  • the screw connection between the threaded element 24 and the elongated portion 22, 23 in the long run is subjected to high mechanical stresses and vibrations caused by the use of the arms 2a, 2b; the presence of the spring element 25 reduces these stresses and vibrations, preventing the loosening of the screw connection and thus avoiding any risk for the seal of the quick coupling.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un kit (1) de bras télescopiques pour usinage vertical en profondeur qui comprend : au moins deux bras télescopique (2a, 2b), ayant chacun au moins une unité tubulaire extérieure (5) contenant au moins une unité tubulaire intérieure (6) amovible, les bras télescopique (2a, 2b) étant différents l'un de l'autre ; au moins deux éléments de base (3) associés d'un seul tenant avec des unités tubulaires extérieures (5) respectives et ayant un côté de fixation (8), les côtés de fixation (8) des éléments de base (3) étant sensiblement égaux les uns par rapport aux autres ; au moins un premier élément de fixation (4a), ayant une première partie de base (10a) à couplage rapide aux côtés de fixation (8) et une première partie machine (11a) à associer à un premier type de moteurs d'entraînement pour l'usinage vertical en profondeur ; et au moins un deuxième élément de fixation (4b), ayant une deuxième partie de base (10b) à couplage rapide aux côtés de fixation (8) et une deuxième partie machine (11b) à associer à un deuxième type de moteurs d'entraînement pour l'usinage vertical en profondeur ; les parties de base (10a, 10b) étant sensiblement égales l'une par rapport à l'autre et les parties machine (11a, 11b) étant sensiblement différentes l'une par rapport à l'autre pour permettre l'union avec les types de moteurs d'entraînement qui sont différents les uns des autres.
