[08] Ein in den Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlicher Weichentransportwagen 1 weist einen balkenförmigen Wagenrahmen 2 auf, der sich in einer Wagenlängsrichtung 3 erstreckt und endseitig auf Schienenfahrwerken 4 gelagert bzw. mittels dieser auf einem Gleis 8 verfahrbar ist. Am - bezüglich von Achsen 11 der Schienenfahrwerke 4 mittig positionierten - Wagenrahmen 2 sind mehrere, in Wagenlängsrichtung 3 hintereinander angeordnete Ladeplattformen 5 vorgesehen, die jeweils um eine in Wagenlängsrichtung 3 verlaufende Schwenkachse 6 kippbar mit dem Wagenrahmen 2 verbunden sind. Ein hydraulischer Antrieb 7 dient zur Verschwenkung der Ladeplattform 5 zwischen einer (nicht gezeigten) horizontalen Stellung und einer hochgeschwenkten Transportstellung (siehe Fig. 2), bei der die Ladeplattform 5 mitsamt einer darauf montierten Weiche 9 zur Gänze innerhalb eines Lichtraumprofils 10 des Gleises 8 zu liegen kommt. Im vorliegenden Beispiel ist jede Ladeplattform 5 mit zwei Fixierbalken 16 von unterschiedlicher Länge ausgestattet (siehe Fig. 1 ), die jeweils mit Hilfe von Antrieben 19 unabhängig voneinander entlang der Längsträger 13 in der Wagenlängsrichtung 3 verschoben werden können.
