目前,用户想要取得智能设备的访问和控制权限时,可以通过在终端上安装该智能设备的客户端软件完成注册,然后将注册成功后的登录账号(用户登录ID)通过对应的服务端与该智能设备建立绑定关系来实现。当绑定关系建立后,此时用户已经拥有该智能设备的主人权限,后续用户通过所述登录账号成功该智能设备的客户端软件后,可以通过该客户端软件与该智能设备进行交互,对该智能设备进行访问和控制等操作;例如,所述智能设备可以是智能家居设备,当用户的登录账号与该智能家居设备建立绑定关系后,用户可以通过该智能家居设备的客户端软件控制该智能家居的开启和关闭等。
在实际应用中,由于用户通常具有远程控制智能设备的需求,因此局域网中的智能设备通常也需要接入互联网,然而由于智能设备通常具有开放式的交互和操作的特点,因此用户在将登陆账号与智能设备进行绑定的过程中,一旦用户的登陆账号泄露,由于服务端在绑定关系建立的过程中,通常只基于登陆账号对绑定用户进行合法性验证,因此其它的用户使用该登陆账号能够顺利的完成与所述智能设备的绑定过程,从而造成错误绑定使得该智能设备面临严重的安全性风险。
有鉴于次,本公开提出一种设备绑定方法,通过待绑定设备来接收本地终端发送的携带用户登录ID绑定请求,然后判断该绑定请求是否从本地局域网发出,当该绑定请求从本地局域网发出时,将该绑定请求发送至服务端,由服务端建立所述用户登录ID与所述待绑定设备之间的绑定关系;由于待绑定设备只接收本地终端发送的绑定请求,并且只有在该绑定请求从本地局域网中发出时才可以建立绑定关系,从而无法与本地局域网以外的终端建立绑定关系,因此可以避免由于用户登录账户泄露而导致的错误绑定,从而可以提高设备自身的安全性。
如图1所示,图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种设备绑定方法,该设备绑定方法用于智能设备中,包括以下步骤:
在步骤101中,接收本地终端发送的绑定请求;所述绑定请求携带所述本地终端的用户登录ID;
在步骤102中,判断所述绑定请求是否从本地局域网中发出;
在步骤103中,当所述绑定请求从本地局域网中发出时,将所述绑定请求发送至服务端,由所述服务端建立所述用户登录ID与本设备的绑定关系;
在步骤104中,当所述绑定关系建立完成后,接收所述服务端发送的绑定成功的通告消息,并将该通告消息转发至所述本地终端。
在本实施例中,所述本地局域网可以是基于WI-FI的无线局域网,所述智能设备可以是内置了WI-FI模块的智能设备。
在初始状态下,智能设备可以通过内置的WIFI模块接入所述无线局域网,同时,用 户也可以将终端接入所述无线局域网,当所述智能设备和所述终端均接入成功后,此时所述智能设备和所述终端将处于同一个局域网中,后续用户可以通过操作终端上安装的该智能设备的客户端软件,发起与该智能设备的绑定操作来取得该智能设备的访问和控制权限;例如,在实现时,可以在所述客户端软件上提供一个“发起绑定”的功能开关,用户可以通过打开该功能开关发起与该智能设备的绑定操作。
其中,用户在通过所述客户端软件与所述智能设备进行绑定时,通常是通过客户端软件向服务端发送一个携带用户的登录账号以及所述智能设备的ID的绑定请求,服务端对该登录账号进行身份验证通过后,如果该智能设备尚未与其它用户建立绑定关系,那么可以直接在本地建立所述登录账号与该智能设备的绑定关系。由于在绑定关系的建立过程中,服务端是基于用户登录账号进行身份验证的,因此一旦登录账号泄露,则可能被其它的非法用户利用与该智能设备绑定成功,从而面临安全风险。
在本实施例中,由于与所述智能设备处于同一个局域网的设备(即本地终端)通常为可靠设备,因此为了提高用户与智能设备建立绑定关系过程中的安全性,避免错误绑定的问题,在绑定过程中,智能设备可以只接受本地无线局域网中的设备发起的绑定,非本地局域网的用户无法发起与所述智能设备的绑定,从而将错误绑定的概率降到了最低。
在实现时,智能设备可以在本地启用一个面向本地无线局域网的传输服务,在启用了该传输服务后,所述客户端软件可以基于该传输服务向所述智能设备发送绑定请求,所述智能设备可以基于该传输服务来接收本地无线局域网中的设备发送的绑定请求,然后由所述智能设备将接收到的绑定请求再发送至服务端完成绑定关系的建立。
在本实施例中,由于绑定请求不再是由用户通过客户端软件直接发送给服务端,而是由待绑定的智能设备来发送,因此可以保证服务端接收到的绑定请求均来自于所述智能设备本地局域网中的设备,将与所述智能设备进行绑定时的绑定方限制为所述智能设备本地局域网中的可靠设备。
其中,所述面向本地无线局域网的传输服务,可以是UDP服务,以下以所述传输服务为UDP服务为例对本公开的技术方案进行说明。
在初始状态下,当智能设备成功接入本地无线局域网后,可以在后台默认开放一个面向本地无线局域网的UDP端口,其中所述UDP端口的端口号在本实施例中不进行特别限定,例如可以是UDP端口号中的非著名端口号或私网端口号。与此同时,该智能设备的客户端软件中也可以提前配置该UDP端口号的端口号,当用户通过操作该客户端软件发起与该智能设备进行绑定时,所述客户端软件可以根据提前配置的所述UDP端口号向所述UDP端口发送绑定请求,此时该绑定请求中可以携带用户的登录账号,如果在本地无线局域网中存在多个智能设备,为了加以区分,此时该绑定请求中还可以携带智能设备的ID(例如智能设备的硬件地址)。当然,如果所述客户端软件中未提前配置所述UDP端口号,智能设备在所述UDP端口启用后,还可以在本地无线局域网中发送一个广播消息,将已启用的UDP端口的端口号通告给本地无线局域网中所有接收到该广播消息的客户端 软件。
在本实施例中,智能设备在接收本地无线局域网中的客户端软件发送的绑定请求时,可以在所述UDP端口启用后,就实时的监听该UDP端口,一旦该UDP端口收到来自本地无线局域网中的客户端软件发送的绑定请求时,可以立即从该UDP端口获取该绑定请求,同时判断获取到的绑定请求是否从本地局域网中发出,如果该绑定请求是从本地局域网中发出的,此时可以将该绑定请求发送至服务端,由服务端建立该绑定请求中的用户登录ID与所述智能设备的绑定关系。
其中,智能设备在判断获取到的绑定请求是否从本地局域网中发出,可以通过判断该绑定请求中的IP地址是否为本地局域网的IP网段来实现。例如,智能设备可以从本地网关获取本地无线局域网的网关IP地址以及子网掩码,根据网关IP地址和子网掩码来确定本地局域网的IP网段,然后将所述绑定请求中的IP地址与本地局域网的IP网段进行匹配,如果匹配的话,那么可以确定该绑定请求从本地局域网中发出;相反,如果不匹配的话,此时该绑定请求可能来自外网,对于来自外网的绑定请求,处于安全性考虑,智能设备可以直接丢弃。
在本实施例中,当服务端在收到所述智能设备转发的绑定请求后,首先可以对该绑定请求中的登录账号进行验证,如果验证通过,服务端还可以查询该绑定请求中的智能设备的ID是否已经在本地建立了与其它用户的绑定关系,如果没有,此时服务端可以直接在本地建立该绑定请求中的登录账号和智能设备的ID之间的绑定关系。当绑定关系成功建立后,服务端还可以向所述智能设备发送一个绑定成功的通告消息,然后由智能设备将该通告消息转发到本地局域网中的对应终端,后续用户可以通过绑定成功的登录账号登录所述智能设备的客户端软件来远程访问和控制所述智能设备。
值得说明的是,在实现时,所述面向本地无线局域网的传输服务除了所述UDP服务以外,还可以有其它实现方式,例如,所述传输服务还可以是HTTP服务。当所述传输服务为HTTP服务,智能设置可以启用一个面向本地无线局域网的私网IP地址,用户可以通过终端上的客户端软件基于该私网IP地址与该智能设备进行基于HTTP的通信,向该智能设备发送绑定请求,在实施例中不再进行一一详述。
在以上实施例中,通过待绑定设备来接收本地终端发送的携带用户登录ID绑定请求,然后判断该绑定请求是否从本地局域网发出,当该绑定请求从本地局域网发出时,将该绑定请求发送至服务端,由服务端建立所述用户登录ID与所述待绑定设备之间的绑定关系;由于待绑定设备只接收本地终端发送的绑定请求,并且只有在该绑定请求从本地局域网中发出时才可以建立绑定关系,从而无法与本地局域网以外的终端建立绑定关系,因此可以避免由于用户登录账户泄露而导致的错误绑定,从而可以提高设备自身的安全性。

在步骤201中,向本地局域网中的待绑定设备发送绑定请求,所述绑定请求携带本设备的用户登录ID;
在步骤202中,接收所述待绑定设备转发的绑定成功的通告消息;其中所述通告消息在所述待绑定设备将所述绑定请求发送至服务端,由所述服务端成功建立所述用户登录ID与所述待绑定设备的绑定关系后发出。
在本实施例中,所述本地局域网可以是基于WI-FI的无线局域网,所述待绑定设备可以是内置了WI-FI模块的智能设备。

其中,用户在通过所述客户端软件与所述智能设备进行绑定时,通常是通过客户端软件向服务端发送一个携带用户的登录账号以及所述智能设备的ID的绑定请求,服务端对该登录账号进行身份验证通过后,如果该智能设备尚未与其它用户建立绑定关系,那么可以直接在本地建立所述登录账号与该智能设备的绑定关系。由于在绑定关系的建立过程中,服务端是基于用户登录账号进行身份验证的,因此一旦登录账号泄露,则可能被其它的非法用户利用与该智能设备绑定成功,从而面临安全风险。

其中,所述面向本地无线局域网的传输服务,可以是UDP服务,以下以所述传输服务为UDP服务为例对本公开的技术方案进行说明。

当然,如果所述客户端软件中未提前配置所述UDP端口号,智能设备在所述UDP端口启用后,还可以在本地无线局域网中发送一个广播消息,将已启用的UDP端口的端口号通告给本地无线局域网中所有接收到该广播消息的客户端软件。
在本实施例中,智能设备在接收本地无线局域网中的客户端软件发送的绑定请求时,可以在所述UDP端口启用后,就实时的监听该UDP端口,一旦该UDP端口收到来自本地无线局域网中的客户端软件发送的绑定请求时,可以立即从该UDP端口获取该绑定请求,同时判断获取到的绑定请求是否从本地局域网中发出,如果该绑定请求是从本地局域网中发出的,此时可以将该绑定请求发送至服务端,由服务端建立该绑定请求中的用户登录ID与所述智能设备的绑定关系。
其中,智能设备在判断获取到的绑定请求是否从本地局域网中发出,可以通过判断该绑定请求中的IP地址是否为本地局域网的IP网段来实现。例如,智能设备可以从本地网关获取本地无线局域网的网关IP地址以及子网掩码,根据网关IP地址和子网掩码来确定本地局域网的IP网段,然后将所述绑定请求中的IP地址与本地局域网的IP网段进行匹配,如果匹配的话,那么可以确定该绑定请求从本地局域网中发出;相反,如果不匹配的话,此时该绑定请求可能来自外网,对于来自外网的绑定请求,处于安全性考虑,智能设备可以直接丢弃。
在本实施例中,当服务端在收到所述智能设备转发的绑定请求后,首先可以对该绑定请求中的登录账号进行验证,如果验证通过,服务端还可以查询该绑定请求中的智能设备的ID是否已经在本地建立了与其它用户的绑定关系,如果没有,此时服务端可以直接在本地建立该绑定请求中的登录账号和智能设备的ID之间的绑定关系。当绑定关系成功建立后,服务端还可以向所述智能设备发送一个绑定成功的通告消息,然后由智能设备将该通告消息转发到本地局域网中的对应终端,后续用户可以通过绑定成功的登录账号登录所述智能设备的客户端软件来远程访问和控制所述智能设备。
值得说明的是,在实现时,所述面向本地无线局域网的传输服务除了所述UDP服务以外,还可以有其它实现方式,例如,所述传输服务还可以是HTTP服务。当所述传输服务为HTTP服务,智能设置可以启用一个面向本地无线局域网的私网IP地址,用户可以通过终端上的客户端软件基于该私网IP地址与该智能设备进行基于HTTP的通信,向该智能设备发送绑定请求,在实施例中不再进行一一详述。。

在初始状态下,当智能设备成功接入本地无线局域网后,可以在后台默认开放一个面向本地无线局域网的UDP端口,其中所述UDP端口的端口号在本实施例中不进行特别限定,例如可以是UDP端口号中的非著名端口号或私网端口号。与此同时,该智能设备的客户端软件中也可以提前配置该UDP端口号的端口号,当用户通过操作该客户端软件发起与该智能设备进行绑定时,所述客户端软件可以根据提前配置的所述UDP端口号向所述UDP端口发送绑定请求,此时该绑定请求中可以携带用户的登录账号,如果在本地无线局域网中存在多个智能设备,为了加以区分,此时该绑定请求中还可以携带智能设备的ID(例如智能设备的硬件地址)。
当然,如果所述客户端软件中未提前配置所述UDP端口号,智能设备在所述UDP端口启用后,还可以在本地无线局域网中发送一个广播消息,将已启用的UDP端口的端口号通告给本地无线局域网中所有接收到该广播消息的客户端软件。
在本实施例中,智能设备在接收本地无线局域网中的客户端软件发送的绑定请求时,可以在所述UDP端口启用后,就实时的监听该UDP端口,一旦该UDP端口收到来自本地无线局域网中的客户端软件发送的绑定请求时,可以立即从该UDP端口获取该绑定请求,同时判断获取到的绑定请求是否从本地局域网中发出,如果该绑定请求是从本地局域网中发出的,此时可以将该绑定请求发送至服务端,由服务端建立该绑定请求中的用户登录ID与所述智能设备的绑定关系。
其中,智能设备在判断获取到的绑定请求是否从本地局域网中发出,可以通过判断该绑定请求中的IP地址是否为本地局域网的IP网段来实现。例如,智能设备可以从本地网关获取本地无线局域网的网关IP地址以及子网掩码,根据网关IP地址和子网掩码来确定本地局域网的IP网段,然后将所述绑定请求中的IP地址与本地局域网的IP网段进行匹配,如果匹配的话,那么可以确定该绑定请求从本地局域网中发出;相反,如果不匹配的话,此时该绑定请求可能来自外网,对于来自外网的绑定请求,处于安全性考虑,智能设备可以直接丢弃。
在本实施例中,当服务端在收到所述智能设备转发的绑定请求后,首先可以对该绑定请求中的登录账号进行验证,如果验证通过,服务端还可以查询该绑定请求中的智能设备 的ID是否已经在本地建立了与其它用户的绑定关系,如果没有,此时服务端可以直接在本地建立该绑定请求中的登录账号和智能设备的ID之间的绑定关系。当绑定关系成功建立后,服务端还可以向所述智能设备发送一个绑定成功的通告消息,然后由智能设备将该通告消息转发到本地局域网中的对应终端,后续用户可以通过绑定成功的登录账号登录所述智能设备的客户端软件来远程访问和控制所述智能设备。
值得说明的是,在实现时,所述面向本地无线局域网的传输服务除了所述UDP服务以外,还可以有其它实现方式。例如,所述传输服务还可以是HTTP服务。当所述传输服务为HTTP服务,智能设置可以启用一个面向本地无线局域网的私网IP地址,用户可以通过终端上的客户端软件基于该私网IP地址与该智能设备进行基于HTTP的通信,向该智能设备发送绑定请求。
然而,由于智能设备与用户的登录账号绑定成功后,用户通常具有远程对该智能设备进行访问和控制的需求,当用户在本地无线局域网的覆盖范围之外对该智能设备进行远程访问和控制时,用户的访问报文需要经过本地无线局域网的路由器对IP地址进行NAT地址转换后,才可以到达智能设备,可见,用户在对该智能设备进行远程访问和控制的过程中,存在NAT穿越的问题。
而目前穿越NAT应用最广泛且最有效的方式,为通过配置UDP端口号来穿越NAT,如果用户通过智能设备启用的UDP端口号与智能设备进行传输服务,访问报文可以直接穿越本地无线路由器的NAT防火墙完成IP地址转换后,传输至所述智能设备。其中通过配置UDP端口号穿越NAT的实现方法本领域技术人员可以参考现有技术中的介绍,本实施例不再详述。
而如果用户通过智能设备启用的HTTP服务与该智能设备进行传输服务,访问报文无线直接穿越本地无线路由器的NAT防火墙完成IP地址转换,在这种情况下,需要为智能设备设置轮询机制,定期向服务端请求访问报文,通过这种方式用户远程访问智能设备时会存在一定的延迟。可见,智能设备面向本地无线局域网的传输服务为UDP服务,具有不可比拟的优势。
在以上实施例中,通过待绑定设备来接收本地终端发送的携带用户登录ID绑定请求,然后判断该绑定请求是否从本地局域网发出,当该绑定请求从本地局域网发出时,将该绑定请求发送至服务端,由服务端建立所述用户登录ID与所述待绑定设备之间的绑定关系;由于待绑定设备只接收本地终端发送的绑定请求,并且只有在该绑定请求从本地局域网中发出时才可以建立绑定关系,从而无法与本地局域网以外的终端建立绑定关系,因此可以避免由于用户登录账户泄露而导致的错误绑定,从而可以提高设备自身的安全性。
与前述设备绑定方法实施例相对应,本公开还提供了一种装置的实施例。

如图11所示,根据一示例性实施例示出的一种设备绑定装置1100,该装置1100可以是智能家居设备、移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图11,装置1100可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1101,存储器1102,电源组件1103,多媒体组件1104,音频组件1105,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1106,传感器组件1107,以及通信组件1108。
处理组件1101通常控制装置1100的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1101可以包括一个或多个处理器1109来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1101可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1101和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件1101可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1104和处理组件1101之间的交互。
存储器1102被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置1100的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1100上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1102可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1103为装置1100的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1103可以包括电源管理 系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1100生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1104包括在所述装置1100和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1104包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1100处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1105被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1105包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1100处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1102或经由通信组件1108发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1105还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

通信组件1108被配置为便于装置1100和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1100可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1108经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1108还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。

  1. 一种设备绑定方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收本地终端发送的绑定请求;所述绑定请求携带所述本地终端的用户登录ID;
    判断所述绑定请求是否从本地局域网中发出;
    当所述绑定请求从本地局域网中发出时,将所述绑定请求发送至服务端,由所述服务端建立所述用户登录ID与本设备的绑定关系;
    当所述绑定关系建立完成后,接收所述服务端发送的绑定成功的通告消息,并将该通告消息转发至所述本地终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述本地局域网的传输服务包括用户数据包协议UDP服务时,所述接收本地终端发送的绑定请求包括:
    在本地局域网中广播由所述UDP服务开放的UDP端口的端口号;
    监听所述UDP端口,获取本地局域网中的本地终端基于所述UDP端口的端口号向本设备发送的绑定请求。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述绑定请求从外网中发出时,丢弃该绑定请求。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述绑定请求是否从本地局域网中发出包括:
    判断所述绑定请求中的IP地址是否匹配本地局域网的IP网段;
    当所述绑定请求中的IP地址匹配本地局域网的IP网段时,确定所述绑定请求从本地局域网中发出;
    当所述绑定请求中的IP地址不匹配本地局域网的IP网段时,确定所述绑定请求从外网中发出。
  5. 一种设备绑定方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    向本地局域网中的待绑定设备发送绑定请求,所述绑定请求携带本设备的用户登录ID;
    接收所述待绑定设备转发的绑定成功的通告消息;其中所述通告消息在所述待绑定设备将所述绑定请求发送至服务端,由所述服务端成功建立所述用户登录ID与所述待绑定设备的绑定关系后发出。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述本地局域网中的传输服务包括UDP服务时,所述向本地局域网中的待绑定设备发送绑定请求包括:
    基于本地预先设定的由所述UDP服务端开放的UDP端口的端口号向所述待绑定设备发送绑定请求;或
    接收所述待绑定设备在本地局域网中广播的所述UDP服务开放的UDP端口的端口号;基于接收到的所述端口号向所述待绑定设备发送绑定请求。
  7. 一种设备绑定装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收本地终端发送的绑定请求;所述绑定请求携带所述本地终端的用户登录ID;
    判断模块,用于判断所述绑定请求是否从本地局域网中发出;
    第一发送模块,用于在所述绑定请求从本地局域网中发出时,将所述绑定请求发送至服务端,由所述服务端建立所述用户登录ID与本设备的绑定关系;
    转发模块,用于在所述绑定关系建立完成后,接收所述服务端发送的绑定成功的通告消息,并将该通告消息转发至所述本地终端。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述本地局域网的传输服务包括用户数据包协议UDP服务时,所述第一接收模块包括:
    广播子模块,用于在本地局域网中广播由所述UDP服务开放的UDP端口的端口号;
    获取子单元,用于监听所述UDP端口,获取本地局域网中的本地终端基于所述UDP端口的端口号向本设备发送的绑定请求。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    丢弃模块,用于在所述绑定请求从外网中发出时,丢弃该绑定请求。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块包括:
    判断子模块,用于判断所述绑定请求中的IP地址是否匹配本地局域网的IP网段;
    第一确定子模块,用于在所述绑定请求中的IP地址匹配本地局域网的IP网段时,确定所述绑定请求从本地局域网中发出;
    第二确定子模块,用于在所述绑定请求中的IP地址不匹配本地局域网的IP网段时,确定所述绑定请求从外网中发出。
  11. 一种设备绑定装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第二发送模块,用于向本地局域网中的待绑定设备发送绑定请求,所述绑定请求携带本设备的用户登录ID;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述待绑定设备转发的绑定成功的通告消息;其中所述通告消息在所述待绑定设备将所述绑定请求发送至服务端,由所述服务端成功建立所述用户登录ID与所述待绑定设备的绑定关系后发出。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述本地局域网中的传输服务包括UDP服务时,所述第二发送模块包括:
    第一发送子模块,用于基于本地预先设定的由所述UDP服务端开放的UDP端口的端口号向所述待绑定设备发送绑定请求;或
    接收子模块,用于接收所述待绑定设备在本地局域网中广播的所述UDP服务开放的UDP端口的端口号;
    第二发送子模块,基于接收到的所述端口号向所述待绑定设备发送绑定请求。
  13. 一种设备绑定装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收本地终端发送的绑定请求;所述绑定请求携带所述本地终端的用户登录ID;
    判断所述绑定请求是否从本地局域网中发出;
    当所述绑定请求从本地局域网中发出时,将所述绑定请求发送至服务端,由所述服务端建立所述用户登录ID与本设备的绑定关系;
    当所述绑定关系建立完成后,接收所述服务端发送的绑定成功的通告消息,并将该通告消息转发至所述本地终端。
  14. 一种设备绑定装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    向本地局域网中的待绑定设备发送绑定请求,所述绑定请求携带本设备的用户登录ID;
    接收所述待绑定设备转发的绑定成功的通告消息;其中所述通告消息在所述待绑定设备将所述绑定请求发送至服务端,由所述服务端成功建立所述用户登录ID与所述待绑定设备的绑定关系后发出。
