Abstract

本发明实施例提供了一种用于数字媒体内容呈现的方法和装置,该方法包括:确定该数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容,该非正常呈现内容包括非正常速度呈现的内容和未视听的已呈现内容中的至少一种;将播放进度界面上该非正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第一视觉样式呈现。本发明实施例中将播放进度界面上非正常呈现的数字媒体内容对应的部分按照预定的视觉样式呈现,这样,根据预定的视觉样式,能够识别并再次播放非正常呈现的部分。因此,本发明实施例能够区分正常呈现的数字媒体内容和非正常呈现的数字媒体内容。

Description

用于数字媒体内容呈现的方法和装置
本申请要求于2015年2月11日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510072071.7、发明名称为“用于数字媒体内容呈现的方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及信息处理领域,并且更具体地,涉及用于数字媒体内容呈现的方法和装置。
背景技术
随着多媒体技术的不断发展,数字媒体内容的应用也更加广泛。数字媒体内容通常包括文本、图像、音频、视频、电子书籍等多种类型。目前,用户可以在用户设备上视听数字媒体内容。例如,用户可以在用户设备上播放电影、电视、视频音乐或电子书籍等。
目前技术中的播放设备在播放数字媒体内容时,可以利用播放进度条来呈现内容的加载进度和播放进度。同时,用户可以对播放进度条进行快进、快退或者拖动等操作。这部分内容可以称为非正常呈现内容。但是,当用户并未视听已播放的内容或者用户在进行快进、快退或者拖动等操作后无法识别快进、快退或者拖动之前播放的位置,也就是无法区分正常呈现的数字媒体内容和非正常呈现的数字媒体内容。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种用于数字媒体内容呈现的方法和装置,能够区分正常呈现的数字媒体内容和非正常呈现的数字媒体内容。
第一方面,提供了一种用于数字媒体内容呈现的方法,包括:确定该数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容,该非正常呈现内容包括非正常速度呈现的内容和未视听的已呈现内容中的至少一种;将播放进度界面上该非正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第一视觉样式呈现。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,还包括:确定该数字媒体内容中的正常呈现内容,该正常呈现内容包括正常速度呈现且视 听的内容;将该播放进度界面上该正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第二视觉样式呈现,该第二视觉样式不同于该第一视觉样式。
结合第一方面或第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式中,还包括:获取数据采集信息,该数据采集信息包括用户针对该播放进度界面的操作信息和用户视听行为的视频采集信息以及用户使用设备的使用信息中的至少一种,其中,该确定该数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容,包括:根据该数据采集信息,确定该数字媒体内容中的该非正常呈现内容。
结合第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式,在第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式中,该获取数据采集信息包括:从视频监控设备获取该视频监控设备对于用户的该视频采集信息;或者,从用户使用的设备中获取该使用的设备根据用户的使用过程记录的该使用信息。

本发明实施例中将播放进度界面上非正常呈现的数字媒体内容对应的部分按照预定的视觉样式呈现,这样,根据预定的视觉样式,能够识别并再次播放非正常呈现的部分。因此,本发明实施例能够区分正常呈现的数字媒体内容和非正常呈现的数字媒体内容。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
用户设备(简称UE,英文User Equipment)可以是移动终端,如移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有移动终端的计算机,例如,可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置。用户设备也可以是智能电视、平板电脑等设备。本发明实施例对于用户设备的类别不做限定,只需能够在用户设备上视听数字媒体内容即可。
数字媒体内容可以包括视频,音频和文本。其中,视频内容可以为电影、电视等。音频内容可以包括音乐、广播等音频。本文内容可以为电子书籍等。
图1是本发明一个实施例的用于数字媒体内容呈现的方法的示意性流程图。图1的方法可以由图5或图6所示的装置执行,该装置可以为用户设备。该方法包括:
110,确定数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容,非正常呈现内容包括非正常速度呈现的内容和未视听的已呈现内容中的至少一种;
120,将播放进度界面上非正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第一视觉样式呈现。
本发明实施例中将播放进度界面上非正常呈现的数字媒体内容对应的部分按照预定的视觉样式呈现,这样,根据预定的视觉样式,能够识别并再 次播放非正常呈现的部分。因此,本发明实施例能够区分正常呈现的数字媒体内容和非正常呈现的数字媒体内容。
可选地,作为另一实施例,数字媒体内容可以包括视频内容、音频内容和文本内容中的至少一种。其中,文本内容可以包括电子书籍。
应理解,用户设备在呈现数字媒体内容时,内容播放进度可以为当前帧在整个数字媒体内容长度中的位置。当前帧之前为已播放内容,当前帧之后为未播放内容。内容播放进度表示的内容不一定是用户实际视听的内容,其中可能存在用户通过快进、快退、拖动播放进度条等方式播放的内容,也可能存在数字媒体内容正常播放而用户并未视听的内容。
具体地,视听可以包括观看和听。对于视频内容或文本内容,可以观看或翻阅其内容;对于音频内容,可以听其内容。
对于视频内容或音频内容,在用户设备上可以播放该视频内容或音频内容;对于电子书籍,在用户设备上可以翻阅该电子书籍。
用户在视听数字媒体内容时,可能会因为对后面情节好奇等原因,对后面的内容进行浏览。内容播放进度表示的内容可以包括正常呈现内容和非正常呈现内容。正常呈现内容即为正常视听的内容,即用户正常试听的内容;非正常呈现内容即为非正常视听的内容。正常呈现内容可以为正常速度播放且视听的内容;非正常呈现内容可以包括非正常速度呈现的内容和未视听的已呈现内容。其中,未视听的已呈现内容可以为数字媒体内容已经呈现(包括正常速度呈现和非正常速度呈现)但用户没有进行视听的内容。例如,数字媒体内容仍然呈现而用户执行其他操作例如打电话、打印等而并未实际视听数字媒体内容。
还应理解,对于数字媒体内容,呈现过程也可以为播放该数字媒体内容的过程。
具体地,播放进度界面可以为视频播放器或音频播放器中的进度条,也可以为电子书阅读器中的目录,本发明实施例对播放进度界面的形式不做限定,只要能够呈现数字媒体内容的播放进度即可。播放进度界面能够呈现数字媒体内容的播放进度,即数字媒体内容的已呈现内容可以对应播放进度界面的一部分。
本发明实施例可以将播放进度界面上非正常呈现内容对应的部分可以按照第一视觉样式呈现。可选地,作为另一实施例,本发明实施例对第一视 觉样式的形式不做限定,只需要该第一视觉样式能够识别播放进度界面上该非正常呈现内容对应的部分即可。这样,可以重新播放该非正常呈现的数字媒体内容。
具体地,作为一个实施例,第一视觉样式可以为渐变图案,也可以为条纹图案,还可以为其他样式的图案。可选地,作为另一实施例,预定的第一视觉样式呈现的方式也可以在播放进度界面上非正常呈现内容对应的部分的两端做标记,而在中间部分可以不做图案样式的改变,即可以保持原先的播放进度界面。应理解,本发明实施例对标记的样式不做限定,例如该标记可以为直线标记,也可以为点标记,也可以为面标记。
可选地,作为另一实施例,本发明实施例还可以根据将播放进度界面上不同播放速度的数字媒体内容对应的部分采用不同的视觉样式呈现。
应理解,本发明实施例对如何确定数字媒体内容中非正常呈现内容不做限定。例如,本发明实施例可以获取用户对播放进度界面的操作,并根据该操作判定在播放进度界面上进行操作的部分对应的数字媒体内容为非正常呈现内容;也可以获取数字媒体内容的播放速度,并判定非正常播放速度视听的数字媒体内容在播放进度界面上对应的部分。应理解,在播放进度界面上进行操作的内容可以理解为非正常速度呈现的内容。
具体地,对于视频或者音频等,数字媒体内容的播放速度可以通过现有的方法进行获取。本发明实施例对数字媒体内容的播放速度的获取方法并不做限定。对于电子书籍等文字内容,数字媒体内容的播放速度可以通过计算用户阅读每页内容的时间对比标准阅读时间进行判断用户是否在进行正常速度的翻阅。其中的标准阅读时间可以在基于大量用户的阅读速度的初始值上根据每个用户的习惯进行校准。
具体地,未视听的已呈现内容可以为数字媒体内容已经呈现(包括正常速度呈现和非正常速度呈现)但用户没有进行视听的内容。例如,视频正常播放或电子书以常速正常翻页时,用户离开一段时间,则该段时间对应的视频或电子书的内容为未视听的已呈现内容。
对于未视听的已呈现内容,本发明实施例可以通过摄像头或其他监控设备判断用户的行为,也可以通过从其他设备采集的信息来确定未视听的已播放内容。例如,若未视听的已播放内容为用户使用电话、打印资料或者在其他设备上进行操作时而导致,本发明实施例可以通过从电话、打印机或者其 他设备上获取相关反馈信息来确定用户是否进行操作。
图2是本发明另一实施例的用于数字媒体内容呈现的方法的示意性流程图。图2的方法可以由图5或图6所示的装置执行,该装置可以为用户设备。应理解,图2中与图1相同的步骤采用相同的标号,该方法还包括:

应理解,130中确定数字媒体内容中的正常呈现内容的方法可以与图1中110确定数字媒体内容中非正常呈现内容的方法相类似。为避免重复,此处不再详细描述。
还应理解,第一视觉样式与第二视觉样式不相同,以便于区分正常视听的内容和非正常视听的内容。

用户使用的设备可以将用户的使用过程记录为使用信息,用户设备可以获取该使用信息,并根据该使用信息判定数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容。

应理解,本发明实施例中的视听行为可以为播放行为,也可以为翻阅行为。例如,对于视频内容或音频内容,在用户设备上可以播放该视频内容或音频内容;对于电子书籍,在用户设备上可以翻阅该电子书籍。
具体地,视听行为可以包括非正常视听行为和正常视听行为。正常视听行为可以对应正常呈现内容,非正常视听行为可以对应非正常呈现内容。非正常呈现内容可以包括非正常速度呈现的内容和未视听的已呈现内容中的 至少一种;正常呈现内容可以包括正常速度呈现且视听的内容。其中,未视听的已呈现内容可以为数字媒体内容已经呈现(包括正常速度呈现和非正常速度呈现)但用户没有进行视听的内容。例如,数字媒体内容仍然呈现而用户执行其他操作例如打电话、打印等而并未实际视听数字媒体内容。
可选地,作为另一实施例,用户设备可以获取数据采集信息,数据采集信息包括用户针对播放进度界面的速度操作信息和用户视听行为的视频采集信息以及用户使用其它设备的使用信息中的至少一种。根据该数据采集信息,本发明实施例可以判断用户的正常视听行为和非正常视听行为。
302,根据视听行为,记录正常呈现内容。
303,根据视听行为,记录非正常呈现内容。
本发明实施例中的用户设备可以根据视听行为的判断的结果,确定数字媒体内容中非正常视听行为对应的内容为非正常呈现内容;本发明实施例中的用户设备可以根据判断的结果,确定数字媒体内容中正常视听行为对应的内容为正常呈现内容。
304,在播放进度界面上以不同视觉样式呈现正常呈现内容对应的部分和非正常呈现内容对应的部分。
具体地,作为一个实施例,视觉样式可以为渐变图案,也可以为条纹图案,还可以为其他样式的图案。本发明实施例并不限于此。
可选地,作为另一实施例,视觉样式呈现的方式也可以在播放进度界面上做标记。应理解,本发明实施例对标记的样式不做限定,例如该标记可以为直线标记,也可以为点标记,也可以为面标记。本发明实施例并不限于此,只需要该标记能够区分正常呈现内容和非正常呈现内容即可。
图4是本发明一个实施例的播放进度界面的示意图。图4以数字媒体内容中的视频内容为例,对播放进度界面进行说明。该播放进度界面400包括视觉样式401,视觉样式402,视觉样式403,视觉样式404,视觉样式405和内容场景406。
该播放进度界面400可以为播放进度条。内容场景406可以根据数字媒体内容的播放显示不同的场景,该内容场景406可以包括第一场景、第二场景、第三场景和第四场景等。
如图4所示,若用户正常观看视频到内容播放的第一场景时,播放进度界面上记录了用户正常播放的部分,即视觉样式401对应的部分。
从第一场景开始,用户通过快进跳过部分内容或未观看该部分内容达到内容播放的第二场景时,播放进度界面上记录了该非正常播放的部分,即视觉样式402对应的部分。
从第二场景开始,用户通过正常观看是视频内容达到内容播放的第三场景时,播放进度界面上记录了用户正常播放的部分,此时为视觉样式403对应的部分。
从第三场景开始,用户通过快进跳过部分内容或未观看该部分内容达到内容播放的第四场景时,播放进度界面上记录了该非正常播放的部分,即视觉样式404对应的部分。
视觉样式405可以表示该视频内容的已缓冲内容在播放进度界面上对应的部分。
应理解,视觉样式401和视觉样式403为相同的视觉样式,视觉样式402和视觉样式404为相同的视觉样式,视觉样式401和视觉样式402为不同的视觉样式。视觉样式405与其他四种视觉样式均不相同。本发明实施例采用灰色表示视觉样式402和视觉样式404。本发明实施例采用条纹表示视觉样式405。应理解,该视觉样式的表示方法本发明实施例并不做限定。
还应理解,若数字媒体内容为电子书,跳过的内容可以是直接通过目录跳过的部分,也可以是输入页码跳过的部分,还可以是快速翻阅跳过的部分,本发明实施例并不限于此。
图5是本发明一个实施例的装置的示意框图。图5所示的装置可以实现上述方法实施例中的各步骤及方法。为避免重复,此处不再详细描述。该装置50可以包括:
确定单元51确定数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容,非正常呈现内容包括非正常速度呈现的内容和未视听的已呈现内容中的至少一种;
呈现单元52将播放进度界面上非正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第一视觉样式呈现。
本发明实施例中将播放进度界面上非正常呈现的数字媒体内容对应的部分按照预定的视觉样式呈现,这样,根据预定的视觉样式,能够识别并再次播放非正常呈现的部分。因此,本发明实施例能够区分正常呈现的数字媒体内容和非正常呈现的数字媒体内容。
可选地,作为另一实施例,确定单元5还可以确定数字媒体内容中的正 常呈现内容,正常呈现内容包括正常速度呈现且视听的内容;其中,呈现单元,还用于将播放进度界面上正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第二视觉样式呈现,第二视觉样式不同于第一视觉样式。
可选地,作为另一实施例,装置50还可以包括:
获取单元53获取数据采集信息,数据采集信息包括用户针对播放进度界面的操作信息和用户视听行为的视频采集信息以及用户使用设备的使用信息中的至少一种,其中,确定单元51可以根据数据采集信息,确定数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容。
可选地,作为另一实施例,确定单元51还可以根据数据采集信息,确定数字媒体内容中的正常呈现内容。
可选地,作为另一实施例,获取单元53可以从视频监控设备获取视频监控设备对于用户的视频采集信息;或者,从用户使用的设备中获取使用的设备根据用户的使用过程记录的使用信息。
可选地,作为另一实施例,操作信息包括用户针对播放进度界面的快进操作信息、快退操作信息和拖动操作信息中的至少一种。
可选地,作为另一实施例,确定单元51还可以确定数字媒体内容中的已缓冲内容;其中,呈现单元52还可以将播放进度界面上已缓冲内容对应的部分按照第三视觉样式呈现,第三视觉样式不同于第一视觉样式和第二视觉样式。
可选地,作为另一实施例,数字媒体内容可以包括视频内容、音频内容和文本内容中的至少一种。
图6是本发明另一实施例的装置的示意框图。图6的装置60可用于实现上述方法实施例中各步骤及方法。图6的装置包括处理器61和存储器62。处理器61和存储器62通过总线系统69连接。
处理器61控制装置60的操作。存储器62可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器61提供指令和数据。存储器62的一部分还可以包括非易失行随机存取存储器(NVRAM)。装置60的各个组件通过总线系统69耦合在一起,其中总线系统69除包括数据总线之外,还包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图中将各种总线都标为总线系统69。
处理器61可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。上述的处 理器61可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本发明实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。处理器61读取存储器62中的信息,结合其硬件控制装置60的各个部件。
图1和图2的方法可以在图6的装置60中实现,为避免重复,不再详细描述。
具体地,在处理器61的控制之下,装置60完成以下操作:
确定数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容,非正常呈现内容包括非正常速度呈现的内容和未视听的已呈现内容中的至少一种;
将播放进度界面上非正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第一视觉样式呈现。
本发明实施例中将播放进度界面上非正常呈现的数字媒体内容对应的部分按照预定的视觉样式呈现,这样,根据预定的视觉样式,能够识别并再次播放非正常呈现的部分。因此,本发明实施例能够区分正常呈现的数字媒体内容和非正常呈现的数字媒体内容。
可选地,作为另一实施例,处理器61还可以确定数字媒体内容中的正常呈现内容,正常呈现内容包括正常速度呈现且视听的内容;将播放进度界面上正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第二视觉样式呈现,第二视觉样式不同于第一视觉样式。
可选地,作为另一实施例,处理器61还可以获取数据采集信息,数据采集信息包括用户针对播放进度界面的操作信息和用户视听行为的视频采集信息以及用户使用设备的使用信息中的至少一种,其中,处理器61可以根据数据采集信息,确定数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容。
可选地,作为另一实施例,处理器61可以从视频监控设备获取视频监控设备对于用户的视频采集信息;或者,从用户使用的设备中获取使用的设备根据用户的使用过程记录的使用信息。
可选地,作为另一实施例,操作信息包括用户针对播放进度界面的快进操作信息、快退操作信息和拖动操作信息中的至少一种。
可选地,作为另一实施例,处理器61还可以确定数字媒体内容中的已缓冲内容;将播放进度界面上已缓冲内容对应的部分按照第三视觉样式呈 现,第三视觉样式不同于第一视觉样式和第二视觉样式。
可选地,作为另一实施例,数字媒体内容包括视频内容、音频内容和文本内容中的至少一种。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于数字媒体内容呈现的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定所述数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容,所述非正常呈现内容包括非正常速度呈现的内容和未视听的已呈现内容中的至少一种;
    将播放进度界面上所述非正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第一视觉样式呈现。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定所述数字媒体内容中的正常呈现内容,所述正常呈现内容包括正常速度呈现且视听的内容;
    将所述播放进度界面上所述正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第二视觉样式呈现,所述第二视觉样式不同于所述第一视觉样式。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取数据采集信息,所述数据采集信息包括用户针对所述播放进度界面的操作信息和用户视听行为的视频采集信息以及用户使用设备的使用信息中的至少一种,
    其中,所述确定所述数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容,包括:
    根据所述数据采集信息,确定所述数字媒体内容中的所述非正常呈现内容。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取数据采集信息包括:
    从视频监控设备获取所述视频监控设备对于用户的所述视频采集信息;或者,
    从用户使用的设备中获取所述使用的设备根据用户的使用过程记录的所述使用信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述操作信息包括用户针对所述播放进度界面的快进操作信息、快退操作信息和拖动操作信息中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定所述数字媒体内容中的已缓冲内容;
    将所述播放进度界面上所述已缓冲内容对应的部分按照第三视觉样式呈现,所述第三视觉样式不同于所述第一视觉样式和所述第二视觉样式。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述数字媒体内容包括视频内容、音频内容和文本内容中的至少一种。
  8. 一种装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于确定所述数字媒体内容中的非正常呈现内容,所述非正常呈现内容包括非正常速度呈现的内容和未视听的已呈现内容中的至少一种;
    呈现单元,用于将播放进度界面上所述非正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第一视觉样式呈现。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元,还用于
    确定所述数字媒体内容中的正常呈现内容,所述正常呈现内容包括正常速度呈现且视听的内容;
    其中,所述呈现单元,还用于将所述播放进度界面上所述正常呈现内容对应的部分按照第二视觉样式呈现,所述第二视觉样式不同于所述第一视觉样式。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取单元,用于获取数据采集信息,所述数据采集信息包括用户针对所述播放进度界面的操作信息和用户视听行为的视频采集信息以及用户使用设备的使用信息中的至少一种,
    其中,所述确定单元,具体用于
    根据所述数据采集信息,确定所述数字媒体内容中的所述非正常呈现内容。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元,具体用于
    从视频监控设备获取所述视频监控设备对于用户的所述视频采集信息;或者,
    从用户使用的设备中获取所述使用的设备根据用户的使用过程记录的所述使用信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述操作信息包括用户针对所述播放进度界面的快进操作信息、快退操作信息和拖动操作信息中的至少一种。
  13. 根据权利要求9-12中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定 单元,还用于
    确定所述数字媒体内容中的已缓冲内容;
    其中,所述呈现单元,还用于将所述播放进度界面上所述已缓冲内容对应的部分按照第三视觉样式呈现,所述第三视觉样式不同于所述第一视觉样式和所述第二视觉样式。
  14. 根据权利要求8-13中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述数字媒体内容包括视频内容、音频内容和文本内容中的至少一种。
