进一步地,第三齿轮是局部齿轮,并且在第一连接件相对于第二连接件在0°至120°之间旋转的过程中,第一齿轮可与第三齿轮啮合,当第一连接件相对于第二连接件在0°时,第一连接件与所述支撑件重合在0°,当第一连接件相对于第二连接件位于120°的位置时,所述支撑件相对于第二连接件位于180°的位置。
进一步地,第四齿轮是局部齿轮,在第一连接件相对于第二连接件在120°至300°之间旋转的过程中,第四齿轮可与第二齿轮啮合,当第一连接件相对于第二连接件位于300°的位置时,所述支撑件相对于第二连接件位于360°的位置。
进一步地,在第一连接件的另一侧部可设置有向外延伸的第三轴,第二连接
件的另一侧部设置有向外延伸的第四轴,并且第三轴和第四轴的位置相对应。进一步地,在第三轴和第四轴对应的位置处可均设置有所述支撑件、所述齿轮组和所述锁定件。
根据本发明的实施例能够实现指定角度的定位支撑,可防止平板电脑倾翻。另外,因为采用精密度较高的齿轮组控制角度,并且精准度高,结构强度可靠。由于打开平板电脑时可带动其它零件自动转到对应的位置,因此可实现各部件之间联动,使得操作更加简单。

为进一步阐述本发明为实现目的所采取的技术手段,以下结合附图及实施例,对依据本发明提出的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
图1为根据本发明的实施例的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构的分解透视图,图2是根据本发明的实施例的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构的角度控制齿轮组的立体图。
参照图1和图2,根据本发明的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构包括第一连接件100、第二连接件200、支撑件300、齿轮组400和锁定件500。其中,第一连接件100的下部具有向上开口的槽,平板电脑能够安装并支撑在所述槽中。第二连接件200具有平坦的表面,使得键盘可放置在所述表面上。支撑件300可旋转地连接到第一连接件100并能够支撑第一连接件100,使得第一连接件100能够以一定角度支撑平板电脑,从而可防止平板电脑倾翻。齿轮组400安装在第一连接件100和第二连接件200对应的位置处(也就是说,齿轮组400的一部分安装在第一连接件100上,齿轮组400的第二部分安装在第二连接件200,使得安装在第一连接件100上的齿轮和安装在第二连接件200上的齿轮
可啮合),使第一连接件100相对于第二连接件200匀速转动,并且支撑件300相对于第二连接件200变速转动。锁定件500将第一连接件100、第二连接件200和齿轮组400连接,并使第一连接件100和支撑件300分别相对于第二连接件200在特定角度固定。
具体地讲,第一连接件100的宽度方向的两侧分别具有向外水平延伸的第一轴110和第三轴120,并且第二连接件200的宽度方向的两侧分别具有向外水平延伸的第二轴210和第四轴220,并且第一轴110的位置与第二轴210的位置相对应,第三轴120与第四轴220的位置相对应。支撑件300具有近似U型结构,U型的开口的尺寸大致等于第一连接件100的宽度,在U型的两端分别具有向外水平延伸的第一空心轴310和第二空心轴320。第一空心轴310套装在第一轴110上并相对于第一轴110自由转动,第二空心轴320套装在第三轴120上并相对于第三轴120自由转动,因此支撑件300可在接触第一连接件100的横向的两侧的同时相对于第一连接件100自由转动。
齿轮组400包括第一齿轮组410和第二齿轮组420,并且第一齿轮组410和第二齿轮组420分别设置在第一连接件100和第二连接件200的宽度方向的两侧。第一齿轮组410设置在第一轴110和第二轴210对应的位置处,第二齿轮组420设置在第三轴120和第四轴220对应的位置处。由于第一齿轮组410和第二齿轮组420具有相同的结构,因此,下面仅将详细描述第一齿轮组410。
第一齿轮组410包括第一齿轮411、第二齿轮412、第三齿轮413、第四齿轮414和第五齿轮415。其中,第一齿轮411和第二齿轮412从第二连接件200的侧部由内向外依次固定连接到第二轴210,第三齿轮413和第四齿轮414从第一连接件100的侧部由内向外依次固定连接到支撑件300的第一空心轴310,并且第三齿轮413与第一齿轮411可彼此啮合,第四齿轮414和第二齿轮412可彼此啮合。第五齿轮415位于第四齿轮414的外侧并固定连接到第一轴110,由此可使第三齿轮413和第四齿轮414轴向定位。第五齿轮415与第二齿轮412可彼此啮合。在打开平板电脑的过程中,第一连接件100运动,因此与第一连接件100的第一轴110固定连接的第五齿轮415与第二齿轮412啮合转动,从而可通过第一轴110带动第一空心轴310运动,使得第三齿轮413和第四齿轮414分别与第一齿轮411和第二齿轮412啮合转动。
此外,由于根据本发明的实施例的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构包括第一连接件100和位于第一连接件100的第一轴110上的第三齿轮413、第四齿轮414和第五齿轮415,以及第二连接件200和位于第二连接件200的第二轴220上的第一齿轮411和第二齿轮412,因此,需要将第一连接件100和第二连接件200连接固定,以实现齿轮组400中各齿轮的啮合,从而实现第一连接件100相对于第二连接件200的转动。因此,本实施例的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构在齿轮组400的外侧设置有锁定件500,锁定件500将第一连接件100和第二连接件200连接,并使第一连接件100相对于第二连接件200在特定角度固定。
图3是根据本发明的实施例的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构的锁定件与第一连接件和第二连接件连接的视图;图4是根据本发明的实施例的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构的锁定件的示意图。
参照图3和图4,锁定件500包括第一锁定件510和第二锁定件520(如图1所示),并且第一锁定件510和第二锁定件520分别设置在第一连接件100和第二连接件200的宽度方向的两侧。第一锁定件510设置在第一轴110和第二轴210对应的位置处并将第一轴110和第二轴210连接,第二锁定件520设置在第三轴120和第四轴220对应的位置处并将第三轴120和第四轴220连接。由于第一锁定件510和第二锁定件520具有相同的结构,因此,下面仅将详细描述第一锁定件510。
第一锁定件510包括固定壳511、锁定凸轮512、弹性构件513和锁紧构件514。其中,第一轴110和第二轴210分别位于固定壳511内部的顶端和底端,使得第一轴110和第二轴210之间的距离能够满足齿轮组400中的齿轮的准确啮合,轴承设置在固定壳511的内部,并分别支撑在第一轴和第二轴的外端。锁定凸轮512位于固定壳511的一侧并能够抵住第五齿轮415,弹性构件513(例如弹片)位于固定壳511的另一侧的第一轴110上,锁紧构件(例如锁紧螺母)514位于弹性构件513的外侧并能够将锁定件510固定在第一轴110上并使弹性构件513具有预紧力。
优选地,在第五齿轮415的外侧具有定位筋D,在锁定凸轮512的靠近第五齿轮415的一侧设置有多个定位槽,所述多个定位槽分布在锁定凸轮512的
周向上,所述定位筋与所述多个定位槽中的每个能够卡合,定位筋D能够与分别与每个定位槽卡合,从而实现第一连接件100相对于第二连接件200在多个不同的预定角度的固定。根据本公开的实施例,所述定位槽被设置为能够使第一连接件100分别相对于第二连接件200在0°、120°和300°的位置与定位筋D卡合。也就是说,根据本实施例的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构能够实现平板电脑在0°、120°和300°的位置的固定(平板电脑在120°的位置的固定通常便于用户在使用键盘的同时观看平板电脑的屏幕),并且根据平板电脑的重量不同,可预先通过锁紧构件514对弹性构件513设定不同的锁紧力。也就是说,在转动平板电脑时需要克服由弹性构件513的弹力施加的第五齿轮415与锁定凸轮512之间的摩擦,而在平板电脑到达预定角度位置时,定位筋D能够卡合在定位槽中,从而实现固定。如果需要将平板电脑变换至另一角度定位,需要推动平板电脑,克服弹性构件的弹力使定位筋D移出定位槽,然后定位筋D随着第五齿轮415的转动而沿凸轮表面运动,直到到达另一固定角度,定位筋D再次卡合到定位槽中为止。
下面将参照图5A至图7C,详细描述根据本公开的实施例的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构的操作以及锁定在0°、120°和300°的位置的状态。
图5A是第一连接件100和第二连接件200处于关合状态的示意图,在该状态下,第一连接件100和支撑件300均扣合在第二连接件200上,即,第一连接件100和支撑件300相对于第二连接件200之间的夹角均为0°。此时,定位筋D与锁定凸轮512的定位槽卡合。图5B和图5C分别示出在第一连接件100和第二连接件200关合时,第二齿轮412和第五齿轮415的啮合状态以及第一齿轮411和第三齿轮413的啮合状态。如图5B和图5C所示,在平板电脑与键盘关合时,第二齿轮412和第五齿轮415保持啮合状态,第一齿轮411和第三齿轮413保持啮合状态。另外,第一齿轮411和第三齿轮413均是局部齿轮,即,在第一齿轮411和第三齿轮413的圆周的一部分上形成有齿,第一齿轮411和第三齿轮413只能在一定的角度范围内啮合,根据示例性实施例,第一齿轮411和第三齿轮413被设置为在0°至120°的范围内保持啮合。
当在图5A至图5C的状态下转动平板电脑时,使定位筋D克服弹性构件的弹力而从定位槽中移出,然后定位筋D沿凸轮表面运动。在第一连接件100相对于第二连接件200转动的0°至120°的范围内,第三齿轮413的转速被
设置为第五齿轮415的转速的1.5倍。因此,与第三齿轮413固定连接的支撑件300的转速是与第五齿轮411固定连接的第一连接件100的转速的1.5倍,即,当第一连接件100相对于第二连接件200旋转至120°的位置时,支撑件300相对于第二连接件200旋转至180°,如图6A所示。也就是说,在第一连接件100大致处于120°的位置时(即,平板电脑处于120°的位置),第二连接件200与支撑件300大致处于同一平面内(即,键盘与支撑件300大致处于同一平面内),此时,定位筋D与锁定凸轮512的定位槽卡合。因此,在满足用户合适的角度观看平板电脑并使用键盘的同时,第二连接件200和支撑件300能够为平板电脑提供足够稳定的支撑,防止由于平板电脑和键盘的重量而使平板电脑倾翻。
图6B示出了第一连接件100相对于第二连接件200转动至120°时,第二齿轮412和第五齿轮415的啮合状态,从图中可以看出,第二连接件200和支撑件300大致处于同一直线上。如图6C所示,由于第三齿轮413和第一齿轮411被设置为是局部齿轮,在第一连接件100转动至120°时,第三齿轮413和第一齿轮411的啮合结束,如图6D所示,第二齿轮412与第四齿轮414开始啮合。
如图7A至图7C所示,当继续转动第一连接件100时,克服弹性构件513的弹力,使定位筋D移出定位槽,然后定位筋D在锁定凸轮512的表面运动,直到第一连接件100相对于第二连接件200转动到300°时为止,此时定位筋D再次卡合到锁定凸轮512的定位槽中。具体地,在第一连接件100相对于第二连接件200在120°至300°之间旋转的过程中,第四齿轮414与第二齿轮412啮合,第四齿轮414被设置为与第五齿轮415的转速相同。因此,当第一连接件100相对于第二连接件200从120°的位置转动到300°的位置时,支撑件300相对于第二连接件200从120°的位置转动到360°的位置。也就是说,此时支撑件300与第二连接件200重合,此时,键盘的正面朝下,支撑件300位于键盘的底表面。如图7A所示。根据示例性的实施例,第三齿轮413和第四齿轮414均被设置为是局部齿轮,在0°至120°的范围内,第三齿轮413与第一齿轮411啮合,并且第三齿轮413的转速是第五齿轮415的1.5倍,而在120°至300°的范围内,第四齿轮414与第二齿轮412啮合,并且第四齿轮414的转速与第五齿轮415的转速相同。由第三齿轮413切换到第四齿轮
414,可实现支撑件300相对于第二连接件200的转速的变化,实现支撑件300相对于第二连接件200在180°和360°的位置的相对固定,从而能够实现稳定支撑。图7B示出了在此状态下,第二齿轮412和第五齿轮415之间的啮合状态。图7C示出了在此状态下,第二齿轮412和第四齿轮414之间的啮合状态。
示例性的实施例示出了在0°、120°和300°时的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构的支撑和定位,但是本发明不限于此,根据锁定件侧部的锁定凸轮的定位槽的位置不同,所述的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构能够在任意角度定位。例如,可根据需要改变锁定凸轮的定位槽的数量并调整定位槽在锁定凸轮周向的分布,来实现更多不同角度的支撑和定位。
本发明相对于现有技术来讲能够实现指定角度的定位支撑,可防止平板电脑倾翻。另外,因为采用精密度较高的齿轮组控制角度,根据本发明的实施例的用于键盘和平板电脑的支撑机构的精准度高,结构强度可靠。由于打开平板电脑时可带动其它零件自动转到对应的位置,因此可实现各部件之间联动,使得操作更加简单。
以上所述,仅为本发明的优选实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,本领域技术人员应该理解,在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定其范围的本发明的原理和精神的情况下,可以对这些实施例进行修改和完善,这些修改和完善也应在本实用新型的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于键盘和平板电脑的连接支撑机构,其中,所述支撑机构包括:第一连接件,用于安装平板电脑;第二连接件,用于安装键盘;支撑件,可旋转地连接到所述第一连接件并能够支撑所述第一连接件;齿轮组,安装在所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件对应的位置处,使所述第一连接件相对于所述第二连接件匀速转动,且所述支撑件可相对于所述第二连接件变速转动;锁定件,将所述第一连接件、所述第二连接件和所述齿轮组相连,并使所述第一连接件和所述支撑件分别相对于所述第二连接件在至少一特定角度固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的支撑机构,其中,所述第一连接件的侧部具有向外延伸的第一轴,所述第二连接件的侧部具有向外延伸的第二轴,并且所述第二轴和所述第一轴的位置相对应,所述支撑件安装在所述第一轴上,所述齿轮组安装在所述第一轴与所述第二轴对应的位置处。
- 根据权利要求2所述的支撑机构,其中,所述齿轮组包括第一齿轮、第二齿轮、第三齿轮、第四齿轮和第五齿轮,其中,所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮依次固定连接到所述第二轴,所述第三齿轮和所述第四齿轮依次固定连接到所述支撑件,使得所述第三齿轮与所述第一齿轮啮合,所述第四齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合,所述第五齿轮位于所述第四齿轮的外侧且固定连接到所述第一轴,并与所述第二齿轮啮合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的支撑机构,其中,所述锁定件包括:固定壳,将所述第一轴和所述第二轴连接并使所述齿轮组轴向定位;锁定凸轮,位于所述固定壳的一侧并与所述第五齿轮邻近;弹性构件,位于所述固定壳的另一侧;锁紧构件,位于所述弹性构件的外侧并能够使所述弹性构件具有预紧力。
- 根据权利要求4所述的支撑机构,其中,所述第五齿轮的外侧具有定位筋,所述锁定凸轮具有多个定位槽,所述多个定位槽分布在所述锁定凸轮的周向上,所述定位筋与所述多个定位槽中的每个能够分别卡合,以使所述第一连接件相对于所述第二连接件在不同的角度固定。
- 根据权利要求3所述的支撑机构,其中,所述第一连接件能够相对于所述第二连接件在0°至300°之间旋转,并且所述第二齿轮和所述第五齿轮保持啮合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的支撑机构,其中,所述第三齿轮是局部齿轮,并且在所述第一连接件相对于所述第二连接件在0°至120°之间旋转的过程中,所述第一齿轮与所述第三齿轮啮合,当所述第一连接件相对于所述第二连接件在0°时,所述第一连接件与所述支撑件重合在0°,当所述第一连接件相对于所述第二连接件位于120°的位置时,所述支撑件相对于所述第二连接件位于180°的位置。
- 根据权利要求6所述的支撑机构,其中,所述第四齿轮是局部齿轮,在所述第一连接件相对于所述第二连接件在120°至300°之间旋转的过程中,所述第四齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合,当所述第一连接件相对于所述第二连接件位于300°的位置时,所述支撑件相对于所述第二连接件位于360°的位置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的支撑机构,其中,在所述第一连接件的另一侧部设置有向外延伸的第三轴,所述第二连接件的另一侧部设置有向外延伸的所述第四轴,并且所述第三轴和所述第四轴的位置相对应。
- 根据权利要求9所述的支撑机构,其中,在所述第三轴和所述第四轴对应的位置处均设置有所述支撑件、所述齿轮组和所述锁定件。
