Description

RÉCIPIENT À PRODUIT COSMÉTIQUE Domaine technique
La présente invention se rapporte aux récipients à produit cosmétique ou analogues et vise un récipient à produit cosmétique relativement petit et peu encombrant, de sorte qu'il est commode à porter, mais néanmoins apte à contenir tous les produits cosmétiques habituels et instruments pour produits cosmétiques, qui sont portés habituellement sous la forme d'objets distincts dans des bourses et sacs à main de dames.
Technique antérieure
Une grande diversité de récipients à produit cosmétique, qui combinent des produits de beauté et des instruments de beauté, sont décrits dans la technique antérieure, par exemple dans les brevets publiés US-A-1 490 484, US-A-2 178 997 et US-A-2 215 161.
Mais ces dispositifs de l'art antérieur ne procurent pas un dispositif peu encombrant unique, qui puisse contenir une pluralité de produits cosmétiques et d'instruments pour produit cosmétique, y compris des poudres ou crèmes pour le visage, un bâton de rouge à lèvres, un crayon pour les yeux, du parfum et un miroir. La présente invention résout ce problème.
Exposé de l'invention
L'invention a pour objet un récipient à produit cosmétique ayant un corps, comprenant un flacon à distributeur et un compartiment intérieur pour emmagasiner un instrument pour produit cosmétique, caractérisé en ce que le corps du récipient à produit cosmétique est pourvu d'un magasin amovible ayant une pluralité de cases pour retenir chacune un instrument pour produit cosmétique, chaque case sur le magasin amovible étant faite de manière à correspondre exactement à un compartiment intérieur du corps du récipient à produit cosmétique de manière à ce qu'un instrument pour produit cosmétique porté par l'une quelconque de ces cases puisse être reçu et emmagasiné à l'intérieur d'un compartiment intérieur correspondant du corps du récipient à produit cosmétique.
De préférence :
- le corps du récipient à produit cosmétique est pourvu d'un capuchon pour le flacon et le capuchon forme une boîte pour un produit cosmétique ;
- le capuchon a un couvercle à charnière ayant des moyens de réflexion reçus sur la face intérieure du couvercle ;
- le magasin amovible est relié au corps du récipient à produit cosmétique à l'aide de moyens de fixation pouvant être relâchés ;
- le corps du récipient à produit cosmétique a une forme cylindrique circulaire ou a une forme prismatique.
Description sommaire des dessins
Afin que l'invention puisse être comprise plus clairement, on en décrira maintenant un mode de réalisation particulier à titre d'exemple en se reportant aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels :
la figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée illustrant séparément des éléments respectifs d'un récipient à produit cosmétique suivant la présente invention, et
la figure 2 est une vue en perspective illustrant le récipient à produit cosmétique de la figure 1 à l'état fermé, qui convient pour être porté par un utilisateur.
Meilleure manière de réaliser l'invention
En se reportant aux dessins, le récipient à produit cosmétique est formé d'un corps 10 de récipient, qui comprend un flacon 11 à parfum ou à crème ayant un atomiseur ou un distributeur 12. Le flacon 11 a un capuchon 13, qui forme une boîte 14 pour contenir un produit cosmétique, tel qu'un produit cosmétique en poudre ou sous la forme d'une crème. Le capuchon 13 est vissé au flacon 11 ou y est encliqueté et est pourvu d'un couvercle 15, qui y est adjoint et qui est monté sur charnière au bord supérieur du capuchon 13. Un miroir ou un autre moyen 16 réfléchissant est reçu dans la face intérieure du couvercle 15.
Le corps 10 du récipient à produit cosmétique est formé au fond d'un magasin 17 amovible, qui a des cases 18 pour recevoir des instruments individuels pour produit cosmétique, tels qu'un bâton de rouge à lèvres, un crayon pour les yeux, etc. Chaque case 18 est faite de manière à correspondre exactement à un compartiment 19 associé dans le corps 10 du récipient et s'y étendant en longueur, compartiment dans lequel un instrument individuel pour produit cosmétique peut être reçu et emmagasiné. De manière appropriée, le magasin 17 est relié au fond du corps 10 du récipient à produit cosmétique à l'aide d'un moyen de fixation d'un type classique, qui peut être relâché.
Le récipient à produit cosmétique peut être en n'importe quel matériau approprié ou combinaison de matériaux appropriés. Bien qu'une forme cylindrique circulaire du corps 10 du récipient à produit cosmétique, tel que représenté au dessin, permette au récipient d'être facile à manipuler et de prendre peu de place, il va de soi que le corps du récipient à produit cosmétique peut avoir aussi une forme prismatique, tout en étant toujours commode à porter et à manipuler.
Bien que l'invention ait été décrite en se reportant particulièrement à un mode de réalisation précis, il va de soi qu'elle n'y est pas limitée et qu'on peut y apporter des variations et des modifications, tout en restant dans la portée de l'invention.

Claims (5)

  1. Récipient à produit cosmétique ayant un corps (10), comprenant un flacon (11) à distributeur (12) et un compartiment (19) intérieur pour emmagasiner un instrument pour produit cosmétique, caractérisé en ce que le corps (10) du récipient à produit cosmétique est pourvu d'un magasin (17) amovible ayant une pluralité de cases (18) pour retenir chacune un instrument pour produit cosmétique, chaque case (18) sur le magasin (17) amovible étant faite de manière à correspondre exactement à un compartiment (19) intérieur du corps (10) du récipient à produit cosmétique de manière à ce qu'un instrument pour produit cosmétique porté par l'une quelconque de ces cases (18) puisse être reçu et emmagasiné à l'intérieur d'un compartiment (19) intérieur correspondant du corps (10) du récipient à produit cosmétique.
  2. Récipient à produit cosmétique suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps (10) du récipient à produit cosmétique est pourvu d'un capuchon (13) pour le flacon (11) et le capuchon (13) forme une boîte (14) pour un produit cosmétique.
  3. Récipient à produit cosmétique suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon (13) a un couvercle (15) à charnière ayant des moyens (16) de réflexion reçus sur la face intérieure du couvercle (15).
  4. Récipient à produit cosmétique suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le magasin (17) amovible est relié au corps (10) du récipient à produit cosmétique à l'aide de moyens de fixation pouvant être relâchés.
  5. Récipient à produit cosmétique suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps (10) du récipient à produit cosmétique a une forme cylindrique circulaire ou a une forme prismatique.
