一种电子烟盒 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟领域,尤其涉及的是一种电子烟盒。
背景技术
为方便用户随身携带电子烟,现有技术提供了能够放置电子烟的电子烟盒,该电子烟盒的结构可参见图1和图2所示,具体的,电子烟盒包括盒盖100和盒体101,图1为盒盖100盖设在所述盒体101上的示意图,图2为用户打开盒盖100,以便于用户将电子烟或电子烟的组成部件放置在盒体101内部,或将电子烟或电子烟的组成部件从所述盒体101内取出以抽吸烟雾的示意图;
但是,现有技术中所提供的电子烟盒的弊端在于:1:现有技术中电子烟盒在打开所述盒盖100的过程中,如图2所示,打开的所述盒盖100的端部会打在所述盒体101的侧壁上,即如图2的区域201所示,使得盒盖100外表面与所述盒体101的侧壁会相互磨擦,从而极容易造成盒盖100和盒体101侧壁的磨损,影响电子烟盒的使用寿命以及外观;2:现有技术中的电子烟盒在将所述盒盖100盖设在所述盒体101上时,需要用户将盒盖100准确的盖设在所述盒体101上,若用户在盖设的过程中较为匆忙或盖设的位置不对,则极容易使得所述盒盖100与所述盒体101之间出现缝隙,则外部的灰尘、水分或其他污染物会进入电子烟盒内部,会污染盒体101内所存放的电子烟或电子烟的组成部件,使得用户在使用电子烟盒内所存放的电子烟时,会抽吸到这些污染物,对用户的健康造成影响,而且,污染物也会影响电子烟的使用寿命,造成电子烟不必要的损坏;3:用户在随身携带现有技术中所述的电子烟盒的过程中,若盒盖100意外受到外力,即便没有用户打开所述盒盖100的动作,盒盖100也极容易被打开,则盒体101内部的电子烟以及电子烟组件会露出,则使得电子烟以及电子烟组件会被污染以及受到碰撞,从而使得电子烟以及电子烟组件会受到损害,无法有效的保障电子烟以及电子烟组件的安全。

本实用新型提供了一种能够有效防止破损的电子烟盒。
一种电子烟盒,包括盒体和盒盖,其中,所述盒体内部设置有用于放置电子烟和/或电子烟组件的支架,所述支架设置有第一容纳凹腔,且所述第一容纳凹腔位于所述盒体的与所述盒盖相连接的端部;
所述盒盖与所述第一容纳凹腔对应的位置处设置有第一凸骨,且所述第一凸骨铰接在所述支架上,以使所述盒盖盖设在所述盒体上时,所述第一凸骨插设在所述第一容纳凹腔内;
所述第一容纳凹腔内活动插设有滑块和弹性件,所述滑块抵持在所述第一凸骨上用于阻碍所述盒盖打开或关闭,所述弹性件抵持在所述滑块上以用于所述滑块施加朝向所述第一凸骨的弹力,所述第一容纳凹腔设置有阻挡部,以使在所述盒盖绕所述盒体旋转打开至预设位置时,所述第一凸骨抵持在所述阻挡部上,而使所述盒盖停止转动,其中,所述预设位置为所述盒盖和所述盒体开口之间呈预设角度,以使所述盒盖外表面和所述盒体相互之间不接触的位置。
优选的,所述阻挡部为呈圆柱形的限位柱;
贯穿所述支架的端部设置有第一通孔,且所述第一通孔的延伸方向与所述第一容纳凹腔的轴向垂直,且所述限位柱插设在所述第一通孔内,以使所述限位柱位于所述第一容纳凹腔内部,且所述限位柱与所述第一容纳凹腔开口处之间的距离小于所述滑块与所述第一容纳凹腔开口处之间的距离,以使所述盒盖打开至所述预设位置时,所述第一凸骨抵持在所述限位柱上。

最后,在将所述盒盖302盖设在所述盒体301的过程中:
在闭合所述盒盖302的过程中,采用本实施例所示的电子烟盒,用户只需要给所述盒盖302一个朝向所述盒体301方向的力即可;
具体的,因所述盒盖302受到一个朝向所述盒体301方向的力,从而使得所述盒盖302的所述第一凸骨305与所述阻挡部308相脱离,又因所述盒盖302的所述第一凸骨305受到所述弹性件307朝向所述第一凸骨305方向弹力,则使得所述盒盖302沿靠近所述支架303的方向运动,直至弹性件307呈自然伸长的状态,且此时的所述盒盖302盖设在所述盒体301上;
可见,采用本实施例所示的电子烟盒在将所述盒盖302盖设在所述盒体301的过程中,只需要用户在所述盒盖302上施加一个朝向所述盒体301方向的力,即可使得所述盒盖302自动盖设在所述盒体301上,且因所述弹性件307弹力的作用,使得所述盒盖302能够完全覆盖所述盒体301的开口,有效的避免如现有技术所示闭合盒盖位置不到位,则外界的灰尘、水分以及其他污染物进入盒体内的弊端,本实施例所示的电子烟盒有效的提升了防止电子烟以及电子烟组件的安全和洁净,避免了电子烟以及电子烟组件因存储不当而损坏的情况的出现。
本实施例所示的电子烟盒的优势还在于:因在所述盒盖302呈盖设在所述 盒体301的状态时,所述弹性件307呈自然伸长的状态,若要打开所述盒盖302,则必须施加力以使得所述弹性件307压缩,进而使得若电子烟盒没有接收到用户打开盒盖302的动作,只是受到其他外力(晃动、碰撞、挤压等)时,因所述弹性件307抵持的作用,所述盒盖302不会被打开,从而有效的避免了所述盒盖302被误打开,避免了盒体301内所存放的电子烟以及电子烟组成部件的安全。
实施例二,本实施例对所述电子烟盒的具体结构进行详细说明;
首先,对所述电子烟盒的所述阻挡部的具体结构进行详细说明,需明确的是,本实施例对所述阻挡部的说明为较佳的示例,不做限定,只要在所述盒盖302绕所述盒体301旋转打开至预设位置时,所述第一凸骨305抵持在所述阻挡部308上,而使所述盒盖302停止转动即可;
本实施例所示的阻挡部的设置方式有三种:
第一种请参见图3至图7所示;
所述阻挡部308为呈圆柱形的限位柱308;
具体的,以下对所述限位柱308如何设置在所述第一容纳凹腔304内部的进行详细说明:
具体请参见图7所示,贯穿所述支架303的端部设置有第一通孔701,且所述第一通孔701的延伸方向与所述第一容纳凹腔304的轴向垂直;
所述限位柱308插设在所述第一通孔701内,以使所述限位柱308位于所述第一容纳凹腔304内部;且所述限位柱308与所述第一容纳凹腔304开口处之间的距离小于所述滑块306与所述第一容纳凹腔304开口处之间的距离,以使所述盒盖302呈所述预设位置时,所述第一凸骨305抵持在所述限位柱308上。
第二种请见图8至图10所示为例;
所述支架303设置有用于插设所述电子烟和/或所述电子烟组件的插槽801,本实施例对所述插槽801的具体数目不做限定;
所述电子烟盒还包括限位板802;
所述限位板802铺设在所述盒体301的开口处,以使所述盒盖302打开时,所述限位板802露出;
以下对所述限位板802的具体结构进行详细说明:
如图9和图10所示,贯穿所述限位板802设置有第二通孔803,且所述第二通孔803与所述插槽801同轴设置,以使所述电子烟和/或所述电子烟组件804能够穿过所述第二通孔以插入所述插槽801内;
所述限位板802沿所述第一容纳凹腔304的轴向延伸设置有第二凸骨805,且所述第二凸骨805的端部形成有延伸至所述第一容纳凹腔304内的所述阻挡部;
当所述盒盖302呈所述预设位置时(如图11所示,图11所示为所述盒盖302位于所述预设位置时的所述电子烟盒的剖面结构示意图),所述第一凸骨305抵持在所述第二凸骨805的所述阻挡部上,所述第一凸骨305同时受到所述第二凸骨805和所述滑块306的力,进而使得所述盒盖302在所述预设位置固定,其中,所述预设位置的说明请详见实施例一所述,本实施例中不做赘述。
较佳的,所述限位板802背离所述盒盖302的端面设置有至少一个呈圆柱形的装配柱806;
所述支架303与所述装配柱806对应位置设置有装配孔807,以使所述限位板802铺设在所述盒体301的开口处时,所述装配柱806能够插入所述装配孔807内部,且所述装配柱806与所述装配孔807之间过盈配合,以使所述限位板802能够固定设置在所述支架303端面,以使所述限位板802铺设在所述盒体301的开口处。
第三种请见图12和图13所示;
本种设置方式中,所述第一容纳凹腔304侧壁延伸形成所述阻挡部308,即所述阻挡部308与所述支架303一体成型设置,使得所述盒盖302位于所述预设位置时,所述第一凸骨305抵持在所述第一容纳凹腔304侧壁所形成的所述阻挡部308上,且所述第一凸骨305还同时受到所述滑块306的抵持力,从而使得所述盒盖302外周面与所述盒体301之间不接触,有效的避免了电子烟盒的磨损。
采用本种设置方式的优势在于,便于装配电子烟盒,有效的提升了装配电子烟盒的效率,而且因无需设置其他部件,则有利于提升电子烟盒结构的稳定。
以下对所述电子烟盒的具体结构进行进一步的详细说明:
以下以所述阻挡部308为上述第一种结构所示为例对所述电子烟盒的具体结构进行详细说明,需明确的是,所述阻挡部308为上述第二种和第三种中所述电子烟盒的具体结构请参见以下所示,不再赘述;
首先,继续结合图3至图7所示,所述滑块306朝向所述盒盖302的顶面设置有至少一个呈内凹的曲面,所述第一凸骨305朝向所述滑块306的端面呈凸面;
具体的,所述第一凸骨305的所述凸面呈梯形或弧形结构,当然也可设置成其他凸面结构,具体在本实施例中不做赘述。
采用该种设置方式的优势在于,以使所述第一凸骨305的所述凸面始终与所述滑块306的所述曲面相接触,进而使得所述凸面能够沿所述曲面的导向运动,即使得所述第一凸骨305在所述滑块306的曲面上自左向右移动,直至所述凸面与所述阻挡部308相抵持,以使所述盒盖302打开至所述预设位置。
需明确的是,本实施例所述的所述盒盖302的所述第一凸骨305可与所述盒盖302一体成型设置,或所述第一凸骨305为一单独的器件,所述第一凸骨305与所述盒盖302通过焊接,螺纹连接,滑动连接等方式进行连接,具体在本实施例中不做限定。
以下对所述盒盖302具体是如何铰接在所述支架303上的进行详细说明:
结合图6和图7所示,所述电子烟盒还包括呈圆柱形的定位柱702;
贯穿所述支架303的端部设置有第三通孔703,且所述第三通孔703的延伸方向与所述第一容纳凹腔304的轴向垂直,贯穿所述第一凸骨305设置有第四通孔704,且所述第三通孔703和所述第四通孔704同轴设置,以使所述定位柱702能够依次穿过所述第三通孔703和所述第四通孔704,且所述定位柱702位于所述第一容纳凹腔304内部,使得所述第一凸骨305通过所述定位柱702铰接在所述支架303上,进而可使得所述盒盖302以所述定位柱702为中心进行旋转。
以下对所述弹性件307与所述滑块306具体的连接结构进行说明:
所述第一容纳凹腔304底部沿靠近所述盒盖302的方向延伸设置有第一顶杆501;
具体的,所述滑块306朝向所述第一容纳凹腔304底部设置有第二容纳凹 腔,即所述第二容纳凹腔的开口与所述第一顶杆501相对;
更具体的,所述第二容纳凹腔底部沿远离所述盒盖302的方向延伸设置有第二顶杆502,所述第一顶杆501和所述第二顶杆502同轴设置,且所述弹性件307的一端套设在所述第一顶杆501上,所述弹性件307的另一端套设在所述第二顶杆502上,以使所述弹性件307能够带动所述滑块306弹性的线性伸缩。
需明确的是,本实施例对所述弹性件307与所述滑块306的抵持方式为举例说明,不做限定,只要所述弹性件307能够在所述第一容纳凹腔304带动所述滑块306往返的线性运动即可。
以下对所述滑块306的具体结构进行详细说明:
如图7所示,所述滑块306的外周壁设置有至少一个第三凸骨503;
所述第一容纳凹腔304内周壁的与所述第三凸骨503对应位置处设置有滑轨504,以使所述弹性件307能够带动所述第三凸骨503沿所述滑轨504的导向弹性的线性伸缩。
较佳的,所述支架303上设置有至少一个用于插设电池杆组件的第一目标插槽,所述电池杆组件用于组合形成所述电子烟;
即以图4至图6,本实施例用于插设电池杆组件705的所述第一目标插槽706的数量为一个为例进行举例说明,需明确的是,本实施例对所述第一目标插槽706的数目为举例进行说明,不做限定;
如图6所示,所述支架303上还设置有容纳凹槽707,所述支架303通过所述容纳凹槽707可拆卸设置有印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板上还设置有充电电池708和与所述充电电池708电连接的微控制器;
如图4和图5所示,所述电子烟盒还设置有充电电极709,所述充电电极709的数目等于所述第一目标插槽706的数目;
其中,所述充电电极709的具体结构还可参见图14所示,图14为所述充电电极709的整体结构示意图;
所述充电电极709包括分别与所述微控制器电连接的第一正电极7091和第一负电极7092,所述电池杆组件705包括第二正电极和第二负电极;
其中。所述电池杆组件705的具体结构为现有技术,在本实施例中不做赘 述;
具体的,即所述充电电极709的所述第一正电极7091和所述电池杆组件705的第二正电极电连接,所述充电电极709的所述第一负电极7092和所述电池杆组件705的所述第二负电极电连接;
较佳的,所述充电电极709还包括与所述微控制器电连接的检测开关7093,使得所述检测开关7093检测到所述电池杆组件705插设在所述第一目标插槽706内,且所述第一正电极7091与所述第二正电极相抵接,所述第一负电极7092和所述第二负电极相抵接时,即第一正电极7091和第二正电极电连接,所述第一负电极7092和第二负电极电连接时,所述微控制器对应生成第一触发信号,以使所述微控制器根据所述第一触发信号导通所述充电电池708与所述电池杆组件705之间的电路回路,使得所述充电电池708为所述电池杆组件705进行充电。
因本实施例所示的所述电子烟盒设置有所述检测开关7093,从而使得只有在第一正电极7091和第二正电极电连接,所述第一负电极7092和第二负电极电连接时,所述充电电池708与所述电池杆组件705之间的电路回路才会导通,避免了电量的浪费,有效的延长了所述充电电池708的使用时长。
具体的,继续如图4和图5所示,所述盒体301底部设置有充电接口710,所述充电接口710的正极和负极分别电连接至所述充电电池708的正电极和负电极,以使外部电源通过所述充电接口710为所述充电电池708供电;
如图3所示,贯穿所述盒体301的侧壁设置有显示屏711,且所述显示屏711与所述微控制器电连接,所述微控制器用于通过所述显示屏711显示所述充电电池708的剩余电量,和/或,所述微控制器还用于确定所述充电电池708的电量低于门限值时对应生成第二触发信号,使得所述微控制器根据所述第二触发信号控制所述显示屏显示目标提示状态,所述目标提示状态用于使得用户确定所述充电电池的电量不足,需要通过所述充电接口710接通所述外部电源的状态。
较佳的,为更为稳固的放置所述电池杆组件705,则如图4至图6所示,所述电子烟盒还包括第一套体712,且所述第一套体712的数目与所述第一目标插槽706的数目相等;
具体的,所述第一套体712与所述第一目标插槽706沿所述电子烟盒的轴向同轴设置;
更具体的,在具体装配时,可使得所述电池杆组件705能够依次穿过所述第一目标插槽706和所述第一套体712,使得所述电池杆组件705能够固定设置在所述支架303上;
更具体的,所述第一套体712呈中空结构,所述第一套体712与所述电池杆组件705之间过盈配合,且所述第一套体712由弹性材质制成。
可见,因所述电池杆组件705套设有所述第一套体712后插入所述第一目标插槽706内,可有效的避免所述电池杆组件705在所述第一目标插槽706内晃动,而且避免了电池杆组件705与所述第一目标插槽706之间直接的接触,避免了所述电池杆组件705与所述第一目标插槽706之间的磨损,进一步的提升了电池杆组件705的安全。避免所述电池杆组件705的外观受损。
进一步的,所述支架303上设置有至少一个用于插设电子烟和/或雾化器的第二目标插槽714;
本实施例以所述支架303上的所述第二目标插槽714的数量为两个为例进行举例说明,不做限定;
本实施例中的所述第二目标插槽714用于插设雾化器713,具体的,所述雾化器713用于组合形成所述电子烟;
所述电子烟盒还包括第二套体715,且所述第二套体715的数目与所述第二目标插槽714的数目相等,且所述第二套体715与所述第二目标插槽714沿所述电子烟盒的轴向同轴设置,以使所述电子烟和/或所述雾化器能够依次穿过所述第二目标插槽714和所述第二套体715,以使所述电子烟和/或所述雾化器能够固定设置在所述支架303上;
其中,所述第二套体715呈中空结构,所述第二套体715与所述电子烟和/或所述雾化器之间过盈配合,且所述第二套体715由弹性材质制成。
可见,本实施例中,因所述雾化器713套设有所述第二套体715后插入所述第二目标插槽714内,可有效的避免所述雾化器713在所述第二目标插槽714内晃动,而且避免了雾化器713与所述第二目标插槽714之间直接的接触,避免了所述雾化器713与所述第二目标插槽714之间的磨损,进一步的提升了 雾化器713的安全。避免所述雾化器713的外观受损。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子烟盒,包括盒体和盒盖,其特征在于,所述盒体内部设置有用于放置电子烟和/或电子烟组件的支架,所述支架设置有第一容纳凹腔,且所述第一容纳凹腔位于所述盒体的与所述盒盖相连接的端部;
    所述盒盖与所述第一容纳凹腔对应的位置处设置有第一凸骨,且所述第一凸骨铰接在所述支架上,以使所述盒盖盖设在所述盒体上时,所述第一凸骨插设在所述第一容纳凹腔内;
    所述第一容纳凹腔内活动插设有滑块和弹性件,所述滑块抵持在所述第一凸骨上用于阻碍所述盒盖打开或关闭,所述弹性件抵持在所述滑块上用于给所述滑块施加朝向所述第一凸骨的弹力,所述第一容纳凹腔设置有阻挡部,以使在所述盒盖绕所述盒体旋转打开至预设位置时,所述第一凸骨抵持在所述阻挡部上,而使所述盒盖停止转动,其中,所述预设位置为所述盒盖和所述盒体开口之间呈预设角度,以使所述盒盖外表面和所述盒体相互之间不接触的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述阻挡部为呈圆柱形的限位柱;
    贯穿所述支架的端部设置有第一通孔,且所述第一通孔的延伸方向与所述第一容纳凹腔的轴向垂直,且所述限位柱插设在所述第一通孔内,以使所述限位柱位于所述第一容纳凹腔内部,且所述限位柱与所述第一容纳凹腔开口处之间的距离小于所述滑块与所述第一容纳凹腔开口处之间的距离,以使所述盒盖打开至所述预设位置时,所述第一凸骨抵持在所述限位柱上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述支架设置有用于插设所述电子烟和/或所述电子烟组件的插槽;
    所述电子烟盒还包括限位板,所述限位板铺设在所述盒体的开口处,贯穿所述限位板设置有第二通孔,且所述第二通孔与所述插槽同轴设置,以使所述电子烟和/或所述电子烟组件能够穿过所述第二通孔以插入所述插槽内;
    所述限位板沿所述第一容纳凹腔的轴向延伸设置有第二凸骨,且所述第二凸骨的端部形成有插设在所述第一容纳凹腔内的所述阻挡部,以使所述盒盖打开至所述预设位置时,所述第一凸骨抵持在所述第二凸骨的所述阻挡部上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述滑块朝向所述盒盖的顶面设置有至少一个呈内凹的曲面;
    所述第一凸骨朝向所述滑块的端面呈凸面;
    使得所述凸面能够沿所述曲面的导向运动,直至所述凸面与所述阻挡部相抵持,以使所述盒盖打开至所述预设位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第一凸骨的所述凸面呈梯形或弧形结构,以使所述第一凸骨的所述凸面始终与所述曲面相接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述电子烟盒还包括呈圆柱形的定位柱;
    贯穿所述支架的端部设置有第三通孔,且所述第三通孔的延伸方向与所述第一容纳凹腔的轴向垂直,贯穿所述第一凸骨设置有第四通孔,且所述第三通孔和所述第四通孔同轴设置,以使所述定位柱能够依次穿过所述第三通孔和所述第四通孔,且所述定位柱位于所述第一容纳凹腔内部,使得所述第一凸骨通过所述定位柱铰接在所述支架上;
    所述第一容纳凹腔底部沿靠近所述盒盖的方向延伸设置有第一顶杆,所述滑块朝向所述第一容纳凹腔底部设置有第二容纳凹腔,所述第二容纳凹腔底部沿远离所述盒盖的方向延伸设置有第二顶杆,所述第一顶杆和所述第二顶杆同轴设置,且所述弹性件的一端套设在所述第一顶杆上,所述弹性件的另一端套设在所述第二顶杆上,以使所述弹性件能够带动所述滑块弹性的线性伸缩。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述滑块的外周壁设置有至少一个第三凸骨;
    所述第一容纳凹腔内周壁的与所述第三凸骨对应位置处设置有滑轨,以使所述弹性件能够带动所述第三凸骨沿所述滑轨的导向弹性的线性伸缩。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述支架上设置有至少一个用于插设电池杆组件的第一目标插槽,所述电池杆组件用于组合形成所述电子烟;
    所述支架上可拆卸的设置有印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板上还设置有充电电池和与所述充电电池电连接的微控制器;
    所述电子烟盒还设置有充电电极,所述充电电极的数目等于所述第一目标 插槽的数目;
    所述充电电极包括分别与所述微控制器电连接的第一正电极和第一负电极,所述电池杆组件包括第二正电极和第二负电极;
    所述充电电极还包括与所述微控制器电连接的检测开关,使得所述检测开关检测到所述电池杆组件插设在所述第一目标插槽内,且所述第一正电极与所述第二正电极相抵接,所述第一负电极和所述第二负电极相抵接时,所述微控制器对应生成第一触发信号,以使所述微控制器根据所述第一触发信号导通所述充电电池与所述电池杆组件之间的电路回路,使得所述充电电池为所述电池杆组件进行充电。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述盒体底部设置有充电接口,所述充电接口的正极和负极分别电连接至所述充电电池的正电极和负电极,以使外部电源通过所述充电接口为所述充电电池供电;
    贯穿所述盒体的侧壁设置有显示屏,且所述显示屏与所述微控制器电连接,所述微控制器用于通过所述显示屏显示所述充电电池的剩余电量,和/或,所述微控制器还用于确定所述充电电池的电量低于门限值时对应生成第二触发信号,使得所述微控制器根据所述第二触发信号控制所述显示屏显示目标提示状态,所述目标提示状态用于使得用户确定所述充电电池的电量不足,需要通过所述充电接口接通所述外部电源的状态。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述电子烟盒还包括第一套体,且所述第一套体的数目与所述第一目标插槽的数目相等,且所述第一套体与所述第一目标插槽沿所述电子烟盒的轴向同轴设置,以使所述电池杆组件能够依次穿过所述第一目标插槽和所述第一套体,使得所述电池杆组件能够固定设置在所述支架上;
    其中,所述第一套体呈中空结构,所述第一套体与所述电池杆组件之间过盈配合,且所述第一套体由弹性材质制成。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述支架上设置有至少一个用于插设电子烟和/或雾化器的第二目标插槽,所述雾化器用于组合形成所述电子烟;
    所述电子烟盒还包括第二套体,且所述第二套体的数目与所述第二目标插 槽的数目相等,且所述第二套体与所述第二目标插槽沿所述电子烟盒的轴向同轴设置,以使所述电子烟和/或所述雾化器能够依次穿过所述第二目标插槽和所述第二套体,以使所述电子烟和/或所述雾化器能够固定设置在所述支架上;
    其中,所述第二套体呈中空结构,所述第二套体与所述电子烟和/或所述雾化器之间过盈配合,且所述第二套体由弹性材质制成。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述限位板背离所述盒盖的端面设置有至少一个呈圆柱形的装配柱;
    所述支架与所述装配柱对应位置设置有装配孔,以使所述限位板铺设在所述盒体的开口处时,所述装配柱能够插入所述装配孔内部,且所述装配柱与所述装配孔之间过盈配合。
