发明内容

本公开所提供的线路板的固定装置及包含该固定装置的电子设备,其固定装置包括夹持部和固定部,夹持部用于夹持线路板,固定部与夹持部相连且固定在待固定部件,其中夹持部包括一容纳空间和顶部,顶部具有一开口,能够使不同尺寸、不同结构形式的线路板通过开口嵌入容纳空间中,达到夹持固定线路板的目的,适用于不同尺寸、不同结构形式的线路板与待固定部件的固定。

为使本公开的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,均属于本公开保护的范围。
实施例一
如图1和图2所示(其中图1为实施例一所提供的线路板的固定装置的立体图,图2为图1所示的固定装置在长度方向L上的截面图),固定装置1包括夹持部20与固定部30。其中夹持部20用于夹持线路板,其包括一容纳空间S和顶部21,顶部21处设置有一开口E,使线路板能够通过开口E嵌入容纳空间S中;固定部30与夹持部20的底部22连接,且固定部30固定在待固定部件(未示出)上,从而将夹持部20所夹持的线路板固定到待固定部件上。需要说明的是,前述待固定部件可为电子设备中的显示器等部件,例如可为显示器的后壳等。本公开实施例中的线路板可以是待固定在显示器后壳上的屏玻璃PCB板。
在线路板嵌入在容纳空间S中后,夹持部20在宽度方向W上从两端向中间夹持线路板,从而使得线路板被固定在容纳空间S中,且顶部21能够 在高度方向H上与容纳空间S一起限制线路板的自由度。固定部30与夹持部20的底部22相连,且固定部30用于固定在待固定部件(未示出)上,从而将夹持部20所夹持的线路板固定到待固定部件上。
根据本实施例提供的线路板的固定装置,由于容纳空间S适用于不同尺寸、不同结构形式的线路板,且线路板通过顶部21的开口E嵌入容纳空间S中,进而能够被容纳空间S及顶部21所固定,因此在通过固定部30将固定装置固定于待固定部件上之后,能够实现对不同尺寸、不同结构形式的线路板的固定,从而提高对不同尺寸、不同结构形式的线路板的组装通配性。
以下参照图1和图2,对实施例一的固定装置1进行更具体的说明。
在该实施例中,容纳空间S可包括底部22和侧壁23,底部22包括相对的第一边22a与第二边22b,侧壁23包括相对的第一侧壁23a与第二侧壁23b,而且第一侧壁23a与第一边22a相接,第二侧壁23b与第二边22b相接。另外,顶部21被开口E隔开,包括相离的第一顶部21a与第二顶部21b。第一顶部21a与第一侧壁23a相接,第二顶部21b与第二侧壁23b相接。
从图2来看,顶部21处形成的开口E沿第一边22a和第二边22b的延伸方向L(即长度方向L)延伸。底部22(具体为第一边22a)、第一侧壁23a和第一顶部21a所构成的结构,与底部22(具体为第二边22b)、第二侧壁23b和第二顶部21b所构成的结构分别夹持线路板相对的两边。即,所形成的两部分结构可呈现为夹持爪的形式,在宽度方向W上从两端向中间夹持线路板,从而实现对不同尺寸、不同结构形式的线路板的固定。
需要说明的是,由于线路板通常为扁平的长条状,为了与线路板的形状相匹配,且使容纳空间S能够稳固的夹持线路板,容纳空间S例如也设置为扁平的长条状,即容纳空间S在宽度方向W上的尺寸可大于其在高度方向H上的尺寸,而且容纳空间S可在长度方向L上延伸。当然,夹持部20也可不限定为图1和图2中所示的形式,因而容纳空间S也可不限定为图1和图2中所示的扁平的长条状,如为圆弧形等其它形状。
此外,本实施例仅以上述的示例性结构为例对线路板的固定装置进行介绍,在本公开的其它实施例中,本领域技术人员可基于本公开的设计思想进行变形,以得到其它结构的能够适用于不同尺寸、不同结构形式的线路板的固定装置。
实施例二
在实施例一的基础之上,为了进一步提高固定装置1对不同尺寸、不同结构形式的线路板的组装通配性,可利用在夹持部20上增设伸缩元件24或利用弹性材料制成夹持部20等技术方案使固定装置1的开口E在宽度方向W上的尺寸(也即第一顶部21a和第二顶部21b之间的间距)可变。
首先对前述增设伸缩元件24的技术方案进行说明,例如:可在夹持部20的侧壁23与底部22的相交处,或者夹持部20的底部22设置伸缩元件24,使伸缩元件24能够在宽度方向W上进行拉伸和回缩的动作,从而底部22在宽度方向W上的尺寸变大或缩小,带动侧壁23和与之连接的顶部21沿宽度方向W产生位移,进而开口E在宽度方向W上的尺寸变大或缩小,以使不同尺寸和结构形式的线路板均能够通过开口E进入容纳空间S中被夹持。作为一个示意性的例子,该伸缩元件24可以由在夹持部20的底部22的一部分(例如附图2a中所示圆圈中的左侧部分)中形成的伸出部24’和在另一部分(例如附图2a中所示圆圈中的右侧部分)上形成的接纳部24”构成。
具体的,在夹持部20没有夹持线路板时,夹持部20的顶部21的开口E的尺寸(具体指第一顶部21a和第二顶部21b之间的间距)小于容纳空间S的尺寸;在夹持部20夹持线路板时,伸缩元件24拉伸带动开口E的尺寸变大以使线路板嵌入容纳空间S内,如附图2c所示。且在夹持部20夹持住线路板后,伸缩元件24回缩带动开口E恢复,以限定线路板在容纳空间S内的自由度。
需要说明的是,本公开对伸缩元件24的伸缩方式不进行特别限定,可为连续式伸缩或步进式伸缩等。另外,还可进一步在伸缩元件24的伸出部24’上设置例如呈凸起状的锁定结构25,以便和伸缩元件24的接纳部24”上设置的凹部25’相卡合,从而将伸缩元件24锁定为拉伸状态或回缩状态。
由于伸缩元件24的设置,夹持部20与伸缩元件24配合使用,使得开口E与容纳空间S均具有较灵活的尺寸可变性,从而提高固定装置1对不同尺寸、不同结构形式的线路板的组装通配性,而且伸缩元件可施加弹力以便更稳固地夹持线路板。
在本实施例中,也可不在夹持部20中设置伸缩元件,而是利用弹性材料制成夹持部20,利用夹持部20自身所具有的弹性来实现其开口E在宽度方 向W上的尺寸(具体指第一顶部21a和第二顶部21b之间的间距)的可变,进而使不同尺寸和结构形式的线路板均能够通过开口E进入容纳空间S中被夹持固定。
在此情况下,在夹持部20没有夹持线路板时,其开口E的尺寸(具体指第一顶部21a和第二顶部21b之间的间距)小于容纳空间S的尺寸;在夹持部20夹持线路板时,其开口E的尺寸变大以使线路板嵌入容纳空间S内,且在夹持部20夹持住线路板后,该开口E恢复,以限定线路板在容纳空间S内的自由度。
由于利用弹性材料制成夹持部20,使得开口E与容纳空间S均具有较灵活的尺寸可变性,从而提高固定装置1对不同尺寸、不同结构形式的线路板的组装通配性,而且弹性材料的弹力能够更稳固地夹持线路板,其中弹性材料例如可为橡胶。
实施例三
在实施例一或实施例二的基础上,本实施例对固定装置1的固定部30与显示器的连接形式进行具体说明。
如图3、4和5所示,并参看附图1和2,本实施例中固定装置1的固定部30可以可拆卸地固定于显示器上。在本实施例中,固定部30可包括:插入头31,用于与显示器上的安装孔40适配,且插入头31能够插入该安装孔40内;连接插入头31与夹持部20底部22的颈部32,在插入头31插入安装孔40内后,颈部32的外周面与安装孔40的内沿正对。从而可通过拔插的动作就能实现固定装置1与显示器的连接和分离,固定方式简便,且便于拆装,并且只需采用与显示器的安装孔40匹配的插入头31即可方便的完成线路板3的固定,例如当线路板3与显示器不匹配时,不用对线路板3或显示器进行改动,即可方便将两者进行固定。
需要说明的是,由于颈部32的设置,使得插入安装孔40内的插入头31在颈部32卡住,因此提高了固定部30与显示器连接的稳固性。颈部32的尺寸可以与安装孔40的尺寸相匹配,例如使颈部32的尺寸略小于安装孔40的尺寸,这样在保证颈部32能够贯穿于安装孔40内的同时,还能够较好地防止安装后线路板的晃动。除此之外,可使颈部32的长度(即插入头31与颈部32的相接面到夹持部20的底部22之间的距离)等于安装孔40的深度, 从而插入头31和夹持部20与安装孔40的两个外侧面紧密相抵,固定部30在安装孔40固定的稳固性得以提高,进而线路板在待固定部件上的稳固性提高。本实施例中。颈部32与安装孔40的形状可为圆形、椭圆形、多边形或者其它不规则的形状。
可选地,插入头31可由弹性材料制成,且插入头31在没有受力时的尺寸大于安装孔40的尺寸,这样一来,由于弹力的作用,由弹性材料制成的插入头31插入安装孔40后更加稳固。
若对于插入头31的形成材料没有要求,则为了防止插入头31插入安装孔40后脱落,可对安装孔40与插入头31的形状进行设计,具体地,如图6所示,安装孔40被平行于顶部21的平面(即长度方向L与宽度方向W所在的平面)截得的形状为第一四边形AA,插入头31被平行于该顶部21的平面截得的形状为第二四边形BB,且第一四边形AA的长度大于第二四边形BB的长度,第一四边形AA的宽度大于第二四边形BB的宽度,且第一四边形AA的宽度小于第二四边形BB的长度,在插入头31插入安装孔40内并旋转大于0°小于180°的角度后,插入头31与安装孔40呈交叉状,例如可以选择旋转90°,此时所形成的交叉状结构能够更好地阻挡插入头31从安装孔40中脱落。此时,插入头31的可采用不具有弹性的材料形成。需要说明的是,本实施例中插入头和颈部可采用活动链接,也可以一体成型,只要保证能够固定装置的固定部30固定在如显示器的后壳2上后,夹持部20能够夹持住线路板3即可。
本实施例中,在显示器设置的安装孔40例如可设置在显示器的外壳2上,从而使得线路板3能够固定在显示器的背面。为提高线路板3固定的稳定性,例如可多设置几个安装孔40,并使各安装孔40等间距的设置于一条直线上,并且所述直线平行于线路板3的延伸方向。
当然,固定装置1的固定部30也可与显示器为一体结构,以使固定装置1更稳固的与显示器连接,并简化显示器的整体结构。
实施例四
本实施例提供了一种电子设备,包括上述实施例一至三提供的线路板的固定装置1,该电子设备能够适用不同尺寸、不同结构形式的线路板固定。
本实施例所提供的电子设备还包括显示器,该显示器可为液晶面板、电 子纸、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)面板等类型的显示面板。进一步的,本实施例所提供的电子设备例如可为手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
以上所述仅为本公开的具体实施方式,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。因此,本公开的保护范围应以所附权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种线路板的固定装置,用于将线路板固定于待固定部件上,其包括:
    夹持部,用于夹持所述线路板,所述夹持部包括一容纳空间和顶部,所述顶部具有一开口,使所述线路板能够通过所述开口嵌入所述容纳空间中;
    固定部,所述固定部与所述夹持部的底部相连,且所述固定部用于固定在所述待固定部件上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,所述容纳空间包括底部和侧壁;所述底部包括相对的第一边与第二边;
    所述侧壁包括相对的第一侧壁与第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁与所述第一边相接,所述第二侧壁与所述第二边相接;
    所述顶部包括相离的第一顶部与第二顶部,所述第一顶部与所述第一侧壁相接,所述第二顶部与所述第二侧壁相接,且所述顶部的开口沿所述第一边和所述第二边的延伸方向延伸;
    所述第一边、所述第一侧壁和所述第一顶部所构成的结构与所述第二边、所述第二侧壁和所述第二顶部所构成的结构分别夹持线路板相对的两边。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,所述夹持部由弹性材料制成;
    在所述夹持部没有夹持所述线路板时,所述夹持部顶部的开口的尺寸小于所述容纳空间的尺寸;
    在所述夹持部夹持所述线路板时,所述开口的尺寸变大以使所述线路板嵌入所述容纳空间内,且在所述夹持部夹持住所述线路板后,所述开口恢复,以限定所述线路板在所述容纳空间内的自由度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,在所述夹持部的侧壁与底部的相交处或者所述夹持部的底部具有伸缩元件;
    在所述夹持部没有夹持所述线路板时,所述夹持部顶部具有的开口的尺寸小于所述容纳空间的尺寸;
    在所述夹持部夹持所述线路板时,所述伸缩元件拉伸带动所述开口的尺寸变大以使所述线路板嵌入所述容纳空间内,且在所述夹持部夹持住所述线路板后,所述伸缩元件回缩带动所述开口恢复,以限定所述线路板在所述容 纳空间内的自由度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,所述伸缩元件的伸缩方式为连续式伸缩或步进式伸缩。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,所述伸缩元件上具有锁定结构,以将所述伸缩元件锁定为拉伸状态或回缩状态。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,所述固定部与所述待固定部件为一体结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,所述固定部可拆卸地固定于所述待固定部件上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,所述固定部包括:
    插入头,用于与所述待固定部件上的安装孔适配,所述插入头能够插入所述安装孔内;
    连接所述插入头与所述夹持部底部的颈部,在所述插入头插入所述安装孔内后,所述颈部的外周面与所述安装孔的内沿正对。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,所述插入头由弹性材料制成,且所述插入头在没有受力时的尺寸大于所述安装孔的尺寸。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,所述安装孔被平行于所述顶部的平面截得的形状为第一四边形,所述插入头被平行于所述顶部的平面截得的形状为第二四边形,所述第一四边形的长度大于所述第二四边形的长度,所述第一四边形的宽度大于所述第二四边形的宽度,且所述第一四边形的宽度小于所述第二四边形的长度,在所述插入头插入所述安装孔内并旋转大于0°小于180°的角度后,所述插入头与所述安装孔呈交叉状。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,所述颈部的尺寸与所述安装孔尺寸相匹配。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的线路板的固定装置,其中,所述颈部的长度与所述安装孔的深度相同。
  14. 一种电子设备,其中,包括至少一个权利要求1~13任一项所述的线路板的固定装置。
