随着通信技术的发展,终端集成了越来越多的功能,从而使得终端的系统功能列表中包含了越来越多相应的应用(Application,APP)。有些应用中会涉及一些信息交流服务,提供给相互有沟通需求的用户。
然而,这些应用需要由用户操作所触发,才能够向其他应用发送通信信息例如,添加好友请求等,以进行彼此之间的信息交流。这种方式,操作复杂,且容易出错,从而导致了通信信息的处理的效率和可靠性的降低。
发明内容
本发明的多个方面提供一种通信信息的处理方法、装置、系统、设备及非易失性计算机存储介质,用以提高通信信息的处理的效率和可靠性。
本发明的一方面,提供一种通信信息的处理方法,包括:
获取用户的生理参数;
根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数;
根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息。

由上述技术方案可知,本发明实施例通过获取用户的生理参数,进而根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数,使得能够根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息,无需人工参与,操作简单,而且正确率高,从而提高了通信信息的处理的效率和可靠性。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于不再涉及复杂的用户操作,因此,能够有效提高通信信息的处理的实时性。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于能够直接利用设置在用户所使用的终端上的传感器装置,采集所述用户的生理参数,能够有效提高终端的利用率,同时还提高了用户体验。

需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所涉及的终端可以包括但不限于手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、无线手持设备、平板电脑(Tablet Computer)、个人电脑(Personal Computer,PC)、MP3播放器、MP4播放器、可穿戴设备(例如,智能眼镜、智能手表、智能手环等)等。
所谓的可穿戴设备即直接穿在身上,或是整合到用户的衣服或配件的一种便携式设备,例如,智能手环、智能手表、智能项链、智能眼镜、智能戒指、智能手机等。可穿戴设备不仅仅是一种硬件设备,更是通过软件支持以及数据交互等技术来实现强大的功能,可穿戴设备将会对我们的生活、感知带来很大的转变。
另外,本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系, 表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。

101、获取用户的生理参数。
其中,所述生理参数可以至少包括但不限于下列参数中的一项:心跳参数(即心率)、血压参数、呼吸参数、皮肤表面温度,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
102、根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数。
103、根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息。
此时,通过自动发送通信信息,无需用户操作,就能够发出用户的交友请求,以供该用户心仪的对象能够根据该通信信息,获得用户的个人信息,例如,年龄、职业、兴趣、联系方式等。这样,使用发送方终端的用户与使用接收方终端的用户则可以利用相应的应用,进行消息交互。
该方法,操作简单,而且正确率高,从而提高了通信信息的处理的效率和可靠性。
需要说明的是,101~104的执行主体的部分或全部可以为位于本地终端的应用,或者还可以为设置在位于本地终端的应用中的插件或软件 开发工具包(Software Development Kit,SDK)等功能单元,或者还可以为位于网络侧服务器中的处理引擎,或者还可以为位于网络侧的分布式系统,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
可以理解的是,所述应用可以是安装在终端上的本地程序(nativeApp),或者还可以是终端上的浏览器的一个网页程序(webApp),本实施例对此不进行限定。
这样,通过获取用户的生理参数,进而根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数,使得能够根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息,无需人工参与,操作简单,而且正确率高,从而提高了通信信息的处理的效率和可靠性。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在101中,具体可以利用传感器装置,采集所述用户的生理参数。其中,所述传感器装置可以设置在所述用户所使用的终端上。例如,所述传感器装置可以设置在所述用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备如智能指环等上。这样,由于能够直接利用设置在用户所使用的终端上的传感器装置,采集所述用户的生理参数,能够有效提高终端的利用率,同时还提高了用户体验。
在一个具体的实现过程中,具体可以利用心跳传感器、血压传感器等生理传感器,直接采集所述用户的生理参数。
在另一个具体的实现过程中,具体可以利用图像传感器,采集用户的局部皮肤的图像,进而获得所采集的图像中每个图像中至少一个像素的亮度参数或颜色参数,再根据所述每个图像中至少一个像素的亮度参 数或颜色参数,获得所述用户的生理参数例如,心跳参数。
具体地,可以实时采集用户的生理参数,还可以定时或周期性的采集用户的生理参数,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在102中,具体可以根据所述用户的属性数据,获得标准参数,进而,则可以根据所述标准参数和所述用户的生理参数,获得所述用户的情感指数。
其中,所述用户的属性数据可以包括但不限于用户的性别、年龄、职业、兴趣等,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
由于人体的生理参数常常会因为其情感波动情况而受到不同程度的影响,因此,根据用户的这些属性数据所获得的标准参数,可以认为是该用户处于正常情况(即用户的情感处于非波动状态),其生理参数的一个参考数值。可以理解的是,该参考数值可以表示为一个具体数值,或者还可以表示为一个数值范围即下限值和上限值,一般情况则为一个数值范围。
如果所获取的用户的生理参数与所述标准参数一致例如,生理参数在参考数值的数值范围之内,则可以说明该用户处于正常情况,即用户的情感处于非波动状态。
如果所获取的用户的生理参数偏离参考数值例如,生理参数在参考数值的数值范围之外,则可以说明该用户处于异常情况,即用户的情感处于非波动状态。此时,则可以根据所述标准参数和所述用户的生理参数,获得所述用户的情感指数,用于指示用户的情感波动情况。
在一个具体的实现过程中,具体可以利用预先构建的学习模型,根据所述标准参数和所述用户的生理参数,获得所述用户的情感指数。
所述情感指数,是指用于描述用户的情感波动情况的参数。所获取的用户的生理参数偏离参考数值的程度越大,情感指数所指示的情感波动情况越剧烈。所获取的用户的生理参数偏离参考数值的程度越小,情感指数所指示的情感波动情况越缓慢。例如,当用户看到心仪的对象时,心跳参数将会变大,从而将偏离参考数值,心跳参数越大,偏离参考数值的程度越大,说明所指示的情感波动情况越剧烈,用户的心动程度就越大。由于所获取的用户的生理参数偏离参考数值的偏离方向可以不同,例如,所获取的用户的生理参数可能会大于参考数值的上限值,或者,再例如,所获取的用户的生理参数可能会小于参考数值的下限值,因此,所获得的情感指数还需要将这种偏离方向体现出来。例如,具体可以通过正值与负值体现不同的偏离方向;或者,再例如,具体可以通过数值大小体现不同的偏离方向,等等。
所谓的学习模型,用于识别用户的情感指数。具体地,具体可以采用预先指定的训练样本集,进行训练,以构建学习模型,用以识别出用户的情感指数。其中,训练样本集中所包含的训练样本,可以为经过标注的已知样本,这样,可以直接利用这些已知样本进行训练,以构建学习模型;或者还可以一部分为经过标注的已知样本,另一部分为没有经过标注的未知样本,那么,则可以先利用已知样本进行训练,以构建初始学习模型,然后,再利用初始学习模型对未知样本进行评测,以获得识别结果,进而则可以根据未知样本的识别结果,对未知样本进行标注,以形成已知样本,作为新增加的已知样本,利用新增加的已知样本,以及原始的已知样本重新进行训练,以构建新的学习模型,直到所构建的学习模型或已知样本满足学习模型的截止条件为止,如识别准确率大于 或等于预先设置的准确率阈值或已知样本的数量大于或等于预先设置的数量阈值等,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在103中,具体可以若所述情感指数满足预先设置的阈值条件,发送所述通信信息。
在一个具体的实现过程中,若所述情感指数大于或等于预先设置的指数阈值,则可以发送所述通信信息。
在另一个具体的实现过程中,若所述情感指数大于或等于所述用户的平均情感指数,则可以发送所述通信信息。其中,所述用户的平均情感指数,是指所获得的用户的全部情感指数的平均值。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在103中,具体可以根据所述情感指数,利用近距离通信技术,发送所述通信信息。
其中,所述近距离通信技术可以包括但不限于蓝牙技术、无线相容性认证(Wireless Fidelity,WIFI)技术、红外技术、Zigbee技术或超宽频(Ultra Wide Band,UWB)技术或近场通信(Near Field Communication,NFC)技术,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
在一个具体的实现过程中,用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备具体可以利用近距离通信技术,建立与该用户所使用的除该可穿戴设备之外的终端之间的无线局域网络连接,并通过该无线局域网络连接,向该终端发送所述情感指数。由该终端根据所述情感指数,将该用户的用户位置和所述通信信息,发送给应用服务器,以使得所述应用服务器根据所述用户的用户位置,将所述通信信息发送给该用户周围如20米范围之内的其他用户所使用的终端(将其称为接收方终端),例如,其他用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备、除了该可穿戴设备之外的终端等。
具体地,具体可以根据所述用户的定位数据,获得所述用户的用户位置。所谓的用户的定位数据,具体可以为用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备或所使用的除可穿戴设备之外的终端采用现有的各种定位技术,例如,全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)技术、无线相容性认证(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)定位技术或基站定位技术等定位技术,所获得的该用户的定位结果即用户所在位置的地理位置数据,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
在另一个具体的实现过程中,用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备具体可以利用近距离通信技术,建立与该用户所使用的除了该可穿戴设备之外的终端之间的无线局域网络连接,并通过该无线局域网络连接,向该终端发送所述通信信息。由该终端将该用户的用户位置和所述通信信息,发送给应用服务器,以使得所述应用服务器根据所述用户的用户位置,将所述通信信息发送给该用户周围的其他用户所使用的终端(将其称为接收方终端),例如,其他用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备、除了该可穿戴设备之外的终端等。
所述用户的定位数据的获得方法,可以参见上一个具体的实现过程中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
在另一个具体的实现过程中,用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备具体可以利用近距离通信技术,直接建立与其他用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备之间的无线局域网络连接,并通过该无线局域网络连接,将所述通信信息发送给其他用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在102之后,还可以进一步根据所述情感指数,输出第一指示信号。
在一个具体的实现过程中,具体可以根据所述情感指数所属的指数范围,输出与所述指数范围所对应的第一指示信号。所述第一指示信号,可以为声音信号,或者还可以为灯光信号,或者还可以为声音信号和灯光信号,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。这样,发送方终端的用户则可以根据所述第一指示信号,获知情感指数所描述的自己的情感波动情况。
例如,若所述情感指数属于第一指数范围,那么,则可以输出与该第一指数范围所对应的低频率闪烁的浅蓝色灯光信号;若所述情感指数属于第二指数范围,那么,则可以输出与该第二指数范围所对应的较高频率闪烁的深蓝色灯光信号。
或者,再例如,若所述情感指数属于第四指数范围,那么,则可以输出与该第一指数范围所对应的缓慢的滴滴声;若所述情感指数属于第二指数范围,那么,则可以输出与该第五指数范围所对应的急促的滴滴声。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在103之后,所述接收方终端根据所述通信信息,输出第二指示信号。例如,接收方终端,可以为其他用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备、除了该可穿戴设备之外的终端等。所述第二指示信号,可以为声音信号,或者还可以为灯光信号,或者还可以为声音信号和灯光信号,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。这样,接收方终端的用户则可以根据所述第二指示信号,获知接收到所述通信信息。
例如,若接收到所述通信信息,所述接收方终端则可以输出闪烁的红色灯光信号。
或者,再例如,若接收到所述通信信息,所述接收方终端则可以输 出嘟嘟声。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,由于在用户周围人数较多的情况例如,聚会等下,接收方终端接收到通信信息之后,其用户无法确定到底是哪个用户所使用的终端所发送,因此,在103之后,还可以进一步向云端发送所述情感指数和所述用户的位置信息,以使得所述云端根据所述情感指数和所述用户的位置信息,进行分析处理。
同时,云端还可以进一步记录用户的情感指数和用户的位置信息,作为用户感情波动情况的历史数据,以供进行查询操作。
这样,云端则可以获取该用户的相关信息,与所获得的该用户的情感指数和该用户的位置信息一起,进行分析处理,进而根据分析处理的结果,推荐出每个用户情感波动的可能对象,进而则可以根据该可能对象当前所在的位置,向该可能对象所使用的终端进行提醒操作,以指示某个用户的情感波动情况,例如,某个用户为你心动,能够避免用户周围人数较多的情况下无法确定所获得的通信信息是哪个用户所使用的终端所发送的技术问题。
具体地,用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备具体可以通过互联网向云端发送所述情感指数和所述用户的位置信息。
由于可穿戴设备接入互联网的功耗非常高,因此,需要利用尽量少的时间接入互联网完成互联网业务或者利用尽量高的效率接入互联网完成互联网业务,以尽量减少可穿戴设备的功耗。另外,终端接入互联网的功耗也是非常高的,因此,在考虑减少可穿戴设备的功耗这一目的的同时,还需要进一步考虑尽量减少终端的功耗对其正常运行的影响。
在一个具体的实现过程中,用户所穿戴的可穿戴设备具体可以利用 近距离通信技术,建立与该用户所使用的除该可穿戴设备之外的终端之间的无线局域网络连接,并通过该无线局域网络连接,向该终端发送所述情感指数。由该终端根据所述情感指数,将该用户的用户位置和所述通信信息,发送给云端。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在103之前,还可以进一步设置所述用户的第一通信模式。其中,所述第一通信模式可以包括但不限于第一模式和第二模式,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
所述第一模式,可以用于指示用户处于可通信状态,此时,用户所使用的终端可以发送通信信息,并且还可以接收通信信息。
所述第二模式,可以用于指示用户处于不可通信状态,此时,用户所使用的终端则不再发送通信信息,并且不再接收通信信息。
在一个具体的实现过程中,在103中,具体可以获取所述用户的第一通信模式,若所述第一通信模式为所述第一模式,则可以根据所述情感指数,发送所述通信信息。
类似地,还可以进一步设置使用所述接收方终端的用户的第二通信模式。其中,所述第二通信模式可以包括但不限于所述第一模式和所述第二模式,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
所述第一模式和所述第二模式的详细描述,可以参见前面的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
在另一个具体的实现过程中,所述接收方终端还可以进一步获取所述接收方终端的其他用户的第二通信模式。若所述第二通信模式为所述第一模式,所述接收方终端则可以执行接收所述通信信息的操作;若所述第二通信模式为所述第二模式,所述接收方终端则可以不执行接收所 述通信信息的操作。
本实施例中,通过获取用户的生理参数,进而根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数,使得能够根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息,无需人工参与,操作简单,而且正确率高,从而提高了通信信息的处理的效率和可靠性。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于不再涉及复杂的用户操作,因此,能够有效提高通信信息的处理的实时性。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于能够直接利用设置在用户所使用的终端上的传感器装置,采集所述用户的生理参数,能够有效提高终端的利用率,同时还提高了用户体验。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
图2为本发明另一实施例提供的通信信息的处理装置的结构示意图,如图2所示。本实施例的通信信息的处理装置可以包括获取单元21、分析单元22和发送单元23。其中,获取单元21,用于获取用户的生理参 数;分析单元22,用于根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数;发送单元23,用于根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息。
需要说明的是,本实施例所提供的通信信息的处理装置的部分或全部可以为位于本地终端的应用,或者还可以为设置在位于本地终端的应用中的插件或软件开发工具包(Software Development Kit,SDK)等功能单元,或者还可以为位于网络侧服务器中的处理引擎,或者还可以为位于网络侧的分布式系统,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
可以理解的是,所述应用可以是安装在终端上的本地程序(nativeApp),或者还可以是终端上的浏览器的一个网页程序(webApp),本实施例对此不进行限定。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述获取单元21,具体可以用于利用传感器装置,采集所述用户的生理参数;其中,所述传感器装置设置在所述用户所使用的终端上。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述分析单元22,具体可以用于根据所述用户的属性数据,获得标准参数;以及根据所述标准参数和所述用户的生理参数,获得所述用户的情感指数。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述发送单元23,具体可以用于根据所述情感指数,利用近距离通信技术,发送所述通信信息。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述发送单元23, 具体可以用于若所述情感指数满足预先设置的阈值条件,发送所述通信信息。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,如图3所示,本实施例所提供的通信信息的处理装置还可以进一步包括输出单元31,用于根据所述情感指数,输出第一指示信号。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述发送单元23,还可以进一步用于向云端发送所述情感指数和所述用户的位置信息,以使得所述云端根据所述情感指数和所述用户的位置信息,进行分析处理。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述发送单元23,具体可以用于获取所述用户的第一通信模式,所述第一通信模式为第一模式或第二模式;若所述第一通信模式为所述第一模式,则可以根据所述情感指数,发送所述通信信息。
需要说明的是,图1对应的实施例中方法,可以由本实施例提供的通信信息的处理装置实现。详细描述可以参见图1对应的实施例中的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
本实施例中,通过获取单元获取用户的生理参数,进而由分析单元根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数,使得发送单元能够根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息,无需人工参与,操作简单,而且正确率高,从而提高了通信信息的处理的效率和可靠性。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于不再涉及复杂的用户操作, 因此,能够有效提高通信信息的处理的实时性。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于能够直接利用设置在用户所使用的终端上的传感器装置,采集所述用户的生理参数,能够有效提高终端的利用率,同时还提高了用户体验。
图4为本发明另一实施例提供的通信信息的处理系统的结构示意图,如图4所示。本实施例的通信信息的处理系统可以包括发送方终端41和接收端终端42。其中,所述发送方终端41可以包括图2所对应的实施例和图3所对应的实施例中任一实施例所提供的通信信息的处理装置;所述接收方终端42,可以用于接收所述通信信息,根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述接收方终端42,还可以进一步用于根据所述通信信息,输出第二指示信号。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述接收方终端42,还可以进一步用于获取所述接收方终端的其他用户的第二通信模式,所述第二通信模式为所述第一模式或所述第二模式;若所述第二通信模式为所述第一模式,执行接收所述通信信息的操作;若所述第二通信模式为所述第二模式,不执行接收所述通信信息的操作。
需要说明的是,图1对应的实施例中方法,可以由本实施例提供的通信信息的处理系统中的发送方终端41实现。详细描述可以参见图1对应的实施例中的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
本实施例中,通过发送方终端获取使用该发送方终端的用户的生理参数,进而根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数,使得能够根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通 信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息,无需人工参与,操作简单,而且正确率高,从而提高了通信信息的处理的效率和可靠性。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于不再涉及复杂的用户操作,因此,能够有效提高通信信息的处理的实时性。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于能够直接利用设置在用户所使用的终端上的传感器装置,采集所述用户的生理参数,能够有效提高终端的利用率,同时还提高了用户体验。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其 中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种通信信息的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户的生理参数;
    根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数;
    根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取用户的生理参数,包括:
    利用传感器装置,采集所述用户的生理参数;其中,所述传感器装置设置在所述用户所使用的终端上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数,包括:
    根据所述用户的属性数据,获得标准参数;
    根据所述标准参数和所述用户的生理参数,获得所述用户的情感指数。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,包括:
    根据所述情感指数,利用近距离通信技术,发送所述通信信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,包括:
    若所述情感指数满足预先设置的阈值条件,发送所述通信信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数之后,还包括:
    根据所述情感指数,输出第一指示信号。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息之后,还包括:
    所述接收方终端根据所述通信信息,输出第二指示信号。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息之后,还包括:
    向云端发送所述情感指数和所述用户的位置信息,以使得所述云端根据所述情感指数和所述用户的位置信息,进行分析处理。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,包括:
    获取所述用户的第一通信模式,所述第一通信模式为第一模式或第二模式;
    若所述第一通信模式为所述第一模式,根据所述情感指数,发送所述通信信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述接收方终端获取所述接收方终端的其他用户的第二通信模式,所述第二通信模式为所述第一模式或所述第二模式;
    若所述第二通信模式为所述第一模式,所述接收方终端执行接收所述通信信息的操作;
    若所述第二通信模式为所述第二模式,所述接收方终端不执行接收所述通信信息的操作。
  11. 一种通信信息的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取用户的生理参数;
    分析单元,用于根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数;
    发送单元,用于根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元,具体用于
    利用传感器装置,采集所述用户的生理参数;其中,所述传感器装置设置在所述用户所使用的终端上。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述分析单元,具体用于
    根据所述用户的属性数据,获得标准参数;以及
    根据所述标准参数和所述用户的生理参数,获得所述用户的情感指数。
  14. 根据权利要求11~13任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元,具体用于
    根据所述情感指数,利用近距离通信技术,发送所述通信信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11~14任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元,具体用于
    若所述情感指数满足预先设置的阈值条件,发送所述通信信息。
  16. 根据权利要求11~15任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括输出单元,用于
    根据所述情感指数,输出第一指示信号。
  17. 根据权利要求11~16任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元,还用于
    向云端发送所述情感指数和所述用户的位置信息,以使得所述云端根据所述情感指数和所述用户的位置信息,进行分析处理。
  18. 根据权利要求11~17任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元,具体用于
    获取所述用户的第一通信模式,所述第一通信模式为第一模式或第二模式;
    若所述第一通信模式为所述第一模式,根据所述情感指数,发送所述通信信息。
  19. 一种通信信息的处理系统,其特征在于,包括发送方终端和接收端终端;其中,
    所述发送方终端包括如权利要求11~18任一权利要求所述的通信信息的处理装置;
    所述接收方终端,用于
    接收所述通信信息,根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的系统,其特征在于,所述接收方终端,还用于
    根据所述通信信息,输出第二指示信号。
  21. 根据权利要求19或20所述的系统,其特征在于,所述接收方终端,还用于
    获取所述接收方终端的其他用户的第二通信模式,所述第二通信模式为所述第一模式或所述第二模式;
    若所述第二通信模式为所述第一模式,执行接收所述通信信息的操作;
    若所述第二通信模式为所述第二模式,不执行接收所述通信信息的操作。
  22. 一种设备,包括:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时:
    获取用户的生理参数;
    根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数;
    根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息。
  23. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述非易失性计算机存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,当所述一个或者多个程序被一个设备执行时,使得所述设备:
    获取用户的生理参数;
    根据所述用户的生理参数和所述用户的属性数据,获得所述用户的情感指数;
    根据所述情感指数,发送通信信息,所述通信信息中包含所述用户的用户标识信息,以供接收所述通信信息的接收方终端根据所述用户的用户标识信息,获取所述用户的个人信息。
