Description

一种液冷插箱 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域的通信插箱散热技术,特别是涉及一种液冷插箱。
背景技术
随着通讯插箱功耗密度的提升,需要通过液冷插箱来对单板进行散热,而目前的液冷插箱一般是通过盲插流体插头和插箱上的流体插座来实现对接,但目前盲插流体插头和流体插座的对接精度较低,容易导致插箱漏水。
发明内容
本发明提供一种液冷插箱,以解决现有技术中盲插流体插头和流体插座的对接精度低的问题。
本发明提供一种液冷插箱,包括:
第一固定装置,用于对液冷插箱内的背板与分水器进行位置的预定位;第二固定装置,用于对所述背板与所述分水器进行位置的固定。
优选地,所述第一固定装置包括两个以上的固定件。
优选地,所述固定件包括:设置在所述背板上的公件和设置在所述分水器上的母件;其中,所述公件和所述母件匹配固定。
优选地,所述固定件的类型包括:定位销、相配合的凸起凹槽、或者相配合的卡扣件。
优选地,以能够预定位所述背板与所述分水器为原则,部署各所述固定件。
优选地,所述第二固定装置的类型包括:相配合的螺钉螺母,或相配合的螺栓螺母。
本发明有益效果如下:
本发明首先通过第一固定装置实现对背板与分水器的预定位,并在预定位的基础上,再通过第二固定装置对背板与分水器进行位置固定。即,本发明通过预定位实现背板与分水器在位置上的精确对位,并通过第二固定装置实现背板与分水器的位置固定,从而实现背板与分水器的精确连接,进而使单板上的流体插头与分水器上的流体插座的能够精确对接,有效解决了现有技术中盲插流体插头和流体插座的对接精度低的问题。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术中插箱中的背板与分水器的对接不精确,从而使盲插流体插头和流体插座的对接精度低的问题,本发明提供了一种液冷插箱,通过精确对接的背板与分水器,从而实现流体插头和流体插座的精确对接。以下结合附图以及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明。
本发明实施例提供了一种液冷插箱,参见图1和图2,通过第一固定装置对液冷插箱内的背板2与分水器4进行位置的预定位,并通过第二固定装置对所述背板2与所述分水器4进行位置的固定。
即,本发明首先通过第一固定装置实现对背板2与分水器4的预定位, 并在预定位的基础上,再通过第二固定装置对背板2与分水器4进行位置固定。即,本发明通过预定位实现背板2与分水器4在位置上的精确对位,并通过第二固定装置实现背板2与分水器4的位置固定,从而实现背板2与分水器4的精确连接,进而使单板3上的流体插头6与分水器4上的流体插座5的能够精确对接。
简单来说,本发明是通过精确定位固定的背板2与分水器4,从而使沿第一导轨8插入的单板3上的流体插头6能够与分水器4上的流体插座5的精确对接,具体如图2和图3所示。
本发明实施例中的第一固定装置包括多个固定件,通过各个所述固定件对所述背板与所述分水器进行位置的预定位。具体来说,就是以能够使所述背板2与所述分水器4整体平衡且能够使所述背板2与所述分水器4精确对位为原则,部署各所述固定件。
本发明实施例中的固定件的类型包括:定位销、相配合的凸起凹槽、或者相配合的卡扣件。当然本领域的技术人员也可以根据实际需要通过其他的固定装置实现对背板2与分水器4的预定位,如,其他相配合的锁定位置的结构等等。
本发明实施例中的每个所述固定件包括:设置在所述背板2上的公件和设置在所述分水器4上的母件;其中,所述公件和所述母件匹配固定。当第一固定装置为定位销时,则定位销为公件,设置在分水器上与定位销相配合的孔为母件。
具体实施时,当所述第一固定装置内包括两个固定件,所述固定件分别设置在所述背板2两侧与所述分水器4中间对应的位置,即,在每一侧的分水器4的中间位置均设置一个固定件,从而实现背板2与分水器4的精确对位。
当所述第一固定装置内包括三个固定件,则其中一侧的所述分水器4 对应设有一个所述固定件,且该固定件设置在所述背板2两侧与所述分水器4中间对应的位置,另一侧分水器4对应设有两个所述固定件,且该两个所述固定件分别设置在所述背板2两侧与所述分水器4的上下两端相对应的位置;
即,其中一侧分水器4对应一个固定件,且该固定件设置在分水器4的中间位置,另一侧的分水器4对应两个固定件,且该两个固定件分别设置在分水器4的两端的位置。
当所述第一固定装置内包括四个固定件,则每一侧的所述分水器4均分别对应两个所述固定件,且同侧的两个所述固定件分别设置在所述背板2两侧与所述分水器4的上下两端相对应的位置。
即,每一侧的分水器4均对应两个固定件,且该两个固定件分别设置在分水器4的两端的位置。
本发明实施例所述的第二固定装置包括:相配合的螺钉11螺母,或相配合的螺栓螺母,且本发明实施例所述第二固定装置为多个。即,通过多个螺钉或螺栓实现背板2与分水器4固定连接,具体实施时,本领域的技术人员也可以根据实际需要设定其他的固定装置,如比较简单的钉子等等。
为了更好的说明本发明的第一固定装置和第二定位装置结构,下面仅以定位销10为第一固定装置、螺钉11为第二定位装置对本发明实施例所述的插箱进行详细的解释和说明:
本发明实施例通过定位销10实现对背板2与分水器4的精确对位,具体实施时,可以根据需要设置多个定位销10,如两个、三个或四个;
当所述定位销10为两个时,则在每一侧的分水器4的中间位置均设置一个定位销10,从而实现背板2与分水器4的精确对位;
当所述定位销10为三个时,其中一侧分水器4对应一个定位销10,且该定位销10设置在分水器4的中间位置,另一侧的分水器4对应两个定位 销10,且该两个定位销10分别设置在分水器4的两端的位置,或是可以说是分水器4的上下两端的位置;
当所述定位销10为四个时,则每一侧的所述分水器4均分别对应两个所述定位销10,且同侧的两个所述定位销10分别设置在所述背板2两侧与所述分水器4的上下两端相对应的位置,具体如图4和图5所示。
图3是本发明实施例的分水器与插箱的连接结构示意图,图5是本发明实施例的背板与分水器之间的连接结构示意图,如图3和图5所示,本发明实施例的背板2与分水器4的具体连接为:将分水器4通过第二导轨7插入,并通过螺钉9实现分水器4与第二导轨7的连接,然后通过定位销10实现分水器4与背板2的精确定位,再通过螺钉11实现分水器4与背板2的固定连接。
本发明可以至少可以达到以下的有益效果:
本发明首先通过第一固定装置实现对背板与分水器的预定位,并在预定位的基础上,再通过第二固定装置对背板与分水器进行位置固定。即,本发明通过预定位实现背板与分水器在位置上的精确对位,并通过第二固定装置实现背板与分水器的位置固定,从而实现背板与分水器的精确连接,进而使单板上的流体插头与分水器上的流体插座的能够精确对接。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的优选实施例,本领域的技术人员将意识到各种改进、增加和取代也是可能的,因此,本发明的范围应当不限于上述实施例。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种液冷插箱,其特征在于,包括:
    第一固定装置,用于对液冷插箱内的背板与分水器进行位置的预定位;
    第二固定装置,用于对所述背板与所述分水器进行位置的固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液冷插箱,其特征在于,
    所述第一固定装置包括两个以上的固定件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液冷插箱,其特征在于,
    所述固定件包括:设置在所述背板上的公件和设置在所述分水器上的母件;其中,所述公件和所述母件匹配固定。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的液冷插箱,其特征在于,
    所述固定件的类型包括:定位销、相配合的凸起凹槽、或者相配合的卡扣件。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的液冷插箱,其特征在于,
    以能够预定位所述背板与所述分水器为原则,部署各所述固定件。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的液冷插箱,其特征在于,
