,控制精度更高。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干衣机用冷凝水收集蒸发装置,包括被配置为收集冷凝水的水盒单元、被配置为产生蒸汽的蒸汽发生器(3)、以及连接在所述水盒单元和蒸汽发生器(3)之间的第一水源管(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述水盒单元包括被配置为存储冷凝水的水盒(21)和被配置为容纳所述水盒(21)的水盒容纳腔(22);所述水盒容纳腔(22)连接在所述第一水源管(4)的一端上;在所述水盒(21)内设置有水位传感器,所述水位传感器连接至干衣机的控制器;在所述水盒(21)的侧壁或底壁上设置有阀门(25)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述水盒(21)为中空的盒状结构,在所述水盒(21)的侧壁上设置有补水孔;所述补水孔通过连接部(23)连接至外部水源。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的装置,其中,所述蒸汽发生器(3)包括两根水源管和一根喷气管,所述两根水源管中的第一水源管(4)连接至所述水盒单元,所述两根水源管中的第二水源管连接至外部水源。
  5. 一种干衣机,设置有如权利要求1至4任一所述的冷凝水收集蒸发装置。
  6. 一种基于权利要求5所述干衣机的控制方法,使用水盒单元收集冷凝水,当需要对干衣机内部衣物喷蒸汽时导通第一水源管(4),使冷凝水从所述水盒单元流入蒸汽发生器(3),产生蒸汽;喷蒸汽达到预设时间T后蒸汽发生器停止工作。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述水盒单元包括被配置为存储冷凝水的水盒(21),在所述水盒(21)内设置有水位传感器,所述水位传感器连接至干衣机的控制器;
    在产生蒸汽的过程中,当检测到所述水盒(21)中的水位低于低水位设定值H1时暂停产生蒸汽,通过补水孔向所述水盒(21)中补水,当水位高于等于所述低水位设定值H1时重新开始产生蒸汽;待所述水盒(21)中的水位达到高水位设定值H2时停止补水;
    或,所述蒸汽发生器(3)包括两根水源管和一根喷气管,所述两根水源管中的第一水源管(4)连接至所述水盒单元,所述两根水源管中的第二水源管连接至外部水源;在产生蒸汽的过程中,当检测到所述水盒(21)中的水位低于低水位设定值H1时关断所述第一水源管、开通所述第二水源管,在蒸汽发生器(3)持续产生蒸汽的同时通过补水孔向所述水盒(21)中补水;待所述水盒(21)中的水位高于等于低水位设定值H1后再开通所述第一水源管、关断所述第二水源管,恢复使用水盒单元中的水产生蒸汽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,当所述水盒(21)中的水位高于所述高水位设定值H2时,控制器给出水盒(21)已满的提示信息,干衣机停止工作。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,在通过所述补水孔向所述水盒(21)中补水的过程中,当蒸汽发生器(3)停止产生蒸汽时停止补水。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,在通过所述补水孔向所述水盒(21)中补水的过程中,当蒸汽发生器(3)喷蒸汽达到预设时间T后停止产生蒸汽,同时停止补水。
