Description
本发明整体涉及一种修枝剪,具体涉及一种具有活动的前手柄的修枝剪。
作为灌木绿化带的主要修整工具之一,往复式电动修枝剪已得到了广泛的应用。这种修枝剪主要包括:机身;设置在机身后部的主手柄及主开关;设置在机身前上部的前手柄和前手柄防护罩;以及设置在机身前下部的往复剪切刀片组件。其中,前手柄和前手柄防护罩相对于机身是固定不动的,既不能相对于机身转动,也不能相对于机身平移。
这种带有固定不动的前手柄的传统的修枝剪具有以下缺点:
由于产品的相关安全规定,前手柄的握持点与剪切刀片组件的最近距离必须大于一个给定的安全距离(例如GS标准所给定的距离值为120mm);再加上握持手所需要的握持空间,前手柄的最高点往往都会高于机身的最高点。由于前手柄的最高点的位置高,所以修枝剪所需的包装材料就会较多,并且修枝剪所占用的运输空间和储藏空间也会较大。这提高了修枝剪的最终成本。
此外,因为主手柄固定地安装在或形成在机身上,并且前手柄相对于机身也是固定不动的,这就意味着前手柄与主手柄的距离和相对角度是不能改变的,所以这种传统的修枝剪不能适合具有不同的身高和臂长的所有操作者。即使对于同一个操作者来说,在操作修枝剪时,也需要不断地调整操作姿势,以便对高处的、低处的、远处的、近处的、水平的和竖直的灌木绿化带进行修整,而这种传统的修枝剪无法很好地适应这类操作要求,在长期使用时容易使操作者感到疲劳。
发明内容
因此,为了克服现有技术的修枝剪的上述缺点或者一部分上述缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种修枝剪,该修枝剪的前手柄能够相对于机身平移和/或转动,以便能够在包装、运输和储藏修枝剪时降低前手柄的最高点的位置,和/或在操作修枝剪时可以调整前手柄与主手柄的距离和/或相对角度。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种修枝剪,包括:机身;设置在所述机身的后部的主手柄;设置在所述机身的前上部的前手柄和前手柄防护罩;以及设置在所述机身的前下部的往复剪切刀片组件,其特征在于,所述前手柄能够相对于所述机身运动,从而改变所述前手柄与所述主手柄的相对距离和/或相对角度。
根据本发明的第二方面,在根据本发明第一方面的修枝剪中,所述前手柄能够围绕垂直于所述机身的主平面的轴线相对于所述机身前、后转动。
根据本发明的第三方面,在根据本发明第一方面的修枝剪中,所述修枝剪还包括前手柄安装座,所述前手柄安装座安装在所述机身上,并且能够围绕平行于所述机身的主平面的轴线相对于所述机身左、右转动,所述前手柄安装在所述前手柄安装座上,既能够跟随所述前手柄安装座的左、右转动又能够围绕垂直于所述机身的主平面的轴线相对于所述前手柄安装座前、后转动。
根据本发明的第四方面,在根据本发明第一方面的修枝剪中,所述修枝剪还包括前手柄安装座,所述前手柄安装座安装在所述机身上,所述前手柄安装在所述前手柄安装座上,既能够沿着所述前手柄安装座前后平移,又能够围绕所述前手柄安装座左、右转动。
根据本发明的第五方面,在根据本发明第二方面的修枝剪中,所述修枝剪包括所述前手柄的前、后转动机构,所述前手柄通过所述前手柄的前、后转动机构安装在所述机身上。
根据本发明的第六方面,在根据本发明第五方面的修枝剪中,所述前手柄的前、后转动机构包括:设置在所述前手柄和所述机身上
的前手柄安装部中的一者上的中心轴和设置在所述前手柄和所述机身上的前手柄安装部中的另一者上的中心轴安装孔;设置在所述前手柄和所述机身上的前手柄安装部中的一者上的弧形槽和设置在所述前手柄和所述机身上的前手柄安装部中的另一者上的螺栓孔;设置在所述前手柄上的啮合部和设置在所述机身上的前手柄安装部上的配合啮合部;以及锁紧螺栓和锁紧旋钮,其中,所述中心轴安装在所述中心轴安装孔中并且能够在所述中心轴安装孔内转动,所述锁紧螺栓穿过所述弧形槽和所述螺栓孔,并且与所述锁紧旋钮连接。当拧紧所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部啮合在一起,从而固定所述前手柄的位置;当松开所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部不再啮合,从而能够前后转动所述前手柄。

根据本发明的第十四方面,在根据本发明第十三方面的修枝剪中,所述前手柄的左、右转动机构包括:在所述前手柄安装座的下端形成的中心孔和围绕所述中心孔形成的啮合部;在所述机身的前部形成的阶梯形圆柱体和在所述圆柱体的朝向所述前手柄安装座的阶梯部上形成的配合啮合部;以及轴向锁紧旋钮,其拧入到在所述圆柱体的端面中形成的螺孔内。当松开所述轴向锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部不再啮合,此时可以左、右转动所述前手柄安装座。当拧紧所述轴向锁紧旋钮时,所述轴向锁紧旋钮朝向所述机身推压所述前手柄安装座,使得所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部啮合在一起,从而所述前手柄安装座的位置被固定。
根据本发明的第十五方面,在根据本发明第十三方面的修枝剪中,所述前手柄的左、右转动机构包括:在所述前手柄安装座的朝向所述机身的一侧上形成的中心轴和在所述机身的前部形成的带圆柱形内孔的空心圆柱体,所述中心轴能够插入到所述圆柱形内孔内并且能够在所述圆柱形内孔内转动;在所述中心轴和所述圆柱形内孔中的一者上形成的环形的定位凹槽,在所述中心轴和所述圆柱形内孔中的
另一者上形成的与所述定位凹槽配合的定位凸缘,当所述中心轴插入到所述圆柱形内孔内时,所述定位凹槽与所述定位凸缘相互嵌合,从而将所述中心轴轴向定位;在所述中心轴上形成的螺孔;在所述圆柱体上形成的弧形凹槽;以及周向锁紧旋钮,其穿过所述圆柱体上的弧形凹槽拧入到所述中心轴上的螺孔中。当松开所述周向锁紧旋钮时,可以相对于所述圆柱体左、右转动所述前手柄安装座。当拧紧所述周向锁紧旋钮时,所述周向锁紧旋钮将所述前手柄安装座的位置固定。
根据本发明的第十六方面,在根据本发明第十三方面的修枝剪中,所述前手柄的左、右转动机构包括:在所述前手柄安装座的朝向所述机身的一侧上形成的圆柱体部分、在所述圆柱体部分的外周上形成的一段环形的啮合部、在所述圆柱体部分的末端设置的定位凸缘;在所述机身的前部形成的带圆柱形内孔的空心圆柱体、在所述圆柱形内孔内形成的与所述啮合部对应的一段环形的配合啮合部、以及与所述定位凸缘对应的配合定位凸缘;以及弹簧。所述圆柱体部分插入在所述圆柱形内孔中。所述弹簧位于所述圆柱形内孔并被夹在所述圆柱体部分的定位凸缘与所述圆柱形内孔的里端之间,向外推压所述定位凸缘,使得所述定位凸缘与所述配合定位凸缘紧靠在一起,以便实现所述前手柄安装座的轴向定位,在此状态下,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部相互啮合在一起,以便实现所述前手柄安装座的周向定位。当克服所述弹簧的压力朝向所述圆柱形内孔内部进一步推动所述前手柄安装座时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部错开并从而不再相互啮合,此时可以左、右转动所述前手柄安装座。当撤除外力以便松开所述前手柄安装座时,所述弹簧向外推动所述前手柄安装座,使其回到使得所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部相互啮合在一起、并且使得所述定位凸缘与所述配合定位凸缘紧靠在一起的位置,从而所述前手柄安装座的位置被固定。
根据本发明的第十七方面,在根据本发明第四方面的修枝剪中,所述前手柄安装座包括轴部分,所述前手柄包括安装孔并通过所述安装孔套装在所述前手柄安装座的轴部分上。所述前手柄包括固定旋钮并且可利用所述固定旋钮锁定在所述前手柄安装座的轴部分上。当松
开所述固定旋钮时,所述前手柄可以沿着所述前手柄安装座的轴部分前后平移和围绕所述前手柄安装座的轴部分左、右转动。当拧紧所述固定旋钮时,所述前手柄被锁定在所述前手柄安装座的轴部分上。
从上述内容可以看出,根据本发明的修枝剪具有以下优点:
1、因为在包装、运输和储藏修枝剪时可以降低前手柄的最高点的位置,所以可以节省修枝剪的包装材料用量和用于运输和储藏修枝剪的空间,从而降低了修枝剪的最终成本。
2、因为在操作修枝剪时可以调整前手柄与主手柄的距离和/或相对角度,所以操作者可以根据自己的身高和臂长、具体的修剪用途来调整修枝剪,使其满足不同的需要,使得操作者即使长时间操作修枝剪也不会产生疲劳。

机身1由在主平面1c处对合在一起左半机身1a和右半机身1b组成。电机及传动系统和控制系统(未示出)设置在机身1内部。
主手柄3可以与机身1一体形成,或者独立于机身1形成并安装到机身1上。
往复剪切刀片组件2包括活动部分和固定部分,其中,活动部分的靠近机身1的端部与机身1内的传动系统连接,固定部分的靠近机身1的端部与机身1的下部固定连接。
前手柄4安装在机身1的前上部,能够围绕垂直于机身1的主平面1c的轴线相对于机身1前、后转动。
前手柄防护罩5固定安装在前手柄4上,并且和前手柄4一起运动。
图2是根据本发明的第二实施例的修枝剪的立体图。与根据第一实施例的修枝剪的不同之处在于,根据第二实施例的修枝剪还包括前手柄安装座6。前手柄安装座6安装在机身1上,并且能够围绕平行于机身1的主平面1c的轴线相对于机身1左、右转动;前手柄4安装在前手柄安装座6上,既能够跟随前手柄安装座6的左、右转动又能够围绕垂直于机身1的主平面1c的轴线相对于前手柄安装座6前、后转动。
图3是根据本发明的第三实施例的修枝剪的立体图。与根据第一实施例的修枝剪的不同之处在于,根据第三实施例的修枝剪还包括前手柄安装座6。前手柄安装座6安装在机身1上,前手柄4安装在前手柄安装座6上。前手柄4既能够沿着前手柄安装座6前后平移,又能够围绕前手柄安装座6左、右转动。具体地说,前手柄安装座6包括轴部分,前手柄4包括安装孔4a并通过安装孔4a套装在前手柄安装座6的轴部分上。此外,前手柄4还包括固定旋钮4b,并且可利用固定旋钮4b锁定在前手柄安装座6的轴部分上。当松开固定旋钮4b时,前手柄4可以沿着前手柄安装座6的轴部分前后平移和围绕前手柄安装座6的轴部分左、右转动。当拧紧固定旋钮4b时,前手柄4被锁定在前手柄安装座6的轴部分上。
图4A-4D和5A-5B是可用于根据本发明的修枝剪的前手柄的前、
后转动机构的分解图。
在图4A所示的前手柄的前、后转动机构中,在前手柄4的下部设置有中心轴O-O,在机身1的位于前手柄4两侧的左、右前手柄安装部23中相应地设置中心轴安装孔,中心轴O-O可以安装在中心轴安装孔中并且能够在中心轴安装孔内转动。在前手柄4上还形成有与中心轴O-O同心的弧形槽212,在左、右前手柄安装部23上的与弧形槽212对应的位置形成螺栓孔232及螺栓头定位形腔233。在前手柄4上的邻近弧形槽212的位置形成啮合部211,在左、右前手柄安装部23上的与啮合部211对应的位置形成配合啮合部231。通过如下方式组装前手柄的前、后转动机构:将前手柄4的中心轴00插入到左、右两个前手柄安装部23的中心轴安装孔中;使前手柄4的弧形槽212与左、右两个前手柄安装部23的螺栓孔232对准;将锁紧螺栓24依次穿过螺栓孔232、弧形槽212和另一个螺栓孔232插入,使得锁紧螺栓24的头部沉入到螺栓头定位形腔233中;将锁紧旋钮22拧到锁紧螺栓24上。当松开锁紧旋钮22时,前手柄4上的啮合部211与左、右前手柄安装部23上的配合啮合部231不再啮合,此时可以围绕中心轴O-O前、后转动前手柄4。当拧紧锁紧旋钮22时,前手柄4上的啮合部211与左、右前手柄安装部23上的配合啮合部231啮合在一起,此时前手柄4的位置被固定。在本实施例中,弧形槽212的角度范围决定了前手柄4的转动范围。除了上述结构以外,还可以设想的是:在机身1的前手柄安装部23上设置中心轴,而在前手柄4上设置中心轴安装孔;或者在机身1的前手柄安装部23和前手柄4上均设置中心轴安装孔,使用单独的一根中心轴插入到这些中心轴安装孔中。虽然本实施例采用的锁紧机构为螺栓加螺母型锁紧旋钮的组合,但还可使用螺母加螺栓型锁紧旋钮组合的锁紧机构和螺栓加偏心锁紧旋钮组合的锁紧机构等等。
图4B所示的前手柄的前、后转动机构与图4A所示的前手柄的前、后转动机构的不同之处在于,在左、右前手柄安装部23上形成弧形槽232,而在前手柄4上的与弧形槽232对应的位置形成圆孔212。
图4C所示的前手柄的前、后转动机构与图4A所示的前手柄的前、后转动机构的不同之处在于,机身1具有单个前手柄安装部23,而前手柄4包括分别位于前手柄安装部23两侧的左、右安装部。此外,在前手柄安装部23和前手柄4的左、右安装部中均形成中心轴安装孔,转轴销25插入到这些中心轴安装孔中。
图4D所示的前手柄的前、后转动机构与图4C所示的前手柄的前、后转动机构的不同之处在于,在前手柄安装部23上形成弧形槽232,而在前手柄4的左、右安装部上的与弧形槽232对应的位置形成圆孔212。
在图5A所示的前手柄的前、后转动机构中,在前手柄4的下部形成中心孔O-O,在机身1的位于前手柄4两侧的左、右前手柄安装部33中的相应位置设置中心孔。在前手柄4的两侧围绕中心孔O-O设置啮合部311,在机身1的左、右前手柄安装部33的相应位置设置配合啮合部331。此外,在左前手柄安装部33的外侧围绕中心孔设置螺栓头定位形腔332。通过如下方式组装前手柄的前、后转动机构:将在前手柄4的下部定位在在机身1的左、右前手柄安装部33之间,并使前手柄4的中心孔O-O与左、右前手柄安装部33的中心孔对准;将锁紧螺栓34依次穿过左前手柄安装部33的中心孔、前手柄4的中心孔O-O和右前手柄安装部33的中心孔插入,使得锁紧螺栓34的头部沉入到螺栓头定位形腔332中;将锁紧旋钮32拧到锁紧螺栓34上。当松开锁紧旋钮32时,前手柄4上的啮合部311与左、右前手柄安装部33上的配合啮合部331不再啮合,此时可以前、后转动前手柄4。当拧紧锁紧旋钮32时,前手柄4上的啮合部311与左、右前手柄安装部33上的配合啮合部331啮合在一起,此时前手柄4的位置被固定。
图5B所示的前手柄的前、后转动机构与图5A所示的前手柄的前、后转动机构的不同之处在于,机身1具有单个前手柄安装部33,而前手柄4包括分别位于前手柄安装部33两侧的左、右安装部。相应地,锁紧螺栓34的头部沉入到前手柄4的左安装部中的螺栓头定位形腔312中。
图6-8是可用于根据本发明的修枝剪的前手柄的左、右转动机构。
在图6所示的修枝剪的前手柄的左、右转动机构中,在用于安装前手柄4的前手柄安装座6的下端形成中心孔422,在机身1的前部形成阶梯形圆柱体431,前手柄安装座6通过中心孔422套装在圆柱体431上并且能够围绕圆柱体431左、右转动。在前手柄安装座6的朝向机身1的端部上,围绕中心孔422形成啮合部421。在圆柱体431的朝向前手柄安装座6的阶梯部上,形成对应的配合啮合部432。通过如下方式组装前手柄的左、右转动机构:将前手柄安装座6的中心孔422套装在圆柱体431上,使得前手柄安装座6的啮合部421与圆柱体431上的对应的配合啮合部432彼此面对。将轴向锁紧旋钮41拧入到在圆柱体431的端面中形成的螺孔内。当松开轴向锁紧旋钮41时,啮合部421与配合啮合部432不再啮合,此时可以左、右转动前手柄安装座6。当拧紧轴向锁紧旋钮41,轴向锁紧旋钮41朝向机身1推压前手柄安装座6,使得前手柄安装座6上的啮合部421与配合啮合部432啮合在一起,从而前手柄安装座6的位置被固定。
在图7所示的修枝剪的前手柄的左、右转动机构中,用于安装前手柄4的前手柄安装座6在其朝向机身1的一侧上形成中心轴522,在机身1的前部形成带圆柱形内孔的空心圆柱体531,中心轴522可以插入到圆柱形内孔内并且能够在圆柱形内孔内转动。在中心轴522上形成环形的定位凹槽523,在圆柱形内孔内形成与定位凹槽523配合的定位凸缘533。此外,在中心轴522上还形成有螺孔521,在圆柱体531上还形成有弧形凹槽532。通过如下方式组装前手柄的左、右转动机构:将中心轴522插入到圆柱体531的圆柱形内孔中,使得中心轴522上的定位凹槽523与圆柱形内孔内的定位凸缘533相互嵌合,从而将中心轴522轴向定位。将周向锁紧旋钮51穿过弧形凹槽532拧入到中心轴522上的螺孔521中。当松开周向锁紧旋钮51时,可以相对于圆柱体531左、右转动前手柄安装座6。当拧紧周向锁紧旋钮51时,周向锁紧旋钮51通过其与圆柱体531的外表面的摩擦作用将前手柄安装座6的位置固定。作为另外一种选择,可以在中心轴
522上形成环形的定位凸缘523,而在圆柱形内孔内形成与定位凸缘523配合的定位凹槽533。在本实施例中,弧形槽532的角度范围决定了前手柄安装座6的左、右转动范围。有利的是,弧形槽532的角度范围为180度,并且相对于机身1的主平面1c对称布置。
在图8所示的修枝剪的前手柄的左、右转动机构中,用于安装前手柄4的前手柄安装座6在其朝向机身1的一侧上设置圆柱体部分621,在圆柱体部分621的外周上设置有一段环形的啮合部622,并且在圆柱体部分621的末端设置有定位凸缘623。机身1的前部安装有带圆柱形内孔的空心圆柱体631,在圆柱形内孔内设置有与啮合部622对应的一段环形配合啮合部632、以及与定位凸缘623对应的配合定位凸缘633。通过如下方式组装前手柄的左、右转动机构:首先将弹簧61放入圆柱形内孔中,然后克服弹簧61的推力将圆柱体部分621推入圆柱形内孔中。在弹簧61的推力作用下,定位凸缘623与配合定位凸缘633紧靠在一起,从而实现了前手柄安装座6的轴向定位。同时,啮合部622与配合啮合部632相互啮合在一起,从而实现了前手柄安装座6的周向定位。当克服弹簧61的压力朝向圆柱形内孔内部进一步推动前手柄安装座6时,啮合部622与配合啮合部632错开并从而不再相互啮合,此时可以相对于圆柱体631左、右转动前手柄安装座6。当松开前手柄安装座6/撤除外力时,弹簧61向外推动前手柄安装座6,使其回到使得啮合部622与配合啮合部632相互啮合在一起、并且使得所述定位凸缘与所述配合定位凸缘紧靠在一起的位置,从而前手柄安装座6的位置被固定。还可以设想的是:使得弹簧朝向圆柱形内孔内部推或拉前手柄安装座6。在这种情况下,需要朝向圆柱形内孔外部的方向拉动前手柄安装座6以便解除啮合部622与配合啮合部632的啮合,从而能够相对于圆柱体631左、右转动前手柄安装座6。
虽然前面以举例的方式示出了前手柄的各种前、后转动机构、平移机构以及左、右转动机构,但是,本发明的保护范围不限于此。根据本发明的教导,本领域的技术人员还可以采用能够实现前手柄相对于机身前、后转动、平移以及左、右转动的各种机构。因此,本发
明的保护范围包括已知的和将来研发出来的能够实现前手柄相对于机身前、后转动、平移以及左、右转动的所有机构。
为了清楚起见,在前面以分开的形式单独示出了前手柄的前、后转动机构和左、右转动机构。但是,对于本领域的技术人员来说很明显,可以任意组合这些前手柄的前、后转动机构和左、右转动机构。
例如,当前手柄通过图6-8所示的前手柄左、右转动机构安装到机身1上时,前手柄可以通过图4A-4D和5A-5B中所示的前手柄的前、后转动机构与图6-8中所示的前手柄安装座6连接。此时,在图4A-4D和5A-5B中所示的以及参考图4A-4D和5A-5B所述的位于机身上的部件和/或部分应该相应地修改成位于前手柄安装座6上。
另外,很显然,前手柄也可以固定连接到图6-8所示的前手柄左、右转动机构上。此时,前手柄只能相对于机身左、右转动。
以上出于解释和说明的目的提供了本发明的一些示例性实施例。但是,前述解释和说明并非意在穷举或将本发明限制在所披露的具体形式。显然,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,可以进行多种修改和变型。在本发明的精神和范围内,可以任意组合、替换和省略各个特征,并且可以任意组合各个实施例和技术方案。因此,本发明的保护范围仅由所附权利要求及其等同内容限定。
Claims (17)
- 一种修枝剪,包括:机身,设置在所述机身的后部的主手柄,设置在所述机身的前上部的前手柄和前手柄防护罩,以及设置在所述机身的前下部的往复剪切刀片组件,其特征在于,所述前手柄能够相对于所述机身运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述前手柄能够围绕垂直于所述机身的主平面的轴线相对于所述机身前、后转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述修枝剪还包括前手柄安装座,所述前手柄安装座安装在所述机身上,并且能够围绕平行于所述机身的主平面的轴线相对于所述机身左、右转动,所述前手柄安装在所述前手柄安装座上,既能够跟随所述前手柄安装座的左、右转动又能够围绕垂直于所述机身的主平面的轴线相对于所述前手柄安装座前、后转动。
- 根据权利要求修枝剪1所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述修枝剪还包括前手柄安装座,所述前手柄安装座安装在所述机身上,所述前手柄安装在所述前手柄安装座上,既能够沿着所述前手柄安装座前后平移,又能够围绕所述前手柄安装座左、右转动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述修枝剪包括所述前手柄的前、后转动机构,所述前手柄通过所述前手柄的前、后转动机构安装在所述机身上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述前手柄的前、后转动机构包括:设置在所述前手柄和所述机身上的前手柄安装部中的一者上的中心轴和设置在所述前手柄和所述机身上的前手柄安装部中的另一者上的中心轴安装孔,设置在所述前手柄和所述机身上的前手柄安装部中的一者上的弧形槽和设置在所述前手柄和所述机身上的前手柄安装部中的另一者上的螺栓孔,设置在所述前手柄上的啮合部和设置在所述机身上的前手柄安装部上的配合啮合部,以及锁紧螺栓和锁紧旋钮,其中,所述中心轴安装在所述中心轴安装孔中并且能够在所述中心轴安装孔内转动,所述锁紧螺栓穿过所述弧形槽和所述螺栓孔,并且与所述锁紧旋钮连接,当拧紧所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部啮合在一起,从而固定所述前手柄的位置,当松开所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部不再啮合,从而能够前后转动所述前手柄。
- 根据权利要求5所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述前手柄的前、后转动机构包括:设置在所述前手柄上的中心轴安装孔和设置在所述机身上的前手柄安装部上的中心轴安装孔,设置在所述前手柄和所述机身上的前手柄安装部中的一者上的弧形槽和设置在所述前手柄和所述机身上的前手柄安装部中的另一者上的螺栓孔,设置在所述前手柄上的啮合部和设置在所述机身上的前手柄安装部上的配合啮合部,转轴销,以及锁紧螺栓和锁紧旋钮,其中,所述转轴销安装在所述前手柄的中心轴安装孔和所述机身上的前手柄安装部的中心轴安装孔中,所述锁紧螺栓穿过所述弧形槽和所述螺栓孔,并且与所述锁紧旋钮连接,当拧紧所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部啮合在一起,从而固定所述前手柄的位置,当松开所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部不再啮合,从而能够前后转动所述前手柄。
- 根据权利要求5所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述前手柄的前、后转动机构包括:设置在所述前手柄上的中心孔和围绕所述中心孔的啮合部,设置在所述机身上的前手柄安装部上的中心孔和围绕所述中心孔的配合啮合部,以及锁紧螺栓和锁紧旋钮,所述锁紧螺栓穿过所述前手柄上的中心孔和所述机身上的前手柄安装部上的中心孔,并且与所述锁紧旋钮连接,当拧紧所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部啮合在一起,从而固定所述前手柄的位置,当松开所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部不再啮合,从而能够前后转动所述前手柄。
- 根据权利要求3所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述修枝剪包括所述前手柄的前、后转动机构,所述前手柄通过所述前手柄的前、后转动机构安装在所述前手柄安装座上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述前手柄的前、后转动机构包括:设置在所述前手柄和所述前手柄安装座中的一者上的中心轴和设置在所述前手柄和所述前手柄安装座中的另一者上的中心轴安装孔,设置在所述前手柄和所述前手柄安装座中的一者上的弧形槽和设置在所述前手柄和所述前手柄安装座中的另一者上的螺栓孔,设置在所述前手柄上的啮合部和设置在所述前手柄安装座上的配合啮合部,以及锁紧螺栓和锁紧旋钮,其中,所述中心轴安装在所述中心轴安装孔中并且能够在所述中心轴安装孔内转动,所述锁紧螺栓穿过所述弧形槽和所述螺栓孔,并且与所述锁紧旋钮连接,当拧紧所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部啮合在一起,从而固定所述前手柄的位置,当松开所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部不再啮合,从而能够前后转动所述前手柄。
- 根据权利要求9所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述前手柄的前、后转动机构包括:设置在所述前手柄上的中心轴安装孔和设置在所述前手柄安装座上的中心轴安装孔,设置在所述前手柄和所述前手柄安装座中的一者上的弧形槽和设置在所述前手柄和所述前手柄安装座中的另一者上的螺栓孔,设置在所述前手柄上的啮合部和设置在所述前手柄安装座上的配合啮合部,转轴销,以及锁紧螺栓和锁紧旋钮,其中,所述转轴销安装在所述前手柄的中心轴安装孔和所述前手柄安装座的中心轴安装孔中,所述锁紧螺栓穿过所述弧形槽和所述螺栓孔,并且与所述锁紧旋钮连接,当拧紧所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部啮合在一起,从而固定所述前手柄的位置,当松开所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部不再啮合,从而能够前后转动所述前手柄。
- 根据权利要求9所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述前手柄的前、后转动机构包括:设置在所述前手柄上的中心孔和围绕所述中心孔的啮合部,设置在所述前手柄安装座上的中心孔和围绕所述中心孔的配合啮合部,以及锁紧螺栓和锁紧旋钮,所述锁紧螺栓穿过所述前手柄上的中心孔和所述前手柄安装座上的中心孔,并且与所述锁紧旋钮连接,当拧紧所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部啮合在一起,从而固定所述前手柄的位置,当松开所述锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部不再啮合,从而能够前后转动所述前手柄。
- 根据权利要求9-12中任一项所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述修枝剪包括所述前手柄的左、右转动机构,所述前手柄安装座通过所述前手柄的左、右转动机构安装在所述机身上。
- 根据权利要求13所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述前手柄的左、右转动机构包括:在所述前手柄安装座的下端形成的中心孔和围绕所述中心孔形 成的啮合部,在所述机身的前部形成的阶梯形圆柱体和在所述圆柱体的朝向所述前手柄安装座的阶梯部上形成的配合啮合部,以及轴向锁紧旋钮,其拧入到在所述圆柱体的端面中形成的螺孔内,当松开所述轴向锁紧旋钮时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部不再啮合,此时可以左、右转动所述前手柄安装座,当拧紧所述轴向锁紧旋钮时,所述轴向锁紧旋钮朝向所述机身推压所述前手柄安装座,使得所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部啮合在一起,从而所述前手柄安装座的位置被固定。
- 根据权利要求13所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述前手柄的左、右转动机构包括:在所述前手柄安装座的朝向所述机身的一侧上形成的中心轴和在所述机身的前部形成的带圆柱形内孔的空心圆柱体,所述中心轴能够插入到所述圆柱形内孔内并且能够在所述圆柱形内孔内转动,在所述中心轴和所述圆柱形内孔中的一者上形成的环形的定位凹槽,在所述中心轴和所述圆柱形内孔中的另一者上形成的与所述定位凹槽配合的定位凸缘,当所述中心轴插入到所述圆柱形内孔内时,所述定位凹槽与所述定位凸缘相互嵌合,从而将所述中心轴轴向定位,在所述中心轴上形成的螺孔,在所述圆柱体上形成的弧形凹槽,以及周向锁紧旋钮,其穿过所述圆柱体上的弧形凹槽拧入到所述中心轴上的螺孔中,当松开所述周向锁紧旋钮时,可以相对于所述圆柱体左、右转动所述前手柄安装座,当拧紧所述周向锁紧旋钮时,所述周向锁紧旋钮将所述前手柄安装座的位置固定。
- 根据权利要求13所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述前手柄的左、右转动机构包括:在所述前手柄安装座的朝向所述机身的一侧上形成的圆柱体部分、在所述圆柱体部分的外周上形成的一段环形的啮合部、在所述圆柱体部分的末端设置的定位凸缘,在所述机身的前部形成的带圆柱形内孔的空心圆柱体、在所述圆柱形内孔内形成的与所述啮合部对应的一段环形的配合啮合部、以及与所述定位凸缘对应的配合定位凸缘,以及弹簧,所述圆柱体部分插入在所述圆柱形内孔中,所述弹簧位于所述圆柱形内孔并被夹在所述圆柱体部分的定位凸缘与所述圆柱形内孔的里端之间,向外推压所述定位凸缘,使得所述定位凸缘与所述配合定位凸缘紧靠在一起,以便实现所述前手柄安装座的轴向定位,在此状态下,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部相互啮合在一起,以便实现所述前手柄安装座的周向定位,当克服所述弹簧的压力朝向所述圆柱形内孔内部进一步推动所述前手柄安装座时,所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部错开并从而不再相互啮合,此时可以左、右转动所述前手柄安装座,当撤除外力以便松开所述前手柄安装座时,所述弹簧向外推动所述前手柄安装座,使其回到使得所述啮合部与所述配合啮合部相互啮合在一起、并且使得所述定位凸缘与所述配合定位凸缘紧靠在一起的位置,从而所述前手柄安装座的位置被固定。
- 根据权利要求4所述的修枝剪,其特征在于,所述前手柄安装座包括轴部分,所述前手柄包括安装孔并通过所述安装孔套装在所述前手柄安装座的轴部分上,所述前手柄包括固定旋钮并且可利用所述固定旋钮锁定在所述前手柄安装座的轴部分上,当松开所述固定旋钮时,所述前手柄可以沿着所述前手柄安装座的轴部分前后平移和围绕所述前手柄安装座的轴部分左、右转动,当拧紧所述固定旋钮时,所述前手柄被锁定在所述前手柄安装座的轴部分上。
