如图 4 所示,当安装有手柄 2 的刀片 1 与撞击部件 3 进行组装时,撞击部件 3 安装在手柄 2
的撞击部件端 211 上。撞击部件 3 的凹槽 32 容纳刀片 1 的手柄端 12 的一部分,使得刀片 1 上的通孔 13 和撞击部件 3 上的通孔 33
对齐。通过安装到通孔 13 和通孔 33 内的销钉 4 ,将刀片 1 和撞击部件 3 连接为一体。
一般情况下,由于零件的生产精度、限位等问题,很难保证刀片 1 、手柄 2 、撞击部件 3
在装配时相互之间同时可靠连接,即很难保证三者之间不发生较大相对位移。现有的设计中,通常只保证手柄 2 和撞击部件 3 的可靠连接,而在刀片 1 和撞击部件 3
之间留有一定的间隙。但是,这样设计的产品在使用敲击部件 3 进行敲击时,敲击部件 3 产生的力直接通过手柄 2 传递,不能很好地传递到刀片 1
上。或者说,使用者在敲击时是通过手柄 2 来传递力量的,不是刀片 1 直接将力量传递到敲击部件 3 上。
为了解决这样的问题,本发明将刀片 1 和敲击部件 3
的接触部位设计成可形变的非刚性接触。在本具体实施方式中,将手柄端面 121 设计成齿状,并使撞击部件 3 装配到手柄 2 上时,刀片上的通孔 13 与撞击部件
3 舌部 31 上的通孔 33 的轴线具有偏差,且撞击部件 3 上的通孔 33 的轴线相对于刀片 1 上的通孔 13 更远离刀片 1 的工作端 11
。这时刀片 1 和撞击部件 3 之间应该有一定的间隙,通过在敲击部件 3 和手柄 2 上施加作用力,使得刀片 1 的手柄端面 121
的齿状部分产生形变,从而使刀片 1 和撞击部件 3 之间的间隙完全消失,如图 5 所示。然后再安装销钉 4 ,从而实现刀片 1 、手柄 2 和撞击部件 3
之间的可靠固定连接。
通过这样的设计,有效实现了刀片 1 、手柄 2 和撞击部件 3
之间的可靠连接,同时又可以降低对三者的加工精度要求。此外,可以根据不同手动工具产品的不同的材质来设计不同形状的齿形,来实现上述可靠连接。
如图 6 所示,手柄 2 包括手柄主体 21 和软套 22 。手柄主体 21 的撞击部件端 211
,具有向外延伸的安装部分 212 ,安装部分 212 为对称结构,分布在手柄的两侧,撞击部件 3 能容纳手柄 2 的安装部分 212 ,加强了手柄 2
与撞击部件 3 之间的组装稳定性。软套 22 外套于手柄主体 21 的外部, 使得手柄 2 与撞击部件 3 形成平整的外表面。
软套 22
的材质可以为橡胶,橡胶上可以设置花纹,增加使用人员握持的手感,并增加防滑性。本领域其他人员可知,手柄主体 21 还可以通过其它方式制作,在此不再详述。
在本具体实施方式中,当使用该刮刀的撞击部件 3 进行敲击时,撞击力通过撞击部件 3 直接传递到刀片 1
上,大大减小了传递到手柄 2 上的撞击力,从而起到了减小手柄损伤的作用。
图 7 至图 10 是本发明的另一个优选的具体实施方式,其中,刀片 1 和撞击部件 3
的连接方式为卡勾连接。
如图 7 至图 9 所示,撞击部件 3 包括沿对称轴向外延伸出的舌部 31 ,舌部 31 在靠近刀片 1
的一端具有凹槽 32 ,凹槽 32 用于容纳刀片 1 的手柄端 12 的一部分。凹槽 32 的封闭端即为接触面 37 。凹槽 32
一侧的舌部上,设置有方形开孔 33 。方形开孔 33 靠近刀片 1 的孔边缘设置为斜面,斜面与凹槽 32 所在平面具有锐角夹角。
刀片 1 的手柄端 12 具有翘起部分 15 ,翘起部分 15 靠近手柄端面 121
一端与刀片连接,远离手柄端面 121 的一端偏离刀片 1 。翘起部分 15 与撞击部件 3 上的方形开孔 33 配对设置。
当安装有手柄 2 的刀片 1 与撞击部件 3 进行组装时,将撞击部件 3 推入手柄 2 中。此时,刀片 1
上的翘起部分 15 会在方形开孔 33 的边缘的作用下,发生朝向刀片 1 的形变。在进入方形开孔 33 后,沿着方形开孔 33
的斜面其形变部分恢复,从而将刀片 1 和撞击部件 3 连接为一体。
在普通的设计中,这样的连接方式同样存在第一个具体实施方式中提到的问题,即刀片 1 和撞击部件 3
之间会留有一定的间隙,在使用敲击部件 3 进行敲击时,敲击部件 3 产生的力是直接通过手柄 2 传递,不能很好地传递到刀片 1 上。
在本具体实施方式中,将刀片 1 的手柄端面 121 设计成齿状,撞击部件 3 装配到手柄 2
上时,刀片与撞击部件 3 之间通过卡勾连接。此时,刀片 1 和撞击部件 3 之间应该有一定的间隙。通过在撞击部件 3 和手柄 2 上施加作用力,使得刀片 1
的手柄端面 121 的齿状部分产生形变,以实现刀片 1 和撞击部件 3 之间的间隙完全消失,如图 8 所示。此时,撞击部件 3 发生位移而更靠近手柄 2
,翘起部分 15 的形变进一步恢复,与方形开孔 33 的斜面相抵靠,形成更紧密的卡合,维持刀片 1 的手柄端面 121 和撞击部件 3 的接触面 37
之间的无间隙配合,由此实现刀片 1 、手柄 2 和撞击部件 3 之间的可靠固定连接。
同样地,可以根据不同手动工具产品的不同的材质来设计不同形状的齿形,来实现上述可靠连接。
如图 10 所示,手柄 2 包括手柄主体 21 和软套 22
,其安装方式与前一优选的具体实施方式相同。将软套 22 套设到手柄主体 21 上,整体手柄部分表面平整。此外,手柄 2 还可包括上盖 23 和下盖 24
。可以在上盖 24 和下盖 24 上设置花纹增加使用者手部与手柄间的摩擦力,也可以设置商品标识等。
在本具体实施方式中,当使用该刮刀的撞击部件 3 进行敲击时,撞击力通过撞击部件 3 直接传递到刀片 1
上,大大减小了传递到手柄 2 上的撞击力,从而起到了减小手柄损伤的作用。
图 11 至图 13 是本发明的又一优选的具体实施方式,刀片 1 、手柄 2 和撞击部件 3
的连接方式为铆管连接。
如图 11 和图 12 所示,刀片 1 的手柄端 12 的末端设置为 U 形结构, U
形突出的部分为延伸部分 14 。
如图 13 所示,手柄 2 的手柄主体 21 的撞击部件端 211 具有向外延伸的安装部分 212
,安装部分 212 具有通孔 213 。撞击部件 3 具有能容纳安装部分 212 的空腔 34 ,该空腔 34 的两侧设有与刀片 1 的延伸部分 14
接触的接触面 35 。此外,撞击部件上还设有通孔 36 。
当安装有手柄 2 的刀片 1 与撞击部件 3 进行组装时,撞击部件 3 通过空腔 34 安装到手柄 2
的安装部分 212 上,使得安装部分 212 上的通孔 213 和撞击部件 3 上的通孔 36 对齐,套管 51 安装到通孔 213 和通孔 36 中,将刀片
1 、手柄 2 和撞击部件 3 连接为一体。
在普通的设计中, 这样的连接方式同样存在第一个具体实施方式中提到的问题,即刀片 1 的延伸部分 14
和撞击部件 3 的接触面 35 之间会留有一定的间隙,在使用敲击部件 3 进行敲击时,敲击部件 3 产生的力是直接通过手柄 2 传递,不能很好地传递到刀片 1
上。
在本具体实施方式中,刀片 1 的延伸部分 14
设置为齿状,该齿状可以是单个齿状或者多个齿状。已经组装好的刀片 1 和手柄 2 与撞击部件 3 进行装配,此时,手柄 2 安装部分 212 上的通孔 213
的轴线与撞击部件 3 上的通孔 36 的轴线有偏差,且通孔 213 的轴线相对于通孔 36 的轴线更靠近刀片 1 的工作端 11 。这时,刀片 1 的延伸部分
14 和撞击部件 3 的接触面 35 之间应该有一定的间隙,通过在敲击部件 3 和手柄 2 上施加作用力,使得刀片 1 的延伸部分 14
的齿状部分产生形变,以实现刀片 1 的延伸部分 14 和撞击部件 3 的接触部 35 之间的间隙完全消失,如图 12 所示。然后再将套管 51 安装在通孔
213 和通孔 36 中,将铆管 52 安装在套管 51 中,从而实现刀片 1 、手柄 2 和撞击部件 3 之间的可靠固定连接。
此外,可以根据不同手动工具产品的不同的材质来设计不同形状的齿形,来实现上述可靠连接。
手柄 2 还包括软套 22 套设在手柄主体 21 上。装配完成后,手柄部分表面平整。
在本具体实施方式中,套管具有一定的厚度与强度,能够承受撞击部件 3 传递来的撞击力。当使用该刮刀的撞击部件
3 进行敲击时,撞击力通过撞击部件 3 传递到套管 51 上,同时也直接传递到刀片 1 上,大大减小了传递到手柄 2
上的撞击力,从而起到了减小手柄损伤的作用。
一般的手动工具,其工作部件与撞击部件之间不能实现可靠连接,即工作部件的手柄端和撞击部件之间留有一定的间隙,使得撞击部件受到的撞击力不能很好的分散到工作部件上,从而容易损伤手柄。而本发明通过工作部件的手柄端与撞击部件的接触面之间的形变,实现工作部件与撞击部件之间的无间隙紧密配合。这样的设置降低了对手动工具各部件生产精度的要求,也很好地降低部件的生产成本,并且有利于产品的微调。因此,本发明的手动工具具有可靠的连接,能够分散撞击力,延长手柄的使用寿命。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。
Claims (21)
- 一种具有可靠连接的手动工具,包括:工作部件,所述工作部件具有工作端和与所述工作端相对的手柄端;手柄,所述手柄安装在工作部件的所述手柄端上,且具有工作部件端和撞击部件端;撞击部件,所述撞击部件安装在手柄的所述撞击部件端上;其特征在于,所述撞击部件与所述工作部件的所述手柄端相连的部分为接触面,所述手柄端或所述接触面设置为可形变的非刚性接触,实现所述工作部件和所述撞击部件的可靠连接。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述接触面和所述手柄端中的至少一个设置为齿状,所述齿状能发生形变从而与所述接触面形成无间隙连接。
- 根据权利要求 2 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述撞击部件具有舌部,所述舌部具有凹槽,所述凹槽用于容纳所述手柄端的一部分,所述凹槽的封闭端为所述接触面。
- 根据权利要求 3 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述具有可靠连接的手动工具还包括连接部件,所述连接部件用于固定连接所述工作部件和所述撞击部件。
- 根据权利要求 4 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述手柄端具有通孔,所述撞击部件的舌部具有通孔,所述连接部件安装在所述手柄端的通孔和所述撞击部件的舌部的通孔中。
- 根据权利要求 5 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述手柄端的通孔的轴线与所述舌部的通孔的轴线被设置为具有偏差,在外力作用下,由于所述齿状的形变,所述手柄端的通孔的轴线与所述舌部的通孔的轴线对齐。
- 根据权利要求 4 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述连接部件为销钉。
- 根据权利要求 6 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述舌部的通孔为两个,分别位于所述凹槽两侧的舌部上,具有相同的轴线。
- 根据权利要求 3 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述手柄端具有翘起部分,所述撞击部件的舌部设有与所述翘起部分配合的通孔,所述工作部件和所述撞击部件通过所述翘起部分和所述通孔固定连接。
- 根据权利要求 9 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于, 所述翘起部分被设置为在靠近所述撞击部件的一端与工作部件的所述手柄端连接,在背离所述撞击部件的一端偏离所述工作部件。
- 根据权利要求 10 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述通孔为方形孔,与所述翘起部分接触的部分设置为斜面。
- 根据权利要求 11 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,在外力作用下,由于所述齿状的形变,所述翘起部分背离所述撞击部件的一端顺着所述斜面发生位移,从而固定连接所述工作部件和所述撞击部件。
- 根据权利要求 2 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述工作部件的所述手柄端设置有对称的延伸部分,所述延伸部分抵靠所述撞击部件的所述接触面上。
- 根据权利要求 13 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述延伸部分被设置为单个齿状或多个齿状。
- 根据权利要求 13 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述具有可靠连接的手动工具还包括铆接部件,所述铆接部件用于固定连接所述手柄和所述撞击部件。
- 根据权利要求 15 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述手柄的撞击部件端具有安装部分,所述安装部分具有通孔,所述撞击部件具有通孔,所述铆接部件安装在所述安装部分的通孔和所述撞击部件的通孔中。
- 根据权利要求 16 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于, 所述安装部分的通孔的轴线和所述撞击部件的通孔的轴线具有偏差,在外力作用下,由于所述齿状的形变,所述安装部分的通孔的轴线和所述撞击部件的通孔的轴线能对齐。
- 根据权利要求 16 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述具有可靠连接的手动工具还包括套管,所述套管安装在所述安装部分的通孔和所述撞击部件的通孔中,所述铆接部件安装在所述套管内,所述套管被设置为能承受撞击部件传递的力。
- 根据权利要求 15 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述铆接部件为铆钉或铆管。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述工作部件为刀片。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有可靠连接的手动工具,其特征在于,所述手柄撞击部件的材质为金属或高强度聚合物。
