Abstract

一种电子设备,包括该电子设备本体与为该电子设备本体提供支撑的支架,及中空的配合部固定在本体上,其内侧壁形成有齿轮卡槽。该支架包括中空的支撑体转动地连接于该配合部,该支撑体的内侧壁形成有齿轮卡槽。齿轮的一端与该配合部的齿轮卡槽啮合,另一端与该支撑体的齿轮卡槽相啮合,使支撑体受限于齿轮而无法运动。弹性件设置于齿轮与配合部之间,对该齿轮施加弹性推力。按钮滑动地容纳于支撑体内,推动齿轮运动以滑出支撑体中,使支撑体受到齿轮的限制被解除,从而允许该支撑体相对该配合部转动。本发明还提供一种支架。使用本发明可为电子设备提供多个放置角度,并在角度调整完毕后提供稳固的定位。

电子设备及其支架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备及其支架,特别涉及一种具有可调节角度的支架及具有可调支架的电子设备。
背景技术
目前,市场上推出的一些便携式电子设备,如数码相框、移动电话、PDA等,除了满足基本功能以外,还可以使人们方便的观看数码图片。当将电子设备放置在桌面上时,配置支架是较好的选择。通过支架,可以将其支撑在办公桌上,以供人们随时观看数码图片。
但是,现在大多数这类的电子设备的支架与后盖装配后,不能调整支架与后盖的支撑角度,用户处在不同的观赏位置时,在某些位置观赏到的显示画面图像色彩不饱满图像亮度较暗。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种电子设备及其支架,既能方便的调整电子设备的支撑角度,又可以提供稳固的定位。
一种电子设备,包括该电子设备本体与为该电子设备本体提供支撑的支架,还包括中空的配合部,该配合部固定在该电子设备本体上,该配合部的内侧壁形成有齿轮卡槽。该支架包括:中空的支撑体,该支撑体转动地连接于该配合部,该支撑体的内侧壁形成有齿轮卡槽。齿轮,该齿轮的一端与该配合部的齿轮卡槽啮合,该齿轮的另一端与该支撑体的齿轮卡槽相啮合,使得该支撑体受限于该齿轮而无法运动。弹性件,其设置于该齿轮与该配合部之间,其用于对该齿轮施加弹性推力。及按钮,其滑动地容纳于该支撑体内,其用于推动该齿轮运动以滑出该支撑体中,使得该支撑体受到该齿轮的限制被解除,从而允许该支撑体相对该配合部转动。

相对于现有技术,本发明提供的一种电子设备及其支架,通过齿轮的设置,一方面可以为电子设备提供多个放置角度,另一方面通过齿轮与电子设备本体的嵌合,可以在角度调整完毕后,提供稳固的定位。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请同时参阅图1、2和3,电子设备1包括本体10及用于支撑该本体10的支架20。在本体10上设置有配合部11,该支架20可以通过该配合部11转动地连接到本体10,从而为电子设备1的本体10提供稳固的支撑定位。
该支架20包括支撑体21、按钮22、齿轮23及一弹性件24。其中,将该支撑体21与本体10相接的端部称为顶端210,顶端210相对的一端为支撑体21的底端211。该顶端210包括将其贯穿的容置腔212,该容置腔212包括不同直径的第一子容置腔2120及第二子容置腔2121(见图4及图5)。其中,第一子容置腔2120的内表面形成有齿轮卡槽2122,该齿轮卡槽2122能与该齿轮23相啮合。该第一子容置腔2120的内侧面形成有沿径向向内凸出的阻挡壁2123。在该阻挡壁2123大致中间的位置形成有通孔(图未示),该通孔允许一螺合到该配合部11的螺钉25的螺杆穿过,该螺钉25的头部位于该第一子容置腔2120,如此,该支撑体21即可相对于该配合部11转动,又受限于该螺钉25的头部而不会脱离该配合部11。
按钮22滑动地容纳于该第二子容置腔2121内,该按钮22包括一按压部220及自该按压部220伸出的支脚221,在该阻挡壁2123上对应开设定位孔2124,支脚221可滑动地穿过定位孔2124中。在本实施方式中,该按钮22包括3个支脚,阻挡壁2123对应开设三个定位孔。支脚221包括呈向外伸出的钩状的自由端2210,该自由端2210卡在该阻挡壁2123的端面,防止该按钮22脱离该支撑体21。
弹性件24位于齿轮23与配合部11之间。位于本体10上的配合部11形成一圆形腔体110,弹性件24容纳于该腔体110内,该腔体110的内侧壁形成有齿轮卡槽111,齿轮23可以与该齿轮卡槽111啮合。在本实施方式中,该齿轮23内部形成有沿其轴向延伸的环形容置槽230。该弹性件24一端收容在该环形容置槽230上,其另一端容纳于腔体110内。在本实施方式中,该弹性件24可为一弹簧。
请同时参阅图4,在卡合状态下,齿轮23的一端与本体10中的齿轮卡槽111相啮合,齿轮23的另一端与第一子容置腔2120内的齿轮卡槽2122相啮合。齿轮23的一端与按钮22的自由端相抵触。从而,使得支架20支撑电子设备1并为其提供稳固的定位。
请参阅图5,在需要脱离卡合的状态时,按下按钮22,支脚221在阻挡壁2123上的定位孔2124中滑动,将齿轮23推出第一子容置腔2120。此时,弹性件24被压缩,齿轮23脱离位于第一子容置腔2120的齿轮卡槽2122。支撑体21不再受到齿轮23的限制而可以自由绕该螺钉25的杆部转动,如此,可以调节支架20与电子设备1之间的支撑角度。松开按钮22后,齿轮23在弹性件24的回复力的作用下复位,按钮22被推回到初始位置,齿轮23回复到与该齿轮卡槽2122相啮合的状态,支撑体21受到齿轮23的限制而无法转动,从而能保持其状态。
使用上述可调节支撑角度的支架20及具有该支架的电子设备1,通过齿轮23的设置,一方面可以为电子设备提供多个放置角度,另一方面通过齿轮23与本体10的嵌合,可以在角度调整完毕后,提供稳固的定位。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种电子设备,包括所述电子设备本体与为所述电子设备本体提供支撑的支架,其特征在于,还包括:
中空的配合部,所述配合部固定在所述电子设备本体上,所述配合部的内侧壁形成有齿轮卡槽;
所述支架包括:
中空的支撑体,所述支撑体转动地连接于所述配合部,所述支撑体的内侧壁形成有齿轮卡槽;
齿轮,所述齿轮的一端与所述配合部的齿轮卡槽啮合,所述齿轮的另一端与所述支撑体的齿轮卡槽相啮合,使得所述支撑体受限于所述齿轮而无法运动;
弹性件,其设置于所述齿轮与所述配合部之间,其用于对所述齿轮施加弹性推力;及
按钮,其滑动地容纳于所述支撑体内,其用于推动所述齿轮运动以滑出所述支撑体中,使得所述支撑体受到所述齿轮的限制被解除,从而允许所述支撑体相对所述配合部转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述配合部形成一圆形腔体,所述弹性件容纳于所述腔体内;所述腔体的内侧壁形成有齿轮卡槽,所述齿轮与所述齿轮卡槽相啮合。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述齿轮内部形成有沿其轴向延伸的环形容置槽,所述弹性件一端收容在所述环形容置槽内,其另一端容纳于所述腔体内。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑体的顶端包括将其贯穿的容置腔,所述容置腔包括不同直径的第一子容置腔及第二子容置腔。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一子容置腔的内表面形成有齿轮卡槽,所述齿轮卡槽与所述齿轮相啮合;所述按钮运动地容纳于所述第二子容置腔内。
6.如权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一子容置腔的内侧面形成有沿径向向内凸出的阻挡壁。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述阻挡壁中间的位置形成有通孔,所述通孔允许一螺合到所述配合部的螺钉的螺杆穿过,所述螺钉的头部位于所述第一子容置腔,用于防止所述支撑体相对于所述配合部转动时脱离所述配合部。
8.如权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述按钮包括一按压部及自所述按压部伸出的支脚,在所述阻挡壁上对应开设定位孔,所述支脚运动地穿过所述定位孔中。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支脚包括呈向外伸出的钩状的自由端,所述自由端卡在所述阻挡壁的端面,用于阻止所述按钮脱离所述支撑体。
10.一种支架,用于为一电子设备本体提供支撑,其特征在于,所述支架包括:
中空的支撑体,所述支撑体转动地连接于所述电子设备,所述支撑体的内侧壁形成有齿轮卡槽;
齿轮,所述齿轮的一端啮合于所述电子设备,所述齿轮的另一端与所述支撑体的齿轮卡槽相啮合,使得所述支撑体受限于所述齿轮而无法运动;
弹性件,其设置于所述齿轮与所述电子设备之间,其用于对所述齿轮施加弹性推力;及
按钮,其滑动地容纳于所述支撑体内,其用于推动所述齿轮运动以滑出所述支撑体中,使得所述支撑体受到所述齿轮的限制被解除,从而允许所述支撑体相对所述电子设备转动。
