可选地,侧壁上、下两端的刺爪设置方式可为:在侧壁中间设置一向内凹或向外凸且贯通该侧壁上下两端的凹槽,凹槽的上下两端分别向外延伸形成逐渐变尖的刺爪。应当理解的是,一个侧壁上一端并不限于仅设置一个刺爪,根据实际需要也可以选择设置多个刺爪。但本实施例选择一个侧壁的一端仅设置一个刺爪,这样可以减少刺爪个数,压接时所需动力低,便于后续加工或使用。可选地,为了进一步确保刺爪受压时不易弯折,设置凹槽由多个连续的折边弯折构成。
可选地,主体至少一个侧壁的上、下两端分别设有向内弯折的折边;可选地,该折边与主体端面平行,折边的设置可以有效控制刺爪与外部设备压接过程成刺爪压接的深度,从而保证金属垫最终有足够高度满足后续叉运需求等前提下,也可保证制得的托盘的平整度。可选地,在侧壁的上、下两端可以分别设置位于侧壁的刺爪两侧的两个折边。当然,根据实际需要,折边的设置个数还可灵活调整。另外,本实施例可以选择在两个侧壁、三个侧壁或四个侧壁上都设置该折边。且不同的侧壁上设置的折边的大小、形状甚至厚度都可灵活调整,例如该折边可以设置为三角形、长方形或正方形等。
金属垫最重要的一个性能指标是其抗压强度,产品堆叠在该金属垫上之后,所有的载荷最终都集中在该金属垫上,此时需要保证其在受压时不易变形。因此本实施例在金属垫主体的至少一个侧壁上设有内凹或外凸加强筋,可选地,在该侧壁的刺爪的两侧各设一个加强筋,以提升结构刚性。为了保证获得最好的结构刚性,可以在四个侧壁上都设置该加强筋。
可选地,为了进一步提升金属垫的结构刚性,本实施例中对于金属垫主体的相邻侧壁间则可以通过一具有倒角R的棱边连接,即四个侧面围合而成 的立方体的4条棱边都做成具有一定角度的倒角R,该倒角角度可以为45°,此时则相当于增加了4条弯折立边(也即增加了4条竖立设置的棱边),可以进一步提升结构刚性。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种托盘,包括上托板(该托盘可以是实木板或层叠胶合板或刨花板或塑料板或橡胶板等制成)、下托板(该托盘可以是实木板或层叠胶合板或刨花板或塑料板或橡胶板等制成)以及如上所述的金属垫,上托板通过金属垫上端的刺爪与金属垫的主体连接;下托板通过金属垫下端的刺爪与金属垫的主体连接。应当理解的是,本实施例中的托盘可以单独使用,也可以作为包装箱底座使用,作为包装箱底座使用时,上托板可以是包装箱本身的一部分。
实施例三:
为了更好的理解本发明实施例,下面结合附图对金属垫进行进一步的示例性说明。
请参见图1-4所示的金属垫,其中图1所示为金属垫的立体图,图2所示为金属垫的主视图,图3所示为金属垫的左视图,图4所示为金属垫的俯视图。该金属垫包括主体1,该主体1有四个侧壁12围合而成,且四个侧壁12围合成具有空腔11的长方体,且空腔11管通上、下两端。此时主体1的横截面为长方形可获得更好的抗压性能,且将其用于制作托盘时,可以减少上、下托板的悬臂部分,使托盘上的产品重量集中在金属垫上,降低托盘顶板弯曲变形的风险。该主体1具体可采用0.5-1.2mm厚的热镀锌板弯折而成。四个侧壁12的中间都具有一向内凹的凹槽121,凹槽121有多个折边构成(图示凹槽通过7条折边形成),凹槽121两端分别向主体的上、下两端延伸并 逐渐变窄(或变尖)形成上端的刺爪1211以及下端的刺爪1212。在凹槽121两侧竖向各设置有1个向内凹(也可以设置为外凸)的加强筋122,该加强筋122可通过直接压制形成。两侧壁12之间则通过棱边124连接,该棱边的倒角角度为45°,加强筋122以及棱边124的设置可以进一步提升结构刚性。另外,为了有效控制刺爪1211、1212与外部设备压接过程成刺爪压接的深度,从而保证金属垫最终有足够高度满足后续叉运需求等,在侧壁12的上、下两端分别设置位于侧壁12上的刺爪1211两侧的两个三角形折边123,钣金弯折已具有成熟的型材滚压或模具制作工艺,因此具有较高的尺寸以及质量控制能力,使得制得的金属垫的合格率大大提升,降低次品率,因此可进一步降低制造成本。
实施例四
本实施例还提供了一种金属垫,该金属垫可用于制作托盘或直接作为箱体的底座使用。本实施例中的金属垫,包括:材质为金属的主体。该主体由四个侧壁两两连接围合而成,中间为贯通上、下两端的空腔,即该主体为中通结构,相比现有实心垫块,可以减少重量以及后续的运输成本;主体至少一个侧壁的上端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪,该外部设备可以是托盘的托板或者包装箱体等。连接时可以通过刺爪直接压入托盘的托板或者箱体实现可靠连接,相对现有垫块需要采用额外的打铁钉方式进行连接,可以减少人工操作,简化工序,提升生产效率。
应当理解的是,本实施例中的四个侧壁可以一体成型,也可以由一块金属板弯折而成,或者由四个相互独立的侧壁焊接或通过其他方式连接而成。本实施例中的金属材料可根据具体应用场景进行选择,只要该金属材料能满足当前使用环境(例如防水性能、抗冲击性能等)要求即可,例如可以选择为热镀锌金属材料,或者钢等。本实施例中的四个侧壁可以围合成一个正方 体,此时主体的横截面为正方形;或者,可选地,四个侧壁围合成一个长方体,此时主体的横截面为长方形,可以获得更好的抗压性能,且此时将其用于制作托盘时,可以减少上托板的悬臂部分,使托盘上的产品重量集中在金属垫上,降低托盘顶板弯曲变形的风险。
其中,为了进一步提升连接的可靠性,可选地,在主体相对的两个侧壁的上端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪,或在主体三个侧壁的上端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪,或直接在主体四个侧壁的上端都设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪,或所述主体的两个相邻侧壁的上端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪。其中,当刺爪对称设置时更利于压接平衡。
可选地,侧壁上端的刺爪设置方式可为:在侧壁中间设置一向内凹或向外凸且贯通该侧壁上下两端的凹槽,凹槽的上端向外延伸形成逐渐变尖的刺爪。应当理解的是,一个侧壁上一端并不限于仅设置一个刺爪,根据实际需要也可以选择设置多个刺爪。但本实施例选择一个侧壁的一端仅设置一个刺爪,这样可以减少刺爪个数,压接时所需动力低,便于后续加工或使用。可选地,为了进一步确保刺爪受压时不易弯折,设置凹槽由多个连续的折边弯折构成。
可选地,主体至少一个侧壁的上端设有向内弯折的折边;可选地,该折边与主体端面平行,侧壁上端折边的设置可以有效控制刺爪与外部设备压接过程成刺爪压接的深度,从而保证金属垫最终有足够高度满足后续叉运需求等前提下,也可保证制得的托盘的平整度。可选地,在侧壁的上端可以设置位于侧壁的刺爪两侧的两个折边。当然,根据实际需要,折边的设置个数还可灵活调整。另外,本实施例可以选择在两个侧壁、三个侧壁或四个侧壁上都设置该折边。且不同的侧壁上设置的折边的大小、形状甚至厚度都可灵活调整,例如该折边可以设置为三角形、长方形或正方形等。
可选地,主体至少一个侧壁的下端设有向内弯折的折边;也可以选择在 两个侧壁、三个侧壁或四个侧壁上都设置该折边;可选地,该折边与主体端面平行。且不同的侧壁上设置的折边的大小、形状甚至厚度都可灵活调整,例如该折边可以设置为三角形、长方形或正方形等;或者,四个侧壁的下端设置的折边相互连接,形成一个完整的底面,所形成的完整的底面的形状,与四个侧壁连接围合而成的主体的横截面形状一致。
可选地,在金属垫主体的至少一个侧壁上设有内凹或外凸加强筋,可选地,在该侧壁的刺爪的两侧各设一个加强筋,以提升结构刚性。为了保证获得最好的结构刚性,可以在四个侧壁上都设置该加强筋。
可选地,为了进一步提升金属垫的结构刚性,本实施例中对于金属垫主体的相邻侧壁间则可以通过一具有倒角R的棱边连接,即四个侧面围合而成的立方体的4条棱边都做成具有一定角度的倒角R,该倒角角度可以为45°,此时则相当于增加了4条弯折立边(也即增加了4条竖立设置的棱边),可以进一步提升结构刚性。
实施例五
本实施例提供了一种托盘,包括上托板(该托盘可以是实木板或层叠胶合板或刨花板或塑料板或橡胶板等制成)和实施例四所述的金属垫,上托板通过金属垫上端的刺爪与金属垫的主体连接。应当理解的是,本实施例中的托盘可以单独使用,也可以作为包装箱底座使用,作为包装箱底座使用时,上托板可以是包装箱本身的一部分。
工业实用性
提供一种金属垫及托盘,解决了现有垫块或托盘存在防水性差、抗冲击能力弱、质量重、生产以及运输成本高以及不利于环保的问题。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种金属垫,包括:材质为金属的主体,所述主体由四个侧壁两两连接围合而成,中间为贯通上、下两端的空腔,所述主体的至少一个侧壁的上、下两端分别设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的金属垫,其中,所述主体的相对两个侧壁的上、下两端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪,或所述主体的三个侧壁的上、下两端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪,或所述主体的四个侧壁的上、下两端都设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪,或所述主体的两个相邻侧壁的上、下两端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的金属垫,其中,设有刺爪的侧壁中间具有一向内凹或向外凸且贯通所述侧壁上下两端的凹槽,凹槽的上下两端分别向外延伸形成所述刺爪。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的金属垫,其中,所述凹槽由多个连续的折边弯折构成。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的金属垫,其中,所述主体的至少一个侧壁的上、下两端分别设有向内弯折、用于承重的折边。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的金属垫,其中,所述侧壁的上、下两端分别设有分别位于所述刺爪两侧的两个折边。
  7. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的金属垫,其中,所述主体至少一个侧壁上设有内凹或外凸加强筋。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的金属垫,其中,所述侧壁上设有分别位于所述刺爪两侧的两个加强筋。
  9. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的金属垫,其中,所述主体的横截面为长方形。
  10. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的金属垫,其中,相邻侧壁间通过一具有倒角为R的棱边连接。
  11. 一种托盘,包括上托板、下托板以及如权利要求1-10任一项所述的金属垫,所述上托板通过所述金属垫上端的刺爪与所述金属垫的主体连接;所述下托板通过所述金属垫下端的刺爪与所述金属垫的主体连接。
  12. 一种金属垫,包括:材质为金属的主体,所述主体由四个侧壁两两连接围合而成,中间为贯通上、下两端的空腔,所述主体的至少一个侧壁的上端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的金属垫,所述主体的相对两个侧壁的上端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪,或所述主体的三个侧壁的上端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪,或所述主体的四个侧壁的上端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪,或所述主体的两个相邻侧壁的上端设有用于与外部设备连接的刺爪。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的金属垫,其中,设有刺爪的侧壁中间具有一向内凹或向外凸且贯通所述侧壁上下两端的凹槽,凹槽的上端向外延伸形成所述刺爪。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的金属垫,其中,所述凹槽由多个连续的折边弯折构成。
  16. 如权利要求12-15任一项所述的金属垫,其中,所述主体的至少一个侧壁的上端设有向内弯折、用于承重的折边。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的金属垫,其中,所述侧壁的上端设有分别位于所述刺爪两侧的两个折边。
  18. 如权利要求12-15任一项所述的金属垫,其中,所述主体至少一个侧壁上设有内凹或外凸加强筋。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的金属垫,其中,所述侧壁上设有分别位于所述刺爪两侧的两个加强筋。
  20. 如权利要求12-15任一项所述的金属垫,其中,所述主体的横截面为长方形。
  21. 如权利要求12-15任一项所述的金属垫,其中,相邻侧壁间通过一 具有倒角为R的棱边连接。
  22. 一种托盘,包括上托板和如权利要求12-21任一项所述的金属垫,所述上托板通过所述金属垫上端的刺爪与所述金属垫的主体连接。
