Abstract
본 발명은 다층 통기성 합지 보온재에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는 통기성이 유지되면서 강도가 보강되고, 건축물의 내구성, 방수성, 보온성 및 투습성이 우수하며, 결로를 방지할 수 있는 다층 통기성 합지 보온재에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 다층 통기성 합지 보온재에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는 통기성이 유지되면서 강도가 보강되고, 건축물의 내구성, 방수성, 보온성 및 투습성이 우수하며, 결로를 방지할 수 있는 다층 통기성 합지 보온재에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 비닐하우스는 철제 파이프 등을 밴딩하여 터널 형태의 프레임을 짜고 그 위에 염화비닐 필름, 폴리에틸렌 필름 등의 비닐 필름으로 덮은 것으로, 주로 채소류, 화훼류, 과실류의 재배에 쓰임은 물로, 축산업계에서도 두로 쓰이고 있으며, 특히, 폭설과 강풍 및 한파 등의 기상재해를 고려하여 설계한 농가보급형 비닐하우스의 경우 종류 및 표준규격이 있어, 비닐하우스 사용 용도별로 적합한 크기와 재료를 권장하고 있다.
또한, 비닐하우스는 대개 보온을 주목적으로 하므로, 기온이 낮은 겨울철에는 보일러나 온풍기를 가동하여 내부 온도를 높이는 방법으로 난방을 하는데, 이를 위해서 고체 연료(석탄, 연탄 등), 액체 연료(기름 등), 기체 연료(가스 등)와 같은 매설 자원을 태워 열을 발생하여 난방을 하거나, 전기를 통해 히터나 온풍기를 가동하여 난방을 하는 것이 일반적이다.
그러나 상기 경우에는 모두 유지비가 많이 들고, 결국 재배 작물에 대한 원가가 높아짐에 따라, 생산품에 대한 가격 경쟁력이 낮아지는 문제점이 있을 뿐 아니라, 고체 연료나 액체 연료의 경우에는 연소하면서 발생하는 인체에 해로운 가스를 외부로 배출시키는 추가 시설이 더 필요하다. 전기의 경우에는 관리는 용이하지만, 전기료가 많이 들게 되므로 효율성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
특히, 상기와 같은 난방은 그 발열이 국소적으로만 발생하게 되므로, 비닐하우스 전체에 온기를 공급하기 위해서는 별도의 공조 시설이 필요하고, 일시에 균일하게 온도를 높이고 유지하기 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 난방이 필요하지 않은 계절에는 단순히 부직포를 덮는 방식으로 단열을 달성함으로써 냉해를 방지하기도 한다. 그러나 상기 부직포의 경우에는 비닐하우스에 계속 씌워 놓는 것이 아니라, 밤에는 덮었다가 낮에는 일조량을 고려하여 다시 벗기는 과정을 반복해야 하므로, 그 과정이 번거로워 관리에 어려움이 있었다. 또한, 부직포는 비닐하우스 외측에 위치하기 때문에 시간이 지나면서 외부 환경(비, 눈, 마찰, 외력 등)에 의해 노후됨에 따라 교체에 따른 부담이 있으며, 교체 후 발생한 폐기물 처리에도 어려움이 있다.
개선된 비닐하우스 보온 방법으로서, 대한민국 등록특허 제10-0877790호(2009.01.02)에서는 비닐하우스 제작에 사용되는 피복 비닐의 길이 방향을 따라, 일정한 폭의 면상발열체가 포함되도록 구성한 비닐하우스용 비닐을 구성하여, 상기 비닐하우스용 비닐로 비닐하우스를 제작하고, 상기 면상발열체에 전원을 인가하여 비닐하우스 내부의 온도를 유지하는 기술을 개시하고 있다.
또한, 대한민국 실용신안공보 실1990-0002728호(1990.03.31)에서는 비닐하우스의 보온 방법으로서, 통상의 기포 필름의 사이와 양측 표면에 스티로폼이나 우레탄 등으로 된 박판상의 보온재를 층합하고, 보온재의 양면에는 합성수지포를 접합하고, 그 표면을 합성수지 필름으로 코팅하는 와 같은 비닐하우스용 보호 덮개가 공지되었다. 그러나 상기와 같은 방법은 낮에는 태양열을 받기 위해 보호 덮개를 치우고 밤에는 다시 덮는 노동력이 많이 드는 작업이 필요한 문제점이 있었다.
이런 문제점을 개선한 기술로서, 대한민국 등록특허 제10-0770694호(2007.10.22)에서는 비닐하우스 틀에 설치하는 이중비닐 사이로 상호 교차하는 방향으로 뜨거운 공기를 계속적으로 순환시킴으로서 비닐하우스 내부의 보온 효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 비닐하우스 보온비닐에 관하여 개시하고 있다.
영세 농가에서 많이 사용하는 일반적으로 비닐 한 겹으로만 단열을 하고 있는 비닐하우스의 경우에는, 실내의 열을 쉽게 외부에 뺏기게 되어 상당한 열손실이 발생한다. 열손실을 막기 위해서는 단열재를 씌워야 하지만, 추가되는 단열재 비용과 실내온도를 높이기 위해 사용되는 많은 양의 연료 및 전력으로 인한 비용 때문에, 영세한 농가에서는 복잡한 시공과 시설투자비가 큰 부담으로 작용하는 등 문제점이 발생하게 된다. 또한, 비닐하우스용 비닐지를 여러 겹으로 겹쳐서 사용하기도 하지만, 이는 견고한 비닐하우스 구조를 실현하기 힘들고 보온의 효과도 크지 않다. 그러나 비닐하우스의 구조를 이중으로 설치하면 보온성과 내구성을 높일 수는 있지만, 단열과 보온을 위해 뼈대를 이중으로 설치하고, 비닐도 이중으로 설치해야 하는 문제점이 있다.
이러한 문제를 개선한 것으로서, 대한민국 등록특허 제10-0918608호(2009.09.16)에서는 여러 겹의 비닐시트에 에어포켓이 구성된 보강부재를 부착하여 우박 등의 충격으로 비닐이 파손되는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있고, 에어포켓에 포함된 공기층을 이용하여 보온 효과를 높이고, 보강 메쉬와 발열장치를 더 포함하여 비닐하우스의 비닐 구조를 견고하게 할 수 있는 기술을 개시하고 있다.
이와 같이, 농업 분야에서 널리 사용되고 있는 비닐하우스에 있어서, 보온성을 높이고 내구성을 개선하기 위한 많은 방법들과 재료들이 개시되었지만, 상기 예로든 종래의 방법들은 모두 비닐하우스 내부의 온도를 유지하려면 계속해서 별도의 전원이나 에너지의 가동을 필요로 하고 구성도 복잡하여, 설치 및 관리가 복잡하고 비용이 많이 든다는 문제는 여전히 남아 있었다.
또한, 종래 비닐하우스용 보온덮개는 내부의 고온과 외부의 저온으로 결로현상이 발생되며, 두께가 두껍고 부피가 커서 덮고 거두는데 많은 인력이 낭비되며, 거두어 놓은 상태에서 부피로 인한 가장자리는 그늘이 형성되어 작물에 좋지 않은 영향을 미치고 있다.
또한, 종래 비닐하우스용 보온덮개는 두꺼운 두께로 인하여 재봉이 어렵거나, 재봉이 되지 않은 지점부터 재봉실이 터져 전체가 풀어짐으로써, 전체를 못쓰게 되는 문제점이 여전히 남아있었다.
본 발명의 목적은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 통기성을 유지하고, 강도가 보강된 통기성 합지 보온재를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은, 결로 현상을 방지하고, 복사열을 차단함과 동시에 보온성, 내구성, 인장강도 및 결합력이 우수하고 시공이 용이한 통기성 합지 보온재를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 통기성 합지 보온재의 두께 및 부피를 줄여 작업성을 용이하게 하고, 목적 및 용도에 따라 2겹 이상 적층하여 사용할 수 있어, 온도 조절이 용이한 통기성 합지 보온재를 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 보온재의 어느 일면 또는 양면에 통기성 합지필름이 형성된 다층 통기성 합지 보온재로, 상기 통기성 합지필름;은 폴리올레핀계 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 무기충전제 20 ~ 60 중량부 및 자외선 안정제 0.3 내지 1.0 중량부를 포함하는 통기성 필름과 부직포가 합지되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 통기성 합지 보온재에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재는 상기 보온재와 상기 통기성 합지필름의 통기성 필름이 접합되어 부직포가 외부로 노출되어 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재의 어느 일면 또는 양면에 부직포를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 보온재의 어느 일면에 제2부직포가 접합되고, 상기 제2부직포가 접합되지 않은 상기 보온재의 타면과 상기 통기성 합지필름의 통기성 필름이 접합되어 상기 통기성 합지필름의 부직포가 외부로 노출되어 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재를 1겹 또는 2겹 이상 중첩하여 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재는 상기 보온재;와 통기성 합지필름;을 겹친 후 폭 방향으로 일정 간격마다 길이 방향을 따라 재봉하여 결착부를 형성할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 통기성 필름은 어느 일면에 알루미늄 또는 은 입자를 포함하는 금속코팅층을 더 포함하며, 상기 금속코팅층은 알루미늄 또는 은입자를 포함하는 용액을 그라비아 방식으로 코팅하거나 증착시키거나, 알루미늄박을 열가압하거나 접착제로 접착하여 형성할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 보온재는 솜, 니들펀칭 부직포, 플라스틱폼, 멜트브론 부직포, 발열솜, 섬유직물 및 직조물에서 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 선택될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 통기성 합지필름은 상기 통기성 필름과 부직포가 접착제 조성물을 이용하여 접합되며, 상기 접착제 조성물은 폴리에테르 폴리올과 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 50 : 50 내지 20 : 80의 중량비로 혼합된 폴리우레탄 접착제 수지 50 내지 90 중량%, 자외선 안정제 0.3 내지 1.0중량%, 촉진제 0.1 내지 10 중량%, 용매 1 내지 20 중량% 및 이소시아네이트계 경화제 5 내지 40 중량%를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 부직포는 폴리프로필렌 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, HALS계 자외선 안정제를 0.3 내지 1.0 중량부 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재는 하기 식 1 내지 식 4를 만족할 수 있다.

본 발명에 따른 다층 통기성 합지 보온재는 우수한 통기성 뿐 만 아니라 강도가 우수한 다층 통기성 합지 보온재를 제조할 수 있다.
또한, 결로현상을 방지하는 한편 건축물의 방수성 및 보온성이 우수한 다층 통기성 합지 보온재를 제조할 수 있다.

이하에서는 본 발명의 다층 통기성 합지 보온재에 대하여 상세히 설명한다. 또한, 본 발명의 이점 및 특징 그리고 그것들을 달성하는 방법을 실시예 및 비교예를 통하여 구체적으로 설명한다.
본 발명은 이하에서 개시되는 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 단지 본 실시예들은 본 발명의 개시가 완전하도록 하고, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이며, 본 발명은 청구항의 범주에 의해 정의될 뿐이다.
본 명세서에서 사용되는 용어는 실시예 및 비교예들을 설명하기 위한 것이며, 본 발명을 제한하고자 하는 것은 아니다.
본 발명은 보온재의 양면에 통기성 합지필름이 형성된 다층 통기성 합지 보온재에 관한 것이다. 상기 통기성 합지필름은 통기성 필름과 부직포가 합지되어 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 통기성 필름은 폴리올레핀계 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 무기 충전제 20 내지 60 중량부 및 자외선 안정제 0.3 내지 1.0 중량부를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 바람직한 예로 도 1 내지 도 4을 참고한다.

이하는 본 발명의 다층 통기성 합지 보온재에 관해 보다 구체적으로 설명한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다층 통기성 합지 보온재(A)는 보온재(30)의 어느 일면 또는 양면에 부직포(10)와 통기성 필름(20)이 합지되어 형성되는 통기성 합지필름(100)이 적층되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 통기성 합지필름(100)은 부직포(10)와 통기성 필름(20)이 합지되어 기계적인 인장강도 뿐 만 아니라 방수성 및 통기성을 향상시켜 본 발명의 다층 통기성 합지 보온재의 중량을 감소시키는데 중요한 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 부직포(10)는 기계적인 물성인 인장강도를 강화시키고, 찢어짐 등이 발생되지 않도록 하는 역할을 하며, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 구체적으로 예를 들면, 스펀본드, 스펀레이스 또는 니들펀치 등으로 제조하는 부직포, 메쉬필름 또는 섬유직물에서 선택되는 어느 것이라도 사용할 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 폴리에스테르계 또는 폴리올레핀계 필라멘트 섬유를 방사하여 사용하는 것이 좋으며, 보다 바람직하게 폴리프로필렌 수지를 방사하여 사용하는 것이 효과적이다. 상술한 수지를 사용할 때, 통기성이 우수한 효과를 도달하고, 원하는 강도를 얻으며, 찢어짐을 방지함과 동시에 보온력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 부직포(10)는 연속 이동하는 벨트 상에 다층 웹으로 적층하여 열압착 시키거나 또는 니들 펀칭하여 제조될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 부직포(10)는 내구성 향상을 위하여 자외선 안정제를 더 포함할 수 있다. 보다 바람직하게 HALS계 자외선 안정제를 포함하는 것이 다층 통기성 합지 보온재로 형성했을 때, 외부의 장시간 노출되어도 자외선에 쉽게 노화되지 않으므로 효과적 임.
자외선 안정제의 함량은 제한되지 않으나, 폴리프로필렌 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 HALS계 자외선 안정제를 0.3 내지 1.0 중량부 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 부직포(10)는 용도 및 목적에 따라, 안료를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이산화티탄을 함유하면 화이트 색상을 구현할 수 있고, 카본, 검정색 유기안료 또는 검정색 무기안료를 함유하면 검정 색상을 띄는 부직포를 제조할 수 있다.
상기 안료의 함량은 제한되지 않으나, 폴리프로필렌계 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 0.2 내지 5.0 중량부 포함하는 것이 선명한 색깔 구현을 위하여 효과적이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예 따른 부직포는 하기 식 1을 만족할 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 부직포의 평량이 상기 범위를 만족할 때, 인장강도를 향상시키고 찢김이 발생하지 않으며, 보온성을 향상시킬 수 있어 효과적이다.
또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 다층 통기성 합지 보온재의 어느 일면 또는 양면에 제2부직포를 더 형성시킬 수 있다. 제2부직포를 형성함에 따라 보온성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 보온재의 어느 일면에 제2부직포가 접합되고, 상기 제2부직포가 접합되지 않은 상기 보온재의 타면과 상기 통기성 합지필름의 통기성 필름이 접합되어 상기 통기성 합지필름의 부직포가 외부로 노출되어 형성시킬 수 있다. 이 경우, 외부로부터 열적 차단효과를 증대시킬 수 있으며, 변형을 방지할 수 있으므로 효과적이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 통기성 합지필름(100)을 구성하는 통기성 필름(20)은 폴리올레핀수지에 무기충전제 및 자외선 안정제를 첨가하여 압출 시트를 제조한 후 연신하여 제조함으로써 방수 및 통기성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
상기 폴리올레핀 수지는 제한되지 않으나, 구체적으로 예를 들면, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합수지, 저밀도폴리에틸렌 수지 및 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합수지에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물을 사용할 수 있다. 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합 수지를 사용하는 경우, 필름의 유연성을 위하여 밀도가 0.895 내지 0.940 g/㎤의 범위인 것을 사용하고, 용융흐름지수는 0.8 내지 5.0 g/10min(190℃, 2.16 ㎏)인 것을 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합수지의 α-올레핀으로서는 부텐, 헥센, 옥텐의 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나를 사용할 수 있다. 상기 저밀도폴리에틸렌 수지를 사용하는 경우, 밀도는 0.9 내지 0.95 g/㎤, 용융지수가 2.5 내지 7 g/10min(190℃, 2.16 ㎏)인 것을 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합수지를 사용하는 경우, 비닐아세테이트 함량이 5중량% 이상, 좋게는 5 내지 30중량%이며, 밀도가 0.910 내지 0.940 g/㎤이고, 용융지수가 1 내지 4 g/10min(190℃, 2.16 ㎏)인 것을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 폴리올레핀 수지에 둘 이상의 수지의 혼합물을 사용하는 경우, 저밀도폴리에틸렌의 양이 많으면 필름 가공성이 증가될 수 있다. 또한, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합 수지의 함량이 일정 수준까지 증가될 경우, 무기충전제의 분산성을 향상시킬 수 있어 효과적이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 폴리올레핀 수지는 바람직하게 폴리프로필렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 중밀도 폴리에틸렌에서 선택되는 것을 사용할 수 있다. 상기 폴리올레핀수지는 필름을 형성하는 정도의 분자량을 가지는 것이라면 제한되지 않는다. 예를 들면, 본 발명에서는 밀도가 0.910 내지 0.940 g/㎤ 범위의 폴리올레핀 수지를 사용하는 것이 기계적 물성과 통기성 및 투습성을 유지하는 용도로 유용하다.
상기 무기 충전제는 당해 기술분야에서 자명하게 공지된 무기 충전제이면 제한되지는 않는다. 예를 들면, 탄산칼슘, 실리카, 클레이 활석, 탈크, 황산바륨, 알루미나, 제올라이트 등에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상을 사용할 수 있다. 상기 무기 충전제의 평균입경은 발명의 목적에 따라 선택하여 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명의 통기성 합지 보온재의 투습도, 통기성 및 기계적 강도 향상을 위하여 무기충전제의 평균입경은 0.5 내지 30 ㎛, 바람직하게는 0.7 내지 5.0 ㎛인 것을 사용하는 것이 좋으나, 이로 제한되는 것은 아니다.
그 함량은 필요에 의해 조절한 것으로 예를 들면, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 무기충전제 10 내지 200 중량부, 바람직하게는 10 내지 150 중량부, 더욱 바람직하게는 20 내지 40 중량부를 사용하는 것이 좋다. 상술한 범위로 포함될 때, 휨강도, 탄성 및 유연성을 현저히 향상 시킬 수 있으므로 효과적이다.
또한, 본 발명의 통기성 필름(20)은 내구성 향상을 위하여 자외선 안정제를 더 포함할 수 있다. 자외선 안정제를 포함하는 것이 다층 통기성 합지 보온재로 형성했을 때, 외부의 장시간 노출되어도 자외선에 쉽게 노화되지 않으므로 효과적이다.
자외선 안정제의 함량은 제한되지 않으나, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 자외선 안정제를 0.3 내지 1.0 중량부 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 통기성 필름의 어느 일면에 금속코팅층을 형성할 수 있다. 상기 금속코팅층은 열반사로 인한 보온효과를 증진시키고, 실내의 열이 외부로 나가는 것을 차단하거나 반사시키기 위하여 형성될 수 있다.
상기 금속코팅층의 형성방법은 당해 기술분야에 자명한 방법이면 제한되지 않는다. 예를 들면, 상기 금속코팅층은 알루미늄 또는 은입자를 포함하는 용액을 그라비아 방식으로 코팅하거나 증착시키거나, 알루미늄박을 열가압하거나 접착제로 접착하여 형성할 수 있다. 상기 접착제는 제한되지 않으나, 우레탄 접착제일 수 있으며, 상기 통기성 합지필름 제조시 부직포와 통기성 필름을 부착할 때 사용하는 접착제 조성물과와 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다.
특히, 통기성 필름에 평균입경이 8 내지 15 ㎛의 알루미늄 입자 또는 은 입자 등을 포함하는 용액을 그라비아 방법으로 코팅된 것을 사용하는 경우, 보온효과를 증가시키는 동시에 인장강도, 파단강도 및 통기성이 우수하고, 열반사율을 동시에 충족시킬 수 있는 통기성 합지 보온재를 제조할 수 있으므로 효과적이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예 따른 통기성 필름은 하기 식 2을 만족할 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 통기성 필름의 평량이 상기 범위를 만족할 때, 찢김이 발생하지 않으며, 통기성 및 투습성을 향상시킬 수 있어 효과적이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 통기성 합지필름(100)은 상기 부직포(10)과 상기 통기성 필름(20)이 접착제 조성물을 이용하여 접합될 수 있다.
상기 접합은 접착제 조성물을 분무 코팅 또는 그라비아 롤 코팅 방법으로 형성할 수 있으나, 이로 제한되는 것은 아니다. 상기 분무 코팅 또는 그라비아 롤 코팅방법으로 접합함으로써, 접착제 조성물을 균일하게 도포하여 밀착력을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 코팅부와 비코팅부가 생겨 통기성을 더욱더 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 접착제 조성물은 크게 제한되지는 않지만, 폴리우레탄 접착제를 사용하는 경우, 보온성이 더욱 증가되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 보다 구체적으로, 폴리에테르 폴리올과 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 50 : 50 내지 20 : 80의 중량비로 혼합된 폴리우레탄 접착제 수지 50 내지 90 중량%, 촉진제 0.1 내지 10 중량%, 용매 1 내지 20 중량%, 자외선 안정제 0.3 내지 1.0 중량% 및 이소시아네이트계 경화제 5 내지 40 중량%를 포함할 수 있으며, 이를 사용했을 경우, 보온성이 더욱 증가되는 것을 확인하였다.
본 발명의 일 실시예 따른 통기성 합지필름은 하기 식 3을 만족할 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 통기성 합지필름의 평량이 상기 범위를 만족할 때, 찢김이 발생하지 않으며, 보온성, 통기성 및 투습성을 향상시킬 수 있어 효과적이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 보온재는 단열성 및 보온성을 향상시키기 위하여 형성시킬 수 있다. 상기 보온재는 구체적으로 예를 들면, 폴리에틸렌솜, 폴리프로필렌솜, 폴리에스테르솜, 니들펀칭 부직포, 플라스틱폼, 멜트브론 부직포, 폴리올레핀계 부직포, 폴리올레핀수지, 발열솜, 섬유직물 및 직조물 등으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 보온재를 사용할 수 있지만, 반드시 이에 제한되지는 않는다.
본 발명의 일 실시예 따른 보온재는 하기 식 4를 만족할 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 보온재의 평량이 상기 범위를 만족할 때, 단열성 및 보온성을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있으므로 효과적이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재(100)는 상기 보온재(10);와 통기성 합지필름(20);을 겹친 후 폭 방향으로 일정 간격마다 길이 방향을 따라 재봉하여 결착부(110)를 형성할 수 있다.
보온성을 더욱 향상시키고 용도에 따라 2겹 이상 적층하여 사용하기 용이하도록 보온재(30)와 상기 통기성 합지필름(100)의 통기성 필름(20)이 접합되어 부직포(10)가 외부로 노출되는 형태로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 보온성을 더욱더 향상시키기 위하여 상기 제2부직포의 타 측면에 보온재 및 부직포를 순차적으로 더 겹친 후 폭 방향으로 일정 간격마다 길이방향을 따라 재봉하여 결착부가 형성된 다층 통기성 합지 보온재를 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재는 폭 방향으로 10 내지 30 ㎝일정 간격마다 길이방향을 따라 재봉하여 결착부를 형성함으로써, 열손실과 결로현상을 방지할 수 있으며, 구조 강도를 증가시키고 설치 및 보수 시간을 단축할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다층 통기성 합지 보온재는 설치 및 제거가 용이하여 건축물 또는 의 작물의 원하는 온도를 조정하기 위하여 한 겹, 두 겹 또는 세 겹 이상을 겹쳐 사용할 수 있다.
종래 통기성 보온재는 보온성 향상을 위하여 최대한 두껍게 제작함에 따라, 보온재 설치 및 수거가 어려우며, 정밀한 온도 조절이 어려운 단점이 있었다. 본 발명의 다층 통기성 합지 보온재는 이러한 통기성 보온재의 단점을 극복하기 위하여, 부피 및 두께가 작고 가벼워서 작업성에 유리하며, 전체 두께가 두껍지 않아 재봉이 가능함과 동시에 내구성, 방수성 및 보온성이 우수한 것에 특징이 있다.
이하는 본 발명의 보다 구체적인 설명을 위하여 실시예를 들어 설명을 하는 바, 본 발명의 하기 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
이하 물성을 하기 방법으로 측정 하였다.
1) 보온성 테스트 (단위:%)
KS K 0560 항온법에 의거하여 측정하였다.
2) 인장강도
KS K ISO 9073-3 규격에 의거하여 측정하였다.
3) 실제 보온 특성 측정
경북 성주군 성주농업기술센터 참외 실증포장 하우스 내에서 지면 위에 본 발명의 다층 통기성 합지 보온재를 설치하고, 2014년 01월 30일부터 02월 18일까지 20일 동안 오전 7시에 보온 덮개 내의 지면의 온도 및 기온을 측정하였으며, 이를 평균 계산하여 기재하였다.
[실시예 1]
폴리프로필렌(H7700, LG화학 社) 100중량부에 자외선안정제(Chimassorb 944, HALS계, BASF 社) 0.6 중량부를 혼화한 필라멘트 섬유를 방사하여 평량이 60 g/㎡로 되도록 연속 이동하는 벨트 상에 다층 웹으로 적층하여 열접착 시켜 부직포를 제조하였다.
저밀도 폴리에틸렌(한화케미칼, HANWHA LDPE 955, 밀도:0.913g/㎤)100 중량부에 대해 탄산칼슘(야바시코리아, YK1C) 55 중량부, 자외선안정제(Chimassorb 944, HALS계, BASF 社) 0.6 중량부를 혼화한 후 용융하였다. 필름 압출기에서 T-다이 압출한 후, 연신온도 70℃에서 2.5배로 1축 연신하여 평량 30 g/㎡인 통기성 필름을 형성하였다.
상기 통기성 필름의 어느 일면에 그라비아 롤 코팅방법으로 은 입자 용액(제품명:실버, 제조사:IDI 社)을 코팅하여 금속코팅층이 형성된 통기성 필름을 형성하였다.
상기 부직포의 상부에 그라비아 롤 코팅 방법으로 폴리우레탄 접착제(삼호화성, SPU-7835)를 도포하여 상기 제조된 통기성 필름의 금속코팅층이 형성된 반대면을 적층 합지하여 통기성 합지필름(1)(평량:90 g/㎡)을 형성하였다.
금속코팅층 형성을 제외하고 상기 통기성 합지필름 제조방법과 동일한 방법으로 평량이 60 g/㎡인 통기성 합지필름(2)을 제조하였다.
상기 평량이 90 g/㎡인 통기성 합지필름(1)에서 통기성 필름 상부, 즉, 금속코팅층이 형성된 면에 보온재로 폴리에틸렌솜을 평량이 85 g/㎡가 되도록 적층하고, 또 다른 통기성 합지필름(2)(평량:60 g/㎡) 부직포의 반대면이 폴리에틸렌 솜과 마주하도록 적층한 다음 폭 방향으로 20㎝ 간격을 두고 길이 방향을 따라 재봉하여 다층 통기성 합지 보온재를 제작하였으며, 전체 평량은 235 g/㎡이었다.
[실시예 2]
폴리프로필렌(H7700, LG화학 社) 100중량부에 자외선안정제(Chimassorb 944, HALS계, BASF 社) 0.6 중량부를 혼화한 필라멘트 섬유를 방사하여 평량이 60 g/㎡로 되도록 연속 이동하는 벨트 상에 다층 웹으로 적층하여 열접착 시켜 부직포를 제조하였으며, 동일한 방법으로 평량이 30g/㎡인 제2부직포를 제조하였다.
제2부직포(평량:30g/㎡) 상부에 실시예 1에 따른 통기성 합지필름(1)(평량:90g/㎡)의 부직포가 맞닿도록 적층하고, 통기성 합지필름의 금속코팅층이 형성된 면 상부에 보온재로 폴리에틸렌솜을 평량이 85 g/㎡가 되도록 적층하고, 또 다른 통기성 합지필름(2)(평량:60g/㎡)에서 통기성 필름의 금속코팅층이 형성된 면이 폴리에틸렌 솜과 마주하고, 부직포 쪽이 외부로 노출되도록 적층한 다음 폭 방향으로 20㎝ 간격을 두고 길이 방향을 따라 재봉하여 다층 통기성 합지 보온재를 제작하였으며, 전체 평량은 265 g/㎡이었다.
[비교예 1]
폴리프로필렌(H7700, LG화학 社) 필라멘트 섬유를 방사하여 평량이 각각 100 및 60 g/㎡로 되도록 연속 이동하는 벨트 상에 다층 웹으로 적층하여 열접착 시켜 제1 및 제2부직포를 제조하였다.
제1부직포(평량:100g/㎡) 상부에 제2부직포(평량:60g/㎡)를 적층하고, 제 2부직포 상부에 보온재로 폴리에틸렌솜을 평량이 170 g/㎡가 되도록 적층하고, 다시 제2부직포(평량:60g/㎡) 및 제1부직포(평량:100g/㎡)를 순차적으로 적층한 다음 폭 방향으로 20㎝ 간격을 두고 길이 방향을 따라 재봉하여 다층 보온재를 제작하였으며, 전체 평량은 490 g/㎡이었다.

상기 표 1에 나타난 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 다층 통기성 합지 보온재는 보온성이 우수하고, 무게에 대한 인장강도가 향상되었으며, 무게가 가벼워 설치 및 제거가 용이하였다. 또한, 기온과 지온의 차이가 다층 보온재에 비해 증가하여 실제 보온 특성이 우수한 것을 알 수 있었다.
반면, 비교예 1에 따른 보온재는 전체 무게 및 두께가 실시예들보다 커서 인장강도는 다소 증가하나 보온성이 떨어졌으며, 실시예들에 비하여 지온이 낮아 실제 보온 효과도 저하되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 뿐 만 아니라, 비교예 1의 보온재가 무게가 약 2 배 가량 무거워 설치와 제거가 용이하지 않은 문제가 남아있었다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따르면, 보온재의 어느 일면 또는 양면에 통기성 필름과 부직포가 합지된 통기성 합지필름이 적층됨으로써, 부피 및 두께가 작고 가벼워서 작업성이 우수하고, 내구성, 방수성 및 보온성이 향상되는 것을 알 수 있었다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 다양한 변화와 균등물을 사용할 수 있으며, 상기 실시예를 적절히 변형하여 동일하게 응용할 수 있음이 명확하다. 따라서, 상기 기재 내용은 하기의 특허청구범위의 한계에 의해 정해지는 본 발명의 범위를 한정하는 것이 아니다.

Claims (11)
- 보온재;의 어느 일면 또는 양면에 통기성 합지필름;이 형성된 다층 통기성 합지 보온재로,상기 통기성 합지필름;은 폴리올레핀계 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 무기충전제 20 내지 60 중량부 및 자외선 안정제 0.3 내지 1.0 중량부를 포함하는 통기성 필름과 부직포가 합지되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 통기성 합지 보온재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재는 상기 보온재와 상기 통기성 합지필름의 통기성 필름이 접합되어 부직포가 외부로 노출되어 형성되는 것인 다층 통기성 합지 보온재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재의 어느 일면 또는 양면에 제2부직포;를 더 포함하는 다층 통기성 합지 보온재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보온재의 어느 일면에 제2부직포가 접합되고,상기 제2부직포가 접합되지 않은 상기 보온재의 타면과 상기 통기성 합지필름의 통기성 필름이 접합되어 상기 통기성 합지필름의 부직포가 외부로 노출되어 형성되는 것인 다층 통기성 합지 보온재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재를 1겹 또는 2겹 이상 중첩하여 사용하는 다층 통기성 합지 보온재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재는 상기 보온재;와 통기성 합지필름;을 겹친 후 폭 방향으로 일정 간격마다 길이 방향을 따라 재봉하여 결착부를 형성하는 것인 다층 통기성 합지 보온재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 통기성 필름은 어느 일면에 알루미늄 또는 은 입자를 포함하는 금속코팅층을 더 포함하며,상기 금속코팅층은 알루미늄 또는 은입자를 포함하는 용액을 그라비아 방식으로 코팅하거나 증착시키거나, 알루미늄박을 열가압하거나 접착제로 접착하여 형성하는 것인 다층 통기성 합지 보온재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보온재는 솜, 니들펀칭 부직포, 플라스틱폼, 멜트브론 부직포, 발열솜, 섬유직물 및 직조물에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상인 것인 다층 통기성 합지 보온재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 통기성 합지필름은 상기 통기성 필름과 부직포가 접착제 조성물을 이용하여 접합되며,상기 접착제 조성물은 폴리에테르 폴리올과 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 50 : 50 내지 20 : 80의 중량비로 혼합된 폴리우레탄 접착제 수지 50 내지 90 중량%, 촉진제 0.1 내지 10 중량%, 용매 1 내지 20 중량%, 자외선 안정제 0.3 내지 1 중량% 및 이소시아네이트계 경화제 5 내지 40 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 통기성 합지 보온재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 부직포는 폴리프로필렌 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, HALS계 자외선 안정제를 0.3 내지 1.0 중량부 포함하는 다층 통기성 합지 보온재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다층 통기성 합지 보온재는 하기 식 1 내지 식 4를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 통기성 합지 보온재.30 ≤ L10 ≤ 120 [식 1]20 ≤ L20 < 100 [식 2]50 ≤ L100 ≤ 150 [식 3]50 ≤ L30 ≤ 400 [식 4](상기 식 1에서 L10은 부직포의 평량(g/㎡)이며, 상기 식 2에서 L20은 통기성 필름의 평량(g/㎡)이고, 상기 식 3의 L100은 통기성 합지필름의 평량(g/㎡)이며, 상기 식 4의 L30은 보온재의 평량(g/㎡)이다.)
