以推送打车信息为例,用户启动打车软件时,打车软件确定用户有打车需求,于是采集用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征,获取符合用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征的出租车信息,将所获取的出租车信息推送给用户。
例如,若采集到用户当前在家,当前日期是工作日,且是早上八点钟,用户当前状态较为着急,用户可能着急上班,此时,可以向用户推送距离最近或到用户所在位置时间最短的出租车信息,以便于用户能够及时到公司。
在上述方法流程中,需要采集用户当前的状态特征。一种采集用户当前的状态特征的实施方式为:监测用户当前的生理参数;根据用户当前的生理参数,确 定用户当前的状态特征。
一般来说,用户的状态特征会影响用户的生理参数,所述生理参数可以包括用户的脑电波、心跳频率和呼吸频率中的至少一个,且不限于此。而且,不同状态下的生理参数一般会有所不同。以脑电波为例,脑电波与用户状态特征之间的对应关系如表1所示:

由表1可见,通过用户处于不同状态时,其脑电波的频率和类型是不同的。同理,对于心跳这一生理参数,一般来说,用户紧张或兴奋或焦虑时,心跳会加快,心跳频率相对较高;用户放松时,心跳比较平缓,心跳频率相对较低。同理,对于呼吸这一生理参数,一般来说,用户紧张或兴奋或焦虑时,呼吸比较急促,呼吸频率相对较高;用户放松时,呼吸比较平缓匀称,呼吸频率相对较低。
基于上述原因,具体可以通过体感传感器监测用户当前的生理参数,然后,根据用户当前的生理参数,确定用户当前的状态特征。
可选的,可以预先生成生理参数与状态特征映射表,该映射表中存储有各生理参数与状态特征之间的映射关系。该映射表在实现形式上可如表1所示。值得说明的是,表1仅体现了脑电波这一生理参数与状态特征之间的映射关系,该生理参数与状态特征映射表可能包括更多生理参数与状态特征之间的映射关系。基于此,具体可以根据用户当前的生理参数,在生理参数与状态特征映射表中进行 匹配,以获取与用户当前的生理参数相匹配的状态特征,作为用户当前的状态特征。
举例说明,假设体感传感器采集到用户当前的脑电波频率为20赫兹,且采集到用户当前的心跳频率为100次/分钟(正常心跳频率一般在72-82次/分钟),基于此,可以确定用户当前状态比较紧张、焦虑或兴奋。
在上述方法流程中,需要采集用户当前所在的位置特征。位置特征主要表征用户当前所在的位置环境,主要包括一些与用户当前所在位置有关的特征,例如可以包括用户当前所在的地理位置和/或地理位置的周边环境等。基于此,一种采集用户当前所在的位置特征的实施方式包括执行以下至少一种操作:
定位用户当前所在的地理位置;
获取用户当前所在的地理位置的周边环境。
在实际应用中,有些地理位置具有特殊性,一旦确定了地理位置,其周边环境也就跟着一起确定了,例如像咖啡馆、图书馆、休息室等位置,其周边环境一般是比较安静的,又例如像商场、超市、马路等位置,其周边环境一般是比较嘈杂的。因此,当定位出用户处于这些地理位置时,可以直接确定其周边环境,因此无需再获取这些地理位置的周边环境。而对于另外一些地理位置,其周边环境会随着一些因素变更,例如餐馆,在吃饭时段其环境会比较嘈杂,在非吃饭时段其环境相对安静,故当定位出用户位于这些地理位置后,为了更加合理的向用户推送信息,可以进一步获取这些地理位置的周边环境。
可选的,上述定位用户当前所在的地理位置包括但不限于以下方式:
通过GPS定位用户当前所在的地理位置;具体的,接收GPS信号,基于GPS信号计算出用户当前所在的地理位置。
基于服务器定位用户当前所在的地理位置;具体的,检测用户附近的基站信息或Wi-Fi信号,将检测到的基站信息或Wi-Fi信号发送给服务器,服务器根据基站信息或Wi-Fi信号查询定位数据库,获得相应的位置信息并返回。
在上述方法流程中,需要采集用户当前所处的时间特征。时间特征主要是指与用户当前所处的时间相关的一些特征。其中,时间特征包括以下至少一种:当前时间在一天内所属的时段、当前日期所处的节假日状态和用户在未来指定时间 内的活动安排。基于此,一种获取用户当前所处的时间特征的实施方式包括执行以下至少一种操作:
确定当前时间在一天内所属的时段;
确定当前日期所处的节假日状态;
获取用户在未来指定时间内的活动安排。
其中,用户在同一天的不同时段的需求也会有所不同,例如在早上可能更关注新闻、在中午更关注餐饮,在晚上更关注球赛等等。因此,结合用户当前时间在一天内所属的时段,可以向用户推送更加合适的信息,根据用户当前所处时段的不同,可以更加灵活的向用户推送相关信息。
同理,用户在节假日和工作日的需求会有所不同,例如节假日更多关注美食、休闲、娱乐等,而工作日可能更加关注业内新闻、路况信息等。因此,结合当前日期的节假日状态,可以向用户推送更加合适的信息,根据用户当前是否处于节假日,可以更加灵活的向用户推送相关信息。
另外,用户在近期的活动安排也会影响用户的信息需求。例如,若用户近期有考试,则可能更关注与考试相关的资料信息。若用户在近期有与工作相关的电话会议,则可能更关注与此次电话会议有关的工作内容。若用户在近期有旅游安排,则可能更关注与旅游有关的信息,例如打折机票、旅行团、旅游攻略等。这里的近期即指上述未来指定时间内。所述指定时间不做限定,例如可以是一天、几个小时、一星期等。因此,结合用户在近期的活动安排,可以向用户推送更加合适的信息,根据用户近期的活动安排,可以更加灵活的向用户推送相关信息。
基于上述各种实施方式,在获得用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征之后,可以获取与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息,进而推送给用户。
一种获取推送信息的方式为:根据用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征,在信息资源库中进行匹配,获取与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息。
其中,信息资源库位于信息推送装置本地,则可以直接从本地信息资源库中匹配到与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配 的推送信息。例如,信息资源库可以是本地歌曲资源库。或者
信息资源库位于远端,例如位于云端服务器上。基于此,信息推送装置可以登录云端服务器,进而访问远端的信息资源库,从远端的信息资源库中匹配到与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息。例如,信息资源库可以是在线歌曲资源库。
另一种获取推送信息的方式为:将用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征发送给服务端,以供服务端获取与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所在的时间特征匹配的推送信息并返回;接收服务端发送的推送信息。
在该实施方式中,信息推送装置作为客户端与服务端相配合,向用户推送更为合适的信息。对服务端来说,接收客户端发送的用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征;获取与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所在的时间特征匹配的推送信息并返回给客户端。
可选的,服务端可以根据用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征,在信息资源库中进行匹配,获取与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息。相应的,这里的信息资源库也可以是位于服务端本地,或者位于云端服务器。
由上述可见,由于本实施例结合了用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征,所以可以向用户推送更加适合用户的信息,这样用户就不需要因为所推送信息不适合而必须手动切换,并且所推送的信息可以根据用户的状态、位置以及时间适应性变化,而不是设定好的信息,灵活性较强。
图2为本申请另一实施例提供的信息推送方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该方法包括:
201、接收客户端发送的用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征;
202、获取与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息;
203、将上述推送信息发送给客户端,以供客户端推送给用户。
上述步骤201-203可由服务端来执行,具体描述可参见前述实施例。本实施例的客户端可以实现上述实施例中信息推荐装置的功能,具体不再赘述。
可选的,服务端可以根据用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征,在信息资源库中进行匹配,获取与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息。
在本实施例中,服务端与客户端相配合,结合用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征向用户推送信息,可以向用户推送更加适合的信息,并且所推送的信息可以根据用户的状态、位置以及时间适应性变化,而不是设定好的信息,灵活性较强。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本申请并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本申请,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本申请所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
图3为本申请一实施例提供的信息推送装置的结构示意图。如图3所示,该装置包括:采集模块31、获取模块32和推送模块33。
采集模块31,用于采集用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征;
获取模块32,用于获取与采集模块31采集的用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息;
推送模块33,用于将获取模块32获取的推送信息推送给用户。
在一可选实施方式中,采集模块31在采集用户当前的状态特征时,具体用于:
监测用户当前的生理数据;
根据用户当前的生理数据,确定用户当前的状态特征。
进一步,采集模块31在根据用户当前的生理数据,确定用户当前的状态特征时,具体用于:根据用户当前的生理参数,在生理参数与状态特征映射表中进行匹配,以获取与用户当前的生理参数相匹配的状态特征。
在一可选实施方式中,采集模块31在采集用户当前所在的位置特征时,具体用于执行以下至少一种操作:
定位用户当前所在的地理位置;
获取用户当前所在的地理位置的周边环境。
在一可选实施方式中,采集模块31在采集用户当前所处的时间特征时,具体用于执行以下至少一种操作:
确定当前时间在一天内所属的时段;
确定当前日期所处的节假日状态;
获取用户在未来指定时间内的活动安排。
在一可选实施方式中,获取模块32具体用于:
根据用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征,在信息资源库中进行匹配,获取与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息;或者
将用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征发送给服务端,以供服务端获取与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所在的时间特征匹配的推送信息并返回;接收服务端发送的所述推送信息。
在一可选实施方式中,上述推送信息为歌曲。
本实施例提供的信息推送装置可以是现有的、正在研发的或将来研发的硬件客户端,包括但不限于:现有的、正在研发的或将来研发的智能手机、非智能手机、平板电脑、膝上型个人计算机、桌面型个人计算机、小型计算机、中型计算机、大型计算机等。或者,该信息推送装置也可以是软件客户端,例如当前非常流行的安装于计算机、智能手机、平板电脑等硬件设备上的应用程序,例如音乐软件、打车软件、在线支付软件、理财软件等。更一般地,该信息推送装置可以是软件客户端与硬件客户端的组合。
本实施例提供的信息推送装置,结合用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置 特征和当前所处的时间特征向用户推送信息,可以向用户推送更加适合的信息,并且所推送的信息可以根据用户的状态、位置以及时间适应性变化,而不是设定好的信息,灵活性较强。
图4为本申请另一实施例提供的信息推送装置的结构示意图。该信息推送装置位于服务端实现,如图4所示,该装置包括:接收模块41、获取模块42和发送模块43。
接收模块41,用于接收客户端发送的用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征;
获取模块42,用于获取与接收模块41接收的用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息;
发送模块43,用于将获取模块42获取的推送信息发送给客户端,以供所述客户端推送给用户。
在一可选实施方式中,获取模块42具体用于:
根据用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征,在信息资源库中进行匹配,获取与用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息。
在一可选实施方式中,上述推送信息为歌曲。
本实施例提供的信息推送装置,作为服务端,与客户端相配合,结合用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征向用户推送信息,可以向用户推送更加适合的信息,并且所推送的信息可以根据用户的状态、位置以及时间适应性变化,而不是设定好的信息,灵活性较强。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例 如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种信息推送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    采集用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征;
    获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息;
    将所述推送信息推送给所述用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述采集用户当前的状态特征,包括:
    监测所述用户当前的生理数据;
    根据所述用户当前的生理数据,确定所述用户当前的状态特征。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户当前的生理数据,确定所述用户当前的状态特征,包括:
    根据所述用户当前的生理参数,在生理参数与状态特征映射表中进行匹配,以获取与所述用户当前的生理参数相匹配的状态特征。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述采集用户当前所在的位置特征包括以下至少一种操作:
    定位所述用户当前所在的地理位置;
    获取所述用户当前所在的地理位置的周边环境。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述采集用户当前所处的时间特征包括以下至少一种操作:
    确定当前时间在一天内所属的时段;
    确定当前日期所处的节假日状态;
    获取所述用户在未来指定时间内的活动安排。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息,包括:
    根据所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征, 在信息资源库中进行匹配,获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息;或者
    将所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征发送给服务端,以供服务端获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所在的时间特征匹配的推送信息并返回;
    接收所述服务端发送的所述推送信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推送信息为歌曲。
  8. 一种信息推送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收客户端发送的用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征;
    获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息;
    将所述推送信息发送给所述客户端,以供所述客户端推送给所述用户。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息,包括:
    根据所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征,在信息资源库中进行匹配,获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推送信息为歌曲。
  11. 一种信息推送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    采集模块,用于采集用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征;
    获取模块,用于获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息;
    推送模块,用于将所述推送信息推送给所述用户。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述采集模块具体用于:
    监测所述用户当前的生理数据;
    根据所述用户当前的生理数据,确定所述用户当前的状态特征。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述采集模块进一步具体用于:
    根据所述用户当前的生理参数,在生理参数与状态特征映射表中进行匹配,以获取与所述用户当前的生理参数相匹配的状态特征。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述采集模块具体用于执行以下至少一种操作:
    定位所述用户当前所在的地理位置;
    获取所述用户当前所在的地理位置的周边环境。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述采集模块具体用于执行以下至少一种操作:
    确定当前时间在一天内所属的时段;
    确定当前日期所处的节假日状态;
    获取所述用户在未来指定时间内的活动安排。
  16. 根据权利要求11-15任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块具体用于:
    根据所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征,在信息资源库中进行匹配,获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息;或者
    将所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征发送给服务端,以供所述服务端获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所在的时间特征匹配的推送信息并返回;
    接收所述服务端发送的所述推送信息。
  17. 根据权利要求11-15任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推送信息为歌曲。
  18. 一种信息推送装置,位于服务端实现,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收客户端发送的用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征;
    获取模块,用于获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当 前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息;
    发送模块,用于将所述推送信息发送给所述客户端,以供所述客户端推送给所述用户。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块具体用于:
    根据所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征,在信息资源库中进行匹配,获取与所述用户当前的状态特征、当前所在的位置特征和当前所处的时间特征匹配的推送信息。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推送信息为歌曲。
