目前,数字终端(如综合接入设备(英文:Intergrated Access Device,简称:IAD))不仅可以为用户提供上网业务,还可以为用户提供语音业务,但是,在数字终端为用户提供语音业务的过程中,当数字终端的上层网络出现故障时,数字终端的语音业务将会注册失败,在数字终端的语音业务注册失败之后,数字终端会根据会话发起协议(英文:Session Initiation Protocol,简称:SIP)标准进行第一次重试注册,以探测数字终端的上层网络故障是否已恢复,若数字终端确定第一次重试注册失败,则数字终端便会等待T秒后进行第二次重试注册,若数字终端确定第二次重试注册失败,则数字终端便会等待2T秒进行第三次重试注册,以此类推,若数字终端确定第n次重试注册失败,则数字终端便会等待n*T秒进行第n+1次重试注册,直到达到一个最大时间间隔,后续按照最大时间间隔进行重试注册,直至注册成功,当数字终端的语音业务注册成功后,用户便可以正常使用语音业务。
但是,在数字终端进行下一次重试注册的等待时间段内,若数字终端的上层网络故障恢复,由于未到达探测时间,数字终端不会发起语音业务注册请求,这样,便会导致语音业务无法及时得到恢复。

需要说明的是,数字终端可以为IAD,也可以为住宅网关(Residential Gateway,简称:RG),还可以为光网络单元(英文:Optical Network Unit,简称:ONU),本发明实施例在此不做限制。

本发明另一实施例提供一种语音业务注册方法,为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,以下根据上层网络故障实际发生位置的不同对本发明实施例提供的语音业务注册方法进行详细说明,具体如下:
在上层网络故障为除BRAS故障以外的故障(如上层网络故障为语音服务器故障、网络故障、网络拥塞等)的情况下,本发明实施例提供的语音业务注册方法如图3所示,该方法可以包括:
S201、在数字终端第n次重新进行语音业务注册之后,数字终端检测到用户对与数字终端连接的语音终端进行第一操作。
S202、数字终端在检测到语音业务未注册成功时,触发语音业务注册流程。
其中,在数字终端检测到用户对与数字终端连接的语音终端进行第一操作之后,数字终端可以检测语音业务是否注册成功,并在 语音业务未注册成功时,触发语音业务注册流程,即数字终端通过中间网络设备向语音服务器发送注册报文,并且,在触发语音业务注册流程之后,数字终端还可以播放用于指示语音业务异常的提示音。示例性的,以第一操作为摘机操作为例,数字终端检测到用户对与数字终端连接的语音终端进行摘机操作时,并且数字终端检测到语音业务未注册成功,此时数字终端便可以触发语音业务注册流程,并播放用于指示语音业务异常的提示音。
S203、数字终端确定未接收到语音服务器发送的注册响应报文。
其中,在数字终端触发语音业务注册流程之后,数字终端可以启用定时器,并确定在指定时间内(通常情况下该指定时间小于1秒)是否接收到语音服务器通过中间网络设备发送的注册响应报文,当数字终端确定在指定时间内接收到语音服务器通过中间网络设备发送的注册响应报文时,表明注册成功,此时数字终端可以播放用于指示语音业务正常的提示音(如数字终端播放拨号音,当然,数字终端也可以采用其它方式来指示语音业务正常);当数字终端确定在指定时间内未接收到语音服务器通过中间网络设备发送的注册响应报文时,数字终端可以播放用于指示语音业务异常的提示音(如数字终端播放忙音,当然,数字终端也可以采用其它方式指示语音业务异常,如数字终端可以发送一条短信,以指示语音业务异常),提示用户当前语音业务不可用,并继续执行S204:

示例性的,预设时间可以等于(n+1)*T,此时数字终端将S202中触发的语音业务注册流程作为了第n+1次重试注册。
优选的,在执行S204之前,数字终端还可以判断在预设时间内是否检测到用户对与数字终端连接的语音终端进行第一操作,并在数字终端在预设时间内未检测到用户对与数字终端连接的语音终端进行第一操作时,执行S204。若数字终端在预设时间内检测到用户对与数字终端连接的语音终端进行第一操作,则数字终端可以在确定语音业务未注册成功时,直接触发语音业务注册流程。

S302、数字终端在检测到语音业务未注册成功时,触发语音业务注册流程。
其中,在数字终端检测到用户对与数字终端连接的语音终端进 行第一操作之后,数字终端可以检测语音业务是否注册成功,并在语音业务未注册成功时,触发语音业务注册流程,即数字终端通过中间网络设备向语音服务器发送注册报文,并且,在触发语音业务注册流程之后,数字终端还可以播放用于指示语音业务异常的提示音。
S303、数字终端确定未接收到语音服务器发送的注册响应报文。

其中,由于在BRAS故障恢复之后,数字终端使用的IP地址将变为无效的IP地址,若数字终端仍使用该无效的IP地址通过中间网络设备向语音服务器发送注册报文,则BRAS在接收到该注册报文后,会将该注册报文丢弃。因此,在数字终端确定未接收到语音服务器发送的注册响应报文之后,便触发DHCP请求流程,重新从BRAS上获取新的IP地址,以避免因IP地址无效导致语音业务注册失败。
并且,在数字终端重新获取到新的IP地址之后,数字终端便可以使用新的IP地址立即触发语音业务注册流程,这样,便可以避 免因IP地址无效导致语音业务注册失败,使语音业务能够及时得到恢复。当然,若上层网络故障不是BRAS故障,那么在数字终端执行S304之后,获取到的仍然是原来的IP地址,此时数字终端可以在等待预设时间后触发语音业务注册流程,该预设时间小于或等于(n+1)*T,T为数字终端触发语音业务注册流程所需的最短时间。

    所述数字终端确定未接收到语音服务器发送的注册响应报文;
    所述数字终端触发动态主机配置协议DHCP请求流程。

  15. 根据权利要求13所述的数字终端,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于在所述在检测到所述语音业务未注册成功时,触发语音业务注册流程之后,确定未接收到语音服务器发送的注册响应报文;
    所述处理器,还用于在预设时间后触发所述语音业务注册流程;所述预设时间小于或等于(n+1)*T;所述T为所述处理器触发所述语音业务注册流程所需的最短时间。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的数字终端,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于在所述在预设时间后触发所述语音业务注册流程之前,确定在所述预设时间内是否检测到所述第一操作;
    所述处理器,具体用于若在所述预设时间内未检测到所述第一操作,则在所述预设时间后触发所述语音业务注册流程。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的数字终端,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于若在所述预设时间内检测到所述第一操作,则触发所述语音业务注册流程。
  18. 根据权利要求13-17中任一项所述的数字终端,其特征在于,
    所述第一操作为摘机操作、按键操作、打开通话应用程序操作以及触摸操作中的任一种。
  19. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括可读取存储介质用于存储计算机程序代码,所述计算机程度代码运行在一个处理器上,所述计算机程序代码包括:
    用于在第n次重新进行语音业务注册之后,检测到用户对与所述计算机程序产品连接的语音终端进行第一操作;所述n为大于或等于1的整数;
    用于在检测到所述语音业务未注册成功时,触发语音业务注册流程。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序产品的上层网络故障为宽带远程接入服务器BRAS故障时,所述计算机程序代码还包括:
    用于在所述在检测到所述语音业务未注册成功时,触发语音业务注册流程之后,确定未接收到语音服务器发送的注册响应报文;
    用于触发动态主机配置协议DHCP请求流程。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序代码还包括:
    用于在所述在检测到所述语音业务未注册成功时,触发语音业务注册流程之后,确定未接收到语音服务器发送的注册响应报文;
    用于在预设时间后触发所述语音业务注册流程;所述预设时间小 于或等于(n+1)*T;所述T为触发所述语音业务注册流程所需的最短时间。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序代码还包括:
    用于在所述在预设时间后触发所述语音业务注册流程之前,确定在所述预设时间内是否检测到所述第一操作;
    用于若在所述预设时间内未检测到所述第一操作,则在所述预设时间后触发所述语音业务注册流程。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序代码还包括:
    用于若在所述预设时间内检测到所述第一操作,则触发所述语音业务注册流程。
  24. 根据权利要求19-23中任一项所述的计算机程序产品,其特征在于,
    所述第一操作为摘机操作、按键操作、打开通话应用程序操作以及触摸操作中的任一种。
