本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种照片分享方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,在访谈和观察用户的过程中发现用户对于拍照的需求都是越简单越好,而对于后期整理也不希望采用很多的手动操作,而更希望采用自动整理的方式。
平时几个人出去玩,会拿着自己的手机互相拍照,或者三三两两的拍合照,而用户往往都第一时间更为关注自己在照片中的样子,往往出现好几个人挤在一个手机屏幕前,结果都没太看清的情况;由于操作繁琐,或者人多时间紧往往在旅行结束后才能集中进行照片分发,用户才能仔细看自己的照片,如果觉得不满意也没机会重拍。
在相关技术中,事后整理分发照片常见的方式有:微信发送、各自上传到网盘或者服务器后自己上去取用等;不管采用哪种方式,都需要用户在很多的照片中找到自己的照片;另外,在苹果电脑上以及有些软件有实现按照人脸识别来自动归类图片,但也仅仅是对机主本人来说的一种归类方式而已;而分享类比如快传、汇分享等。
针对相关技术中,用户之间整理共享照片复杂的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种照片分享方法及装置,以至少解决相关技术中用户之间整理共享照片复杂的问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种照片分享方法,包括:第一终端接收第二终端发送的上述第二终端当前持有者的第二人脸特征和上述第二终端的第二地址,其中,上述第一终端与上述第二终端位于同一个群组内;上述第一终端检测当前拍摄的照片是否与上述第二人脸特征匹配;若上述照片与上述第二人脸特征匹配,则上述第一终端通过上述第二地址将上述照片发送给上述第二终端。

查询模块,被设置为若该当前持有者的人脸特征照片与该第一终端保存的前一次持有者的人脸特征照片对比不一致,查询预存储的照片库中是否有大于预设数量的多角度人脸特征照片与该当前持有者的人脸特征照片对比一致;
第二对比模块,用若该照片库中有大于预设数量的多角度人脸特征照片与该当前持有者的人脸特征照片对比一致,确定该预设数量的多角度人脸特征照片对应的人脸特征为该第一人脸特征。
在本实施例中,该装置还包括:
指示模块,被设置为若该照片库中有小于预设数量的多角度人脸特征照片与该当前持有者的人脸特征对比一致,则发送拍照指示,该拍照提示用于指示该第一终端拍摄该第一终端当前持有者的多角度人脸特征照片。
在本实施例中,该装置还包括:
第一类似模块,被设置为该第一终端判断该照片中是否存在至少两张图像重合度大于第一预定阈值的照片;
第一选择模块,被设置为若存在至少两张图像重合度大于第一预定阈值的照片,则该第一终端从该至少两张图像重合度大于第一预定阈值的照片中选择至少一张发送给该第二终端。
在本实施例中,该装置还包括:
第一质量单元,被设置为该第一终端依据图像分析因素选取该照片中照片质量高的照片,该第一终端通过该第二地址将该照片质量高的照片照片分发给该第二人脸特征对应的该第二终端;
其中,该图像分析因素包括以下至少之一:对比度,清晰度,笑脸程度,是否闭眼。

第二类似模块,被设置为该第一终端判断该照片中是否存在至少两张图像重合度大于第二预定阈值的照片;
第二选择模块,被设置为若存在至少两张图像重合度大于第二预定阈值的照片,则该第一终端从该至少两张图像重合度大于第二预定阈值的照片中选择至少一张保存。
在本实施例中,该第二选择模块包括:
第二质量单元,被设置为该第一终端依据图像分析因素选取该照片中照片质量高的照片,该第一终端保存该质量高的照片;
其中,该图像分析因素包括以下至少之一:对比度,清晰度,笑脸程度,是否闭眼。
图4是根据本发明实施例的一种照片分享装置的结构框图二,如图4所示,该装置包括
第三发送模块42,被设置为第一终端向第二终端发送的该第一终端当前持有者的第一人脸特征和该第一终端的第一地址,其中,该第一终端与该第二终端位于同一个群组内;
第三接收模块44,被设置为该第一终端通过该第一地址接收该第二终端发送的照片,其中,该照片是该第二终端当前拍摄的照片与该第一人脸特征匹配的照片。
通过上述装置,第三发送模块42被设置为第一终端向第二终端发送的该第一终端当前持有者的第一人脸特征和该第一终端的第一地址,其中,该第一终端与该第二终端位于同一个群组内,第三接收模块44被设置为该第一终端通过该第一地址接收该第二终端发送的照片,其中,该照片是该第二终端当前拍摄的照片与该第一人脸特征匹配的照片,解决了用户之间整理共享照片复杂的问题,实现了用户之间拍摄的共享照片的自动分享。
下面结合优选实施例和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
在本优选实施例中,在游玩前发起组建群组指令,此时将通过指令验证的各台设备通过Wi-Fi热点形式来连接,建立群组;同时打开前置摄像头对当前持有手机的机主进行拍摄,获 取人脸特征点,并且调用已存储的机主人脸特征点进行比对,如与之前的机主特征相符,则确认为机主本人,如与之前的机主特征不符,则让用户进行一定程度的确认,群组中各机主的人脸特征通过wi-fi热点分享功能被分发收集在群组中的各台设备中;其后在游玩过程中,该群组内的任意成员拍摄了含有对应机主人脸的照片,则自动触发分享指令,将该照片传输到对应机主的设备内,以实现立即传输分享、照片效果立即可见;在游玩结束后,各设备可发起断开此系统的指令,恢复到非群组状态。
本本优选实施例所示的装置包括处理器、Wi-Fi收发系统、前后摄像头装置、存储模块。其中的Wi-Fi收发系统用于建立Wi-Fi个人热点,用于其它Wi-Fi设备(如手机、平板电脑等)接入到此个人热点中(如有其他近距离数据传输方式,也可使用)。其中的前置摄像头在组建群组时,自动打开进行机主人脸拍摄,并提取人脸特征点;存储模块保存机主人脸特征后,将人脸特征与设备地址绑定,并且将人脸特征与设备地址绑定的数据包通过Wi-Fi热点进行传输给所有群组设备;当所有设备均完成此流程后,所有设备均绑定一个人脸特征,并且保存群组中其他人脸特征;而当群组设备完成拍摄新照片,对拍摄照片进行人脸识别解析,如果照片中解析到符合某个人脸特征,则自动将该照片发送至对应地址的设备中,作为接收设备也可以进行照片的自动比对优选;
本优选实施例的使用具体包括以下步骤:
第一步:n个用户(例如A、B、C)发起建立群组指令;此指令可以是打开某个应用、照相机的某个菜单、或者是现有功能比如设置或者汇分享的某个子菜单等等;此时各个设备利用Wi-Fi热点功能形成收发系统(如有其他近距离数据传输方式(比如蓝牙)也可使用);
第二步:各设备的前置摄像头打开对当前机主面部进行实时拍摄,处理器进行人脸特征识别,并且和之前本机保存的人脸特征进行比对,以进一步确认是机主使用;如果检测到的当前人脸不满足上一次保存的机主特征,则首先对本地图库进行检索,如图库中存在足够对应此特征的人脸照片,则自动获取图库中更多角度的人脸特征;如果检测到的当前人脸不满足上一次保存的机主特征,并且图库中对应此特征的人脸照片不足,则判断为新设备或者新用户,则提示用户进行脸部多角度的拍摄以获取足够的人脸特征,增加分发准确性;如果打开前置摄像头扫描到的当前人脸已经符合预设上次保存的人脸特征,则很快结束此流程以增加使用流畅度;最终将本次确认的当前人脸特征与设备地址进行绑定,并将各设备的机主人脸特征与设备地址绑定的数据包通过Wi-Fi热点收发系统共享到各个设备中共同保存;
第三步:各设备在群组建立状态下,只要是通过摄像头拍摄的照片(不论是哪个拍照app),均自动进行图片人脸识别,当识别结果某张照片中有对应某个其他设备的人脸特征时,获取该设备地址,自动将这张照片通过Wi-Fi热点收发系统发送到对应的设备中;比如用户A拍摄的某张照片中含有用户C的人脸特征,则自动将这张照片发送到用户C的设备中;
第四步:接收设备可以开启接收照片质量即时对比功能,即自动接收图片时,可以进行照片质量的自动比对和保存;比如用户C在某个地点时,用户A和用户B会同时拍摄好几张用户C的照片,此时,用户C的设备会接收到好几张类似的照片;用户C的设备C在接收新 照片时会自动与上一张接收的照片进行比对,首先分析图像重合度,如果图像重合度超过一定比例,判断为是同一场景下的重复拍摄,则从对比度、模糊度、笑脸程度、是否闭眼等多个图像分析角度进行对比打分,如新照片的质量优于上一张接收的照片,则自动保存新照片,删除上一张照片,如新照片的质量差于上一张接收的照片,则自动删除新照片;如两张照片的图像重合度小于一定比例,则判断为非同一场景下的重复照片,则均进行保留;此步骤可以作为设置项由用户选择是否启用,以满足想要全部照片和最优照片的这两类不同用户的需求;
第五步:在游玩结束后,各用户可以发起退出群组指令,恢复到非群组状态。
第六步:在照片库中对符合机主人脸特征的照片进行更多的图像识别分析和特征保存,从而在更长时间的使用中可以不断提升识别精确度以提升体验;
在另外一个优选实施例中,提供了一种通过Wi-Fi收发系统(如有其他近距离数据传输方式,也可使用)作为人脸识别后照片数据的传输方法,请参考附图,附图为本实施例提供的方法的流程示意图,具体为:
步骤1:图5是根据本发明优选实施例的Wi-Fi收发系统中人脸识别后照片数据的传输方法的流程示意图,如图5所示,n个用户的n个设备(例如A、B、C)发起建立群组指令;此时各个设备利用Wi-Fi热点功能(如有其他近距离数据传输方式,也可使用)建立收发群组系统;
步骤2:如图5所示各设备的前置摄像头打开对当前机主面部进行实时拍摄,处理器进行人脸特征识别,并且和之前本机保存的人脸特征进行比对,以进一步确认是机主使用;如果检测到的当前人脸不满足上一次保存的机主特征,则首先对本地图库进行检索,如图库中存在足够对应此特征的人脸照片,则自动获取图库中更多角度的人脸特征;如果检测到的当前人脸不满足上一次保存的机主特征,并且图库中对应此特征的人脸照片不足,则判断为新设备或者新用户,则提示用户进行脸部多角度的拍摄以获取足够的人脸特征,增加分发准确性;如果打开前置摄像头扫描到的当前人脸已经符合预设上次保存的人脸特征,则很快结束此流程以增加使用流畅度;最终将本次确认的当前人脸特征与设备地址进行绑定,并将各设备的机主人脸特征与设备地址绑定的数据包通过Wi-Fi热点收发系统共享到各个设备中共同保存;
步骤3:图6是根据本发明优选实施例的摄像头拍摄的照片进行图片人脸识别的传输方法的流程示意图,如图6所示,各设备在群组建立状态下,只要是通过摄像头拍摄的照片(不论是哪个拍照app),均自动进行图片人脸识别,当识别结果某张照片中有符合的人脸特征时,获取对应人脸特征的该设备特征地址,自动将这张照片通过Wi-Fi热点收发系统发送到对应的设备中;比如用户A拍摄的某张照片中含有用户C的人脸特征,则自动将这张照片发送到用户C的设备中;
步骤4:图7是根据本发明优选实施例的开启接收照片质量即时对比功能的流程示意图,如图7所示,接收设备可以开启接收照片质量即时对比功能,即自动接收图片时,可以进行照片质量的自动比对和保存;比如用户C在某个地点时,用户A和用户B会同时拍摄好几张 用户C的照片,此时,用户C的设备会接收到好几张类似的照片;用户C的设备C在接收新照片时会自动与上一张接收的照片进行比对,首先分析图像重合度,如果图像重合度超过一定比例,判断为是同一场景下的重复拍摄,则从对比度、模糊度、笑脸程度、是否闭眼等多个图像分析角度进行对比打分,如新照片的质量优于上一张接收的照片,则自动保存新照片,删除上一张照片,如新照片的质量差于上一张接收的照片,则自动删除新照片;如两张照片的图像重合度小于一定比例,则判断为非同一场景下的重复照片,则均进行保留;此步骤可以作为设置项由用户选择是否启用,以满足想要全部照片和最优照片的这两类不同用户的需求;

图8是根据本发明优选实施例的APP应用场景示意图,如图8所示,
三个人A、B、C出去玩,在开始一起玩时都点击一个APP,选择一个群组加入后,前置摄像头打开,拍摄A、B、C现在的脸部照片并进行特征识别;确认都是机主后,将脸部特征A、B、C发送给A、B、C三台手机保存;然后用户出去玩时,各自拍摄的照片中,如果有其他两个人的脸部特征存在,则会将照片自动发送给对应的人;其他人在自己的手机里就能马上看到拍摄效果,并且也减少之后的图片整理工作。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例该的方法。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述模块分别位于多个处理器中。

在本发明实施例中,第一终端接收第二终端发送的第二终端当前持有者的第二人脸特征和第二终端的第二地址,其中,第一终端与第二终端位于同一个群组内,第一终端检测当前拍摄的照片是否与第二人脸特征匹配,若照片与第二人脸特征匹配,则第一终端通过第二地址将照片发送给第二终端,解决了用户之间整理共享照片复杂的问题,实现了用户之间拍摄的共享照片的自动分享。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种照片分享方法,包括:
    第一终端接收第二终端发送的所述第二终端当前持有者的第二人脸特征和所述第二终端的第二地址,其中,所述第一终端与所述第二终端位于同一个群组内;
    所述第一终端检测当前拍摄的照片是否与所述第二人脸特征匹配;
    若所述照片与所述第二人脸特征匹配,则所述第一终端通过所述第二地址将所述照片发送给所述第二终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端将所述第一终端当前持有者的第一人脸特征和所述第一终端的第一地址发送给所述第二终端;
    所述第一终端通过所述第一地址接收所述第二终端发送的照片,其中,所述照片是所述第二终端当前拍摄的照片与所述第一人脸特征匹配的照片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在所述第一终端将所述第一终端当前持有者的第一人脸特征和所述第一终端的第一地址发送给所述第二终端之前,还包括:
    所述第一终端采集所述第一终端当前持有者的人脸特征照片,所述当前持有者的人脸特征照片与所述第一终端保存的前一次持有者的人脸特征照片进行比对;
    若所述当前持有者的人脸特征照片与所述第一终端保存的前一次持有者的人脸特征照片对比一致,则确定前一次持有者的人脸特征为所述第一人脸特征。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述当前持有者的人脸特征照片与所述第一终端保存的前一次持有者的人脸特征照片进行比对之后,包括:
    若所述当前持有者的人脸特征照片与所述第一终端保存的前一次持有者的人脸特征照片对比不一致,查询预存储的照片库中是否有大于预设数量的多角度人脸特征照片与所述当前持有者的人脸特征照片对比一致;
    若所述照片库中有大于预设数量的多角度人脸特征照片与所述当前持有者的人脸特征照片对比一致,确定所述预设数量的多角度人脸特征照片对应的人脸特征为所述第一人脸特征。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述查询预存储的照片库中是否有大于预设数量的多角度人脸特征照片与所述当前持有者的人脸特征照片对比一致之后,包括:
    若所述照片库中有小于预设数量的多角度人脸特征照片与所述当前持有者的人脸特征对比一致,则发送拍照指示,所述拍照提示用于指示所述第一终端拍摄所述第一终端当前持有者的多角度人脸特征照片。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端通过所述第二地址将所述照片发送给 所述第二终端包括:
    所述第一终端判断所述照片中是否存在至少两张图像重合度大于第一预定阈值的照片;
    若存在至少两张图像重合度大于第一预定阈值的照片,则所述第一终端从所述至少两张图像重合度大于第一预定阈值的照片中选择至少一张发送给所述第二终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端从所述至少两张图像重合度大于第一预定阈值的照片中选择至少一张发送给所述第二终端包括:
    所述第一终端依据图像分析因素选取所述照片中照片质量高的照片,所述第一终端通过所述第二地址将所述照片质量高的照片照片分发给所述第二人脸特征对应的所述第二终端;
    其中,所述图像分析因素包括以下至少之一:对比度,清晰度,笑脸程度,是否闭眼。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端通过所述第一地址接收所述第二终端发送的照片之后,包括:
    所述第一终端判断所述照片中是否存在至少两张图像重合度大于第二预定阈值的照片;
    若存在至少两张图像重合度大于第二预定阈值的照片,则所述第一终端从所述至少两张图像重合度大于第二预定阈值的照片中选择至少一张保存。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端从所述至少两张图像重合度大于第二预定阈值的照片中选择至少一张保存包括:
    所述第一终端依据图像分析因素选取所述照片中照片质量高的照片,所述第一终端保存所述质量高的照片;
    其中,所述图像分析因素包括以下至少之一:对比度,清晰度,笑脸程度,是否闭眼。
  10. 一种照片分享方法,包括:
    第一终端向第二终端发送的所述第一终端当前持有者的第一人脸特征和所述第一终端的第一地址,其中,所述第一终端与所述第二终端位于同一个群组内;
    所述第一终端通过所述第一地址接收所述第二终端发送的照片,其中,所述照片是所述第二终端当前拍摄的照片与所述第一人脸特征匹配的照片。
  11. 一种照片分享装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,被设置为第一终端接收第二终端发送的所述第二终端当前持有者的 第二人脸特征和所述第二终端的第二地址,其中,所述第一终端与所述第二终端位于同一个群组内;
    检测模块,被设置为所述第一终端检测当前拍摄的照片是否与所述第二人脸特征匹配;
    第一发送模块,被设置为若所述照片与所述第二人脸特征匹配,则所述第一终端通过所述第二地址将所述照片发送给所述第二终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二发送模块,被设置为所述第一终端将所述第一终端当前持有者的第一人脸特征和所述第一终端的第一地址发送给所述第二终端;
    第二接收模块,被设置为所述第一终端通过所述第一地址接收所述第二终端发送的照片,其中,所述照片是所述第二终端当前拍摄的照片与所述第一人脸特征匹配的照片。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    采集模块,被设置为所述第一终端采集所述第一终端当前持有者的人脸特征照片,所述当前持有者的人脸特征照片与所述第一终端保存的前一次持有者的人脸特征照片进行比对;
    第一对比模块,被设置为若所述当前持有者的人脸特征照片与所述第一终端保存的前一次持有者的人脸特征照片对比一致,则确定前一次持有者的人脸特征为所述第一人脸特征。

    指示模块,被设置为若所述照片库中有小于预设数量的多角度人脸特征照片与所述当前持有者的人脸特征对比一致,则发送拍照指示,所述拍照提示用于指示所述第一终端拍摄所述第一终端当前持有者的多角度人脸特征照片。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    第一类似模块,被设置为所述第一终端判断所述照片中是否存在至少两张图像重合 度大于第一预定阈值的照片;
