Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The following disclosure relates to a set of assembly units for a prefabricated bag and a prefabricated bag using the same. More particularly, the following disclosure relates to a set of assembly units for a prefabricated bag and a prefabricated bag using the same, which can form a prefabricated bag having a storage space while assembly units having a polygonal sheet shape are organically connected to each other.
  • BACKGROUND
  • Generally, a bag is a product that stores various items inside and makes it convenient to carry and move the items. Bags have various shapes such that they can be selected according to the purpose of use, the type of items to be stored, and the occupation of a user. Such a bag deviates from the past pattern that merely considers only the function of storing articles, and is being recognized as a fashion-oriented product. Thus, the needs of a user for a bag having both practicality and fashionability are gradually increasing.
  • However, since most typical bags are manufactured into an integrated structure in which leather or cloth that is a material is stitched into a certain shape, one bag inevitably has only one predetermined design. Accordingly, consumers who want to use various designs of bags have to separately purchase various designs of bags and thus the cost burden is increased.
  • On the other hand, instead of the uniform designs of the existing ready-made bags, a user may manually manufacture and use a bag of a unique design by expressing his/her own personality, but the durability is remarkably weak compared with general ready-made bags and the service life is very short. Also, when a sewing machine is used or sewing is unskilled, a desired bag design cannot be realized.
  • In addition, when damage such as scratching or tearing occurs on a part of the surface of a bag while using the bag, the bag can be repaired by merely attaching or sewing a separate material, but restoration or replacement of the damaged part is limited. In this case, the attached material or the repaired mark is exposed to the outside and thus the appearance is deteriorated.
  • DISCLOSURE Technical Problem
  • Accordingly, the present invention provides a set of assembly units for a prefabricated bag and a prefabricated bag using the same, which enables a user to manufacture a bag having various designs and sizes according to a user's taste or use purpose and to easily replace and restore only an assembly unit of a damaged part to the original state when a damage such as scratching or tearing during use occurs.

  • One of the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion may be formed of a female Velcro, and the other fastening portion may be formed of a male Velcro.
  • On the inner surface of the main assembly unit, a third fastening portion may be formed between an outer end of the insertion hole and end portions of the side portions at which the insertion hole is formed, and be formed of the same Velcro as the first fastening portion to be coupled to the second fastening portion, and the first fastening portion may be disposed to have an area capable of being simultaneously coupled to the second fastening portion and the third fastening portion on an inner surface of the connection piece.
  • The set of assembly units may further include a sub-assembly unit having a triangular sheet shape having a certain area and having an outer surface and an inner surface, wherein a sub-insertion hole opened in both surface directions or a sub-connection piece extending outward is formed at three side portions of the sub-assembly unit, and the connection piece of the main assembly unit is inserted into the sub-insertion hole, or the sub-connection piece is inserted into the insertion hole of the main assembly unit, thereby interconnecting with the main assembly unit.
  • The set of assembly units may further include a strap assembly unit forming a shoulder strap or a handle of the bag while being formed in a strip shape extending to a certain length and both side portions thereof are inserted into and fixed to the insertion holes of different assembly units.
  • In another general aspect, a prefabricated bag is manufactured using a set of assembly units for a prefabricated bag, being organically connected to each other to form a prefabricated bag having a storage space therein, the set of assembly units including: a plurality of main assembly units formed of a polygonal sheet shape having a certain area and divided into an outer surface and an inner surface and having an insertion hole opened in both surface directions or a connection piece extending outwardly formed at side portions thereof, respectively, wherein: the main assembly units are connected to each other while the connection piece is inserted and fixed in the insertion hole of an adjacent main assembly unit; the plurality of main assembly units are continuously connected in vertical and horizontal directions to form a bottom surface and a side surface of the bag and thus form the storage space; the main assembly unit has a rectangular sheet shape having four side portions; the insertion hole is formed at adjacent two side portions of the four side portions; the connection piece is formed to extend outwardly from the other two side portions of the four side portions; a first fastening portion is formed on inner surfaces of the side portions from which the connection piece extends; a second fastening portion coupled to the first fastening portion is formed on an inner surface of the connection piece; and the connection piece is formed of a flexible material or has a structure that is folded inward and thus the second fastening portion is coupled to and fixed to the first fastening portion while the connection piece is folded inward in a state of being inserted into the insertion hole of an adjacent main assembly unit.
  • Other features and aspects will be apparent from the following detailed description, the drawings, and the claims.
  • Advantageous Effects
  • A set of assembly units for a prefabricated bag and a prefabricated bag using the same according to an embodiment of the present invention have the following effects.
  • First, a plurality of main assembly units are vertically and horizontally connected by using insertion holes and connection pieces formed in the main assembly unit having a polygonal sheet shape, and thus a user can arbitrarily assemble main assembly units to manufacture a bag having various designs or sizes according to a user's taste and use purpose.
  • Second, when damage occurs while using the bag, only the main assembly unit of the damaged part can be separated and the new main assembly unit can be mounted, thereby easily restoring the bag to the original state before the damage and greatly extending the service life of the bag.
  • Third, the main assembly unit has a rectangular sheet shape having four side portions. The insertion hole is formed at two adjacent side portions of four side portions, and the connection piece outwardly extends from the other two side portions of the four side portions. Thus, the assembling process of connecting each of the main assembly units in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction becomes easy, and the connection pieces and the insertion holes of the main assembly units can be assembled such that the arrangement thereof is uniform, thereby realizing the elegant appearance of a prefabricated bag.
  • Fourth, a first fastening portion is formed on an inner surface of the side portions from which the connection piece is extended and a second fastening portion coupled to the first fastening portion is formed on an inner surface of the connection piece. The connection piece is formed of a flexible material or has a structure that is folded inward, and thus is folded inward while being inserted into the insertion hole of an adjacent main assembly unit. In this case, since the second fastening portion can be coupled to and fixed to the first fastening portion, the assembled state between the main assembly units can be firmly maintained.
  • Fifth, one of the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion is formed of a female Velcro, and the other fastening portion is formed of a male Velcro. Thus, the assembled state can be stably maintained and the process of connecting the main assembly units can be simplified, thereby making it more convenient to use.
  • Sixth, on the inner surface of the main assembly unit, a third fastening portion is formed between the outer end of the insertion hole and the end portions of the side portions at which the insertion hole is formed, and is formed of the same Velcro as the first fastening portion to be coupled to the second fastening portion. The first fastening portion is disposed to have an area capable of being simultaneously coupled to the second fastening portion and the third fastening portion on the inner surface of the connection piece. Thus, the coupling state between the main assembly units can be more firmly maintained.
  • Seventh, the sub-assembly unit has a triangular sheet shape having a certain area and having an outer surface and an inner surface. Also, a sub-insertion hole opened in both surface directions or a sub-connection piece extending outward is formed at three side portions of the sub-assembly unit. The connection piece of the main assembly unit is inserted into the sub-insertion hole, or the sub-connection piece is inserted into the insertion hole of the main assembly unit, thereby interconnecting with the main assembly unit. Thus, the prefabricated bag can be assembled into more various shapes like the case of forming a cover of the prefabricated bag.
  • Eighth, since a strap assembly unit forming a shoulder strap or a handle of a bag is provided while being formed in a strip shape extending to a certain length and both side portions thereof are inserted into and fixed to the insertion holes of different assembly units, a strap assembly unit having a length appropriate to the user's body structure or the use purpose of the bag can be mounted.

  • Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Prior to this, terms and words used in the present specification and claims should not be construed as limited to ordinary or dictionary meanings, and on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of terms to optimally describe his/her invention, should be construed as meanings and concepts consistent with the technical spirit of the present invention.
  • Therefore, the configurations described in the embodiments and the drawings disclosed in this specification are merely the most preferred example of the present invention and do not represent all the technical spirit of the present invention. It should be understood that there are various equivalents and modifications which can replace them at the time of the present application.
  • A prefabricated bag 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention enables a user to manufacture a bag having various designs and sizes according to a user's taste or use purpose and to easily replace and restore only an assembly unit of a damaged part to the original state when a damage such as scratching or tearing during use occurs. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the prefabricated bag 100 includes a plurality of main assembly units which are organically connected each other.
  • The plurality of main assembly units 200 are sheet members that form a bottom surface 120 and a side surface 130 of the prefabricated bag 100, and have a certain area as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The main assembly unit 200 has a polygonal sheet shape divided into an outer surface 211 and an inner surface 212. Insertion holes 214 opened in both surface directions or connection pieces 220 extending outwardly are formed at side portions 213 a to 213 d, respectively.
  • Here, the main assembly unit 200 may be formed of a flexible material such as a leather or a fabric (cloth), and may be formed of various materials such as rubber and synthetic resin which are used as a material of a bag in the art to which the present invention pertains. In the drawings, it is exemplified that a plurality of sheets make contact with each other inside and outside, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The main assembly unit 200 may also be formed of a single sheet.
  • As shown in FIG. 3, two connection pieces 220 or two insertion holes 214 may be formed at each of the side portions 213 a to 213 d, or as shown in FIG. 5, one connection piece or one insertion hole 214 may be formed at each of side portions 213 a to 213 d. Although not shown, the connection piece 220 and the insertion hole 214 may also be together formed at each of the side portions 213 a to 213 d.
  • As shown in the drawing, the main assembly units 200 are connected to each other while the connection pieces 220 are inserted and fixed in the insertion holes 214 of adjacent main assembly units 200, and a plurality of the main assembly units 200 are continuously connected to each other in vertical and horizontal directions. Thus, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the main assembly units 200 form the bottom surface 120 and the side surface 130 of the prefabricated bag 100 to form a receiving space 110 therein.
  • Here, the main assembly unit 200 is formed to have a rectangular sheet shape having the four side portions 213 a to 213 d. The insertion holes 214 are formed at two adjacent side portions 213 a and 213 b of the four side portions 213 a to 213 d, and the connection pieces 220 is formed to outwardly extend from the other two side portions 213 c and 213 d of the four side portions 213 a to 213 d. Thus, the assembling process of connecting each of the main assembly units 200 in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction becomes easy, and the connection pieces 220 and the insertion holes 214 of the main assembly units 200 can be assembled such that the arrangement thereof is uniform, thereby realizing the elegant appearance of the prefabricated bag.
  • The main assembly unit 200 may have various shapes such as a rectangle, a pentagon, a hexagon and a fan shape in addition to a square illustrated in the drawings. As compared with the case where the main assembly unit 200 has a triangular shape, the assembling number of assembly units 200 can be reduced and the main assembly units 200 can be connected only in the same horizontal and vertical directions, thereby making it easy to assemble. In addition, as compared with the case of a polygonal shape such as a pentagon or a hexagon, a space that can be formed between the respective main assembly units 200 can be minimized according to the characteristics of a rectangle whose side portions 213 a to 213 d meet at right angles.
  • A first fastening portion 231 is formed on an inner surface of the side portions 213 c and 213 d from which the connection piece 220 is extended and a second fastening portion 232 coupled to the first fastening portion 231 is formed on an inner surface of the connection piece 220. The connection piece 220 is formed of a flexible material or has a structure that is folded inward, and thus is folded inward while being inserted into the insertion hole 214 of an adjacent main assembly unit 200. In this case, since the second fastening portion 232 can be coupled to and fixed to the first fastening portion 231, the assembled state between the main assembly units 200 can be firmly maintained.
  • As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, one of the first fastening portion 231 and the second fastening portion 232 is formed of a female Velcro, and the other fastening portion is formed of a male Velcro. Thus, the assembled state can be stably maintained and the process of connecting the main assembly units 200 can be simplified, thereby making it more convenient to use.
  • Instead of Velcro, the first fastening portion 231 may be formed of various fastening members such as a snap button including a socket disk and a ball disk, a general disk button and a straight button slit, a zipper, and a magnet, but hereinafter, a Velcro will be exemplified as a member for each fastening portion.
  • In addition, on the inner surface of the main assembly unit 200, a third fastening portion 233 is formed between the outer end of the insertion hole 214 and the end portions of the side portions 213 a and 213 b at which the insertion hole 214 is formed, and is formed of the same Velcro as the first fastening portion 231 to be coupled to the second fastening portion 232. The first fastening portion 231 is disposed to have an area capable of being simultaneously coupled to the second fastening portion 232 and the third fastening portion 233 on the inner surface of the connection piece 220. Thus, the connection piece 220 may also be fixed to the inner surface of an adjacent main assembly unit 200 such that the coupling state between the main assembly units 200 can be more firmly maintained.
  • Meanwhile, the prefabricated bag 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a sub-assembly unit 300 having a triangular sheet shape, and thus more various types of bags can be manufactured as compared with the case of using only the main assembly unit 200 having a rectangular shape.
  • As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the sub-assembly unit 300 has a triangular sheet shape having a certain area and having an outer surface 311 and an inner surface 312. Also, a sub-insertion hole 314 opened in both surface directions or a sub-connection piece 320 extending outward is formed at three side portions 313 of the sub-assembly unit 300. The connection piece 220 of the main assembly unit 200 is inserted into the sub-insertion hole 314, or the sub-connection piece 320 is inserted into the insertion hole 214 of the main assembly unit 200, thereby interconnecting with the main assembly unit 200.
  • Through the sub-assembly unit 300, the prefabricated bag 100 may be assembled into more various shapes like the case of forming a cover 140 of the prefabricated bag 100 as shown in the drawing.
  • Also, in the prefabricated bag 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, a shoulder strap and a handle may be formed using a strap assembly unit 400 having a strip shape. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 8 and 9, the strap assembly unit 400 has a strip shape extending in a certain length, and both end portions thereof are inserted into and fixed to the insertion hole 214 of the main assembly unit 200, thereby forming the shoulder strap or handle of the bag.
  • Like the case where the first fastening portion 231 is formed of a female Velcro and the second fastening portion 232 is formed of a male Velcro as shown in FIG. 3, the Velcro types of the first fastening portion 231 and the second fastening portion 232 are different. As shown in FIG. 8, the strap assembly unit 400 includes a fourth fastening portion 410 formed of a female Velcro on one surface of both end portions thereof, and includes a fifth fastening portion (not shown) formed of a male Velcro on the other surface thereof. Thus, the both end portions may be coupled between the first fastening portion 231 and the second fastening portion 232 as shown in FIG. 9.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, when the strap assembly unit 400 is disposed at mutually opposite positions on the side surface 130 of the prefabricated bag 100, the strap assembly unit 400 may become a shoulder strap for hanging on one shoulder or a handle for lifting by hand. Although not shown, both ends of the two strap assembly units 400 may be each connected at vertically spaced positions on the side surface 130 to be shoulder straps for hanging over both shoulders. That is, the strap assembly unit 400 having an appropriate length according to a user's body structure, the use purpose of a bag, and the design can be mounted onto an appropriate place.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 8, the strap assembly unit 400 is inserted into the upper inserting hole 214 of the main assembly unit 200 disposed at the uppermost one of the plurality of main assembly units 200 which are vertically assembled into many layers. Also, a fourth fastening portion 410 and a fifth fastening portion are each coupled and fixed to an end portion inserted between the first fastening portion 231 and the second fastening portion 232 between two main assembly units 200 located at the uppermost portion and the lower portion thereof However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the target of the main assembly unit 200 to which the end portion is fastened can be arbitrarily selected and assembled.
  • That is, when each main assembly unit 200 is coupled in a plurality of upper and lower layers, the length inserted into the insertion hole 214 may be increased or decreased to suitably adjust the length of the strap exposed to the outside as the shoulder strap or the handle in accordance with design or purpose.
  • By the configuration and function of the prefabricated bag 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention as described above, a user can arbitrarily assemble the main assembly units 200 and manufacture bags having various designs and sizes according to personal tastes and use purposes by vertically and horizontally connecting a plurality of main assembly units 200 using the insertion hole 214 and the connection piece 220 formed in the main assembly unit 200 having a polygonal sheet shape.
  • In addition, when damage occurs while using a bag, only the main assembly unit 200 of the damaged part can be separated and a new main assembly unit 200 can be assembled, thereby easily restoring the bag to the original state before the damage and greatly extending the service life of the bag.
  • A number of exemplary embodiments have been described above. Nevertheless, it will be understood that various modifications may be made. For example, suitable results may be achieved if the described techniques are performed in a different order and/or if components in a described system, architecture, device, or circuit are combined in a different manner and/or replaced or supplemented by other components or their equivalents. Accordingly, other implementations are within the scope of the following claims.
