- 一种烟雾发生器,其特征在于,所述烟雾发生器(100)包括支撑管(10)、多个设置在该支撑管(10)内的具有第一端(63)和第二端(64)的发热体(60)、具有出气口(21)的第一支架(20)和具有进气口(31)的第二支架(30),所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)设置在所述支撑管(10)的两端,所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)上都设置有多个定位部,多个所述发热体(60)的第一端(63)均架设在所述第一支架(20)上并折弯在该第一支架(20)的定位部上,多个所述发热体(60)的第二端(64)均架设在所述第二支架(30)上;所述发热体(60)的第二端(64)包括第一引脚(61)和第二引脚(62),其中所述第二引脚(62)延伸穿出所述第二支架(30),所述第一引脚(61)弯折成一段弧形并固定在该第二支架(30)的定位部上;多个所述发热体(60)围绕成适于填充固体发烟物质的腔体(11);其中所述支撑管(10)的侧壁上任选地设置有多个用于进气的通孔(12)。
- 一种烟雾发生器的组装方法,其中所述烟雾发生器(100)包括支撑管(10)、多个设置在该支撑管(10)内的具有第一端(63)和第二端(64)的发热体(60)、具有出气口(21)的第一支架(20)和具有进气口(31)的第二支架(30),所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)设置在所述支撑管(10)的两端,所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)上都设置有多个定位部,多个所述发热体(60)的第一端(63)均架设在所述第一支架(20)上并折弯在该第一支架(20)的定位部上,多个所述发热体(60)的第二端(64)均架设在所述第二支架(30)上并折弯在该第二支架(30)的定位部上,且多个所述发热体(60)围绕成适于填充固体发烟物质的腔体(11);其特征在于,所述烟雾发生器的组装方法包括以下步骤:a、将所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)固定在所述支撑管(10)的两端;b、将a步骤中得到的支撑管(10)套接在一适于穿过所述支撑管(10)的组装杆(91)上;c、将所述发热体(60)的第一端(63)沿所述第二支架(30)端从所述支撑管(10)与所述组装杆(91)之间的间隙插入,直到所述发热体(60)的第一端(63)从所述第一支架(20)端伸出;d、将所述发热体(60)的两端分别折弯在所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)的定位部上,形成对所述发热体(60)的固定;e、依次将各个发热体(60)沿所述支撑管(10)的圆周方向固定在所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)上,使多个发热体(60)围绕成适于填充固体发烟物质的腔体(11)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的烟雾发生器的组装方法,其特征在于,所述组装杆(91)为工装冶具的一部分,所述工装冶具包括基座(92)和设置在基座(92)上的组装杆(91)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的烟雾发生器的组装方法,其特征在于,所述烟雾发生器(100)的各所述发热体(60)的第二端(64)均分割成适于与外部供电电源的电极电连接的第一引脚(61)和第二引脚(62),且所述烟雾发生器(100)还包括紧固在所述进气口(31)内的不导电的紧固件(50)以及卡接或套接在所述紧固件(50)上的底座(40);在所述烟雾发生器的组装方法的步骤d中,将各发热体(60)的第二端(64)的第一引脚(61)折弯后定位在所述第二支架(30)的定位部上并使多个第一引脚(61)相互接触,将各第二引脚(62)相间隔地固定在所述紧固件(50)和底座(40)之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的烟雾发生器的组装方法,其特征在于,所述第一支架(20)或第二支架(30)上的定位部为适于容置所述发热体(60)折弯后的第一端(63)或第二端(64)的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的烟雾发生器的组装方法,其特征在于,所述烟雾发生器(100)还包括扣合所述第一支架(20)的固定盖(70);所述烟雾发生器的组装方法还包括:f、取下支撑管(10),将固定盖(70)套接在组装杆(91)上后再套上支撑管(10),将固定盖(70)沿着组装杆(91)扣合固定在第一支架(20)上并使所述固定盖(70)压在发热体(60)的第一端(63)上。
- 一种烟雾发生器的组装方法,其中所述烟雾发生器(100)包括支撑管(10)、多个设置在该支撑管(10)内的具有第一端(63)和第二端(64)的发热体(60)、具有出气口(21)的第一支架(20)和具有进气口(31)的第二支架(30),所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)设置在所述支撑管(10)的两端,所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)上都设置有多个定位部,多个所述发热体(60)的第一端(63)均架设在所述第一支架(20)上并折弯在该第一支架(20)的定位部上,多个所述发热体(60)的第二端(64)均架设在所述第二支架(30)上并折弯在该第二支架(30)的定位部上,且多个所述发热体(60)围绕成适于填充固体发烟物质的腔体(11);所述烟雾发生器(100)还包括扣合所述第一支架(20)的固定盖(70);其特征在于,所述烟雾发生器的组装方法包括以下步骤:a、将所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)固定在所述支撑管(10)的两端;b、将固定盖(70)套接在一适于穿过所述支撑管(10)的组装杆(91)上;c.在所述组装杆(91)上套上在步骤a中得到的支撑管(10),将固定盖(70)沿着组装杆(91)扣合固定在第一支架(20)上;d、将所述发热体(60)的第一端(63)沿所述第二支架(30)端从所述支撑管(10)与所述组装杆(91)之间的间隙插入,直到所述发热体(60)的第一端(63)从所述第一支架(20)端伸出;e、将所述发热体(60)的两端分别折弯在所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)的定位部上,形成对所述发热体(60)的固定;f、依次将各个发热体(60)沿所述支撑管(10)的圆周方向固定在所述第一支架(20)和第二支架(30)上,使多个发热体(60)围绕成适于填充固体发烟物质的腔体(11),并使所述固定盖(70)压在发热体(60)的第一端(63)上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的烟雾发生器的组装方法,其特征在于,所述组装杆(91)为工装冶具的一部分,所述工装冶具包括基座(92)和设置在基座(92)上的组装杆(91)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的烟雾发生器的组装方法,其特征在于,所述烟雾发生器(100)的各所述发热体(60)的第二端(64)均分割成适于与外部供电电源的电极电连接的第一引脚(61)和第二引脚(62),且所述烟雾发生器(100)还包括紧固在所述进气口(31)内的不导电的紧固件(50)以及卡接或套接在所述紧固件(50)上的底座(40);在所述烟雾发生器的组装方法的步骤e中,将各发热体(60)的第二端(64)的第一引脚(61)折弯后定位在所述第二支架(30)的定位部上并使多个第一引脚(61)相互接触,将第二引脚(62)相间隔地固定在所述紧固件(50)和底座(40)之间。
- 根据权利要求7所述的烟雾发生器的组装方法,其特征在于,所述第一支架(20)或第二支架(30)上的定位部为适于容置所述发热体(60)折弯后的第一端(63)或第二端(64)的凹槽。
