For example, two fixing members 30 are provided on both side surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the mattresses 10 and 20, respectively, and the mattresses 10 and 20 are fixed at four locations. However, the fixed location is not limited to the position and number shown in the figure, and can be variously changed. The distances D from the end portions of the side surfaces of the mattresses 10 and 20 to the fixing member 30 are preferably equal to each other.
[1-2] Reversible Function FIG. 3 shows a state when the two-layered mattress of FIG. 2 is separated, and FIG. 4 shows an upper mattress (hereinafter referred to as a topper) of the two-layered mattress of FIG. The state when turning over. The reversible function of the two-layer mattress according to the first embodiment will be described below.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the topper 20 can be used upside down. That is, the topper 20 can use the A surface as the surface or the B surface as the surface.
The topper 20 has materials with different resilience, breathability and heat retention on the front and back surfaces (A and B surfaces), for example, low resilience and high resilience, summer and winter use, etc. Yes. Thereby, the topper 20 can be used reversibly according to a season and a user's liking.
[1-3] Fixing and Separating Method FIGS. 5 and 6 are enlarged views of the mattress of the two-stage stacking when fixing according to the first embodiment. 7 and 8 show enlarged views of the two-layered mattress at the time of separation according to the first embodiment. Hereinafter, a method for fixing and separating a two-layer mattress according to the first embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a fixing member 30 is provided for fixing the mattress 10 and the topper 20 when they are stacked. The fixing member 30 includes belts 31 and 33 and a ring (connector) 34.
The belt 31 is attached to the side surface of the mattress 10. One end of the belt 31 is fixed to the lower end portion (fixed portion 11) on the side surface of the cushion portion 10b of the mattress 10. The length of the belt 31 is desirably such that it can be folded back through the ring 34 (for example, about twice the thickness of the cushion portion 10b of the mattress 10).
Velcro 32a and 32b are provided on the surface of both ends of the belt 31, respectively. It is desirable that the area of the velcro 32 a provided near the fixing portion 11 of the belt 31 is larger than that of the velcro 32 b provided near the end of the belt 31. Any member that can be fixed, such as a snap button, may be used instead of the Velcro 32a and 32b.
The belt 33 is attached to the side surface of the topper 20. One end of the belt 33 is fixed to the lower end portion (fixed portion 21) on the side surface of the topper 20, and the other end of the belt 33 is fixed to the upper end portion (fixed portion 22) on the side surface of the topper 20.
For example, the belts 31 and 33 may be fixed to the mattress 10 and the top edge of the topper 20 with a tag pin. As the belts 31 and 33, for example, cloth, vinyl, leather or the like is used.
The ring 34 is passed through the belt 33 of the topper 20. The ring 34 is movable and can be freely moved from the upper end (fixed portion 22) to the lower end (fixed portion 21) on the side surface of the topper 20. The ring 34 is made of, for example, a buckle material (for example, iron and nickel plating), plastic, synthetic resin, or the like. The shape of the ring 34 may be any shape such as a square, a rectangle, a hexagon, a circle, an ellipse, or the like. One ring 34 is provided for one belt 33, but two or more rings 34 may be provided for further strengthening.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, when the mattress 10 and the topper 20 are separated, the velcros 32 a and 32 b of the belt 31 of the mattress 10 are peeled off, and the belt 31 is removed from the ring 34. When the B surface of the topper 20 is used as the surface, the topper 20 is turned over and the belt 31 is passed through the ring 34 and fixed with Velcro 32a and 32b. At this time, since the ring 34 of the fixing member 30 can freely move the belt 33 up and down, the position where the mattress 10 and the topper 20 are fixed does not change even if the topper 20 is turned over.
[1-4] Effect According to the first embodiment, when the mattress 10 and the topper 20 are stacked in two stages, the mattress 10 and the topper 20 are fixed by the fixing member 30, thereby suppressing the occurrence of deviation. , Allowing more stable use.
Even when the topper 20 is turned upside down, the ring 34 passed through the belt 33 can be freely moved up and down to fix the mattress 10 and the topper 20. Thus, even when the topper 20 is used in a reversible manner, the mattress 10 and the topper 20 can be stably fixed by using the movable ring 34.
The topper 20 can be used reversibly on the front and back surfaces. That is, it can be turned over and used stably by removing the fixing member 30. For this reason, it can be used by adjusting according to hardness and a season by making it a cushion with which hardness, breathability, etc. differ on the front and back of topper 20.
In the first embodiment, three types of sleeping comfort can be freely changed in a state where the topper 20 is attached (a state where the A surface is used and a state where the B surface is used) and the topper 20 is removed.
The mattress 10 and the topper 20 are fixed at four positions by a fixing member 30. Thereby, unlike the case of using fasteners or sewing around the entire circumference, it is possible to reduce the feeling of pressure when sleeping and to achieve comfortable use.
The topper 20 can be removed from the mattress 10. For this reason, the removed topper 20 can be used separately from the mattress 10 of the main body, such as when another person uses it as a mattress in a different place.
Conventional mattresses are heavy and difficult to dry in the shade. On the other hand, in the first embodiment, since the topper 20 can be separated, it is easy to dry the topper 20.
When the topper 20 is consumed, the mattress 10 itself can be used for a long time by replacing only the topper 20.
[2] Second Embodiment The second embodiment is an example in which mattresses are stacked in three stages. In the second embodiment, differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described.
[2-1] Overall Configuration FIG. 9 shows a side view of a three-layer mattress according to the second embodiment. FIG. 10 shows a state when the three-layer mattress of FIG. 9 is separated and turned over. The overall configuration of the three-layer mattress according to the second embodiment will be described below.
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, in the second embodiment, three mattresses 10, 20, and 40 are placed on top of each other, and the mattresses 10, 20, and 40 are fixed by a fixing member 30.
Of the mattresses 10, 20 and 40, the upper two mattresses (hereinafter referred to as toppers) 20 and 40 can be separated from the mattress 10 and turned over. Similar to the topper 20 of the first embodiment, the topper 40 has different structures on the front surface and the back surface (A surface and B surface). It is also possible to replace the topper 20 and the topper 40 and place the topper 40 directly on the mattress 10.
For example, two fixing members 30 are provided on each side surface of the mattress 10 and the toppers 20 and 40 in the longitudinal direction, and the mattress 10 and the toppers 20 and 40 are fixed at four locations. However, the fixed location is not limited to the position and number shown in the figure, and can be variously changed. The distances D from the end portions of the side surfaces of the mattress 10 and the toppers 20 and 40 to the fixing member 30 are preferably equal to each other.

[3] Third Embodiment The third embodiment is a modification of the second embodiment, and the fastening method of the belts 33 and 36 of the fixing member 30 is different. In the third embodiment, differences from the first and second embodiments will be mainly described.
[3-1] Fixing, Detachment and Separation Method FIGS. 19 and 20 are enlarged views of a mattress having a three-layer stack during fixing according to the third embodiment. FIGS. 21 and 22 are enlarged views of a mattress having a three-tiered structure when attached and detached according to the third embodiment. FIG. 23 and FIG. 24 show enlarged views of a mattress having a three-layer stack during separation according to the third embodiment. Hereinafter, a method for fixing, attaching and detaching and separating a three-layer mattress according to the third embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 19 to 24, the third embodiment is different from the second embodiment in the fixing method of the belts 33 and 36. Specifically, in the third embodiment, when the mattress is fixed, the end portion of the first portion 33a and the end portion of the second portion 33b of the belt 33 are located at the center of the central portion 33c with Velcro 35a, 35b, 35c. The end portion of the first portion 36a and the end portion of the second portion 36b of the belt 36 are fixed to the center of the central portion 36c with Velcro 38a, 38b, 38c and 38d. When the mattress 10 and the toppers 20 and 40 are fixed, the belts 33 and 36 are stacked in two layers. The lengths of the belts 33 and 36 are desirably such that they do not overlap when folded through the rings 34 and 37 (for example, about twice the thickness of the toppers 20 and 40).
When the mattress 10 and the toppers 20 and 40 are separated, the velcros 32 a and 32 b of the belt 31 of the mattress 10 are peeled off, and the belt 31 is removed from the ring 34. Further, the Velcro 35 a, 35 b, 35 c and 35 d of the belt 33 of the mattress 20 is peeled off, and the belt 33 is removed from the ring 37. For example, when the B surface of the topper 40 is used as the surface, the topper 40 is turned over and the belt 33 is passed through the ring 37 and fixed with Velcro 35a, 35b, 35c and 35d. At this time, since the ring 37 of the fixing member 30 can freely move the belt 36 up and down, the position where the toppers 20 and 40 are fixed does not change even if the topper 40 is turned upside down.
[3-2] Effects According to the third embodiment, not only the same effects as in the first and second embodiments can be obtained, but also the following effects can be obtained.
In the third embodiment, the belts 33 and 36 are stacked in two layers when the mattress 10 and the toppers 20 and 40 are fixed. For this reason, the fixing member 30 can be made compacter and the aesthetics can be improved than in the second embodiment in which three layers are stacked.
In the third embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 25 and 26, the mattress can be stacked in four or more stages.
In addition, although embodiment of this invention was described, these embodiment is shown as an example and is not intending limiting the range of invention. These novel embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, replacements, and changes can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
