Abstract
L'invention concerne une cabine d'entraînement combinant la luminothérapie et un entraînement actif, de façon à améliorer l'effet de l'entraînement physique. Ce système comprend une étagère à hauteur réglable maintenant une lampe de luminothérapie et un écran d'ordinateur, la hauteur de l'étagère pouvant être réglée pour être au niveau des yeux de l'utilisateur, que l'utilisateur effectue des exercices en position couchée, assise ou debout, de manière à ce que la lampe et l'écran d'ordinateur soient maintenus en place pendant le réglage en hauteur de l'étagère. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour la motivation, la stimulation et l'entraînement de personnes souffrant d'une maladie, d'une fragilité ou d'un handicap par le biais de l'utilisation d'une cabine d'entraînement combinant la luminothérapie et un entraînement actif.
