在本实施例中,作为一示例性实施方式,在通话语音为多个通话方时,对多个通话方中的指定的通话方的语音进行协助操作,例如,在来源于远端的多个通话方中,包括老板和普通员工,这时如果只对老板的通话语音进行协助操作,终端中通过设置识别系统,将识别系统与天线相连,在天线接收到外部信号的音频时,识别系统根据预先设定的通话语音的音频识别天线接收到外部信号的音频是否为老板的通话语音的音频,进而根据识别结果判断是否需要进行语音协助操作。
当然,本领域技术人员也可以通过其他方式识别通话语音,本发明并不对此进行限制。
步骤204,检测所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字。
在本实施例中,作为一示例性实施例,终端可以对通话语音进行文字转换,得到对应的通话文字;将所述通话文字与预定义的关键字列表进行比较,并根据比较结果确定所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字。
在本实施例中,作为另一示例性实施例,终端可以将通话语音与预定 义的关键字语音集合进行比较,并根据比较结果确定所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字。
步骤206,若包含,则查找与所述预设关键字对应的协助操作方式,并执行相应的语音协助操作。
在本实施例中,根据确定的预设关键字,可以通过启动相关联的应用程序,从而完成相应的语音协助操作。其中,该应用程序完成该语音协助操作时,可以调用本地资源,比如播放本地的音频文件,也可以使用网络资源,比如通过浏览器执行搜索操作。
由上述实施例可知,本发明通过对通话语音的获取和关键字检测,可以准确、有效地获取用户的协助需求;同时,通过查找并执行与关键字相关的语音协助操作,在无需用户手动切换至其他应用程序界面的情况下,即可直接获得相应的协助,有助于为用户提供便利。
图4是根据本发明一示例性实施例的另一种通话过程中的语音协助方法的流程图,如图4所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤402,获取通话语音。
在本实施例中,通话语音可以来自所有通话方中的任意一个或多个通话方。
步骤404,对通话语音进行文字转换,得到对应的通话文字。
步骤406,将通话文字与预定义的关键字列表进行比较。
步骤408,判断是否存在匹配内容;若存在,则转入步骤410,否则返回步骤402。
步骤410,根据匹配内容,提取通话文字对应的关键字。
在本实施例中,作为一示例性实施方式,可以通过“语音识别”技术,将通话语音转换为通话文字后,实现基于文字内容的比较和匹配操作。比如图5所示,假定通过对采集的通话语音进行识别后,得到相应的通话文字为“翻译专利”;然后,通过与预定义的关键字列表进行比较后,可以确定其中包含关键字“翻译”。
步骤412,将提取的关键字与预定义的“关键字——协助操作方式”的映射关系进行比较。
可理解的是,本实施例中的“关键字——协助操作方式”的映射关系为预先设置的,其中预先设置“关键字——协助操作方式”的映射关系可以通过多种方式来实现,例如通过大量数据训练而成的,或者为使用终端的用户自定义设定的,本实施例不对其进行限定。
步骤414,判断是否存在匹配内容;若存在,则转入步骤416,否则返回步骤402。
步骤416,根据匹配内容,确定对应于提取的关键字的协助操作方式。
在本实施例中,针对关键字列表中的每个关键字,均预定义了对应的协助操作方式,从而构成了预定义的“关键字——协助操作方式”的映射关系;如图5所示,通过将查找到的关键字“翻译”与预定义的上述映射关系进行匹配,即可确定对应于该关键字“翻译”的协助操作方式,比如终端内安装的用于执行翻译操作的APP(即应用程序)。
步骤418,按照确定的协助操作方式,执行对应的语音协助操作。
在本实施例中,如图5所示,通过对通话语音的文字转换、关键字对比和映射关系匹配,可以确定对应的协助操作方式为终端内安装的用于执 行翻译操作的APP,那么“执行对应的语音协助操作”可以包括对该APP的调用,比如在终端屏幕上启动并展示该APP的操作界面,则用户可以直接在该APP界面中输入所需要翻译的词汇或句子,而无需执行界面之间的反复切换。
进一步地,终端可以从通话语音中,提取与步骤410中确定的关键字对应的操作内容,则“执行相应的语音协助操作”还可以包括:在调用的APP中,执行与该操作内容相关联的应用功能。
其中,操作内容可以为通话语音中位于所述预设关键字的相邻语音段或所在的语句;本实施例以操作系统为通话语音中位于预设关键字后方的相邻语音段进行举例说明,例如,对应于图5所示的通话语音,“操作内容”为“专利”。因此,终端可以直接对上述用于执行翻译操作的APP进行调用,将其用于对“专利”进行翻译,从而得到图5所示的翻译结果界面,以供用户进行查看。同时,在图5所示的翻译结果界面的顶部,通过“正在通话:小白05:23”的标识内容,提示用户当前仍然处于通话状态;其中,用户可以通过点击上述的标识内容,重新返回通话界面。
图6是根据本发明一示例性实施例的又一种通话过程中的语音协助方法的流程图,如图6所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤602,获取通话语音;该过程与图4所示的步骤402相同,此处不再赘述。
步骤604,将获取的通话语音与预定义的关键字语音集合进行比较。
在本实施例中,预定义的关键字语音集合是指预先对每一关键字进行采样的语音片段,可以通过将获取的通话语音与这些语音片段进行直接比 较,从而确定获取的通话语音中是否包含预定义的关键字。
比如图7所示,终端在获取通话语音后,可以提取该通话语音的预设特征参数,比如频率、幅值、振动曲线等,然后将提取的预设特征参数与关键字语音集合中的语音片段的预设特征参数进行比较,从而根据预设特征参数的匹配情况,判断是否存在相匹配的关键字。
步骤606,判断是否存在匹配内容;若存在,则转入步骤608,否则返回步骤602。
步骤608,根据匹配内容,提取匹配的关键字。
步骤610至步骤616,与图4所示的步骤412至步骤418相同,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,假定图7中通过对通话语音的直接匹配,确定其中包含第一语音片段,该第一语音片段对应于关键字“翻译”。那么,根据预定义的“关键字——协助操作方式”的映射关系,即可确定对应于该关键字“翻译”的协助操作方式,比如终端内安装的用于执行翻译操作的APP(即应用程序)。
进一步地,终端可以从通话语音中,提取与步骤608中确定的关键字对应的操作内容,则“执行相应的语音协助操作”还可以包括:在调用的APP中,执行与该操作内容相关联的应用功能。
其中,操作内容可以为通话语音中位于所述预设关键字的相邻语音段或所在的语句;例如,操作内容位于预设关键字的前方,如“对专利进行翻译”,操作内容位于预设关键字的后方,如“翻译专利”,本实施例以操作内容位于预设关键字后方进行举例说明,通过图4中步骤404所示的 方式,将该相邻语音段识别为相应的文字内容;比如对应于图7所示的通话语音,“操作内容”可以为“专利”。那么,终端可以直接对上述用于执行翻译操作的APP进行调用,将其用于对“专利”进行翻译,从而得到图7所示的翻译结果界面,以供用户进行查看。以上结合图4至图7,基于“翻译专利”的实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行了举例说明;当然,本发明的关键字和协助操作方式可以存在很多种情况,比如下表1示出了几种可能的情形。

实施例一
以表1中的“股市行情”为例,图8是根据本发明一示例性实施例的一种通过网络查询实现的语音协助方法的流程图,该方法应用的终端内,包含“检测模块”和“执行模块”,该“检测模块”用于对通话语音中的关键字进行检测,而“执行模块”用于执行具体的语音协助操作;该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤802A,检测模块预先载入关键字列表或关键字语音集合。
步骤802B,执行模块预先载入“关键字——协助操作方式”的映射关系。
需要说明的是:步骤802A和步骤802B之间并不存在必然的先后顺 序,只要在步骤804之前完成载入即可。
步骤804,在用户执行通话的过程中,获取通话语音的音频流。
步骤806,将获取的通话语音与预先载入的关键字列表或关键字语音集合进行匹配,并提取匹配出的关键字。
在本实施例中,作为一示例性实施方式,检测模块可以将获取的通话语音转换为通话文字后,将通话文字与预先载入的关键字列表进行匹配,从而将匹配结果作为提取的关键字;作为另一示例性实施方式,检测模块可以将获取的通话语音直接与预先载入的关键字语音集合进行匹配,比如通过预设特征参数的匹配,识别出获取的通话语音中包含的关键字。
步骤808,将提取的关键字发送至执行模块进行处理。
步骤810,执行模块将关键字与预先载入的映射关系列表中的关键字进行匹配,以确定对应的协助操作方式。
在本实施例中,假定提取的关键字为表1所示的“股市行情”,则对应的协助操作方式可以为“浏览器”,即通过浏览器进行网络搜索的方式,查找“股市行情”信息。
步骤812,当终端采用Android操作系统时,执行模块通过调用系统的openURL方法,启动浏览器并执行针对“股市行情”的信息搜索操作。
在本实施例中,由于终端需要在通话过程中调用网络搜索操作,因而终端需要处于能够满足语音与数据并发的网络环境中,比如终端接入了WIFI网络,或者终端采用的移动通信网络为TD-SCDMA(Time Division-Synchronization Code Division Multiple Access,即时分同步的码分多址技术)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码 分多址移动通信系统)等网络制式,或终端采用了SGLTE(Simultaneous GSM and LTE,LTE与GSM同步并发)、SVLTE(Simultaneous Voice and LTE,双待手机方式)等工作模式。
实施例二
针对表1中的“唐诗静夜思”,在图8所示的处理流程的基础上,终端在步骤804之后,还可以从获取的通话语音中提取与关键字对应的操作内容。比如当通话语音为“唐诗静夜思”时,可以从中匹配出预设的关键字“唐诗”,并且将“静夜思”确定为对应的操作内容。
那么,终端根据匹配出的关键字“唐诗”,以及预先加载的映射关系,可以确定对应的协助操作方式为“浏览器”;同时,由于对应于“唐诗”的操作内容为“静夜思”,因而终端最终执行的语音协助操作为:调用浏览器,搜索关于“静夜思”的信息,并最终呈现给用户。
实施例三
针对表1中的“播放小苹果”,通过类似图8所示的处理流程的基础上,终端可以从通话语音“播放小苹果”中,匹配出预设的关键字“播放”;然后,根据预先加载的映射关系,可以确定对应的协助操作方式为“音乐播放器”。同时,终端还可以根据匹配出预设的关键字“播放”,确定对应的操作内容为“小苹果”。因此,终端最终执行的语音协助操作为:调用音乐播放器,播放终端内(或者,也可以搜索在线音频资源)关于“小苹果”的音频文件。
其中,由于终端对本地通话语音进行采集和处理时,仅存在一条处理路径,比如图9所示的“录音——编码——传送”等,因而通过音乐播放 器进行音频文件播放时,需要对上述的处理路径进行改进。比如图9所示,在“编码”的处理节点之前,本地通话语音采用路径①“录音——编码”,而音乐播放器则采用路径②“本地音频文件——编码”,因而可以通过轮流导通路径①和路径②中的任一条、断开另一条路径,从而满足通话和音乐播放的需求。
或者,也可以在“录音——编码——传送”的处理过程中,添加“混音”步骤。比如图10所示,通过在“编码”的处理节点之前,添加“混音”处理节点,使得本地通话语音对应的录音音频和音乐播放器对应的本地音频文件,均可以通过“混音”处理节点进行混音后,最终能够同时传输至远端的通话方。
图11示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图11,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器、内部总线、网络接口、内存以及非易失性存储器,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器从非易失性存储器中读取对应的计算机程序到内存中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成通话过程中的语音协助装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑模块,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
请参考图12,在软件实施方式中,该通话过程中的语音协助装置可以包括获取模块、检测模块和执行模块。其中:
获取模块,获取通话语音;
检测模块,检测所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字;
执行模块,在检测结果为包含的情况下,查找与所述预设关键字对应的协助操作方式,并执行相应的语音协助操作。
可选的,所述通话语音包括:所有通话方中至少一方的通话语音。
可选的,所述检测模块具体用于:
对所述通话语音进行文字转换,得到对应的通话文字;
将所述通话文字与预定义的关键字列表进行比较,并根据比较结果确定所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字。
可选的,所述检测模块具体用于:
将所述通话语音与预定义的关键字语音集合进行比较,并根据比较结果确定所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字。
可选的,预定义的关键字语音集合由所述通话语音的提供用户预先录制得到。
可选的,所述执行模块具体用于:
调用与所述预设关键字对应的应用程序。
可选的,还包括:
提取模块,从所述通话语音中,提取与所述预设关键字对应的操作内容;以及
所述执行模块还在调用的应用程序中,执行与所述操作内容相关联的应用功能。
可选的,所述操作内容为所述通话语音中位于所述预设关键字的相邻语音段或所在的语句。本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读记录介质,包括在其上记录有用于执行上述通话过程中的语音协助方法的程序。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的。
所述的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是一个物理模块或多个物理模块,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个不同地方。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一个设备(可以是单片机,芯片等)或处理器(processor)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
需要说明的是,以上所述仅仅是本申请技术方案的一部分优选具体实施方式,使本领域技术人员能够充分理解或实现本申请,而不是全部的实施例,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本申请的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,基于以上实施例,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理,不做出创造性劳动前提下,还可以做出多种显而易见的修改和润饰,通过这些修改和润饰所获得的所有其他实施例,都可以应用于本申请技术方案,这些都不影响本申请的实现,都应当属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合于本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种通话过程中的语音协助方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取通话语音;
    检测所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字;
    若包含,则查找与所述预设关键字对应的协助操作方式,并执行相应的语音协助操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通话语音包括:所有通话方中至少一方的通话语音。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字,包括:
    对所述通话语音进行文字转换,得到对应的通话文字;
    将所述通话文字与预定义的关键字列表进行比较,并根据比较结果确定所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字,包括:
    将所述通话语音与预定义的关键字语音集合进行比较,并根据比较结果确定所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述执行相应的语音协助操作,包括:
    调用与所述预设关键字对应的应用程序。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:从所述通话语音中,提取与所述预设关键字对应的操作内容;以及
    所述执行相应的语音协助操作,还包括:在调用的应用程序中,执行与所述操作内容相关联的应用功能,所述操作内容为所述通话语音中位于所述预设关键字的相邻语音段或所在的语句。7.一种通话过程中的语音协助装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,获取通话语音;
    检测模块,检测所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字;
    执行模块,在检测结果为包含的情况下,查找与所述预设关键字对应的协助操作方式,并执行相应的语音协助操作。
  7. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通话语音包括:所有通话方中至少一方的通话语音。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块具体用于:
    对所述通话语音进行文字转换,得到对应的通话文字;
    将所述通话文字与预定义的关键字列表进行比较,并根据比较结果确定所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块具体用于:
    将所述通话语音与预定义的关键字语音集合进行比较,并根据比较结果确定所述通话语音中是否包含预设关键字。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述执行模块具体用于:
    调用与所述预设关键字对应的应用程序。
  11. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    提取模块,从所述通话语音中,提取与所述预设关键字对应的操作内容;以及
    所述执行模块还在调用的应用程序中,执行与所述操作内容相关联的应用功能,所述操作内容为所述通话语音中位于所述预设关键字的相邻语音段或所在的语句。
  12. 一种计算机可读记录介质,其特征在于,包括在其上记录有用于执行如权利要求1-6中任意一项所述方法的程序。
