- the inner wall surface of the end wall portion is not positioned closer to the distal end side of the injection needle than the proximal end surface of the injection needle. Therefore, a concave portion that is recessed toward the distal end side of the injection needle along the outer peripheral surface of the proximal end portion of the injection needle is not formed by the outer peripheral surface of the injection needle and the inner wall surface of the end wall portion. As a result, the preparation does not accumulate in the recess, and the preparation contained in the barrel body can be used without waste.
- the inner wall surface of the end wall portion extends in the axial direction of the trunk wall portion from a predetermined position between the inner peripheral edge or the outer peripheral edge and the inner peripheral edge of the proximal end surface of the injection needle. Therefore, the preparation does not accumulate in the recess, and the preparation contained in the barrel body can be used without waste.
- the inner wall surface of the end wall portion can cover a part or all of the proximal end surface of the injection needle. Therefore, even if the tip of the injection needle is punctured into the injection target and the injection needle is pushed toward the barrel main body, the inner wall surface of the end wall portion can receive the proximal end surface of the injection needle. Therefore, the syringe having such a configuration can firmly insert the injection needle.
- the inner wall surface of the end wall covers part or all of the proximal end surface of the injection needle, when the plunger pushes out the formulation from the barrel with the needle, the total pressure of the formulation is applied to the proximal end surface of the injection needle. It does not take. Therefore, in the syringe having such a configuration, the proximal end surface of the injection needle is hardly pushed toward the distal end side of the injection needle, and has a strength that can sufficiently withstand the liquid pressure of the preparation.
- the syringe provided with the barrel with a needle and the barrel with a needle which can use the stored formulation without waste can be provided.

- COP cycloolefin polymer
- COC cycloolefin copolymer
- PP polypropylene
- PE polyethylene
- the trunk wall 201 is formed in a cylindrical shape.
- the body wall 201 is formed with a constant diameter from one end 203 to the other end 204.
- One opening 207 of the trunk wall 201 is closed by the end wall 211 and the other opening 205 is open. Accordingly, one end of the barrel body 21 is closed and the other end is opened so that the plunger 3 can be inserted.

Specifically, the inner peripheral edge 213 a is located in a region including the outer peripheral edge 223 and the inner peripheral edge 224 on the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22.
- the outer peripheral edge 213b of the inner wall surface 213 is placed at the same position as the position of the inner peripheral edge 213a in the axial direction of the body wall 201, or is positioned closer to the other opening 205 of the body wall 201.
- the inner wall surface 213 is placed in the axial direction of the barrel wall 201 with the position of the outer peripheral edge 223 of the injection needle 22 or is located closer to the other opening 205 of the barrel wall 201 than the inner wall 213. . Accordingly, the inner wall surface 213 is not positioned closer to the distal end 221 side of the injection needle 22 than the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 is a direction that intersects the axial direction of the trunk wall portion 201 from a predetermined position between the outer peripheral edge 223 and the inner peripheral edge 224 on the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22.
- the body wall portion 201 spreads in a direction inclined toward the other opening 205 side.
- the inner peripheral edge 213 a of the inner wall surface 213 is located between the outer peripheral edge 223 and the inner peripheral edge 224 on the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22. Accordingly, the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 spreads from the central portion of the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22. Thereby, the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 constitutes a support portion 217 for supporting (receiving) the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22 on the main body portion 215.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 forms a curved surface R from the connection point P with the injection needle 22 to a predetermined position.
- the curved surface R is curved in a convex shape toward the radially inner side of the insertion hole 214 of the end wall portion 211. Thereby, the support part 217 is formed thick.
- the curved surface R has a predetermined radius of curvature.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 forms a smooth surface from the inner peripheral edge 213a to the outer peripheral edge 213b. That is, no corners or protrusions are formed on the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211.
- the injection needle 22 is formed in a cylindrical shape through which the preparation can be distributed.
- the inner and outer diameters of the injection needle 22 are formed so as to be constant from the distal end 221 to the proximal end 222.
- the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22 is configured by a flat surface having no irregularities from the outer peripheral edge 223 to the inner peripheral edge 224.

- the injection needle 22 has a sharp tip 221 and can puncture the injection target.
- the injection needle 22 has rigidity.
- the injection needle 22 is formed, for example, by drawing a steel pipe made of stainless steel.
- the injection needle 22 is made of, for example, aluminum, aluminum alloy, titanium, titanium alloy, or other metal.
- the injection needle 22 has a proximal end portion inserted into the insertion hole 214 of the end wall portion 211.
- the outer peripheral surface 226 of the injection needle 22 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface 218 of the insertion hole 214.
- the injection needle 22 has a tip 221 protruding from the needle fixing portion 23.
- the needle fixing portion 23 is connected to the end wall portion 211.
- An insertion hole 231 for inserting the injection needle 22 is formed in the needle fixing portion 23.
- the needle fixing portion 23 is connected to the end wall portion 211 on the side from which the main body portion 215 protrudes.
- the needle fixing part 23 is arranged so that the center line of the insertion hole 231, the center line of the insertion hole 214 of the end wall part 211, and the axis of the trunk wall part 201 coincide.
- the diameter of the insertion hole 231 of the needle fixing portion 23 is substantially the same as the diameter of the insertion hole 214 of the end wall portion 211.
- the needle fixing portion 23 of the present embodiment is formed in a cylindrical shape.
- the outer diameter of the needle fixing portion 23 is formed smaller than the outer diameter of the barrel main body 21.

- the needle fixing portion 23 is made of a rigid material. Needle fixing portion 23 is formed of the same material as barrel body 21.
- the plunger 3 includes an extruding portion 31 that is inserted into the barrel 2 with a needle and is slidable within the barrel main body 21, and a plunger main body 32 having the extruding portion 31 at the tip.
- the plunger main body 32 is formed in a rod shape.
- the plunger main body 32 is formed longer than the barrel main body 21. That is, the base end portion 321 of the plunger main body 32 protrudes from the opening of the barrel main body 21 in a state where the pushing portion 31 is inserted to the push-in limit position with respect to the barrel main body 21.
- the outer diameter of the extrusion part 31 is formed substantially the same as the inner diameter of the body wall part 201 of the barrel main body 21.
- the distal end of the extruded portion 31 is formed in accordance with the shape of the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211. That is, when the distal end of the plunger 3 is pushed to the limit position for pushing into the barrel main body 21, the distal end of the plunger 3 is in a state along the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211.
- the tip of the plunger 3 of this embodiment is formed in a tapered shape as the end wall portion 211 is formed in a tapered shape.
- the barrel 2 with a needle includes the barrel main body 21 that defines the internal space S that accommodates the preparation, and the injection needle 22 in which the proximal end 222 is released in the internal space S of the barrel main body 21.
- the barrel main body 21 includes a cylindrical body wall 201 and an end wall part 211 that closes one opening 207 of the body wall part 201 and includes an inner wall surface 213 positioned on the body wall part 201 side.
- the inner wall 213 of the end wall 211 has an inner peripheral edge 224 or an outer peripheral edge 223 and an inner peripheral edge 224 on the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22. Is extending in a direction that intersects with the axial direction of the body wall 201 from the predetermined position between and the direction of the other opening 205 of the body wall 201.
- the syringe 1 is for inserting a barrel 2 with a needle, and a formulation inserted into the barrel 2 with the needle into the barrel body 21 from the tip 221 of the injection needle 22 to the outside of the barrel 2 with a needle.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 is not positioned closer to the distal end 221 side of the injection needle 22 than the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22. Therefore, a recess that is recessed toward the distal end 221 side of the injection needle 22 is formed along the outer peripheral surface 226 of the proximal end portion of the injection needle 22 by the outer peripheral surface 226 of the injection needle 22 and the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211. There is nothing to do. As a result, the preparation does not accumulate in the recess, and the preparation contained in the barrel body 21 can be used without waste.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 can cover a part or all of the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22. Therefore, even if the distal end 221 of the injection needle 22 is punctured into the injection target and the injection needle 22 is pushed toward the barrel main body 21, the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 can receive the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22. it can. Therefore, according to the above configuration, the injection needle 22 can be firmly inserted.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 covers a part or all of the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22, even if the preparation is pushed into the injection needle 22 side (the plunger 3 is removed from the barrel 2 with the needle). The total pressure of the preparation is not applied to the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22. Therefore, according to the above configuration, the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22 is difficult to be pushed toward the distal end 221 side of the injection needle 22, and has a strength that can sufficiently withstand the liquid pressure of the preparation.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 is either the outer peripheral edge 223, the inner peripheral edge 224, or the predetermined position between the outer peripheral edge 223 and the inner peripheral edge 224 on the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22. Since it spreads as a starting point, the proximal end portion of the injection needle 22 is not exposed to the internal space S. Therefore, even when impurities such as oil adhere to the outer peripheral surface 226 of the injection needle 22 when the injection needle 22 is molded, the impurities are not mixed into the preparation. Therefore, it can prevent that this impurity is injected with respect to an injection subject with a formulation.
- the proximal end portion of the injection needle 22 is not exposed to the internal space S, the liquid pressure of the preparation is not applied to the outer peripheral surface 226 of the injection needle 22 when the preparation is pushed out of the barrel 2 with the needle by the plunger 3. Accordingly, the injection needle 22 is unlikely to be broken or cracked.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 is not positioned closer to the distal end 221 side of the injection needle 22 than the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22. Therefore, when extruding the preparation from the barrel main body 21, the flow of the preparation is hardly disturbed by the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22. Specifically, since the concave portion that is recessed toward the distal end 221 side of the injection needle 22 is not formed along the outer peripheral surface 226 of the proximal end portion of the injection needle 22, the preparation does not enter the concave portion. Therefore, when extruding the preparation from the barrel body 21, there is no preparation that flows out from the recess and flows out, so that the preparation can be rectified. In connection with this, when pushing out from the barrel 2 with a needle
- the syringe 1 having the above-described configuration can firmly insert the injection needle 22.
- the tip of the pushing portion 31 of the plunger 3 is formed in accordance with the shape of the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211. Therefore, when the plunger 3 is inserted into the barrel main body 21 and pushed to the limit position for pushing against the barrel main body 21, most of the preparation contained in the barrel main body 21 can be pushed out of the barrel 2 with a needle. it can.
- hook and the syringe 1 of this invention are not limited to the said embodiment.
- the needle-equipped barrel 2 and the syringe 1 according to the present invention are not limited to the above-described effects. Needless to say, the barrel 2 with a needle and the syringe 1 according to the present invention can be variously modified without departing from the gist of the present invention.
- the barrel 2 with a needle and the syringe 1 which concern on this invention integrated the injection needle 22, the needle fixing
- the injection needle 22, the needle fixing portion 23, and the barrel main body 21 are integrally formed by insert molding, a gap is hardly generated between the injection needle 22 and the needle fixing portion 23. That is, in insert molding, since the barrel 2 with a needle is formed by causing resin or the like to wrap around the outer peripheral surface 226 of the injection needle 22, the insertion hole 231 formed in the outer peripheral surface 226 of the injection needle 22 and the needle fixing portion 23. The inner peripheral surface 232 can be adhered. Therefore, the preparation does not accumulate between the injection needle 22 and the needle fixing portion 23, and no preparation remains between the injection needle 22 and the needle fixing portion 23. Therefore, in the above case, the preparation contained in the barrel body 21 can be used without waste. Furthermore, when extruding the preparation from the barrel body 21, there is no preparation that flows out from between the injection needle 22 and the needle fixing portion 23 as well as from the concave portion, so that the preparation is rectified at the time of injection. You can also
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 may extend from the outer peripheral edge 223 of the injection needle 22.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 may extend from the inner peripheral edge 224 of the injection needle 22 toward the inner wall surface 202 of the trunk wall portion 201. In this case, the entire region of the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22 is covered with the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211. Therefore, the barrel 2 with a needle can insert the injection needle 22 more firmly.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 is formed substantially flat from the inner peripheral edge 213a to the outer peripheral edge 213b, but is not limited to this.
- the inner wall surface 213 may be curved in a concave shape or a convex shape in the radial direction of the body wall portion 201. That is, the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 may be an arcuate surface from the inner peripheral edge 213a to the outer peripheral edge 213b.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 is a direction that intersects the axial direction of the trunk wall portion 201 from a predetermined position between the outer peripheral edge 223 and the inner peripheral edge 224 and is the other side of the trunk wall portion 201.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 may extend in the radial direction of the trunk wall portion 201.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 partially extends in the radial direction of the trunk wall portion 201 and continuously intersects the axial direction of the trunk wall portion 201. It may extend in a direction that is inclined toward the other opening 205 side of the body wall 201.
- the end wall portion 211 is formed in a tapered shape.
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- the end wall portion 211 may be formed in a step shape or a step shape.
- an uneven surface may be sufficient.
- the edge of the end wall portion 211 may be elliptical, triangular, quadrangular, or the like. Accordingly, the body wall 201 may be formed in a cylindrical shape such as an elliptical shape, a triangular shape, or a rectangular shape according to the shape of the end edge portion 216 of the end wall portion 211.
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211 may be configured straight from the connection point P with the injection needle 22 to the inner wall surface 202 of the trunk wall portion 201.
- proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22 is configured by a flat surface having no irregularities
- the proximal end surface 225 of the injection needle 22 may be a convex surface that protrudes toward the other end 204 of the body wall portion 201 or may be a concave surface that is recessed toward the distal end 221 side. Further, the base end surface 225 may be an uneven surface.
- the injection needle 22 may have a tapered shape in which the diameter of the proximal end portion is larger than the diameter of the distal end portion.
- the injection needle 22 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and the cross-sectional shape may be a polygon such as a triangle.
- the shape of the outer peripheral surface 226 of the injection needle 22 is not particularly mentioned.
- the outer peripheral surface 226 of the injection needle 22 may be provided with a rib or a groove, and an uneven portion is formed by blasting. It may be.
- the concavo-convex portion may be formed from the base end surface 225 or may be formed from a position spaced from the base end surface 225 to the front end 221 side.
- the tip of the plunger 3 is formed in a tapered shape as the end wall portion 211 is formed in a tapered shape has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this.
- the tip of the plunger 3 only needs to be formed according to the shape of the inner wall surface 213 of the end wall portion 211, the end wall portion 211 is formed in a plate shape, and the inner wall surface 213 is the other wall surface 201. When it does not incline toward the opening 205 side, it may be formed flat accordingly.
