Description

一种厨房用具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房用具，尤其是一种能支撑于台面上并且能挂靠或平放在容器或锅体上的厨房用具，使得其中的功能部分不被台面污染。
背景技术
日常生活中，人们在做饭和进餐时都要用到许多不同类型的厨房用具，例如炒铲、煎铲、漏铲、汤勺、饭勺、粥勺、漏铲和粉扒等等。在做饭和进餐的过程中，不使用这些厨房用具时，若将它们暂时放置在台面上，很容易就会沾染到或吸附到台面上的污染物。此时如果不清洗厨房用具，再使用时就会污染食品，不能保证食品的干净卫生。
因此，目前需要一种能够方便地使用的而且在暂时放置时避免与台面接触的厨房用具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种厨房用具，所述厨房用具使用方便，能稳定地支撑在台面上，并且能挂靠或平放在容器或锅体上，该厨房用具的功能部分不被台面污染。
本发明的厨房用具包括功能部分和手柄，所述手柄包括柄身，所述柄身与所述功能部分连接。所述厨房用具还包括可滑动地安装在所述柄身上的托架，所述托架包括支撑部，所述支撑部被构造成一个支撑点，当所述托架沿所述柄身滑动至所希望的位置时，所述支撑部与所述手柄一起将所述厨房用具支撑在台面上，使得所述功能部分与所述台面不接触。

与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于，安装在手柄的柄身上的托架可以滑动至柄身的任意位置，该位置就构成厨房用具放置在台面上的一个支撑点，因此可视乎台面上的具体情况而灵活地选定支撑位置来放置该厨房用具。托架的支撑部也允许将厨房用具悬挂于容器壁或锅体壁的顶部上。此外，因为托架上还设有缺口，所以允许将厨房用具稳固地卡扣在容器壁或锅体壁上，不必直接与台面接触。这多种摆放状态都保证了厨房用具不会沾到台面的污染物，保持干净卫生，而且使用起来也非常方便。

具体实施方式
众所周知，厨房用具有各种各样，其中一类由长柄和功能部分连接而成，例如炒铲、煎铲、漏铲、汤勺、饭勺、粥勺、漏铲、粉扒等等。为了清楚和方便描述起见，在此选取“锅铲”作为这类厨房用具的一个例子进行描述。应当理解的是，本发明适用于这类厨房用具的任何一种。
图1-5以示意的方式示出根据本发明的一个实施例的锅铲10，其包括铲勺12和手柄14。铲勺12是锅铲10的功能部分，用于在做菜时对材料进行翻动。手柄14包括圆柱形柄身142和大体上为圆柱形的握持部144。在本实施例中，柄身142与铲勺12一体成型，当然它们也可以通过已知的连接方式固定连接。握持部144靠近铲勺12的一端部设有空腔，柄身142的一部分插接在所述空腔内，以实现握持部与柄身的固定连接。在握持部144的另一端设置了开口146，以方便悬挂锅铲10。
本发明的一个主要特征是，锅铲10还包括托架16，所述托架16做成具有通孔的滑动块。通孔的内径比柄身142的外径稍微大一些，将柄身142穿过托架的通孔后，托架16可以在握持部144与铲勺12之间的柄身142上随意地滑动。托架16包括支撑部164和缺口162。支撑部164伸出柄身142外，并且支撑部164的尺寸要使得与手柄的握持部配合形成与台面接触的两个支撑点，如图6所示，由此锅铲10可被支撑在台面上，铲勺12不至于与台面接触，沾到台面上的污染物。支撑部164的支撑端包括钩状延伸部分166，所述延伸部分166向铲勺12的方向延伸，并且其钩状的大小使得托架16面向铲勺12的一部分表面168能被支撑在容器20的壁或锅体的壁的顶部上。延伸部分166具有以下两个功能：一方面，当支撑部164与台面接触时可增大与台面的接触面积，进一步提高锅铲10被支撑在台面上的稳定性；另一方面，通过托架16的表面168将锅铲10支撑在容器壁或锅体壁的顶部上，钩状延伸部分166能卡钩住容器壁或锅体壁，锅铲不至于滑落，如图8所示。此时，托架16紧靠于握持部144，握持部144构成托架16的阻挡器。
在本实施例中，缺口162在柄身142的纵向上的截面为长方形，缺口的高度稍大于家用的容器的壁厚或锅体的壁厚。将长方形缺口162卡扣在容器壁或锅体壁上，就能方便地把锅铲10垂直地或水平地放置在容器或锅体上。在图7中，锅铲10水平地放置在容器或锅体上，此时可根据容器或锅体的开口大小而设定托架16在柄身的位置，将锅铲10恰当而稳定地置于容器或锅体上。或者，可利用缺口162将锅铲 10垂直地放置在容器或锅体上(未示出)。在这种情况下，与上文讨论的一样，托架16会紧靠于握持部144，后者成为托架16的阻挡器。
因为托架16能在柄身142上滑动，所以可根据台面的实际情况设定锅铲10的支撑点，这大大地提高了在台面上放置锅铲10的灵活性。钩状延伸部分166能确保锅铲10垂直地悬挂在容器壁或锅体壁的顶部。缺口162能垂直地或水平地卡接容器壁或锅体壁，一方面稳固了锅铲10在容器或锅体的放置，另一方面为锅铲10提供了多一种放置状态，不限于放在台面上。
为了增加美观效果，将托架16的轮廓做成与握持部144的轮廓相配合，以至于当所述托架滑动到与所述握持部接触时，两者形成一条平滑的轮廓弧线。
根据本发明，铲勺和手柄可采用现有技术已知的材料制造，托架可采用任何适当的材料制造，例如塑料。
