In this manner an excellent mixing of the substance contained in the vessel 1 is obtained. It turned out to be particularly preferable if at least one of the outlet sections 16.1, 17.1 is turned for an angle about the central axis of the horizontal tubular section 13 towards the bottom 2, thus, additionally enhancing the mixing efficiency of the substance contained in the vessel 1.
Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de traitement thermique, de fermentation et similaire, et de mélange, en particulier dans le domaine de l'industrie de la brasserie, comprenant une cuve pour recevoir une substance à traiter, et un moyen d'agitation agencé dans ladite cuve, ledit moyen d'agitation mélangeant la substance à traiter tandis qu'un procédé est conduit. Selon la présente invention, un moyen d'agitation non mobile (3) est agencé dans une cuve (1) et dans une région de fond (2) de celle-ci, ladite cuve (1) comprenant en outre un premier raccordement d'entrée (4) pour l'entrée de fluide dans la cuve (1), un raccordement de vidange (5) pour vidanger la cuve (1) et un deuxième raccordement d'entrée (7) qui est en communication fluidique avec le raccordement de vidange (5) et le moyen d'agitation (3).
