本发明涉及一种娱乐机器人卡扣连接件。
背景技术
在DIY娱乐机器人行业,拼装玩具行业目前比较主流的组装连接方式有两种:
一种是打螺丝的组装连接方式,其优点是稳定性较好,能承受相对高强度的力作用,但是组装连接过程需要借助工具,操作比较繁复;
另一种是传统扣合的组装连接方式,其优点是操作简单,容易上手,不需要借助工具,但是稳定性较差,不能承受高强度的力作用,动作性能及各方面表现力差。
传统的组装连接方式由于其操作过程繁复不易上手,或者稳定性强度差,动作性能表现力差以至于减弱了用户体验与乐趣,局限了用户想象力的发挥,还有很多的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,易于上手容易操作,减少组装连接过程中的繁复,增强DIY乐趣,给用户想象力的发挥提供更大的空间的娱乐机器人卡扣连接件。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种娱乐机器人卡扣连接件,包括标准零件与连接零件之间的卡扣连接件,所述标准零件上开设有一个以上的孔 洞,所述孔洞均布于标准零件上,孔洞的前后端各开设有一安装孔,两安装孔间形成一台阶面,所述卡扣连接件由内外两层组成,所述卡扣连接件包括一插销和一卡扣,所述卡扣呈套筒状,卡扣的中间设有一配合孔,所述插销的外部直径等于配合孔的直径,插销安装于卡扣的配合孔内,所述插销的头部开口,开口端形成一卡槽,位于插销的开口上下端均设有一插销扣位,所述卡扣中间的配合孔内设有第一卡扣限位,所述第一卡扣限位正对插销扣位,所述卡扣的前端面开口,开口端与配合孔相通,开口端形成一滑槽,所述滑槽设有两条,滑槽正对插销扣位,位于滑槽中间设有三角形状的第二卡扣限位,插销扣位穿过卡扣的滑槽,凸出于卡扣的上下端面。
作为优选的技术方案,所述插销扣位的上端面为一圆弧面,整个插销扣位的截面呈三角形状,插销扣位的斜面朝上。
作为优选的技术方案,所述标准零件的厚度为3mm的倍数,上端开设的孔洞纵横排列,各孔洞间的间距为6mm,孔洞的直径为4mm。
作为优选的技术方案,所述安装孔的直径为5mm,台阶面的高度为0.8mm。
作为优选的技术方案,所述卡扣连接件的长度为3mm的倍数。
作为优选的技术方案,所述卡扣穿过标准零件的孔洞,与孔洞中间开设的台阶面扣合锁紧,完成一个以上标准零件的组合安装。
作为优选的技术方案,所述插销的头部设有一用于插销拔插的插销扣手,所述插销扣手的直径大于插销的直径。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明不需要工具便能进行组装连接;
2、本发明减少了组装连接过程的繁复性,降低了组装难度;
3、本发明使组装连接简单化,提高了DIY的乐趣,给用户想象力的发挥提供了更大的空间;
4、本发明具有一定的稳定性与强度,能有较好的动作性能表现力。
本发明与其他产品的区别:
1、传统娱乐机器人采用螺丝组装连接,需要借助工具,本发明可徒手操作,可方便组装与拆解。
2、传统拼装玩具采用扣合方式连接,稳定性强度差。本发明具有一定稳定性强度,可实现较好的动作性能表现力。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种娱乐机器人卡扣连接件,包括标准零件1与连接零件之间的卡扣连接件,所述标准零件上开设有一个以上的孔洞2,所述孔洞2均布于标准零件1上,孔洞2的前后端各开设有一安装孔3,两安装孔3间形成一台阶面4,所述卡扣连接件由内外两层组成,所述卡扣连接件包括一插销5和一卡扣6,所述卡扣6呈套筒状,卡扣6的中间设有一配合孔7,所述插销5的外部直径等于配合孔7的直径,插销5安装于卡扣6的配合孔7内,所述插销5的头部开口,开口端形成一卡槽8,位于插销6的开口上下端均设有一插销扣位9,所述卡扣6中间的配合孔7内设有第一卡扣限位10,所述第一卡扣限位10正对插销扣位9,所述卡扣6的前端面开口,开口端与配合孔7相通,开口端形成一滑槽11,所述滑槽11设有两条,滑槽正对插销扣位9,位于滑槽11中间设有三角形状的第二卡扣限位12,插销扣位9穿过卡扣6的滑槽11,凸出于卡扣6的上下端面。
其中,插销扣位9的上端面为一圆弧面,整个插销扣位的截面呈三角形状,插销扣位的斜面朝上,设计成三角形状的作用就是能够方便的穿过第一卡扣限位与第二卡扣限位。
本实施例中,标准零件1的厚度为3mm的倍数,上端开设的孔洞2纵横排列,各孔洞间的间距为6mm,孔洞的直径为4mm。
本实施例中,安装孔3的直径为5mm,台阶面的高度为0.8mm,台阶面的作用就是与卡扣相抵扣装。
本实施例中,卡扣连接件的长度为3mm的倍数,由内外两层结构组成。卡扣穿过标准零件的孔洞,与孔洞中间开设的台阶面扣合锁紧,完成一个以上标准零件的组合安装。
为了获得方便的拔插效果,将插销的头部设置一用于插销拔插的插销扣手13,插销扣手13的直径大于插销5的直径,使用时拉取插销扣手13即可,不会滑手。
外层尺寸结构与孔洞紧配合(直径为4mm两端台阶直径为5mm高度为0.8mm),一端开口(使之具有弹性,使卡扣能穿插在孔洞里)一端为插销口(有第一卡扣限位设计,方便插销插入);内层为固定插销,插销一端开口(使之具有弹性,使插销能穿插进卡扣),插销上有固定扣位,当插销依次通过第一卡扣限位与第二卡扣限位后使之不易脱落,使卡扣弹性失效以达到标准零件之间固定的作用,另一端为插拔扣手位,用于插销插拔,当拆解零件时,拉取插销扣手13,插销5上的插销扣位9退出卡扣的第二限位12止停于滑槽11末端,在扣位9与滑槽11末端的扣合作用下,使插销跟卡扣一并拔出,使零件拆解。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明不需要工具便能进行组装连接;
2、本发明减少了组装连接过程的繁复性,降低了组装难度;
3、本发明使组装连接简单化,提高了DIY的乐趣,给用户想象力的发挥提 供了更大的空间;

  1. 一种娱乐机器人卡扣连接件,其特征在于:包括标准零件与连接零件之间的卡扣连接件,所述标准零件上开设有一个以上的孔洞,所述孔洞均布于标准零件上,孔洞的前后端各开设有一安装孔,两安装孔间形成一台阶面,所述卡扣连接件由内外两层组成,所述卡扣连接件包括一插销和一卡扣,所述卡扣呈套筒状,卡扣的中间设有一配合孔,所述插销的外部直径等于配合孔的直径,插销安装于卡扣的配合孔内,所述插销的头部开口,开口端形成一卡槽,位于插销的开口上下端均设有一插销扣位,所述卡扣中间的配合孔内设有第一卡扣限位,所述第一卡扣限位正对插销扣位,所述卡扣的前端面开口,开口端与配合孔相通,开口端形成一滑槽,所述滑槽设有两条,滑槽正对插销扣位,位于滑槽中间设有三角形状的第二卡扣限位,插销扣位穿过卡扣的滑槽,凸出于卡扣的上下端面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的娱乐机器人卡扣连接件,其特征在于:所述插销扣位的上端面为一圆弧面,整个插销扣位的截面呈三角形状,插销扣位的斜面朝上。
