一种充电接口 技术领域
本发明涉及充电桩,具体是指一种充电接口。
背景技术
环境污染、能源紧缺正日益成为我国可持续发展和建设和谐社会所必须面对的严峻课题,为了应对上述挑战,绿色、环保、节能成为当今社会流行的话题。政府为了提高发展的质量,也积极鼓励各行业发展节能环保产品,因此,环保节能产品在当今社会充满了活力,是经济增长新的源动力。电动车作为一种有效替代燃油汽车的绿色交通工具,无论从环保角度还是能源角度看,未来电动车都需要有一个大的发展。
面对数量众多的电动车,因其采用的铅酸电池或是锂电池导致其续航能力十分局限,通常在行驶一至三天就必须进行充电,并且时常发生在公路上因电力不够而将电动车推行的现象,于是电动车充电桩应运而生。但是当前几乎所有小区的电动车充电都没有规范的充电场所,基本上是由各家各户家中从楼外墙放线到一楼进行充电,私拉乱接,造成电力的使用安全可靠度大大降低,安全事故率随之增加;并且现有的室外充电桩受到外界环境因素的影响较为严重,通常在下雨天或是特殊路段处充电桩的接口处会出现进水或是大量灰尘,造成充电桩的使用寿命降低,严重时会导致充电桩短路甚至直接损毁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种充电接口,保证充电桩接口使用的安全性,避免雨水或是粉尘等杂物进入充电接口中。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种充电接口,包括覆盖在充电接口处的壳体以及转动设置在壳体上的弧形盖板,在所述盖板的两端固定有卡接柱,盖板的活动端底部设置有挡板,在壳体上对应设置有与卡接柱相匹配的卡接座以及能与挡板相配合的限位块,所述限位块上开有燕尾槽,燕尾槽的中部固定有锥形柱,所述挡板的端部安装有 两个截面为梯形的弹性支脚,且在两个弹性支脚之间形成一个与锥形柱相匹配的腔体;还包括两个锐角三角块,两个所述锐角三角块的最长边分别与燕尾槽的两侧壁相连接,当盖板对充电接口进行密封时,挡板与燕尾槽的位置被配置为,弹性支脚进入燕尾槽内后其外壁与锐角三角块的斜边做相对运动,同时两个弹性支脚分别受到两个锐角三角块的挤压向锥形柱靠拢。
在电动车充电完毕之后,将盖板下压,使其将整个充电接口完全覆盖,使得卡接柱与卡接座相互配合,进而完成对充电接口的密闭以防止外界的粉尘或是雨水进入到充电接口中,保证充电桩的稳定性使用;本发明工作时,当盖板对充电接口进行密封时,挡板与燕尾槽的位置被配置为,弹性支脚进入燕尾槽内后其外壁与锐角三角块的斜边做相对运动,且腔体的内壁沿锥形柱外壁下滑,为腔体的移动提供导向作用,同时两个弹性支脚分别受到两个锐角三角块的挤压向锥形柱靠拢,弹性支脚受到挤压后发生形变后自身会回复形变进而对锐角三角形产生一个相反方向的作用力,使得挡板卡紧在燕尾槽中,使得盖板在充电接口处被锁定,防止充电桩附近的儿童因玩耍肆意将盖板打开,避免出现电力安全事故,提高充电桩的安全性。
进一步地,所述腔体的截面为梯形,锥形柱的最小端外径大于腔体的最小端内径。在腔体沿锥形柱的外壁下滑时,锥形柱的整体尺寸大于腔体内部的空间大小,进而使得当弹性支脚下移时锥形柱将腔体内部的空间胀大,进而对弹性支脚产生一个方向与锐角三角块对弹性支脚产生作用力方向相反的压力,使得弹性支脚被稳定夹持在燕尾槽内,保证盖板对充电接口的密封性能。
进一步地,还包括排水道,所述排水道设置在壳体的底部,且正对挡板的中心。在当雨天或是路边有车辆行驶将液体飞溅至盖板上时,挡板与限位块将雨水下排至壳体底部,最后经排水道流出充电桩,避免雨水流进充电接口处而引起充电桩的短路受损。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明当盖板对充电接口进行密封时,挡板与燕尾槽的位置被配置为,弹性支脚进入燕尾槽内后其外壁与锐角三角块的斜边做相对运动,且腔体的内壁沿锥形柱外壁下滑,为腔体的移动提供导向作用,同时两个弹性支脚分别受到两个锐角三角块的挤压向锥形柱靠拢,弹性支脚受到挤压后发生形变后自身会回复形变进而对锐角三角形产生一个相反方向的作用力,使得挡板卡紧在燕尾槽中,使得盖板在充电接口处被锁定,防止充电桩附近的儿童因玩耍肆意将盖板打开,避免出现电力安全事故,提高充电桩的安全性;
2、本发明在腔体沿锥形柱的外壁下滑时,锥形柱的整体尺寸大于腔体内部的空间大小,进而使得当弹性支脚下移时锥形柱将腔体内部的空间胀大,进而对弹性支脚产生一个方向与锐角三角块对弹性支脚产生作用力方向相反的压力,使得弹性支脚被稳定夹持在燕尾槽内,保证盖板对充电接口的密封性能。

实施例1
如图1和图2所示,本实施例包括覆盖在充电接口处的壳体1以及转动设 置在壳体1上的弧形盖板2,在所述盖板2的两端固定有卡接柱3,盖板2的活动端底部设置有挡板4,在壳体1上对应设置有与卡接柱3相匹配的卡接座6以及能与挡板4相配合的限位块5,所述限位块5上开有燕尾槽11,燕尾槽11的中部固定有锥形柱10,所述挡板4的端部安装有两个截面为梯形的弹性支脚9,且在两个弹性支脚9之间形成一个与锥形柱10相匹配的腔体;还包括两个锐角三角块8,两个所述锐角三角块8的最长边分别与燕尾槽11的两侧壁相连接,当盖板2对充电接口进行密封时,挡板4与燕尾槽11的位置被配置为,弹性支脚9进入燕尾槽11内后其外壁与锐角三角块8的斜边做相对运动,同时两个弹性支脚9分别受到两个锐角三角块8的挤压向锥形柱10靠拢;还包括排水道7,所述排水道7设置在壳体1的底部,且正对挡板4的中心。
在电动车充电完毕之后,将盖板2下压,使其将整个充电接口完全覆盖,使得卡接柱3与卡接座6相互配合,进而完成对充电接口的密闭以防止外界的粉尘或是雨水进入到充电接口中,保证充电桩的稳定性使用;本发明工作时,当盖板2对充电接口进行密封时,挡板4与燕尾槽11的位置被配置为,弹性支脚9进入燕尾槽11内后其外壁与锐角三角块8的斜边做相对运动,且腔体的内壁沿锥形柱10外壁下滑,为腔体的移动提供导向作用,同时两个弹性支脚9分别受到两个锐角三角块8的挤压向间隙中部靠拢,弹性支脚9受到挤压后发生形变后自身会回复形变进而对锐角三角块8产生一个相反方向的作用力,使得挡板4卡紧在燕尾槽11中,使得盖板2在充电接口处被锁定,防止充电桩附近的儿童因玩耍肆意将盖板2打开,避免出现电力安全事故,提高充电桩的安全性。
作为优选,所述腔体的截面为梯形,锥形柱10的最小端外径大于腔体的最小端内径。在腔体沿锥形柱10的外壁下滑时,锥形柱10的整体尺寸大于腔体内部的空间大小,进而使得当弹性支脚9下移时锥形柱10将腔体内部的空间胀大,进而对弹性支脚9产生一个方向与锐角三角块8对弹性支脚9产生作用力方向相反的压力,使得弹性支脚9被稳定夹持在燕尾槽11内,保证盖板2 对充电接口的密封性能。

  1. 一种充电接口,包括覆盖在充电接口处的壳体(1)以及转动设置在壳体(1)上的弧形盖板(2),其特征在于:在所述盖板(2)的两端固定有卡接柱(3),盖板(2)的活动端底部设置有挡板(4),在壳体(1)上对应设置有与卡接柱(3)相匹配的卡接座(6)以及能与挡板(4)相配合的限位块(5),所述限位块(5)上开有燕尾槽(11),燕尾槽(11)的中部固定有锥形柱(10),所述挡板(4)的端部安装有两个截面为梯形的弹性支脚(9),且在两个弹性支脚(9)之间形成一个与锥形柱(10)相匹配的腔体;还包括两个锐角三角块(8),两个所述锐角三角块(8)的最长边分别与燕尾槽(11)的两侧壁相连接,当盖板(2)对充电接口进行密封时,挡板(4)与燕尾槽(11)的位置被配置为,弹性支脚(9)进入燕尾槽(11)内后其外壁与锐角三角块(8)的斜边做相对运动,同时两个弹性支脚(9)分别受到两个锐角三角块(8)的挤压向锥形柱(10)靠拢。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种充电接口,其特征在于:所述腔体的截面为梯形,锥形柱(10)的最小端外径大于腔体的最小端内径。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种充电接口,其特征在于:还包括排水道(7),所述排水道(7)设置在壳体(1)的底部,且正对挡板(4)的中心。
