현실에서는 대부분의 일반 사람들은 길고양이 또는 길거리를 배회하는 동물들에 대해 주인이 분실한 것인지 아니면 버려진 것인지 알 수 없을 뿐만 아니라, 분실한 애완동물임을 인지하고 있다고 하여도 주인이나 애완동물 분실센터에 신고하기에는 번거로움이 있을 수밖에 없었다. 또한, 신고하더라도 분실된 애완동물을 목격한 정확한 위치정보를 주인 혹은 유관기관에 신속하게 전달하기에는 무리가 있어 분실된 애완동물에 대한 각 목격자의 신고절차 없이 자동으로 신속하게 목격된 애완동물에 대한 정보를 송수신할 수 있는 방법이 요구되었다. 즉, 분실된 애완동물에 대한 목격된 위치정보가 보다 신속하게 주인 혹은 유관기관에 전달된다면 분실된 애완동물을 용이하게 찾을 수 있다는 장점이 있을 것이다. 이에 대하여, 출원번호 제10-2002-0034035호 통신을 통한 애완동물 관리 서비스 시스템 및 방법에서는 통신을 통해 애완동물의 진료기록에 대한 정보를 애완동물의 주인에게 제공하고 분실한 애완동물에 대한 정보를 통신상의 각 매체에 전파 및 공유하여 분실 애완동물에 대한 발견신고를 접수하며 애완동물 관련 신상품의 정보를 안내하는 등 통신이용자들에게 애완동물 사육에 필요한 체계적인 관리 서비스를 제공할 방법을 제안하였다. 이는 애완동물의 분실발생사실을 접수하면 이를 서버가 다수의 매체 등에 전파할 수 있도록 하여, 분실된 애완동물을 찾을 수 있도록 하였으나 상기의 방법으로는 분실된 애완동물에 대하여 실시간으로 위치정보가 공유되지 아니할 뿐만 아니라, 공유되더라도 목격된 애완동물의 정확한 위치를 파악하기 어렵다는 문제점이 있었다. 상기된 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명은 각 개인이 휴대하는 모바일단말기상에 상시 자동으로 실행되는 애완동물추적어플리케이션을 설치하고, 애완동물에 대한 식별정보가 입력된 비콘(Bicon) 혹은 블루투스(Bluetooth) 태그를 부착한 분실애완동물이 상기 모바일단말기에 근접하면 이를 분실애완동물임을 즉각적으로 인식하여 당해 애완동물에 대한 위치정보 등을 유관기관 및 주인 등에게 실시간으로 전달할 수 있도록 하였다. 이와 같은 방법으로 본 발명은 다수의 모바일 단말기에서 송신된 분실애완동물에 대한 정보를 취합하여, 분실애완동물의 정확한 위치를 실시간으로 파악할 수 있도록 하는 애완동물 추적 시스템을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명은 애완동물추적시스템에 관한 것으로, 각 개인이 휴대하고 있는 모바일단말기를 이용하여 분실애완동물의 실시간 이동정보 등을 지속적으로 유관기관 및 주인에게 전송할 수 있도록 한 애완동물추적시스템을 제공하고자 한다.

상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여,
본 발명은 애완동물에 비콘 혹은 블루투스 태그를 부착하고, 애완동물추적어플리케이션을 설치되어 있는 모바일단말기를 이용하여 분실애완동물이 근접해 있을 때, 애완동물어플리케이션이 분실애완동물에 부착설치된 태그가 송신하는 당해 애완동물에 대한 정보를 인식하여, 유관기관 및 주인에게 애완동물의 이동정보 및 식별번호를 전송함으로써 분실애완동물을 용이하게 찾을 수 있도록 한 애완동물추적시스템을을 제공함으로써 해결된다.
또한, 본 발명은 애완동물의 분실을 방지하기 위하여, 주인으로부터 애완동물이 멀어질 때, 애완동물추적어플리케이션이 설치되어 있는 주인의 모바일단말기상 경고알림을 작동시키거나 유관기관에 신고할 수 있도록 한 애완동물추적시스템을 제공함으로써 해결된다.

분실된 애완동물을 신고하는 유관기관에 신고하기 전 신호세기판단단계(S3)에서는 애완동물에 부착된 블루투스 혹은 비콘 태그로부터의 상시 송출되는 신호의 강약을 모바일단말기상 애완동물추적어플리케이션을 통하여 판단을 하고, 애완동물에 부착된 태그로부터 송출되는 신호가 약한 경우, 경고알림작동단계(S4a)에서 모바일단말기상 경고알림이 작동하고 유관기관에 분실신고를 할 수 있도록 하였으며, 분실신고단계(S4b)에서 분실된 애완동물에 대한 정보는 애완동물분실관리서버의 송수신모듈을 통하여 애완동물분실관리서버에 전송되고 이는 애완동물분실관리서버의 저장모듈에 입력된다. 상기 저장모듈에 저장된 분실애완동물에 대한 정보는 송신단계(S6)에서 송수신모듈을 통하여 주인, 유관기관 또는 상기 애완동물추적어플리케이션이 설치된 모바일 단말기에 송신된다. 상기 애완동물추적시스템은 송신된 정보를 모바일단말기로 수신하여 저장될 수 있도록 제작되어 있으며 애완동물추적어플리케이션이 설치된 모바일단말기는 근접해 있는 애완동물의 태그로부터 지속적으로 당해 애완동물에 대한 식별정보를 수신하고 수신된 정보는 상기 애완동물분실관리서버로부터 수신한 분실애완동물의 정보와 대조하여, 분실신고된 애완동물인지를 판단하며, 근접해 있는 애완동물이 분실된 애완동물임이 확인되면, 모바일단말기의 애완동물추적어플리케이션은 GPS를 활성화시켜, 당해 모바일단말기 휴대자의 정보를 위치정보 및 분실애완동물에 대한 식별정보를 모바일단말기에 저장하고 그 관련정보를 실시간으로 애완동물분실관리서버로 메시지형태로 전송하며, 이를 수신한 애완동물분실관리서버는 상기 정보를 저장한 후 분실애완동물 주인 및 유관기관에 메시지를 포워딩하여 분실애완동물을 용이하게 찾을 수 있도록 하였다.
또한, 상기 모바일단말기 대신 건물 등에 고정형 보안단말기를 설치하여, 분실애완동물이 보안단말기에 인접해 있으며, 분실애완동물의 태그로부터 송출되는 신호를 인식하여 애완동물분실관리서버에 당해 분실애완동물에 대한 위치정보 및 식별정보를 전송할 수 있도록 하였다.
애완동물분실관리서버와 모바일단말기는 분실애완동물의 주인 또는 유관기관에게 무선통신네트워크를 이용하여 상호 애완동물에 대한 정보, 데이터 및 메시지를 전송할 수 있으며 이는 공지기술로부터의 유추가 자명하므로 별도로 설시하지 아니하기로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 애완동물추적어플리케이션이 설치된 모바일 단말기와; 애완동물에 대한 다양한 정보 및 식별번호가 입력되어 상기 정보를 각 개인이 휴대하는 모바일 단말기에 상시 송신할 수 있도록 블루투스 태그 혹은 비콘 태그가 부착되어 있는 애완동물과; 저장모듈, 송수신모듈 및 메시지발송모듈로 구성된 애완동물분실관리서버를; 포함하여 구성되어 있는 애완동물추적시스템에 있어서,
    애완동물추적어플리케이션설치단계(S1a)와;
    애완동물에 당해 애완동물에 대한 식별정보를 포함하고 있는 블루투스 또는 비콘태그를 부착하는 태그부착단계(S1b)와;
    상기 태그로부터 애완동물추적어플리케이션에 상시 송출되는 상시신호송출단계(S2)와;
    상기신호송출단계에서 태그로부터 모바일단말기로 송출되는 신호가 미약한지 여부를 판단하는 신호세기판단단계(S3)와;
    상기 신호세기판단단계에서 애완동물에 부착되어 있는 태그로부터 모바일단말기로 송출되는 신호가 미약한 경우, 주인의 모바일단말기상 애완동물추적어플리케이션을 통해 경고알림을 작동시키는 경고알림작동단계(S4a)로; 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물추적시스템.
  2. 애완동물추적어플리케이션이 설치된 모바일 단말기와; 애완동물에 대한 다양한 정보 및 식별번호가 입력되어 상기 정보를 각 개인이 휴대하는 모바일 단말기에 상시 송신할 수 있도록 블루투스 태그 혹은 비콘 태그가 부착되어 있는 애완동물과; 저장모듈, 송수신모듈 및 메시지발송모듈로 구성된 애완동물분실관리서버를; 포함하여 구성되어 있는 애완동물추적시스템에 있어서,
    애완동물추적어플리케이션설치단계(S1a)와;
    애완동물에 당해 애완동물에 대한 식별정보를 포함하고 있는 블루투스 또는 비콘태그를 부착하는 태그부착단계(S1b)와;
    상기 태그로부터 애완동물추적어플리케이션에 상시 송출되는 상시신호송출단계(S2)와;
    상기신호송출단계에서 태그로부터 모바일단말기로 송출되는 신호가 미약한지 여부를 판단하는 신호세기판단단계(S3)와;
    상기 신호세기판단단계에서 애완동물에 부착되어 있는 태그로부터 모바일단말기로 송출되는 신호가 미약한 경우, 주인의 모바일단말기상 애완동물추적어플리케이션을 통해 경고알림을 작동시키는 경고알림작동단계(S4a) 또는 애완동물의 분실발생사실을 신고할 수 있도록 분실신고단계(S4b)와;
    상기 애완동물분실사실을 애완동물분실관리서버의 저장모듈에 입력하는 입력단계(S5)와;
    상기 애완동물분실사실에 관련하여 분실된 애완동물에 대한 식별번호 및 관련정보를 애완동물분실관리서버로부터 애완동물추적어플리케이션이 설치된 다수의 모바일단말기로 송출하는 송신단계(S6)와;
    애완동물추적어플리케이션이 설치된 모바일단말기에 애완동물분실관리서버로부터 수신한 분실애완동물에 대한 정보를 수신하여 저장하는 수신저장단계(S7)와;
    실내외에서 블루투스 혹은 비콘 태그가 부착된 애완동물에 대한 정보를 수신하는 애완동물정보수신단계(S8)와;
    상기 애완동물정보수신단계에서 수신한 식별정보를 애완동물분실관리서버로부터 수신한 분실애완동물에 대한 정보와 비교하여 상기 애완동물정보수신단계에서 수신된 정보의 애완동물이 분실애완동물임을 판단하는 애완동물정보수신판단단계(S9)와;
    상기 애완동물정보수신판단단계에서 애완동물이 분실됨것임이 확인되면 모바일단말기상 GPS기능을 활성화하는 GPS구동단계(S10)와;
    상기 GPS구동단계의 위치정보 및 분실애완동물에 대한 관련정보를 모바일단말기상 저장하는 정보저장단계(S11)와;
    상기 정보저장단계에서 저장된 데이터를 애완동물분실관리서버로 메시지 형태로 전송하는 메시지전송단계(S12)와;
    상기 메시지전송단계에서 모바일단말기로부터 전송된 메시지를 애완동물분실관리서버의 저장모듈에서 저장하는 메시지저장단계(S13)와;
    상기 메시지를 유관기관 및 주인에게 포워딩단계(S14)로; 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물추적시스템.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    애완동물추적어플리케이션이 설치된 모바일단말기가 분실애완동물과 근접하여 다수 분포하고 있을 경우 분실애완동물의 정확한 위치정보가 애완동물분실관리서버로 전달될 수 있다는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물 추적시스템.
