     予め準備された前記翻訳文書に前記ユーザ端末からアクセスするためのアクセス情報を含む2次元コードを生成する2次元コード生成部と、
     前記ユーザ端末から受信する前記アクセス情報であって、前記掲示物に付設された前記2次元コードから読み取られた前記アクセス情報に基づき少なくとも1つの前記翻訳文書を取得する文書管理部と、
     前記ユーザ端末から前記アクセス情報を受信し、前記文書管理部により取得した前記翻訳文書を前記ユーザ端末に送信する通信処理部と、
    を備え、
     前記2次元コード生成部は、前記2次元コードの少なくとも一部として、複数の色の配列を含むカラーバーコードを生成することを特徴とする情報提供装置。
