Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour contrôler ou évaluer les effets d'un traitement orthodontique et/ou ceux d'un dispositif orthodontique, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : disposer d'un dispositif (5) pour enregistrer des données géométriques de l'arcade dentaire supérieure et/ou de l'arcade dentaire inférieure du patient et/ou des données concernant la position maxillaire, ou bien une partie de chacun de ceux-ci; enregistrer des données géométriques de l'arcade dentaire supérieure et/ou de l'arcade dentaire inférieure et/ou des données concernant la position maxillaire du patient, ou bien des données concernant une partie, une empreinte (11) ou un modèle de chacun de ceux-ci et ajuster ou évaluer les données géométriques de l'arcade dentaire et/ou les données concernant la position maxillaire. L'invention concerne en outre des dispositifs pour mettre ledit procédé en œuvre.
