- 複数の前記区画は組み合わされ、円形の平面形状を有する前記被加工体を構成する、請求項1~44のいずれか一項に記載の被加工ユニット。
- 複数の前記区画は、それぞれ同じ形状を有する、請求項1~45のいずれか一項に記載の被加工ユニット。
- 複数の前記区画のうち、1つの区画は、加工装置によって加工されない部分である、請求項1~46のいずれか一項に記載の被加工ユニット。
- 1つの前記区画は、加工装置に固定可能な大きさよりも小さい、請求項1~47のいずれか一項に記載の被加工ユニット。
- 前記被加工体はセラミック、金属又は樹脂である、請求項1~48のいずれか一項に記載の被加工ユニット。
- 前記被加工体は、ジルコニア結晶粒子が完全に焼結するに至っていない仮焼体である、請求項1~49のいずれか一項に記載の被加工ユニット。
- 前記被加工体は、前記被加工体の加工によって形成され、前記被加工体の前記突出部又は外縁部に接続された加工物を有する、請求項1~50のいずれか一項に記載の被加工ユニット。
- 被加工体の構成要素となる複数の区画を準備する工程と、
複数の前記区画を組み合わせて、第1面、前記第1面とは反対側に配された第2面、及び前記第1面と前記第2面との間の外周部を有する前記被加工体を形成する工程と、
リング形状を有する保持部材を準備する工程と、
前記保持部材を加熱して膨張させる工程と、
前記保持部材のリングに前記被加工体をはめ込む工程と、
前記保持部材を冷却して収縮させて、前記被加工体の前記外周部に前記保持部材を取り付ける工程と、
を含む、被加工ユニットの製造方法。 - 前記保持部材を膨張させる工程において、前記保持部材を60℃~150℃に加熱する、請求項52に記載の被加工ユニットの製造方法。
- 前記保持部材はエンジニアリングプラスチックを含む、請求項52又は53に記載の被加工ユニットの製造方法。
