Detailed Description
Next, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the terms or words used in the present specification and claims should not be interpreted as being limited to the meanings in the general or dictionary, but should be interpreted as conforming to the meanings and concepts of the technical ideas of the present invention on the basis of the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concepts of the terms for the best explanation of the present invention.
Therefore, the embodiment described in the present specification and the structure illustrated in the drawings are only the best embodiment of the present invention and do not represent all the technical ideas of the present invention, and therefore, other equivalents and modifications can be substituted at the time of filing this application.
The assembled bag 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is a bag which can be freely assembled by a user according to personal preference or use purpose and can be manufactured in different designs or sizes, and can be restored to its original shape by simply replacing an assembly unit at a damaged portion when damage such as scratch or tear occurs during use, and includes a plurality of main assembly units 200 which are organically combined with each other, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
The main assembly unit 200 is a plate-like member for forming the bottom surface 120 and the side surfaces 130 of the assembly bag 100, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, is formed in a polygonal sheet shape having a predetermined area and divided into an outer surface 211 and an inner surface 212, and insertion holes 214 opened in both surface directions or connection pieces 220 extending outward are formed in each of the side portions 213a to 213 d.
The main assembly unit 200 can be made of a flexible material such as leather or cloth (textile) that is generally used for making bag products, and can be made of various materials such as rubber or synthetic resin that are used as materials for bag products in the technical field of the present invention. Although the drawings show a structure in which a plurality of plate-like materials are bonded to each other on the inner and outer sides, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be formed using a single plate-like material.
Further, two connection pieces 220 or two insertion holes 214 may be formed in each of the side portions 213a to 213d as shown in fig. 3, or one connection piece or insertion hole 214 may be formed in each of the side portions 213a to 213d as shown in fig. 5. Further, although not shown, the connection piece 220 and the insertion hole 214 may be formed at the same time in each of the side portions 213a to 213 d.
As shown in the drawing, the connecting pieces 220 of the respective main assembly units 200 are fixed to the insertion holes 214 of the adjacent main assembly units 200 so as to be inserted therethrough and connected to each other, and a plurality of the connecting pieces are continuously connected in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction to form the bottom surface 120 and the side surface 130 of the modular bag 100 shown in fig. 1 and 2, thereby forming the storage space 110 therein.
Here, since the main assembly unit 200 is formed in a quadrangular sheet shape having four side portions 213a to 213d, the insertion holes 214 are formed in adjacent two side portions 213a and 213b of the four side portions 213a to 213d, respectively, and the connecting piece 220 is formed to extend outward from the remaining two side portions 213c and 213d of the four side portions 213a to 213d, respectively, an assembly process of connecting the respective main assembly units 200 in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction becomes simpler, and the connecting piece 220 and the insertion hole 214 of the assembled respective main assembly units 200 connected to each other can be disposed at predetermined positions during the assembly process, so that the appearance of the assembled bag can be more beautiful.
In addition, the main assembly units 200 may be formed in various shapes such as a rectangle, a pentagon, a hexagon, and a fan, in addition to the square shape shown in the figure, and thus, as compared with the case where the main assembly units 200 are triangular, it is possible to reduce the number of times of assembling the respective main assembly units 200 and to connect the respective main assembly units 200 in the same horizontal and vertical directions, and thus there is an advantage that the assembling is simple. Further, since each of the sides 213a to 213d is a rectangular quadrangle, it is possible to minimize a space that may be formed between the respective main assembly units 200, as compared with the case of a polygon such as a pentagon or a hexagon.
Further, since the first coupling portion 231 is formed on the inner surface of the side portions 213c and 213d on which the connection piece 220 is formed, and the second coupling portion 232 coupled to the first coupling portion 231 is formed on the inner surface of the connection piece 220, the connection piece 220 is formed of a flexible material or is folded inward, and the second coupling portion 232 is coupled to the first coupling portion 231 by being folded inward in a state of being inserted through the insertion hole 214 of the adjacent main assembly unit 220, thereby fixing the connection state, and thus, the assembly state between the main assembly units 200 can be firmly maintained.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, since one of the first coupling portion 231 and the second coupling portion 232 is formed of a female hook and loop fastener and the other coupling portion is formed of a male hook and loop fastener, it is possible to stably maintain a firm assembly state, to simplify a connection process of the respective main assembly units 200, and to improve convenience in use.
In the first coupling portion 231, the hook and loop fastener described above may be replaced with a variety of different coupling means such as a snap fastener composed of a disc and a ball, a general circular fastener and a linear fastener, a zipper, and a magnet, but a case where the hook and loop fastener is used as the coupling means of each coupling portion will be described below as an example.
Further, since the third coupling portion 233 is formed between the outer end of the insertion hole 214 on the inner surface of the main assembly unit 200 and the end of the side portion 213a, 213b where the insertion hole 214 is formed, the third coupling portion 233 is formed of the same velcro tape as the first coupling portion 231 and is coupled to the second coupling portion 232, and the first coupling portion 231 is formed on the inner surface of the connection piece 220 in an area capable of being coupled to the second coupling portion 232 and the third coupling portion 233 at the same time, the connection piece 220 can be fixed to the inner surface of the adjacent main assembly unit 200 at the same time, and the coupling state between the respective main assembly units 200 can be made more firm.
Further, the modular bag 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention can be equipped with the sub-assembly unit 300 formed in a sheet shape of a triangle, thereby manufacturing a more diversified bag in shape than the case of using only the main assembly unit 200 of a quadrangle.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the sub-assembly unit 300 is formed in a triangular sheet shape having a predetermined area and divided into an outer surface 311 and an inner surface 312, sub-insertion holes 314 opened in both surface directions or sub-connection pieces 320 extended outward are formed in three side portions 313a to 313c, and the sub-assembly unit 200 is connected to the main assembly unit 200 by inserting the connection piece 220 of the main assembly unit 200 into the sub-insertion hole 314 or inserting the sub-connection pieces 320 into the insertion hole 214 of the main assembly unit 200.
The cover 140 of the modular bag 100 as shown in the drawing can be formed by the sub-assembly unit 300 as described above, and thus the appearance of the modular bag 100 can be assembled in more various shapes.
In addition, the modular bag 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention can form a shoulder strap or a handle using the strap module 400 formed of a strap shape. As shown in fig. 1, 2, 8 and 9, the band assembly unit 400 is formed in a band shape extending in a predetermined length, and can form a shoulder strap or a handle of a bag by fixing both end portions thereof to the insertion holes 214 of the different main assembly units 200 in a penetrating and inserting manner, respectively.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the first coupling portion 231 is formed of a female hook and the second coupling portion 232 is formed of a male hook and loop fastener, that is, the first coupling portion 231 and the second coupling portion 232 are formed of different hook and loop fasteners, and as shown in fig. 8, a fourth coupling portion 410 formed of a female hook and loop fastener is formed on one surface of both end portions of the tape assembly unit 400, and a fifth coupling portion (not shown) formed of a male hook and loop fastener is formed on the other surface thereof, so that both end portions can be coupled between the first coupling portion 231 and the second coupling portion 232 as shown in fig. 9.
As shown in fig. 1, the strap assembly means 400 can be arranged at positions facing each other on the side surface 130 of the sectional bag 100 to form a shoulder strap to be put over one shoulder or a handle for carrying a hand, and although not shown, two ends of the two strap assembly means 400 arranged on the side surface 130 can be connected to positions spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction to form shoulder straps to be put on the back of the user on both shoulders. That is, the user can mount the belt assembly unit 400 of an appropriate length to an appropriate position according to the use purpose and design of the body structure or the bag.
In fig. 8, the tape assembly unit 400 is illustrated as an example in which the fourth coupling portion 410 and the fifth coupling portion 410 of the uppermost main assembly unit 200 among the plurality of main assembly units 200 vertically assembled in multiple stages are inserted through the upper insertion hole 214 of the uppermost main assembly unit 200 and are coupled and fixed to the first coupling portion 231 and the second coupling portion 232 between the two uppermost and lower main assembly units 200, respectively.
That is, when the main assembly units 200 are coupled to each other in multiple stages, the length of the band inserted into the insertion hole 214 can be increased or decreased according to design or use, and the length of the band exposed to the outside as a shoulder strap or a handle can be appropriately adjusted.
With the structure and function of the modular bag 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of main assembly units 200 can be connected in the vertical and horizontal directions by the insertion holes 214 and the connection pieces 220 formed in the main assembly units 200 formed in the shape of a polygonal sheet, so that a user can manufacture bags having various designs or sizes according to personal preference or use purpose.
In addition, when damage occurs during use of the pack, only the main assembly unit 200 of the damaged portion is separated and then a new main assembly unit 200 is installed, so that it is possible to easily restore the original state before damage, and thus the service life of the pack can be greatly extended.
Although the present invention has been described in connection with the limited embodiments and the accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited thereto, and those having ordinary knowledge in the art to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications and variations within a scope equivalent to the technical idea of the present invention and the following claims.
